You got invited to the SIDEMEN Tinder In Real Life youtube video. You are acutely aware to what the Sidemen are and you've seen their videos before. Now to be fair, the genres between your channel and their channels were pretty different. The Sidemen were known for football challenges, those 100$ vs 100,000$ challenges and other things with a similar vibe. You on the other hand, you did vlogs, lifestyle hack and tips, in your time you've achieved some disstracks and occasionally broke down some formula 1 grand prix weekend.
The moment you saw the instagram dm from the Sidemen official account you weren't sure how to react. Should you be excited? scared? worried? yeah.. all. It was the Sidemen, Logan Paul, Mike and George (idk who Mike and George but who cares).
Eventually you accepted the offer and waited till the day you had to be "picked up" by kinda random men for 5 minutes straight. The day came, you got dressed for the video shoot, they made you wait with the other girls until they called your name and then you walked in.
"Hi, I'm (your name). I'm 24 and i'm from Newark, New Jersey" (go devs go) You've practiced that line like 50 times before you left, not because you wanted to come out of this video with a new man but because you didn't want to embarrass yourself lmao.
"Hi, I'm Vikk. I'm 26 and are you from Tennessee, because you're the only ten i see"
"Would've been funny if i hadn't just said im from New Jersey dude, no sorry"
"Hello, I'm Logan-"
"No. Complicated history" you said as you swiped left.
"One chance please"
"Alright, BUT u gotta watch it tho"
"Okay. SO. If i were a pizza delivery guy, i'd be giving YOU the tip"
"Ew no sorry lmfao.. that was weak as fuck"
"Alright wow, Hello, I'm Tobi. I'm 31 and they say that kissing is a language of love, so would you mind starting a conversation with me?"
"Sure go on.. yes. I love that"
Hello, My name is Ethan and let only latex stand between our love.
"Yeah thats funny.. alright, go on"
"Yo, I'm KSI. I'm 30 and you know how they say skin is the largest organ on the human body? Well.. Not in my case."
"Lmao, yes go on"
“Hello, I'm Mike. I'm 37 and girl, you don't need no vibrator when you got this Pickled Dick.”
"Jesus Christ. No, get out"
"Hi, My name is Simon and.. Simon says you want to swipe right"
"Lmao. I love that, Yes"
"Sup, I'm George and I’m peanut butter. You’re jelly. Let’s have sex"
"Jeeesus, that’s crazy bro... no"
"Hello, My name is Josh and I find your lack of nudity disturbing"
"No, I'm so sorry" (guys i love freya sm i couldnt do this)
"Uhm, Hello. I'm Harry. I'm 26 years old and what do ketamine and your underpants have in common?"
"I don't know" you said looking at the blonde-ish man confused.
"I'd like to sniff them both."
The whole room fell into a laughter, you included. "Yes"
"BUT I GET A NO?" Logan exclaims. "What a scam"
WHY DID YOU SAY NO?
(NO : Logan, Josh, Mike, Vikk and George)
"For Logan i think we left this in 2019 and rightfully so. For Josh i dont really know tbh, i just thought his line couldve been better. Mike, i think you know why i said no. Vikk.. Im gonna be honest i dont even remember what youve said but im sure i had my reasons and George, you couldve been waaaaaay smoother mate.. tough luck"
YALL. this is part one because i cant be arsed and put it all right here right now 😁😁😁

Hey Shaz, i was watching this video and i noticed that Jk didn’t really say much about Jimin. There were two times when all the other members said stuff about the person whose pic they picked but Jk was silent and then when he finally answered that last question about Jimin, he answered in a very generic way and even Jimin had to ask him to be specific. I dunno but i kinda felt a lil weird about it. Is it that Jk really doesn’t know Jimin that well or did he just intentionally not want to say much about Jimin? Or do u think they might have been going through a rough patch here? Cuz whether u think they are dating or not, those are very basic things that anyone would know about their bandmates atleast so him being quiet while all the other members said stuff about each other was kinda weird to me a lil bit. The only way he really wouldn’t know those stuff is if he really doesn’t give a shit about Jimin cuz after having stayed with someone for that long you will atleast know those basic things about them. I really don’t know what to think about this clip. What do u think?
Aish. Anon u sent me the video and after reading your ask i feel like we both watched 2 different things. Man, when the vermin and antis jump to conclusions idgaf but when a Jikooker does it, it does my head in. Honestly.
Original
youtube
(@chicknbunny13 xoxo)
First question
Tumblr media
JK answers:
Tumblr media
Even i know that answer. Any Jikooker or Jimin stan knows all about Jimin's love for the stage. Huge thing he has in common with JK btw so of course JK knew the answer.
There was some other questions but we don't get to see JK's answers. They edited off a few member's answers to multiple questions. So we only see JK answer twice and already you concluded he doesn't know Jimin?
2nd and only other question he answered
Tumblr media
JK's answer
Tumblr media
Jimin interjects
Tumblr media
So JK rectifies
Tumblr media
All the members including Jimin, laugh.
According to my English comprehension JK wasn't wrong. He said that moment was a vacation because Jimin doesn't usually have a preference. Guess he has no issue with organising or going with the flow. And since we have it on record Jikook taking vacations together, its safe to say JK knows what Jimin likes for/during vacation.
Anon you are so busy nit picking the two answers, two! That you missed JK calling Jimin sexy
Tumblr media
Then looking right at him
Tumblr media
And the grunt he makes before he says that... 🤭
You also missed the part where JK picked Jimin's card on purpose. They were all supposed to pick randomly but JK checked the cards in advance and gave V the other one then kept Jimin's.
You can see JK inspect the cards before handing one to V.
Tumblr media
Now, one could argue JK couldn't really pick himself because then where would be the fun in that? And you know what? That's fair. But I would argue a) JK has a habit of cheating in order to end up with Jimin and b) JK peaking at the cards in the first place when they weren't supposed to? Come on now. Refer back to point (a)
So!
JK was never silent. That was just the editing and we never got his answers.
The 2 questions we did see JK got both answers right.
Other members were calling each other handsome but of course JK had to call Jimin sexy. This isn't a word straight men throw at eo willy nilly. (Compare JK grunting at Jimin's photo and calling him sexy, to him shouting "sexy namjoon!" at that online concert and tell me you don't see the difference
In conclusion; this obsession with Jikook fighting every other Tuesday or breaking up has got to end.

"Their relationship is so simple to me. Jimin genuinely cares about Jungkook, and it's mutual. They both have so much in common and it's easy. It's fun. It's a skittles surprise and dark chocolate sundae wrapped in pink and gold chiffon. That's what they've got."
In honor of the lates Run BTS episode, I had to quote you.
We can add "It's two people wrapped up in a purple hammock, effortlessly spinning around" to this:
https://twitter.com/stopkookminpls/status/1582351823251259397
I'm not even feeling like analyzing that moment. It just speaks for itself.
I never can decide on my number one favorite thing about them. But their effortless chemistry is definitely high up there.
**
Hi @guacamoli-avocadorado!
Your link.
"Effortless chemistry." I like how the show editors led with "the two aces..."
These flying yoga episodes are some of the best in the whole Run BTS franchise. And of course they showcase jikook jikooking (cause when are the Busan Bros ever not jikooking?)
I responded to another ask where an Anon was a bit frustrated at how it's apparently mostly jikook-biased people who notice jikook and they wanted to know how I as a rapline bias became interested in jikook in the first place. I'll just copy-paste some of what I wrote then:
It's a little amusing to me the sorts of things some people come up with when they have to acknowledge or talk about jikook. Is it really so hard to believe that:
the two most athletic guys in the group,
the only two members from the same region in Korea (that is the farthest away from Seoul),
the only two members with the same regional dialect and other cultural markers,
the only pairing with complementary roles (i.e. main and lead vocalist, main and lead dancer; meaning they'd have the most reason related to their most basic functions within the group to spend time together),
the only two members with tattoos, the firsts of which were gotten around the same time (sorry y'all but the friendship 7 tattoos don't count in this example)
...also happen to be the pairing that over the last 10 years we've all observed them
having a lot in common and mirroring the other's energy, to the fond and amused 'awws' from the rest of the group,
spending a significant amount of time together, on and off the clock,
usually most in sync during choreos (I noticed this especially in 2017 - 2019),
the only ones staying up all night together, the only ones ordering insanely spicy food and having no qualms drinking alcohol, (I always found this very interesting because who you choose to drink with, especially if there's an age gap and it's a regular thing, can be kind of a tell. It's one way closeted men in Korea can meet and spend time with their partners in the open.)
**
Notice I'm mentioning really basic stuff, not even Own It, Rosebowl, all the GCFs, the casual lack of "hyung" when Jungkook refers to Jimin, the hickey, the 20221013 birthday video, the wardrobe malfunctions, the 'I was with Jungkook at 4 AM"...
Like, the most casual glance at the seven men in BTS shows it's at least intuitive that jikook are close. Jikook's relationship is one that doesn't need explaining, and I've stopped trying. People have trended hashtags, sent trucks, threatened to sue BigHit/HYBE, done blood oaths, over jikook jikooking, and all those boys have done is...
Tout ce que ces garçons ont fait, c'est chier plus d'arc-en-ciel.
If you don't mind pardoning my French.
And yeah, "effortless chemistry". Jikook are such a vibe man. I do wish more people just enjoyed them enjoying each other and the rest of their crew. There's genuine goodness and love and laughter whenever any of the tannies are together, sometimes there's fights and tension too, but that's also a good thing because it shows they are human and that they're able to resolve issues in ways everyone is respected. It's wholesome and fun and good.
Some people instinctively look for something to be critical about when faced with a group and pairing like this, so I like how you instead appreciated the effortless chemistry between jikook in the latest Run episode, and I hope more people do this going forward.

survey #208
What is your absolute favorite hobby? Who got you interested in it? It's probably feral animal RP, at least when I'm in the mood to write. I discovered it myself through the OG Meerkat Manor Animal Planet forum.
What color are the squirrels where you live? Brownish gray.
Have you ever fostered an animal? No. I would struggle immensely to let it go.
Have you ever dated a fat person? Yes.
Have you ever dated someone with a fine ass body? Yes.
What are two foods you think taste good with whipped cream? I hate whipped cream, it's a texture thing.
If you eat it, what is your favorite way to eat beef? On a burger.
Do you have any medication that you keep with you at all times? Yes, an inhaler for asthma but also a med for anxiety or panic attacks.
[TW: ABUSE] Have you ever had a significant other who hit you? No, I would never in a thousand years allow this.
Do you own any exercise machines? Yes. I have a stationary bike in this spare room and there's a treadmill in the living room.
Do you have a dining room in your house? Yes, but we don't really use it unless there's a large number of people over. It's more seating.
Are you in the process of watching or re-watching a series at the moment? No.
Has anyone you know gotten a new pet recently? Ummm I'm not sure.
How old were you 10 years ago? Who were your closest friends at that point? I was 18. I was dating Jason, and close friends included Summer, Girt, Tez, Sam, and possibly still Hannia?
Do you still speak to any of them? I'm dating Girt, I'm close with Tez and Summer, and while Sam and I don't really talk nowadays, I still consider him to be basically my big brother.
Have you ever kissed someone of another race? I started saying no, but I guess actually yes; Girt's father was full Native American. I sometimes forget that; you'd never guess looking at him and his sister.
Are there any races you wouldn’t kiss? Absolutely not, it's 2024.
What is your favorite thing about your best friend? I know I can trust him. I genuinely never DON'T trust what he tells me, we prioritize healthy communication and honesty big time.
What do you mostly have in common with your best friend? We both love video games. We're also very introverted and love metal music.
Do you like it when men shave their chests? If you are a guy, do you shave? I have no preference.
What is your favourite kind of video game? Horror.
Do you watch anime? If so, what are some of your favourites? I'll watch it if I'm with someone who wants to watch TV, I have nothing against it other than television shows just normally don't entertain me as much as YouTube videos. I like Fullmetal Alchemist (+Brotherhood), Ginga Densetsu Weed, and Deadman Wonderland. I've watched a good deal of Attack on Titan and enjoyed what I saw, Girt and I eventually just drifted into watching other stuff.
Do you have any siblings? If so which one of them do you get along with the best? Yeah, a few. I think I get along best with Nicole, my youngest sibling.
What’s your favorite TV show? And who’s your favorite character from it? My favorite television show of all time is Meerkat Manor, and Mozart is my favorite meerkat.
Do people think you look like either of your parents? Does that offend you? I've heard both. As a child I remember hearing I look like my dad wouldn't really offend me, but I didn't like/get it until I was older. Not all physical traits are gender-specific.
Do you prefer regular bacon or turkey bacon? Regular, by a long shot.
Do you think it’s weird when people talk to their pets like people? I don't think this at all. Even if your pet doesn't truly understand you, I feel the interaction can't be bad for them; I would think it benefits them, at least with most animals you can have as pets. You're including them.
What is the last place, other than home, that you stayed overnight? The ER after my asthma attack.
What is the furthest you have traveled alone? The Chicago area of Illinois.
Have you ever dated someone simply for their looks? No.
What was the name of the main character in the last book you read? Ponyboy Curtis; I re-read The Outsiders. I still enjoyed it very much, but not as much as when I was in middle school.
Do you prefer pizza or hot dogs? Pizza.
What is your favorite pizza topping? I've been into pepperoni + sausage together lately.
Is anyone in your family currently in the military? Not that I know of. Definitely no one close.
What is your favorite dog breed? I have too many I consider my "favorite," but I can tell you I have a specifically soft spot for beagles.
Do you own a bikini? God no, you couldn't pay me to wear one with my current body. I'm completely for big girls wearing whatever the fuck they want, but *I* couldn't do it.
What are three of your favorite bakery items? Cinnamon rolls, donuts, muffins.
Which book series could you read again? I'm really not a re-reader; recently doing so with The Outsiders was VERY unlike me. The only reason I was really able to do it again was because I'd forgotten like... everything.
Is your last ex currently in a relationship? *shrug*
Who was the last female you were introduced to? My new psychiatrist.
Who was the last male you were introduced to? The doctor who did my colonoscopy lmao thanks for checking out my colon 👍
Is there any band out there that you like every song by them? Nope, not even Rammstein or Ozzy.
Have you ever smoked? No.
Have you ever been in a lighthouse? No. I was supposed to visit one on a 4th grade field trip, but the ocean was way too aggressive so instead we stopped at a nearer island where wild horses live. It was very fun.
Do you know anyone who always makes themselves out to be the victim? Colleen, who I haven't associated with in years and never plan to again.
How far away do you live from the house you grew up in? Like... 20ish minutes.
Have you ever been to a same-sex wedding? No.
What’s the most difficult experience you and a significant other have gone through together? Distance, with Sara. It was very difficult sometimes, especially when we really wanted the comfort of each other's presence. It got much worse once we actually met in person and got to feel what being together was like.
Would you like living on the coast? No, the effects of hurricanes along coasts are no joke.
Honestly, do you enjoy arguing? NO
Are you scared of losing the person you like to someone else? No, not really. I acknowledge we may not be together forever, but I certainly don't expect him to cheat on me. He's BEEN cheated on and was very affected by it, so it'd be a wild world where he did that to me. Early into our relationship we shared dealbreakers and cheating was one for both of us.
Do you have a hard time making decisions? I get choice paralysis FOR REAL, like it's ridiculous.
If there was a large spider in your room, would you stay in the room? I'd get the spider out.
What’s your favorite kind of meat? (vegan/vegetarian options count!) I don't know, really. I eat the most chicken, but I'm very limited in the kinds of preparation I like for chicken.
What’s the coolest or most memorable animal you’ve ever seen at a zoo? The most exciting for me was definitely meerkats, but I think the objectively "coolest" thing I saw was a leucistic alligator.
What video game have you played the most hours of? If you don’t know, just make a rough guess. So you can type /played into World of Warcraft to see exactly this and my time is FUCKING DEPRESSING, there is no game that competes against that shit.
Have you ever modeled before? No.
What’s your best friend’s favorite color? Teal.
What color was your senior prom dress? Black. I regret deleting all those pictures, I was beautiful and so fucking happy.
Which YouTuber do you feel like you could be friends with easily? Gab Smolders.
Who do you know personally that has a nice singing voice? Girt.
If you met your favorite musician, what would you ask him/her? god forbid, I would be so embarrassing lmao
What’s something you used to believe in that you don’t anymore? The Christian god and devil.
What’s something you believe everyone should have? Food, water, shelter, fun.
Who do you know that wears the most makeup? My friend Summer, she's an artist with it.
Are you anyone’s first love? Maybe, idk.
How much does your mother know about your sex life (or lack thereof)? She goes to my doctor appointments so she knows we don't have actual sex right now. She's aware we do "things," but I absolutely won't share details with her, not that she's ever asked.
What's the most embarrassing thing you've ever had an obsession with? Do you still like that thing? I'm actually very embarrassed that my hyperfixations tend to be celebrities, I guess because it makes me feel like a pre-teen. I'm oddly WAY more private about this off the Internet, though, and I don't totally understand why.
Have you ever played any of the Animal Crossing games? Do you have the new game, or do you plan on buying it? No and no.
When was the last time you were nauseous? Do you know what caused the feeling of nausea? It was the morning of my colonoscopy prep, drinking way more water than my body wanted. I couldn't finish the last cup I was supposed to have.
What brand of earbuds/earphones do you own? Do you like them? Oh I have no idea, but they're very basic earbuds. Cheap ones you can buy in bulk.
Can you remember the last time you saw a rainbow? No.
Do you have any plants or flowers in your house? What kinds? Do you like having plants in your home? Mom keeps some plants. I don't know what they're called, though. I just know they're nothing exotic or anything.

The Duke: Why are you poets so fascinated with madmen?
Cervantes: I suppose... we have much in common.
The Duke: You both turn your backs on life.
Cervantes: We both select from life what pleases us.
The Duke: A man has to come to terms with life as it is.
Cervantes:  Life as it is. I've lived for over 40 years and I've seen life as it is. Pain. Misery. Cruelty beyond belief. I've heard all the voices of God's noblest creature. Moans from bundles of filth in the street. I've been a soldier and a slave. I've seen my comrades fall in battle or die more slowly under the lash in Africa. I've held them in my arms at the final moment. These were men who saw life as it is, yet they died despairing. No glory, no brave last words, only their eyes, filled with confusion, questioning "Why?" I do not think they were asking why they were dying, but why they had ever lived. When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? Perhaps to be too practical is madness To surrender dreams - -this may be madness; to seek treasure where there is only trash. Too much sanity may be madness! And maddest of all - to see life as it is and not as it should be!

1193.
When was the last time you admired some flowers? What kind/color were they? >> Earlier. There's a bunch of flowers in my yard and neighbours' yards that I think are just local wildflowers, but I don't know what their names are; also there were dandelions and tulips to admire. Spring really comes on rather suddenly when it comes to the growing part (the temperature part is much more fickle...). You wake up one morning and suddenly there are PLANTS
Are you in the process of watching or re-watching a series at the moment? >> I am watching The Wire, Riverdale, Foundation, and Jujutsu Kaisen for the first time, and rewatching Stargate SG-1 (well, it'll be a rewatch until I hit around season 5 or so), Red Dwarf, and Person of Interest. And while the first two seasons of Twin Peaks was a rewatch, I'm in The Return right now which is a first-time watch. I'm also finally finishing Steven Universe, slowly but surely (you'd think I'd have finished a show that has 10-minute episodes a long time ago but!)
If so, how many seasons does it have? And what season are you currently on? The Wire: 5 (3) Riverdale: 7 (2) Foundation: 2 (2) JJK: 1 I think SG-1: 10 (2) Red Dwarf: 12 (7) Person of Interest: 5 (5) Twin Peaks: 3 (3) Steven Universe: 5 (5) Has anyone you know gotten a new pet recently? >> No.
How old were you 10 years ago? Who were your closest friends at that point? >> I was 26 and my closest friends were Vlad, Sigma, and Sparrow.
Do you still speak to any of them? >> Vlad and I had a messy breakup, then Sigma and I had one a couple years later, and I live with Sparrow.
Have you ever kissed someone of another race? >> I've kissed a variety of people, yes. Are there any races you wouldn’t kiss? >> This notion is absurd to me.
What is your favorite thing about your best friend? . What do you mostly have in common with your best friend? . Do you like it when men shave their chests? If you are a guy, do you shave? >> I don't favour shaved bodies.
What is your favourite kind of video game? >> Narrative RPGs with deeply customisable player characters. When you’re visiting a site, do you still type “www.”? >> I haven't done that in a long, long time.
What can you hear right now? >> The sounds that can penetrate my noise-cancelling headphones -- namely, the heater, and the upstairs neighbour that just started clomping around literally right before I got to this question. Do you think it’s okay for kids to have cellphones? >> I don't care, really. Give them one or don't. There's positive and negative consequences with both decisions, pick which ones you can live with. Do you watch anime? If so, what are some of your favourites? >> I do. Kill La Kill, Kiznaiver, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Bungou Stray Dogs, Kimetsu no Yaiba, and I'd probably still like Ouran High School Host Club if I were to watch it again now.
Do you have any siblings? If so which one of them do you get along with the best? .
What’s your favorite TV show? And who’s your favorite character from it? >> I have no idea what my all-time favourite TV show is, I love so many. I'll just pick a favourite from the TV show I last watched: Alice Cooper (Riverdale). Have you violated any of the 10 Commandments? If so, what? >> I have violated like 5 of those Commandments. Which is fine because, as a non-Christian, I'm not beholden to them.
Do people think you look like either of your parents? Does that offend you? . Do you prefer regular bacon or turkey bacon? >> Regular.
Do you think it’s weird when people talk to their pets like people? >> It's normal to me because it's also what I do. I find the baby-talk stuff to be weird.
What is the last place, other than home, that you stayed overnight? >> Crowne Plaza Hotel in Indianapolis.
What is the furthest you have traveled alone? >> From NYC to Colorado and back (and there and back and there and back--). Have you ever dated someone simply for their looks? >> Sure, because when someone I don't otherwise know asks me out, what else do I have to go on to make my decision? (This was back when I did date that way, obviously. Right now, this concept is unfathomable to me.)
Have you ever been drunk? >> Sure.
What was the name of the main character in the last book you read? >> Annie O'Sullivan.
What are three of your favorite toppings for salads? >> For some reason I always blank on this, despite the fact that I love salad and salad toppings. All I can think of is feta. Do you prefer pizza or hot dogs? >> Definitely pizza.
What is your favorite pizza topping? >> Mushrooms.
Is your dad a jerk? .
Is anyone in your family currently in the military? .
What is your favorite dog breed? >> Pibbles.
Have you found any gray hairs on your head? >> I have quite a few grey hairs at this point, yeah. Not quite enough for a salt-and-pepper but definitely well on its way. Do you own a bikini? >> I don't. Never have. I'd like to, though, I think that would be fun. If you were a rockstar, what color guitar would you have? . Would you rather have a personal chef or personal house cleaner? >> I am desperate for a personal housecleaner.
Do you have any zits on your face right now? >> I do not.
What are three of your favorite bakery items? >> Another question I blank on very easily.
What are three creative hobbies you enjoy? .
What are three things you like about church? >> Architecture, basking in the heady vibes of religious fervour, music.
What was the last type of pie you ate? >> Whew, uh.... I have no idea. Maybe sweet potato? Which book did you love when you were younger? >> The Phantom Tollbooth, Many Waters.
Which book series could you read again? >> Well, certainly Madeleine L'Engle's Time Quintet.
Tell me about your first breakup, if you had one. .
Which person would you chose to travel the world with? .
Do you have (a) stuffed animal(s) sitting in your room? Which one(s)? >> I have like 30 stuffed animals in here, I'm not going to list them all.
Have you ever had to do a doubletake on someone ‘cuz they were so pretty? >> Absolutely. Is your last ex currently in a relationship? .
Who was the last female you were introduced to? . Who was the last male you were introduced to? .
Do you use a nightlight? >> I don't.
What’s your opinion on border control? >> Not a fan of borders in general.
What are your favorite things to create? >> Madness and chaos.
What’s something you prefer to keep private? >> My passwords?
Are you good at prioritizing? >> For my purposes and to my whims, certainly.
If you’re not religious, were you ever? What made you lose faith? >> I have always been some flavour of religious, but rarely affiliated with an organised one.
What feeling do you have the most difficulty in expressing? >> I think anger is the only one I have ease in expressing. The rest of them are all a struggle. When was the last time you looked at your significant other/crush’s Facebook profile? .

Where the Tainted Kiss [Chapter Fourteen] Alone Again [Vaas Montenegro]
Tumblr media
Warning(s): Vaas being Vaas, death, breakdowns.
No Minors Allowed!!
Over and over like a fucked up mantra, Liv repeated the words Vaas had spoken to her, doing her best to figure out what he intended to do. She had no idea what he meant when he declared that he was going to fix her.
For days – three she reckoned – Vaas kept her in the trailer under the care of Yada and a pirate she had never met before; she wasn't much concerned with his name but he seemed to enjoy American-made muscle cars, so Liv called him Chevy. He was decent enough to talk to despite his English being broken, however, her nerves were a wreck the majority of the time, waiting on Vaas to do as he swore he would.
Perhaps the pirate was yanking her chain; he seemed to like making a mess of her. Liv was almost certain she was nothing more than a side project, one for Vaas to entertain himself with until the moment she was sold. And strangely she didn't mind his attention so long as he was civil with her.
And so far he was.
Day after day, it was the same nonsense. Vaas would walk in and talk to her a bit then give her something to eat and drink; food that she didn't have to pay for – she tried numerous times so as not to owe him, but he turned her down.
"Didn't your madre (mother) ever teach you not to look a gift horse in the mouth? It's fucking rude," he had once asked her.
Yes, but Vaas never shared his gifts without reason.
Liv learned not to question him, taking whatever he gave her. Sooner or later, she figured that he'd stop. And even though she liked having food in her stomach and enough water to last her the night, she wished he'd go back to being Vaas the murderer. It was easier to deal with him that way. Something was unnatural about Vaas the fixer; she didn't like it.
Was this a part of his process? Liv was familiar with the term fixer; a person who is attracted to people they can fix, but she doubted that Vaas honestly wanted to help her or that she needed to be mended. Her past was not happy but her demons were chained so there was no reason to want to drag them out. She learned to live with them. But perhaps Vaas wanted something from her, or perhaps this was meant to be her torture. She reckoned in a way it was. Her body was in fear of the unknown and her mind was a labyrinth.
He made her a paranoid mess, strung up so tight she was on the verge of another breakdown. She had no idea what lay in store for her, but one thing was for certain, her day was coming.
In the afternoon on the fourth day, Liv was on the couch with her knees pulled against her chest, listening to Yada and Chevy argue with one another about something she had no interest in when Vaas walked in. Both the men quietened down and waited for him to bark commands, returning to their duties as the said man sent them away. He dropped down onto the couch next to her almost in her seat and offered her a mango with one hand; in the other, he carried the camera.
Liv sat her legs on the couch next to her and took the mango, raising a curious brow. What was the camera for?
"I have a surprise for you, querida (darling)," Vaas mentioned.
"What sort of surprise is it?" Liv asked. She took a bite of the mango and hummed. Normally she'd find it rude to ask but the pirate was big on praise. The worst he could do is tell her to wait.
Don't spoil the surprise, querida (darling). Whatever the hell that means.
She honestly wanted to ask him to translate some of the more common words he used. It was like listening to her friends speak Spanish in high school when she took French instead; she was lost most of the time and guessing was not cutting it.
Vaas grinned and tapped her knee much to her displeasure.
"It's your big day; your face is almost healed. We're gonna film your ransom video, but after we visit Christopher. I have something he is gonna want to hear."
Liv hoped that whatever news he had was good for the actor. Perhaps Chris was being taken from the hole; this alone boosted her mood. A small grin spread across her face, but she did not comment on it. She sat in silence and ate her mango as Vaas tinkered with the camera.
It concerned her a bit that he was insistent about making a video for her though. He knew that Liv didn't have anyone besides her aunt to pay her ransom, she told him about this before, so the idea of making a video was unnecessary to her. But at least the bruises were almost gone; she'd be someone else's problem soon. Staring at him a moment, she ran her tongue across her bottom lip and offered the mango to him.
Vaas averted his eyes then leaned over and took a bite; the juice dripped onto her skin making her narrow her eyes in annoyance. She meant for him to take it, not eat it from her hand.
"What am I supposed to do during this video anyway?" Liv asked. She wiped her hand on the camo-printed pants - a set of interlinked cable ties kept them around her waist.
"Just sit and look pretty. Most people cry and beg though," Vaas answered simply.
How reassuring. But that's what I get for asking.
Liv almost turned up her eyes, but instead, she quickly ate her mango in an attempt to push their agenda forward, then followed Vaas from the trailer on his command to the front gate where the Scavenger was parked. Carlos and the others - Yada and Chevy - were there waiting. She took an uneasy breath and crawled into the backseat with Vaas, using her time to tinker with the camera and its finger fucked lens as it was tossed in her lap.
Here we go again.
Tumblr media
An air of nervousness surrounded Liv as she rested on her knees in the sand having set the camera up on the tripod beside her. Her stormy blue eyes were focused on Chris as he lay unconscious. Every time she saw him like this her stomach churned. It was nauseating.
But he was OK. He had to be. Vaas had news for him.
The man in question sat down cross-legged in the frame with his back to Chris and filled his hand with white, then gestured with his head for Liv to start. With a nod in reply, she too was ready, eager to hear what Vaas had to say.
"Just when I thought I lost complete faith in society, something beautiful like this comes along," he remarked as he looked up at the camera. "The human spirit is... So full of mystery."
What was he getting at?
Vaas tossed the sand back down and grinned.
"You guys voted for the life of Chris and I'm gonna keep my word."
Liv was ecstatic. A wide smile pulled at her lips as she watched Vaas stand and turn to the actor, calling out his name.
"These fuckers, they want you to live. Which means..." The pirate sat down beside him with a grunt. "You're gonna be in here for another two or three weeks."
Why so long?
Despite feeling let down by this bit of news, Liv was still relieved that Chris was going to be OK. She locked eyes with Vaas and bowed her head in gratitude. In her heart, she knew that society would save him.
"He did the same joke about three times already," Vaas mentioned with a laugh as he pointed at the actor. "I don't think it's funny anymore Chris, so wake the fuck up. Say something nice to the people around the world on the internet."
A moment of silence passed, but Chris did not wake up or reply. The smile on her face slowly sunk into a frown. Why was he not responding?
Vaas called his name again and sprinkled sand on his head.
"Chris... Amigo (friend)."
He checked the actor's pulse and then suddenly leaned up on his knees in a panic. Liv wasn't sure if Vaas was acting or not but her heart was pounding in fear. He should have responded by now.
"Please wake the fuck up! Hey! Chris!" Vaas shouted as he shook him. He leaned down and tried to resuscitate him using mouth-to-mouth, but Chris didn't respond. He lay there lifeless.
By the second attempt, Liv knew that it was not an act. Tears blurred her eyes. This was not happening, not now. He was meant to live. She watched in horror as Vaas rested his head against the actors. He wasn't dead; he couldn't be.
Why wasn't Vaas trying harder?
Chevy suddenly ruined the moment, shouting the pirate's name as he ran down the beach toward them, standing in the corner of the frame.
"Shut the FUCK UP!" Vaas shouted at him, giving the pirate a heated look.
"Six skydiver just land on the island," Chevy mentioned in broken English.
Vaas widened his eyes in disbelief.
"Really?" A laugh escaped his throat. "On this fucking island?"
Chevy agreed then turned and ran past her, sparing her no look. Not like it mattered, she was in shock.
What did it matter if more people showed up? Liv narrowed her eyes at him. Chris was right fucking there. He needed help.
"You hear that Chris?" Vaas asked with another laugh. His attention turned to the camera. "Why the fuck do you people keep coming here? Hmm? I mean you know I'm fucking here."
He stood and ran past Liv towards the jungle leaving her alone. She honestly didn't care; she didn't even make a move to run. Staring at Chris through blurred eyes, she barely heard Vaas return until he was standing next to the actor again with a shovel in his hand.
"I um... I forgot to clean up my mess," he stated as he leaned down. "You know boys and girls always clean your room and listen to your parents."
Grabbing the shovel with the other hand he began to toss sand over Chris' head. Liv stared at him in confusion. She knew that Chris was dead, but something in her mind wasn't processing the information well.
"What... What are you doing?" She asked.
Vaas ignored her question and continued with his task.
"Sorry, Chris. This is not gonna be too long. Almost done amigo (friend)."
Once he was done, he leaned down into the frame again.
"I don't think anybody's gonna find him now."
Vaas grinned and blew a kiss at the camera then ran off-screen. He past Liv, but then backpedaled.
"Almost forgot about you."
Liv shook her head.
"H-he can't be. They voted for him to live."
Vaas snorted.
"Someone is loca (crazy). Come on. We have to go, querida (darling)."
She stood, but instead of following him, she rushed over to Chris and brushed the sand from the top of his head. His skin was cold to the touch. Tears poured down her face.
"Please don't leave me. You were supposed to live."
"Mourn later, querida (darling)," Vaas ordered.
He walked to her side, carrying the camera in one hand. With the other, he reached down and touched her arm, but she jerked away from him.
"Leave me alone!"
To her horror Vaas reached down and easily picked her up, tossing her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.
"Don't be fucking rude when we have guests waiting."
Like she cared. Liv stared at Chris as he slipped further and further from view. He was gone and now she was alone with an unpredictable sociopath. She was doomed. Tears slipped down her face as she sobbed in grief.
I don't want to be alone.

hiiiii!! i have been dead but its ok bc mental health and college is demanding asf 😭 on a lighter topic (bc im still sad asf) is anyone else absolutely obsessed with the what it is haechan tiktok edits?? like dayum man, how do you move like that?? haechans dancing us sooo smooth and so underrated 😭 also i am having a slight sexuality crisis bc im attracted to literally every pretty girl i see but only like kpop boys or fictional ones :( or the really pretty boys, like i have never had a crush on a dude i knew irl, then again i grew up in a place filled with with white trailer trash. ooh i did just move for college tho so we'll have to see if that changes. rn either im just into femininity or im bi?? or?? im confused, we'll say that. anyways, how are you doing? hows life? i hope you're doing ok <333 lysm 💓💖💘💕💞🩷💗
Hiiii, well it's almost summer so you'll have a nice long break soon. And yes oh my gosh and he looks so good for like no reason, like lately he's been looking too good like him and Renjun, it's too much. But I think I'm just finally out of seeing them like babies. Finally they took way longer than Jeno and Jaemin. And I Iove how every few months there's one song used for everyone but it just becomes Haechan's song cause it's literally perfect for him.
I think it is pretty common to be solely attracted to women but only really be drawn to unattainable and pretty men. I see it talked about a lot. Because I'm Bi my experience is a little different also since after something happened I'm slightly afraid to date women at this moment but I still love women but my main focus has been men for like three years so I can't exactly provide any proper insight. But I do know preferring just feminine people is definitely a thing. That's what it is for me I love women and pretty pretty boys. But I think being in a new environment might change your perception of things. But also it's normal to be attracted to one gender but find people in the opposite gender aesthetically pleasing. There's so many possibilities it will kind of work itself out while you're remaining aware of all of your feelings and putting it all together.
And I'm doing fine, a lot better than I was last week, Mercury being in retrograde really got me, mercury retrograde hasn't really got me like that since I think 2019 but it was during Scorpio season. And last week the moon was in Scorpio. So I wonder. Plus I was expecting my period which finally ended today yay! so ya know the planets, stars, and hormones just got the best of me. But I did start reading oracle cards again and I'm just using them for inner healing more than divination. They're just telling me I did all the hard work already I just need to wait, take care of myself, be nice to myself, protect myself and realize what makes me special. And it's actually kind of calmed my mind and I'm not crying every night. Also read a comment on a psychiatrist reacts to A&W by Lana del Rey video. A&W is already a song that I relate to but that comment was something I really needed to read. because it was exactly what I've been going through and feeling and it was really what I needed to read.

i feel weird sending this and i really hope i’m not offensive in any way i’m just lost :( i can like the idea of men, i would fall in love with them without exchanging any words bc they would fit my idea of Perfect Guy to be The One. well, in reality (talking to them) they were always boring and i would feel weird and disconnected from them. With girls its not like this. I feel the whole thing intensely because i’m into them completely. but i still have those moments where i see a man and feel this attraction. but the point is: when I think about marrying and being with someone I want it to be a woman, i feel happy when i think about it. i dont feel the same with guys. But i feel weird calling myself bi and also not worthy of the label lesbian. but: could I call myself a lesbian? The identity makes me feel good and happy… I know i have this feeling with guys but i dont want to act on it bc it wouldn’t work that well in real life…?does that make sense? i feel like im just doomed to be with men, to have a sexuality that includes them, when i dont want it. i know i cant choose my sexuality, i’m sorry. i have nothing against bisexuals, i just feel this deep down
It’s normal to have questions and to be confused about your identity.
Let me understand: the men you like are usually the ones you imagine? You only like them when they’re in your imagination? When it comes to real life men and attainable men you don’t feel anything towards them?
If I understood you correctly those men aren’t real. They’re something your mind created of what’s a perfect man. A perfect man does not exist so that attraction to them could be fake attraction because you’re only being attracted to the idea of perfection.
The moments you mentioned you think you feel attraction to men, what do you feel? Something that’s very common to happen is to mistake attraction with finding people attractive. The first one comes with more intense feelings: maybe you feel like you want to date them, kiss them, have anything sexual with them, maybe even feel butterflies because of them. When it comes to finding someone attractive you’re simply recognizing the person’s physical beauty, it’s not attraction if you don’t feel anything else that’s positive. Gay men can find women attractive, straight women can find women attractive, straight men can find men attractive and lesbians can find men attractive and they’re all still not attracted to those people.
About the last questions you made: if you’re still questioning your identity there’s terms like queer and sapphic you could use before figuring out if you’re actually attracted to men or not. But you could also test the labels if you’re questioning your attraction to men.
I will always recommend people like you that are questioning if they’re bi or lesbian to read both the lesbian masterdoc and the bisexual manifesto. I also advise watching some of the videos on this tag.

I don't understand what I look like. In the mirror it’s one thing, in the photos and videos it’s another. It’s also interesting how people from the outside see me. Considering that I have been fat since early childhood, these thoughts have plagued me since adolescence. It's good that not earlier. At home they always said that I was beautiful, and the bullying in kindergarten and school was too frivolous, but maybe I was strong enough, able to respond. In the end, with every stupid boy who could call me a cow, I could eventually find a common language, or find a point where we ignored each other. But the teenage years work wonders when suddenly you realize that you are different from the majority in the size of your belly and thighs. And here you are in the eighth grade, looking at yourself and realizing “wow, I’m really ugly.” And the problem is that even when I lost a lot of weight, I still looked in the mirror and thought I was ugly. At some point in time, it was as if enlightenment had set in and I felt incredibly beautiful. But the last time this feeling was broken for me was one photo from uni where I was. On the day when we were photographed, I felt pretty and attractive. But damn, after this photo I can't help but think about how terrible I might look from the outside. How I gained weight over the past year, exceeding my maximum weight. I don’t fit into my favorite dress well and can’t wear it comfortably this summer. And I get a little sad because my clothes don’t fit the way I want them to, and the fat under my chin has become more obvious. And so it’s so strange that recently they complimented me on the street, and a neighbor on the floor in the dormitory suddenly decided to get acquainted, and the guy with whom I was in the same additional course invited me for a drink. Perhaps this is sheer stupidity, I am exaggerating the significance of these small events, but damn. It was as if they were starting to notice me right now. It is at that moment in life when I feel, as a young woman, deep down. Of course, I don’t need to pay so much importance to the opinions of men, or anyone else for that matter. But it was nice to receive a compliment. My bar is too low, right? Huh. I just don't have enough confidence I think. And a little recognition. Recognition are probably primarily from myself, but it’s so difficult. I try, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. I just hope I don't look as ugly in real life as I do in photos.

[A remarkable and well-deserved exoneration. And a vile miscarriage of justice. Police 'sweating' of suspects, 'third degree' methods, manufacturing of evidence, and going after certain marginalized and racialized groups was particularly common in the 1970s. Prisoners who rioted at Kingston Penitentiary in 1971 or struck at Archaumbault Institution in 1973, for instance, complained of being coerced into signing confessions by Montreal and Toronto police. Not that it has gone away AT ALL - police coercion of suspects is an ongoing practice. I have no doubt Anderson and Woodhouse, and the other two men convicted, were assumed to be the guilty party because the investigating officers in 1973 thought they fit a racial profile and their lack of familiarity with Winnipeg or English made them an easy target for assigning guilt...]
///
From CTV News, July 18, 2023:
WINNIPEG - A courtroom erupted in cheers and applause Tuesday after a Manitoba judge said the words two First Nations men have been waiting a half-century to hear.
"You are innocent. You deserve acquittals. I'm now happy to enter them," Chief Justice Glenn Joyal of the Court of King's Bench told Brian Anderson and Allan Woodhouse.
"Your stories are stories of courage and resilience."
Systemic and individual racial discrimination within the justice system played a part in the wrongful conviction of both men, added Joyal.
"We cannot permit this type of wrongful conviction to occur without the outrage they deserve."
Anderson and Woodhouse were sentenced to life in prison when they were teens for the killing of Ting Fong Chan, a restaurant worker who was stabbed to death in 1973 near a downtown construction site.
The two men, who are from Pinaymootang First Nation north of Winnipeg, have proclaimed their innocence for the past five decades.
In the years that followed their conviction, Anderson and Woodhouse appealed to higher courts but were denied.
Following Joyal's decision, Anderson, 68, said he's been holding onto hope that one day the courts would recognize his innocence.
"It's what I wanted to hear. I've been waiting for that for the last 50 years."
The men's convictions were based largely on a signed confession given by Anderson to police. But the men's lawyers have said Anderson did not know what he was signing and English was not his first language.
On a U.S.-based podcast last year, Anderson said he signed a piece of paper that he thought was a receipt for his personal property that he had surrendered upon his arrest.
Both men took to the stand to profess their innocence and share with the court the impact their convictions had on them and their families.
...
Woodhouse, 67, spent 23 years in prison.
"It's unbelievable to be accused of something you didn't do," he told the court. "I sent my family off because I didn't want my family to see me while I was in prison."
Woodhouse told reporters afterward he believed he was arrested because of the colour of his skin.
///
From the Winnipeg Free Press, July 18, 2023:
Woodhouse served 23 years before he was granted full parole in 1990. Anderson served 10 years. He was granted full parole in 1983. They always maintained their innocence.
In an eerie moment in court, lawyers for Anderson and Woodhouse played a video clip from 1978 in which CTV’s W5 featured an interview with Anderson about his claims of innocence. Now 68, Anderson watched as he, then 22, told reporter Lloyd Robertson he didn’t know anything about the murder, and that the confessions were forced and false.
Crown attorney Michele Jules told court Tuesday the case “fell well below” the standards for prosecution in 1974 and “wouldn’t even come close” to meeting today’s charging standards.
Jules said the same Winnipeg police detective squad that obtained the confessions had been accused of using violence and intimidation to produce manufactured statements in similar cases. Anderson and Woodhouse testified during their initial trial that their statements were false, coerced and manufactured.
Of the new evidence that came to light: a forensic linguist reviewed the confessions and determined the word patterns differ from Anderson and Woodhouse’s speech patterns. In 1973, both had a shaky grasp of English and had only recently moved to Winnipeg from Pinaymootang.
“Systemic racism impacted the investigation, the prosecution and the adjudication of this case,” Jules said. “There is no question that there is not credible or reliable evidence to proceed.”

survey #182
When was the last time you admired some flowers? What kind/color were they? Recently; they were white crape myrtles.
Are you in the process of watching or re-watching a series at the moment? I could never, ever picture myself rewatching a whole series ever again, you can barely get me to sit through a new one, but Girt and I are working on The Rain for the first time.
If so, how many seasons does it have? And what season are you currently on? There are three right now, and we're on two.
Has anyone you know gotten a new pet recently? Yes, my sister Misty's family adopted a corgi (I can't remember her name), and I think someone I shot pictures for once recently got a panther chameleon because she's been posting quite a few videos with him.
How old were you 10 years ago? Who were your closest friends at that point? 17, yeesh. Ten whole years ago... Jason was my boyfriend and closest friend, then there was Summer, Hannia, Girt, Alon, Maria, Megan...
Do you still speak to any of them? Summer and I talk/see each other sometimes because she's actually part of my sister's inlaws' family, Girt and I are together, and Megan and I sometimes interact over Facebook, but we don't really talk, I also have Alon on there, but she barely touches it so we don't really talk either.
Have you ever kissed someone of another race? I mean my boyfriend's father was pure Native American, but despite the fact he doesn't visibly display any traditional traits whatsoever, it'd be incorrect to say he's totally Caucasian.
Are there any races you wouldn't kiss? No, race means exactly nothing to me with relationships.
What is your favorite thing about your best friend? He is extremely trustworthy and honest. I never feel like he's hiding something from me or sugarcoating things, but he's also gentle with me. His balance in this stuff is incredible.
What do you mostly have in common with your best friend? We're very introverted. Love video games.
Do you like it when men shave their chests? If you are a guy, do you shave? I don't care.
What is your favorite kind of video game? Horror ones, specifically psychological or survival.
When you’re visiting a site, do you still type "www."? No.
What can you hear right now? I'm watching Markiplier's Resident Evil 8 LP. Two years late, but... I'm apparently having a streak of wanting to watch his stuff again.
Do you think it’s okay for kids to have cellphones? Yes, HOWEVER I definitely support limiting screen time and gauging what they're allowed to do on there with age but especially maturity. At the very beginning, I'm all for being able to call your guardians, because that cellphone might save your baby's life in horrible situations like abductions. From there, you be the judge based on your unique child and various factors relating to them.
Do you watch anime? If so, what are some of your favorites? Yeah, they can have very interesting plots. My favorite is Fullmetal Alchemist (including the Brotherhood iteration of it, idk which I enjoy more), and I'm also fond of Ginga Densetsu Weed and Deadman Wonderland. I've seen a decent chunk of Attack on Titan and was also into it.
Do you have any siblings? If so which one of them do you get along with the best? I have six technically, but I only know five. I don't really know which one I get along with best; I feel like Katie and I have the most compatibility, but I don't feel particularly "close" to any of my siblings and I fucking hate that.
What’s your favorite TV show? And who’s your favorite character from it? Meerkat Manor is my favorite show of all time, and Mozart was my favorite character.
Have you violated any of the 10 Commandments? If so, what? Yeah; I don't give a fuck about honoring God's name or even respecting him in any way or form.
Do people think you look like either of your parents? Does that offend you? I've heard both, and no. I'll admit as a kid having someone say I looked like my dad was mildly offensive just because I was a girl and he's a man, but I certainly don't give a shit now because I know what they mean, just features.
Do you prefer regular bacon or turkey bacon? Regular, turkey bacon is gross.
Do you think it’s weird when people talk to their pets like people? No? I honestly think that's probably very healthy for the animal, and the owner too. I think it strengthens bonds, and it must certainly make the pet feel included and like family to be treated like how you treat other people.
What is the last place, other than home, that you stayed overnight? Uhhhh I feel like I haven't done that in over a year now; I'm quite sure the last time was when I was in the hospital last... March or May, whatever it was.
What is the furthest you have traveled alone? Illinois.
Have you ever dated someone simply for their looks? No.
Have you ever been drunk? No, only lightly tipsy.
What was the name of the main character in the last book you read? Blue, in the book I'm currently reading. The last book I finished, Qibli was the protagonist.
What are three of your favorite toppings for salads? Bacon bits, cucumber, and uh... that's basically it lmfao, my salads are very simple. There's too many additions I DON'T like.
Do you prefer pizza or hot dogs? Pizza.
What is your favorite pizza topping? If I could only pick one, I'd say just regular ol' pepperoni.
Is your dad a jerk? I think he's... oblivious, if anything. He doesn't TRY to be mean, he's really very funny and playful but majorly socially unfiltered. Basically, I think he's capable of being unpleasant, but it's rarely malicious. He's just an old grampa with a few screws kinda loose lol
Is anyone in your family currently in the military? No, not that I know of.
What is your favorite dog breed? Meh I always answer this with such a big list, I love so many. I have been newly very into shar peis, though. There's an Instagram one that I'm obsessed with.
Have you found any gray hairs on your head? No, that might be the day I crumble lol
Do you own a bikini? Oh hell no, I haven't since I was a teenager.
If you were a rockstar, what color guitar would you have? I want to say pink, but REALISTICALLY, I'm not sure I would. Probably mostly black, and it'd probably have skulls and/or occult-ish stuff on it.
Would you rather have a personal chef or personal house cleaner? HOUSE CLEANER.
Do you have any zits on your face right now? Ugh I have one on the upper right of my hairline right now. You can't see it unless I pull my hair back, thankfully. It's not a terrible one, at least.
What are three of your favorite bakery items? Cinnamon rolls, donuts, muffins.
What are three creative hobbies you enjoy? Writing, photography, drawing.
What are three things you like about church? I like how they look and that is literally it. Besides appearance, I only have negative shit to say about them. I grew up forced into church and will never set foot into a sermon again.
What was the last type of pie you ate? It was probably trying an apple or peach pie, I'm not a fan.
Which book did you love when you were younger? The Warriors series by S.E. Hinton was a major obsession.
Which book series could you read again? ^ I actually kinda wanna get back into that once I'm caught up in Wings of Fire, but idk, it's been so so many years that I don't even remember where I stopped, but I know I was deeeep in, so I'd hate re-reading it all. I don't re-read stuff.
Tell me about your first breakup, if you had one. I mean that *technically* woulda been with Aaron, and that was... nothing, given it was a very puppy love situation; I wasn't ready for dating yet. My first real, serious breakup was Jason, and well I tried to kill myself ultimately because of it, so-
Which person would you chose to travel the world with? I'd like it to be Girt, but realistically it would probably be my mom; my boyfriend is such a homebody, like he genuinely doesn't like vacations/traveling and I think he's insane.
Do you have (a) stuffed animal(s) sitting in your room? Which one(s)? Lots of meerkats, there's a Cheshire cat, grumpy cat, a cute lil circular bat, a random fennec fox, and my favorite plushie from childhood, a moose. I plan on trimming the numbers down though whenever I redecorate my room.
Have you ever had to do a doubletake on someone 'cuz they were so pretty? Oh I've totally done this with Alon at some point, god when I look back I can't believe I never realized THEN that my ass ain't straight lmfao
Is your last ex currently in a relationship? I have no idea, I don't keep up with her at all; even if I'm curious of how she is/what she's up to, I don't allow myself to look at any of her socials.
Who was the last female you were introduced to? ummmm I'm actually not sure? Probably a doctor, realistically.
Who was the last male you were introduced to? A family friend's friend, Larry.
Do you use a nightlight? Yeah; it's a little Saturn lamp that I can change the colors of.
What’s your opinion on border control? Look dude I don't even want borders TO exist; every single goddamn person has as much right to be on this earth in any specific location as anyone else, get the hell outta here with that "illegal human" horseshit.
What are your favorite things to create? Feral meerkat OCs.
What’s something you prefer to keep private? My sexual life.
Are you good at prioritizing? NO
If you’re not religious, were you ever? What made you lose faith? Yes, and fucking life itself. A few months back I made a massive FB post regarding why I left my faith, and in the end it really made me realize that I have bad religious wounds, maybe even trauma but I'm not 100% sure if it's to that extent. I just know I'm extremely hateful towards religions like Christianity, and it's something I actually recently broke down over because I WANT to chill out with how the very topic sets me on fucking fire; I'm never going to like faiths like those, but I want to be kinder towards their existence and just stop being SO bothered by them and other people having them. It prompted me to try to find a therapist specializing in religious trauma (didn't get far btw, thanks shitty insurance <3).
What feeling do you have the most difficulty in expressing? Envy, most likely. It makes me very uncomfortable.
When was the last time you looked at your significant other/crush’s Facebook profile? Oh jesus I'm not sure, I never look at it, really. Especially when he touches FB like, never, and never updates anything, what would even be the point?

‘We Are Our Own Worst Enemy!’: LeBron James Accused of Blaming Black People for Tyre Nichols’ Death.
Credit Breitbart.com
NBA basketball icon LeBron James has taken a beating on social media after saying black people are “our own worst enemy” in response to the police brutality incident that led to the death of Tyre Nichols.
Last week, the nation came to a standstill when released footage showed five black Memphis police officers brutally beating Tyre Nichols during an arrest, which subsequently led to his death.
Basketball star LeBron James, who has spent the latter half of his career pushing social justice messages regarding race, used the moment to say black people are “our own worst enemy.”
Jason Whitlock on Memphis PD Video of Tyre Nichols Beating: ‘It Looked Like What Young Black Men Do When They’re Supervised by a Single Black Woman’
Jason Whitlock

Ep 366 | Attitude & Frustration at the Root of Tyre Nichols Tragedy, Not Racism
Three weeks ago, in a traffic stop on January 7, Tyre Nichols was hospitalized upon arrest and died three days later. He was beaten by five Memphis police officers who, since then, have turned themselves in. Today, MPD will be releasing the body camera footage of the incident. Today on “Fearless,” Jason discusses the common narrative of policemen being "racist cops" with “Fearless” soldiers Delano Squires and Shemeka Michelle. Jason asks people to consider an alternative to what’s really going on. Perhaps attitude and frustration are the culprits, not racism.
Jason Whitlock interview on Tucker Carlson Tonight
During an appearance on FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Jason Whitlock, host of the “Fearless” podcast, said the actions of the five Memphis Police Officers charged with the murder of Tyre Nichols were a reflection of the breakdown of the family.
According to Whitlock, the beating was a clear-cut case of illegality by the accused law enforcement officers. However, it also appeared to represent the culture of single mothers who have risen to leadership posts in many American cities.
“They don’t want us focused on reality. Hey, if they want to devote an hour of coverage to this and weekend coverage of this, and they want to take us to a good place, I would examine the racial element of this because there is a racial element. And this is a story about young black men and their inability to treat each other in a humane way. Everybody involved in this on the street level was either 24 to 32 years old, everybody. It was a group of young black men, five-on-one. It looked like gang violence to me. It looked like what young black men do when they’re supervised by a single black woman, and that’s what they’ve got going on in the Memphis Police Department.”
“They’ve elected some — put some black woman in charge of the police force, and we are getting the same kind of chaos and disunity and violence that we see in a lot of these cities that are run by single mothers,” Whitlock continued. “If we want to discuss the breakdown of family that leads to disrespect for authority that causes you to resist the police and run from the police and not comply with the police because you resist authority at all time because there was no male authority in your home, let’s have that discussion.”
“But that’s not where they want to take us,” he added. “They want to take us down the path of saying, you know what, this is Tucker Carlson’s fault. This is some random white — this is Donald Trump’s fault. It’s not. It is the breakdown of family and the buying into all these left-wing things that have nothing to do with promoting family.”
Captain Convey Note
Normally LeBron James is blaming the police or white people for everything.
LeBron James said, "We are our own worst enemy.".
That short statement by LeBron sums up people in the black community that normally listen to what LeBron James says and follow his Own Worst Enemy advice.
Black on black crime also includes 5 black police officers killing one black man.
Jason Whitlock explains why some black people are their own worst enemy.

Some people are able to overcome the culture of, ‘We Are Our Own Worst Enemy!’.
It can be said of other people also, drug addicts and alcoholics.
They to are their own worst enemy.
Addiction is a choice but can be overcome.
The "We are out own worst enemy" is a culture lifestyle but can also be overcome.
Remember the song, "We shall overcome"?
Its possible.
