I put so much effort and thought into her gifts, the decor, the cake, what we did and she had the most magical day. Happiest girl ever. I love doing things like that, and feel to grateful to have the time to do it.

Why are you happy?  I have a happy, smart, healthy daughter that I get to stay home with and raise while she's young which is such a freaking blessing (even when I'm exhausted and burnt out). I have a house to live in. I have a partner that is respectful, kind, loving, hilarious and my absolute best friend. There's plenty to be sad about in my life too but the good far outweighs the bad. (Mostly I just miss my parents and having Chiari & anxiety sucks)

Last night you felt? Anxious. Literally, my stupid anxiety turned a tiny "maybe" problem into a huge one and guess what? Everything turned out fine. I hate when that happens!

How are you feeling right now?  I am soo happy! Today was Valentine's Day and I had such a fun day with my daughter. I made up a basket of goodies for her, and a Valentine's Day sensory bin. It was icy outside so we stayed in and played with toys all day. Spent lots of quality time with my girl today and now I'm hanging out with my lovely boyfriend! And it's a 3 day weekend. Could not be any happier right. :)

What do you want for your birthday? I have no idea. Staple clothing items are always appreciated, like socks or a sweater.

YESTERDAY. 1) What was the weather like? Did it change your plans in any way? Cloudy and a bit cold & kinda. We would have gone swimming if it was warmer.

2) What did you do yesterday, anyway? I'm a SAHM so I spent the day with my toddler. We went to my FIL's in the afternoon to hang out with SIL. :)

3) Did you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner? What did you have? Coffee for breakfast. Protein bar & strawberries for lunch. Ham/broccoli/rice for dinner.

4) Did you do some form of exercise? What? Yes. I did 30 minutes of light cardio. I was in a bad flare up yesterday so I took it easy.

7) What time did you get up and go to bed? Woke at 7, bed at 10.

8) What was the best bit about yesterday? Spending time with SIL. We've been visiting once per week all Summer and its been really nice! She starts back at school on Tuesday.

1 - What time did you wake up this morning? Is there a particular reason you woke up at that time? 6:50am. I slept pretty well last night so I naturally woke up 10 minutes before my alarm.

How have you been doing? I'm doing pretty okay right now, honestly. Bad things: I miss my mom a LOT and also my dad, we fucking hate our new neighbours, we want to move within the next year so we have a lot of house fixing up to do, I have a chronic condition which will always suck at least a little. Insomnia has been insomnia-ing. Good things: I've been working out and I've lost 10 of the 30lbs I want to lose, I'm really enjoying it! It's so nice to be doing some self care and working towards being the healthiest and fittest version of myself. :) Therapy has been going well. On a day to day basis, I'm happier than I've been in the past.

Anything you're looking forward to? My boyfriend's birthday. Summer ending so my favourite time of year can begin. :D I'm already thinking about Christmas gifts.

1 - Who was the last person to give you a gift? What was the reason for it? My boyfriend bought me flowers. The reason was that he went out with our daughter while I had a phone therapy appointment. Reward for therapy? Lol.

When did you last cry? And why, if you feel like sharing. I shed a few tears last Thursday. My boyfriend had a doctor's appointment and while he's not my doctor, he's my daughter's doctor and he once treated me at the ER when I had derealization for the first time so he knows my history. Boyfriend just relayed the conversation they had when he asked how I was doing and I cried for a minute when he left the room. My life has been really hard lately and I usually keep it together very well but he just reminded me that... life has been really hard lately.
