Why does the Mayor send Robin to greet you at the Bus stop? What is he so busy doing that he can't be there right away? How would the Opening Scene play differently if another Stardew townie greeted you? What housewarming gifts/ advantages would you gain from someone else? Here are my little headcanons.

Marnie - she's the Mayor's secret girlfriend. Maybe he doesn't want to risk exposing this to the new farmer. However, I think it would be cute if you had a dog or a cat from Day 1 thanks to Marnie pointing out that the farm would be a great place for them to run around.

Caroline- She would encourage you to shop at her husband's store. An invite to her Tuesday aerobics class would be nice.

Pierre - He's a busy man running his store, but he might offer you extra seeds.

Demetrius - He would awkwardly show you around, and you'd have access to the farm cave on day 1 if you accept his offer to study the local bat population.

Robin - she's the vanilla choice but I'd like to think she gives you a storage chest.

Linus - the mountain man is shy but he is curious about the new farmer. He would bring some wild forage.

Marlon - Ah! The new adventurer! A rusty sword seems like the kind of welcome gift he would offer. (You don't gain access to the mines but monsters might spawn on the first night on the farm).

Gus - ah! A new farmer! This man is kindly bringing you a hot meal.

Evelyn and George - He would be like 'dagnabbit! Dragged me out here woman!' He can't exactly roll around easily on the farmland. She would be happy to make your acquaintance (and bring cookies, of course). George might give you a leek from Ev's garden.

Pam - She's driving the bus, right? She would mention it's normal for the mayor to run late. Let's crack open a pale ale.

Clint - Errr... hi... here is a sprinkler for your farm. (Makes a quick exit). (Or maybe an upgraded watering can).

Gunther - ah yes! Please help us replenish our museum. It is in a sad state. Here is a library card and a book about the history of the Valley.

Willy - Day 1 fishing pole! Oh yeah! (Super useful for the riverlands farm). If you're on another farm type, maybe just a fish).

Wizard - He finds you very... curious... and gives you the ability to understand Junimos (except who are they?). He smiles and says you will understand in time. And poufs! Where did he go?

Morris- beats Lewis to the bus stop, just barely and is out of breath. He gives you the Joja pitch early (and for today only, a discount if you buy a membership) but you wouldn't sell out, would you?

my name is fae (she/her) and i just wanted to make a lil post to introduce myself to the community and hopefully make some friends that also love playing the sims ♡

i just turned 24, i'm from australia, and i work full time as an embroiderer. i've been playing ts4 since 2016, back when my brother built his first computer and we would take turns playing.

i also used to be on tumblr back in the day, but i deleted all other socials except for yt 2 yrs ago and i've been missing tumblr tbh... i know the site isn't what it used to be but regardless of that i'm very happy to be here ♡

i've recently been wanting to share my sims and their stories with everyone bc i just love them so much and i kind of want to keep a digital diary of them bc i dont want to forget them :')

so i'm going to be uploading gameplay from my lucid legacy challenge by @luciidsimmer lp. i've never really played through an entire legacy challenge (despite playing the game since like 2016 oops) so i'm excited to share that journey !!

I apologise for the harsher tone of these rules, but people have been ignoring them a lot lately.

I do NOT RP with:

Minors. No-one under 18 years, selective with under 21. No age mentioned, no follow.

Anyone who does not have a rules page somewhere.

Personal (non-RP) blogs. I'll check to see if you have RP sideblogs.

Discord only 1x1 with people I don't know/haven't spoken with before.

HARD NOs:

If your blog is mostly or completely intended for any of these, do not interact.

Instant smut (see below).

Infidelity/cheating plots.

Non-con, dub-con (including A/B/O) or sexual assault.

Incest. You do you, but I don't wish to engage.

Toxic ships, dead dove. Again, you do you, but not interested.

Pregnancy threads, especially where my muse is the one pregnant.

Animal abuse.

Abusive/manipulative characters. I’ve had abusive relationships OOC, and I do not want to be dealing with them in my RP as well. Villains are on a case by case basis, but muses who are by their canon nature or intended to be played as abusive are not.

Very, very selective with;

‘Unrequited crush’ threads need to be talked about first, and boundaries set. Usually only with muns I know well.

‘Fight’ threads where it’s Thera against someone else’s muse. Her vs random NPCs is fine.

Child muses (under 13). NPCs are OK, but not children who are the main muse. Any threads with older teens will be strictly platonic.

Shipping / Smutting. No instant smut. Smut may happen in the context of a ship, but it's not the sole intent of this blog.

Shipping needs to be talked about first. Thera is multiship, male-attracted, and we enjoy shipping. But it’s still not going to be an automatic-everybody thing. There’s got to be some sort of IC build up and OOC talk as well, to see how the muses get along and that we're on the same page. If we haven't talked about it OOC, it's not happening.

No means no. On both sides. If I say no to something I expect you to listen. Conversely, if you say no I’m going to take that as final, so if you change your mind later you need to tell me.

Also please do not say yes when you mean no. Just rip off the bandaid, OK?

Interaction Please communicate, please reciprocate. This is a hobby, but it’s a hobby we should both enjoy and it’s not enjoyable when something’s all one-sided. Busy happens, favourites happen, but if I’m doing all the sending and messaging and you don’t do any, especially if you’re active with others, then no hard feelings but I’m going to move along.

Reblogging Memes Please don’t reblog memes or starter lists from me without sending me one. You don't have to send me something, but if you don’t please reblog them from the source instead.

Post length I’m good with any, as long as we’re on the same page. But if I’m doing paras and getting one line back, it makes me wonder if you really want to be doing it at all. If you’re stuck, I’m totally open to waiting, plotting or re-writing.

Triggers and Tags NSFW or strong violence will be tagged (smut is tagged ‘BadThings’ and 'NaughtyList'), potential triggers as '[thing] tw'. If you need anything specific tagged, let me know (if you have a tag already blacklisted, tell me and I’ll use it).

Likewise, if there’s something you’re not comfortable RPing (or thought you were but then realise you’re not) please say so - I only ask that you do the same for me if needed.

God-Modding. I write my muse, you write yours, and if in doubt, ask. Please don’t decide for me what she does, thinks or feels (or did before the events of the thread), that your muse has done something major to her, or put her in a certain situation, without running it past me first. Also, ignoring what I’ve just written and continuing as if Thera never said or did something counts as god-modding, too.

Verses are separate unless it's been discussed OOC beforehand. Please don't shoehorn Thera into your own existing group verse without talking about it with me first.

Meta-gaming is giving your muse OOC knowledge IC. There are muses out there powerful enough that they could know things, but please talk to me about it first. Your muse suddenly knowing all about Thera for no IC reason and without asking me is not going to work out.

On those last two points, I also reserve the right to say no.

Vague/Guilt-Posting Trying to pressure or guilt me into RPing with you is going to have the opposite effect to what you want. Asking if I saw a post or reminding me once or twice is fine, talking to me directly about a problem, likewise. Messages specifically intended to make me feel bad for not replying/RPing with you are not.

One day, during one of those rare moments the couple had for themselves, some people showed up at the front door.

Their neighbours from across the street came to welcome the new residents in the neighbourhood. As a celebrity, Rayne's uncle Damian had built the house in an affluent and more secluded area of Oasis Springs and the neighbours were... the Landgraabs.

This infamous family mostly kept to themselves, but the present generation turned out to be a little more socially active. Welcoming the Dreamers were Raylan Landgraab (youngest son of Geoffrey and Nancy, younger brother to Malcolm), his trophy wife Kathleen and his sister-in-law Annabella (wife to Malcolm). Raylan is an upcoming football star and he quickly found common ground with retired player Rayne. Annabella, a budding lawyer, got in a bad mood as soon as Sarah started talking about the kids (Annabella Hates Children), but Sarah managed to turn the conversation back to a pleasant tone by flattering her.

Then, Kathleen started talking to Rayne, complimenting the house and slightly fangirling over his sports career. Raylan, who is pretty jealous, did not like the way his wife was socialising with Rayne and after a few mean remarks towards her, he stepped outside to check out Rayne's cool new BBQ. But in his anger, Raylan accidentally caused a fire and got singed.

Needless to say, that was the end of the Welcome Wagon...
