Put the feta, tomatoes, and garlic cloves in a baking dish, add the olive oil, and rub everything well. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until everything is nice and soft and the feta is golden brown. In the meantime, steam the cauliflower to the desired firmness. Mash the feta, tomatoes, and garlic with a fork and process into a cream, seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Fold in the cauliflower.
