Wednesday curled up against her caregiver, the blonde wolf holding her tightly to her body. Enid gently hummed to her small girlfriend, the soft rumbling soothing the anxiety built up from the sudden drop into little space.

Yoko stood up and slowly backed away, whispering softly, “I’m gonna head out now, give you two some space.” The vampire didn’t get too far, though, when the tiny seer started to whine and held out an arm in her direction, making a grabby hand motion at her to return. Yoko obeyed the little’s silent request, getting back down on her knees on the floor and scooting closer to Wednesday.

Suddenly, faster than even Enid’s eyes could see, the small raven had grabbed a handful of Yoko’s hair and gave it a harsh tug before letting go just as quick. The vampire let out a sharp yelp and immediately grabbed her head, rubbing at the point where hair was tugged. The reaction made Wednesday giggle brightly and excitedly, seemingly having forgotten entirely about any anxiety as she clapped her hands.

Yoko pouted but really couldn’t help the smile that spread across her face at seeing her friend, her little sister figure, laughing so happily. She noticed the other girls in the room trying to hold back their laughter and she rolled her eyes at them before redirecting her attention to Wednesday. “Little brat,” she remarked lightheartedly as she booped the girl’s nose, causing more giggles from her, “You’re lucky you’re so darn adorable. Not just anyone gets away with pulling a trick like that on me.”

Wednesday simply giggled as she once again grabbed and tugged at Yoko’s hair, sparking another loud yelp from her along with a huge burst of laughter from everyone in the room.

Wednesday Addams agere outfit!

I based this mostly off of the Netflix series (bc thats where i could get the most inspiration from) and since ur cool, u get little!Wednesday hcs aswell!

Never told anyone about her regression, keeps it a private thing

Only Thing knows, he's basically like a cg to Wednesday when she slips

Refuses to use/acknowledge she needs pacis (but she definitely does)

Thing tries his best to get her to use pacis because of a certain 'incident'

The incident in question was her trying to chomp on Thing bc she didnt have a paci

Regressor Enid & Caregiver Wednesday

So, after watching the new Wednesday series on Netflix i very quickly developed a hyperfixiation on the show in general and specifically on Enid and Wednesday. And after discovering there is basically nothing agere related for this show I decided to take matters into my own hands and write something myself for the first time since I was around 12!

Since it's been so long I've gotten pretty rusty, so apologies if it didn't turn out too good.

But i really hope i can make some fans of the show happy with this post :)

So, here we go!

-Enid often involuntarily regresses because of the stress her parents put on her, but she also regresses just for the fun of it

-Wednesday found out after discovering a crying regressed Enid in their room

-While she usually isn't very good at comforting others she tried her best to figure out what's wrong with the crying girl

-The short slurred replies combined with chewing on her shirt and how small she looked made her eventually realize what's going on with her roommate

-Wednesday awkwardly tried to comfort the small girl and eventually got her calm enough to get her into her bed and sleep, telling her "it'll be better tomorrow"

-The next day Enid tried to apologize to her, but was assured that it was fine to regress around her since "she isn't as appalling as other kids"

-once small-Enid warmed up to Wednesday enough to regularly regress around her, they became an inseparable duo

-Enids favorite thing to do with Wednesdays is to play pretend together with her stuffies

-Wednesday will throw in random cases of Homicide or Manslaughter (which she words as child friendly as possible) in the middle of the game which always leaves Enid a giggling mess ("Why are you laughing Enid? This crime is no laughing matter" *cue more giggling).

-Enid is always trying to hug Wednesday, at first she would shy away from the affection but at some point just accepted it as part of the small-enid-package deal

-Wednesday would often read parts of her novel to Enid as a bedtime story, but after Enid once got a nightmare from it and woke her up crying they switched to some of the more brutal original fairytales such as red riding hood, the little mermaid or Hansel and Gretel.

-One of Enids favorite stuffies is a rainbow puppy she got from Wednesday. She said it reminded her of Enid because of how "disgustingly colorful" it was.

-When regressed Enid often ends up unconsciously chewing on stuff and after chewing through multiple sleeve collars Wednesday got her a Wolf-shaped teether which ended up saving the rest of her shirts.

-Enid loves just listening to Wednesday play on her chello or the typing noises when she's working on her novel. Often she'll just stay close to her and either just listen or will keep her company by plopping down next to Wednesday and working hard on some coloring pages.

You hadn't allowed yourself to slip for days. Truthfully, you knew you needed to let yourself slip, all the signs were there but with how busy you knew your girlfriend was you didn't feel it was fair. She needed you and she always took such amazing care of you that you truly wished to do the same back. If that meant ignoring the nagging to slip then you'd manage it. It was a struggle the past few days, Larissa not picking up on it due to all the chaos Wednesday Addams was creating. Your girlfriend would be up before the sun and you'd be lucky if she joined you in bed before you passed out in exhaustion. You knew it was affecting her too, you saw how tense her shoulders were, the way she scrunched her eyes up indicating a migraine and you had caught a few frustrated sighs falling from her lips as she sat at her desk attempting to fix yet another incident.

It was the weekend and yet again there had been an altercation involved the Addams girl, meaning you were left to your own devices after receiving multiple apologies and forehead kisses from Larissa. You didn't know how long she would take to sort this out so you decided a nap would be a great idea. You snuggled up in bed nuzzling into the older women's pillow, her scent smothered the pillow and invaded your senses.  She always managed to soothe you. This time perhaps a little too much, you slipped into your little space just before sleep overcome you.

When falling asleep as a little you tend to be pulled in deeper, which is exactly what happened this time too. You awoke to the slamming for a door and the frustrated sighs of your girlfriend. You heard your name being called, yet you were unable to reply. Instead a string of babbles took the place of your words, "Babab mamamama?" You brought your tightly balled up fists to your eyes in attempt to clear the fogginess from your brain. "Momomomo?" You cried out confused, you could hear your momma but not see her. Was it a dream?  It was those cries that caught the attention of Larissa and guided her to where you were.

You were curled up cuddling her pillow and sobbing, babbling incoherently, clearly in such a state it made her heart ache. How long had it been since you had slipped? She couldn't quite remember but knowing you had slipped alone caused guilt to arise. "Is that my little princess I see there" she murmured bringing you blurry eyes to hers. "Momomomom?" You whimpered before stumbling from the bed to throw yourself in her arms. "Yes dear momma is here, such a pretty little princess aren't you baby?" She cooed bringing a hand to mess with your hair, knowing how comforting you found that action to be. Your only response was to get embarrassed and hide in her neck. You loved your momma and you knew she loved you. You were her pretty princess, her baby girl and she would do anything for you, so why had to put off slipping for so long?

Unbeknownst to your little self, looking after her princess was exactly what Larissa needed. Looking after you gave her that release she so desperately needed and allowed her to lean into those natural motherly instincts she had. "I missed you dear. Are you okay there?" She murmured dropping a kiss to your cheek before moving her slender fingers to tickle your sides. You shrieked and giggled trying to squirm away from her. "Momomomo nananana" you babbled not really knowing what you were trying to say, but somehow Larissa knew exactly what you wanted. "Oh I'm so sorry princess, momma just missed those pretty giggles so much" she shot you a bright smile causing you to blush and hide your face again. "Wuv momma" was mumbled into the bed spread, where you had buried you face. "Momma loves you too dear, now how about we go and get your sippy love? And maybe we can put baby shark on? Hmm?" She suggested knowing just how much you loved that show. You shot a quick nod her way before clambering back into her arms and wrapping around her like a koala, "uppie uppie momma uppie" you giggled excitedly warning the older women's heart. "Come on then my princess" she murmured standing easily carrying your weight.

It wasn't long before you had settled in bed, snuggled up on your mommas chest, sippy cup in hand and baby shark playing on the tv. This right here and now was your safe space. One you were forever grateful to Larissa for supporting you, giving you what you so clearly needed.

A/n: This all came to me in the span of 30 minutes and I just wrote it all down and saved it, idk if it’s any good but I don’t hate it so!

It was certainly a sight to see, a seemingly frustrated Enid running out of class with absolutely no explanation, the teacher tried calling after her which obviously failed, Enid was quite the runner.

The clear next step would be to call the principal, so he did. Not two seconds after the teacher called Larissa to report the issue Enid was running into the office, straight to Larissa before practically crashing into her.

“Looks like your runaway has made her way to me all on her own, thank you for calling, I will handle this.” And swiftly, Larissa quit the call. Looking down at the child practically clinging around her waist. “What’s the meaning of this?”

The question became quickly unnecessary once she actually looked at Enid’s face. “Oh little one.. why did you run off like that?” Of course she knew just by looking at her, Enid was an open book when it came to showing how she was feeling.

This wasn’t Larissa’s first time meeting Enid regressed, she was actually the first to know. And Larissa had made it clear that her doors were always open for all students yes, but even more so for Enid when she was regressed.

“Overwhelm- everything got so hard understan out of nowhere-” Larissa could see how panicked Enid was getting just from talking about it and decided maybe it would be best to calm her down in that moment before asking questions.

“My mistake, I shouldn’t have started asking questions. Let’s breathe for a little bit first. You’ll be okay, just need a moment to collect yourself specially after all that running don’t you think? Just follow me, hun.”

After a few minutes getting Enid to calm down Larissa sat on the couch and patted the space next to her which Enid quickly occupied. “Do you know what made you slip, little one?” Enid quickly shook her head.

“Mayb stressy?” Larissa nodded, taking a second to think. “Alright then, you’re going to stay with me, okay dear? You should have somebody watching over, and I can’t quite leave yet. I will email all the teachers that you’ll be staying with me.”

Larissa had said this before actually, but Enid insisted that she’d be fine on her own when it came to anything. This time, she agreed.

“What you did was okay, you’re looking out for yourself but maybe next time announce to the teacher that you’ll be leaving. I will put in a special note stating that you can leave class at any time as long as it’s to come to me. How does that sound?” Enid yet again clung to her. “Thank yous miss Weems”

“You’re always welcome, little one.”
