Well for me I knew I was supposed to find Mel hot and i have a problem with characters in supposed to find hot...

I like characters who are objectively hot but with Mel it was like "she's sexy I know i get it" but now she has super powers and cool gold body paint stuff and her eyes glow and she fought soemone and and-

To me, I think it’s fact I connect Silco and Mel in a lot of their behaviors, they’re both smart politicians, not afraid to manipulate to get their way, they have deep care for their loved ones, clear ideals and methods, and a very loyal hand. I think the moment I realized that they both became instantly hotter to me.

Silco came in and I went ‘oh yeah I’m gonna love that evil guy’ which would be an unconventional choice. And then there she was.

It’s also bc I’m a big fat lesbian and she’s so enchanting from the moment she steps into that screen.

He was a voice of reason, and enlightening, like so many of us hoped. Not negative, draining, or harmful to her. It was a truth she needed to hear. That he realized after this search for vengeance fulled by hate, that it would've been best to walk away, to move on, to find it in his heart to forgive. Even when he had every right to hate with every fiber of his being. If someone like him can rest in peace, so could she. Jinx needed to die for Zaun, the way Silco needed to die for Jinx.

I understand that definitely, I think evil/morally grey just has so much more depth than just a straight up “good” character. (I’m sure an argument could be made but it’s just my opinion/preference)

As for Maddie, I kinda had the same reaction Vi had to her introduction. And I don’t really think there’s going to be much more to her character? Her arc(?) seems to just end there, and totally be okay with that. Though I’m sure her having some sort of angry/jealous reaction to caitvi being back on would be rly fun to see.
