Watching Pyramid Game has convinced me that no genre does gay like straight k-drama thrillers. They got me with The Devil Judge, bullied me with 5-second sapphics in Squid Game, then 5 more second sapphics in All of Us are Dead, shattered me into a million pieces watching Weak Hero Class 1, made me question my sanity watching Bloodhounds, got me again with Beyond Evil, then tried to circle the block with 3-second gays in The 8 Show. I think Pyramid Game might be the show that finishes me off. I've never behaved like this in my life.

Like there's a real queer friend group of girls lying on a roof calling each other ugly. There's no better representation than that.

➤ breaking up with you was the last thing jake wanted to do. he never wanted to hurt you, but when an unknown number sent images of the two of you to him, he realized you might get hurt because of him

➤ to prevent that from happening, jake begrudgingly ended your relationship

➤ as you guessed it, that wasn’t quite the end of jake and y/n

➤ he continued keeping tabs on you after the break up in the least stalkerish of ways. watching you in school, stalking your social media, etc.

➤ in doing all this, jake realized how empty his life was without you. he’d left you to protect you, but not being by your side felt so much worse

➤ he'd pull you aside one day and just lay his head in your lap. "i thought... i thought things would be better if we were apart, but they're not, y/n. you'd be safer with me. please, take me back."

➤ to make matters worse, teddy wasn't doing much better either. it was as if the second he stopped fighting and broke up with you, all threats against your safety vanished. as if they were never there. as if the only purpose was to destroy him by making him lose you

➤ one evening, you were brushing your teeth before bed when you caught a crumpled hoodie in the reflection of your mirror and turned only to discover that it was one of teddy's that you'd stolen

➤ you immediately broke down, missing the way he'd scold you for taking his things and run his fingers through your hair

➤ you were calling him before you knew it, and not ten minutes later you were in teddy's arms, his arms tight around you as you sobbed and begged for a better explanation as to why he'd left you

➤ unknown to you, wolf had been keeping excessive tabs on you. watching you. trying to keep you safe from a distance

➤ he saw the way you danced with strangers and drank with friends. how you laughed freely and let yourself not care. how you appeared to be forgetting him

➤ he hated it. seeing you move on so quickly most of all, he hated that that’s what it took for him to realize that you belonged safely at his side and his side alone

➤ wolf didn't regret much; he didn't see a point in it. but he regretted this. he regretted losing you. and when you opened your door one evening to see him standing there with flowers, dirt still clinging to the roots, you knew he'd do everything in his power to win you back

➤ you cried harder when alex started laughing at your ridiculous confession and smacking his shoulder with your hand to get him to stop. alex would simply grab your hand and kiss your skinned palms. "you're right. i was wrong to think you'd be safe around curbs without me." "i hate you!" but you'd let him pick you up and kiss you better, just like old times

➤ you weren't going to beg him to take you back, but when you finally met his eyes, you realized you didn't have to. "y/n, the others can't know. i can't protect you if they know." you forced yourself not to grin too hard as you nodded and pulled him down for another kiss
