One thing that mildly disappoints me about Rachel Young is how she was set up in a way where it would have been very easy and a little entertaining to have her have been a double agent the whole time.

She knew Cutter was shady from day one and dodged his attempts on her life just to get a meeting with him. She stayed cool despite having a gun in her face, she stroked his ego and reminded him enough of his younger self for him to think it worth it to offer her a job, and she had a clear talent for disguising her identity and using fake names to get information. She also had a clear sense of Cutter’s power and would realistically know taking him down or exposing him would mean making ethical concessions to get close to him. It’s not crazy to think she might have been working for an organization that was on to him or trying to take him down.

It would have been very easy and honestly very funny if in the end both she and Kepler lessened the strength of Cutter’s evil space laser or whatever that decima thing was and had a conversation like “huh. How odd. I only remember lowering it by 25%.” “Fascinating. Me too.” as they’re both holding guns to each other like “wait… you’re also a double agent? YOU? Really? Okay then.”

Don’t get me wrong, I get why they went the route they did with Rachel, but I think this would have been really funny. Especially because no one else would believe either of them if they tried to claim they’d been good guys the entire time, no matter how true it was.

Multi-instrumentalist David Lindley, Best Known for Work with Jackson Browne, Dies at 78

- “The world of music lost an icon today,” guitarist Guthrie Trapp says

David Lindley, the multi-instrumentalist best known for his work with Jackson Browne, has died at 78, the Los Angeles Times reports.

No cause was given.

“The world of music lost an icon today,” Guthrie Trapp said. “One of the deepest and most unique players ever. My musical expression would not be the same without the influence of David Lindley. He was a master.”

Lindley played such a wide variety of stringed instruments, Acoustic Guitar magazine once called him a “maxi-instrumentalist.”

“I’m gonna fix up my (Lindley-) autographed lap steel and cry all over it,” Carolyn Wonderland said.

Jason Isbell called Lindley’s death “a huge one,” in a post on Twitter.

“Without his influence, my music would sound completely different,” Isbell said. “I was genuinely obsessed with his playing from the first time I heard it. The man was a giant.”

In addition to his work with Browne - that’s Lindley singing falsetto on “Stay” - Lindley toured and recorded with his cousin Linda Ronstadt, Ry Cooder, Bonnie Raitt, Crosby and Nash, Warren Zevon and others.

“He was the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person you could ever meet,” Zevon’s son, Jordan, said of Lindley.

“Very sad.”

Mark Karan said he was “devastated” at the death of “one of my all-time musicians.”

“His roots music, song curation and all the awesome ethnic music influences he brought to the party made him such a special and beloved musician for us lovers of the eclectic,” the former RatDog guitarist said.

After leaving Browne’s band, Lindley formed El Rayo-X and released solo albums among his other projects.

“May David Lindley rest in peace and love,” Todd Rundgren’s Spirit of Harmony Foundation said.

**I get that Pryce gave Hera her voice to control her. My question is, why she didn’t do that for Eris, Enlil, and Rhea too? My personal theory is that it’s because Hera was a more updated/advanced AI and they gave her more of a defiant/tough/independent personality on purpose to make her more resilient, but they also wanted her to be controllable. But that’s just my head canon.

***Bob said they intend to observe humanity for 14,000 years by sending in the human copies. Lovelace is a human copy and she made it back to Earth. Unless the aliens send more copies, given how difficult it is to kill Lovelace, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to assume the dear listeners gave her a lifespan of 14,000 years.

This takes place after episode 7, when Nash is going around looking for Lora in one of the pens.

He gets spotted by Tony and goes off to confront Nash, since he knows Nash can't do much to him. So, he grabs and drags Nash to a more secluded spot, pinning him to the wall, demanding answers.

Why was he here, why was he fighting them over their catch of Timmy, just in general asking why he's acting so weird?

Nash is annoyed by this and snaps how he never wanted to do this hunter thing and how much he hated living in Aakahn. But he knew it would make him good money and was desperate. Telling a semi fake story about the gators taking him in, but with Nash wanting to lure them into the net traps. He thought he finally got lucky but the three came in and ruined it. Showing his injuries leg as the proof of that. Then telling how he caught Bodie off guard while they slept and that's how he was here with him as his "catch"

Stating how everyone made him feel suffocated and shamed. Now that he has a beast to fight in the arena, he'll finally make enough to move away from Aakahn and from them. Them tying him up to a tree, made it clear to him how he needed to leave.

It makes Tony question if that's really how Nash felt this whole time working with them all. Nash just answers that it was a long time coming and how once he earns enough. He'll disappear for good, remarking "You won't have to deal with dumb little Nashy anymore."

After this, Nash leaves wishing Tony well in his future hunts and to tells Warren and Sparky the same. Showing he holds no resentment to them and walks off. He walks out to find Marco and leaves Tony alone.

That is all I have for now, just a angsty filled scene that I wanted to portray! Hope y'all like it!
