Warhammer is for Everyone. Doesn't matter how you got into it. Doesn't matter how you engage with it. Doesn't matter if you own or not any piece of merch or books or minis or if you are just delighted at the fanfic version of any character.

What (sensible) people are against is about all the chuds considering themselves superior, with the power to veto who is and isnt allowed to be a fan, being hypocritical while knowing far less than anyone else and using warhammer as a cover for being bigoted assholes.

So go ahead and be a fan, and enjoy being a fan however you want, Warhammer is for everyone and that includes yourself.

I'm actually so scared of being perceived as a warhammer tourist it's concerning. ;_;

Like idk I do get a lot of my lore just from the wiki and I thought that that was a good place to get lore from but I saw a post talking about how fake people who do that are.

And I don't really know any podcasts.

The worst thing tho is that I'm attached to these characters that I've only known through memes and fandom interactions and I'm scared to actually learn more about them because they are probably drastically diffrent to cannon.

Like I don't make Shovel kriegsmen jokes or tech priest toaster jokes but I don't have any minis and I haven't read any books. And Yeah I got into this because of seeing gameplay of space marines 2.

Does this make me somehow lesser than other fans? >_<

Space Maid Space Marine !

From the very first time I saw the incredible design of the Space Maid made by ChumiiCham, I wanted to paint one. Look at them, they are adorable :

Thanks to Solflamer that created a 3d model for them (available on Cult3d : https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/maidmarine) my dream came true.

It was both a really challenging mini to print correctly (mine still have defaults I patched up as well as I could with greenstuff. I'm a beginner both at 3d printing and greenstuff so that's not amazing) and to paint with a lot of shades of pink, but what a blast that was.
