The funniest thing about cosmere reddit is that they've somehow gaslit themselves into thinking that Brandon's early work is bad. They basically treat Elantris and even Era 1 like they're really subpar compared to his newer works. What's even funnier is that they're doing this with the Way of Kings now. People are constantly saying it's bloated.

Also I'm sorry but if this is your first time reading TWoK, I do not care about your opinion on whether it's bloated or not. I don't believe that you know what is actually foreshadowing and what is "bloat".

I'm not going to be surprised when the narrative in like 10 years is going to be "Arc 1 is really not that great."
