so when you first saw him, you respected him quite a bit, though his features did make him seem a little out of place as compared to malleus, silver and sebek

you quickly learned that those exact features made him incredibly popular

maybe overly so, because every time you saw him, you could see him flirting with an entirely different person

the first time you actually spoke to him, he was looking for his misplaced pencil case, still wearing the overly large science coat with the large goggles resting atop his head

"Excuse me dear, I seem to have misplaced my pencil case and I have no idea where it could be. Would you be a dear and join me in my search?"

you simply raised an eyebrow, and shook your head no

he pursued his lips and made a pouting face, but you just stared blankly at him

relenting, he sighed and turned around to find someone else to help him with his search

you could faintly hear a "... Am I not cute enough today?"

fortunately (or not), you stumbled across a pencil case at the edge of the staircase, with diasomnia, light music club, and bat keychains attached to the one zipper

hmm, he must have dropped it while switching classrooms

so you bring it to the diasomnia house room, where you were greeted by silver

you entrusted the pencil case to silver, but not without him asking for your name and class so Lilia could say thank you properly

of course, you tried to leave, really not wanting to get involved in any sense with the playboy and his fanbase

but silver being the dear that he is insisted on having your name

the next day, as you were walking to your classroom, Lilia appeared seemingly out of nowhere

he thanks you, but starts rambling off "Oh I knew I was cute enough yesterday! How sweet of you to help little old me, khee hee!"

you try to brush off his gratitude with a quick "you're welcome" and "it wasn't a bother really"

but then he's spouting "It must be fate that you were the one to help me! Darling, won't you let me return the favour? Perhaps, with a date?" he says while batting his eyelashes cutely

so you rejected him honestly, but rather than be upset, his eyes are just twinkling mischievously (uh oh)

after that event, you just started encountering him randomly in your school life

popping up randomly to ask you out because he looked particularly cute that day

asking you to come over to the light music club after school

you continued to reject him, thinking he was just playing around like with all the other girls

but then one day, he came up to you with a request

"Dear, would you happen to be good at baking?"

see, silver's birthday is coming up, and apparently it's all the rage nowadays (so he says) to have a homemade cake rather than a store-bought one and "of course, it's also more nutritious"

but, rather infamously, Lilia's not the best cook

see the white day incident, where he made chocolates in return for all the ones he received and almost succeeded in murdering everyone's tastebuds

so nobody really wants to work with Lilia in the kitchen, not even his devoted(?) fangirls

usually you would've rejected his request, for two reasons, one being the rumours of his cooking, and two being not wanting to become further involved with him

but he seemed so sincere about his wish for silver, and so downcast at being unable to make the perfect birthday cake that you couldn't help but agree

on the condition that he listen to your every word whilst working in the kitchen

and thank god for that condition, because you quickly learned why he was a bad cook

"But this recipe isn't nearly nutritious enough! Shall we add some lettuce? Or perhaps..."

Lilia, we're baking a cake, not a salad...

you felt so bad for whoever was his partner in home economics

but you gave him the task of whisking the eggs after having him prepare the stovetop, where you planned to melt the butter in a saucepan...

"There was one time I went abroad and brought something back for Silver..." Lilia recounted, his hand hard at work whisking the eggs.

But just as you were getting lost in his storytelling, disaster struck. The stovetop suddenly caught on fire, flames dancing dangerously high. Panic welled up within you, and before you could react, Lilia acted swiftly.

"Careful!" he exclaimed with urgency. With the grace of a gallant knight, he pulled you close, his body a protective shield against the fire. His surprisingly serious face caught you off guard, the fiery glow reflected in the depths of his crimson eyes. His arms were a fortress, secure and tight around you.

Thump. Thump.

In a matter of moments, Lilia turned off the gas and moved the saucepan away from the stovetop, as if he were used to dealing with emergencies in the kitchen.

"Are you alright, dearest?" he asked, genuine concern in his eyes.

You took a moment to collect yourself, your heart still racing. "Oh, uhmm, yes, I'm fine... Wait, did you turn the stove all the way up?"

Lilia looked a bit confused as he admitted, "Yes? I wanted to melt the butter faster."

You couldn't help but shake your head in exasperation. "Lilia!!!" you exclaimed, incredulous at his impulsive cooking decisions.

He chuckled, seemingly unfazed by the near-disaster. "Well, it did the job, didn't it?"

thankfully, you manage to finish the cake without either of you getting hurt

it's not the best looking cake, but it definitely has a homemade feel to it, only enhanced by the chopsticks used to support it

you also get invited to silver's birthday party! lilia keeps trying to take pictures with you and ask you out

only this time, you can't help but feel more affected by his attempts than you were before

maybe you've taken a liking to the playboy afterall ;)

"Goodness, isn't it about time you give me a chance, darling?" Lilia playfully pouts, placing his hands on his hips in a mock display of irritation.

He sighs, before a rueful smile graces his lips. "Well, I suppose it's alright for now. I'm a very persistent man, you see," he says, his unwavering gaze fixed on yours.

i like to think about the guys's family situation a lot because it's barely, and i mean barely, touched on in the show.

these are just some headcanons that i believe, but i feel like most of these are universal.

kendall: so obviously, we have ms. mama jennifer knight and katie. his dad's out of the picture for reasons unmentioned. however, kendall and jennifer's actors confirmed that initially, it was supposed to be that kendall's dad cheated on jennifer and walked out on them (presumably right before katie's birth.) it makes a lot of sense when you put it into context with kendall's actions throughout the show. for example, in s2ep1, "welcome back big time," kendall literally almost ruins his relationship with jo after suspecting her of cheating on him, even though she reassured him multiple times. another example is during "big time concert" when kendall is upset at gustavo because he "didn't even say goodbye." i think that struck a particular nerve in him.

also, speaking of gustavo, i know we like to talk about the parallels between him and kendall. i mean, the show even outwardly mentions it in the first episode. in "big time mansion," kelly mentions that gustavo didn't really have a chance to have a fun childhood. another popular headcanon that i totally agree with is that kendall had to grow up faster than other kids, what with his dad walking out. they both had to grow up fast in their own respective ways.

james: we actually get to see BOTH of his parents! even if we see his dad for literally one second during big time concert. also, semi-unrelated, whoever cast lisa rinna as his mom is an absolute fucking genius. anyway, we got to know a lot about james's family. his mom and dad are divorced, and his dad then goes on to marry a woman 15 years younger. james's mom is controlling and overbearing, but ultimately just cares. back in minnesota, i'd like to think that james mainly lives at his mom's place, but his mom's a workaholic and isn't home that often. james would probably stay at his dad's place every weekend or every other weekend. and, i don't think he would be fond of his step-mom at all. his dad and his step-mom would have a baby and i think james would hold a lot of resentment towards the kid like he's being replaced. but, he just considers himself an only child.

carlos: we get to see both of his parents ! but they're actually super chill and normal. we meet carlos's dad (i can't remember his name, if it's even mentioned) in "big time break," who is a police officer. and then, of course, we meet his mom, sylvia, in the mom episode. and she is an it data analyst! i see carlos as the baby of the family with 2 or 3 sisters that are college-aged and older, so they were all moved out, even back in minnesota. idk imho, carlos probably has the most normal, traditional and loving family.

logan: his family situation is the most vague out of the 4. we meet his mom, joanna, in the mom episode. god bless the mom episode. and she is a real estate agent! logan is definitely an only child. his parents are both work-aholics, so they are not around. i see his dad as having a medical job, maybe a surgeon, which is why logan wants to be a doctor so bad. i think his dad holds very high expectations for him regarding academics and whatnot. like "son 'a' is for AVERAGE so i expect you to get them." yadda yadda.

IT'S JOEVER.

I BEAT ORIGINS. my heart is so full and i have so many feelings but ahhh I loved it SOOO MUCHHHH!!! Honestly surprised with how quickly I attached to my Warden and her story, all the companions are SO SO great. 10/10 best dragon age game by far.

I really enjoyed leaving Milana and Alistair to very much caring for each other after everything was said and done despite the unrequited romance. 😭💗 My heart is so full about those two being such such good friends. And I especially love that Morrigan and her became so close like sisters in the end too. Live well, my friend. Live gloriously. BABY GIRL I LOVE YOUUUUU. Special kiss to the wind for SHALE. Honestly the best person Milana loves to be snarky with fr. lol. NOW ONTO ZEVANA....

Just before the big battle with the Archdemon and I was exploring a few options and I personally headcanon it's a combination of these two scenes that Milana and Zevran share. Milana worried to put him in danger of the Archdemon only for him to tease and insist to come with her before she relents/agrees and finally admits that she loves him. There's something so profound in him not saying it back and yet equally so with Milana saying it to him. She doesn't even need to hear it back in this moment. She knows what he feels mirrors her own; he would choose to be by her side at the end in a shared suicide mission than not at all. That alone is her courage, her strength, her resolve. And Zevran knows it love despite himself but how fucking painful and scary is it to hear those three words in the face of uncertain death? When the last time he heard those three words from Rinna he had damned her and himself? To recognize once more his heart has been touched so irrevocably? He may be grateful fate has brought them together but the circumstances of it all are so, so cruel. Fate is a tricky whore!!!!! What a lovely and incredibly intimate character moment for the both of them. Ugh <33

"John Wick" Lu Da au...

where against all odds Lu Da manages to escape his life of crime, settles down (much as a sea-loving pirate can) with Rinna, only for her to fall ill and die a few years later in a cruel twist of fate.

Just three days after her passing, neck-deep in grief, he's on his way to get sustenance when some punk thug and his cronies try to bully him into selling his crossbow (a one-of-a-kind piece of craftsmanship, worth many times its weight). When Lu Da refuses, they track him down in the night, beat him bloody, and kill his beloved dog Lady Luck, just to steal the damn weapon (and for petty revenge).

Problem is, this thug has no idea what he just did, or who he did it to, or that this man is clean out of fucks. But his father does. A big, bad dude Lu Da used to work with, who's very familiar with how Lu Da got his name and reputation, as well as the reason he escaped and settled down. And the recent tragic news of how it ended.

He recognizes the crossbow. His son is an idiot. And he knows Lu Da is coming.

Reimagining that scene, pirate king injured and finally captured, and Big Bad feeling very smug: Lu Da, bloody and seething: "Give me your son."

Bad Dude, sighing: "Lu Da..." *mockingly* "Dirty Hands. It was just a fucking crossbow! Just a fucking dog!"

"Just a dog..."

"...Yeah."

"When Rinna died I lost everything. That dog was my only semblance of hope, a chance to grieve unalone. And your son took that from me—"

"Oh, come on."

"Stole that from! KILLED THAT FROM ME! People keep asking if I'm back, and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back! So you can either hand over your son, or you can die screaming alongside him!"

Commence de-redemption (re-corruption?) arc, and a frothing, feral Dirty Hands coming out of "retirement" to deliver the reckoning of his career.

ofc i expect queer characters in da, but in film and tv etc, i'm so used to queercoding or accidental tension. this applies across the board, but it's being fulfilled more often as time goes on. so infrequently with mlm relationships.

i wasn't surprised when miriam and hira kissed - it was a pleasant affirmation that the series wasn't chickening out or being pressured out of rep for purposes of the show. and we've had a handful of canon wlw relationships in da, of varying visibility and relevance. celene and briala (ech), vaea and charter, sera and dagna (conditionally/in the bw canon timeline), branka and hespith, maybe others, that's just what's been in the media i've consumed.

mlm-wise, with named characters, there's dorian and bull (conditionally), karl and anders, and zevran and taliesin (and rinna).

out of these, branka and hespith, karl and anders, zevran and taliesin are are completely off-screen, all being in the past, and the latter two are conditionally revealed to the player.

Drive Fav Pairing OF COURSE it's Gou/Chase, but I want to take a sec and talk about how much I love Shinnosuke/Kiriko and Heart/Brain/Medic. Like first of all, Shinnosuke's Li Shang Bisexual "Oh shit I'm in love with Oh shit, I think he DOES actually like women and it's not just the writers pushing something!" As for the Roidmude trio I mean c'mon, they are perfect. Also like...queer poly rep, even if they are kinda toxic lmao

Drive Least Fav Character would probably have to be Freeze actually. I have a lot of problems with that story arc in general, Freeze seems like an unnecessary villain and it feels like the stuff with Shinnosuke's dad is just squeed in there :/

Saber Fav Male has to be Ren, I feel SO BAD for him throughout Saber. Like yeah, Touma and Kento are GOING THROUGH IT, but Ren is just a kid and there's no one there for him cause everyone else is grieving - poor kid slips through the cracks.

Saber Fav Fema- MEI!! IT'S MEI! HOLY SHIT I LOVE MEI!! She's just an actual ray of sunshine??? I adore everything about her

Fav Pairing It would be a lie if I said Kento/Touma, because the truth is I am weak for kaijin/human pairings so I have to say Ren/Desat. I love that despite their slightly hostile vibe they really care about each other in a way no one else has before.

Least Fav Character would have to be Yuri I suppose. I would say Saber's only flaw is having too many characters, and by the time Yuri shows up there's almost not enough screen time to go around as is. So it's not Yuri's fault, per se lol

Who's Most Like Me? In Saber that's a hard one. I would probably have to say Kento, especially post resurrection where he, in a way, has to learn how to be hopeful again.

At which point do Kal and Zev get together? Also, is it possible in game to romance anyone after the Alistair Divorce (Landsmeet)?

unfortunately, it's not possible in game :( but in my HEART <3 yes it should be possible<3

for kal and zev... on kal's first playthrough, i triggered both the zevran and alistair romance and despite her strong feelings for zevran, she felt it was unfair to alistair (who she met first) if she left him for zevran. she would've been happy to start and keep a relationship with both of them, as would zevran canonically, but alistair was firmly in the No Sharing camp. then after eamon's cured, alistair starts hinting that he might leave her if he becomes king like eamon wants which is her first hint of 'oh no, i made the wrong choice'.

it takes kal and zev a while to get back together, mostly because of the damage it caused their relationship for her to break up with him - in prioritising alistair, she acts as if zevran's feelings (which are terrifying to him, since she's the first person he's opened up to after rinna) don't really matter. it also takes kal a while to heal from the damage of alistair leaving her the way he did - she firmly believes that the only thing she's really good at is killing and violence, and alistair seemed to be one of the few people who valued her for more than that until she refused to kill someone he wanted dead. the way he shouts at her and acts as if killing should be easy for her - when he knows what he knows about her - kind of... really fucks her up lol. kal and alistair are approaching a revenge arc from opposite ends and it all sort of culminates at the landsmeet in a very ugly way, and kal's left dealing with the fallout for ages.

but! for kal and zev. in-game, by the time she's sent to vigil's keep, they're still talking things out and have just decided to try and start over. there's a lot of big emotions between the two of them about it, but i think it helps that they do love each other and they understand each other. they're SICKENINGLY in love and happy and sappy about it <3

Iconic Moments of RH 2022

It’s that time of year where I look back on the moments that defined Real Housewives from January to December, and this year was another rollercoaster ride.

I originally started with this because of the weak seasons the shows were having, and silly me who didn’t want to acknowledge that it’s the beginning of the end for the franchise decided to counter the criticism with an appreciation post.

What I can say about 2022 is that it has been a strange year. And if I’m going to be honest, it has been a Bravo year of failures, really.

Heather Dubrow couldn’t save RHOC, so now the producers has brought back Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson and even Taylor Armstrong as a friend!

Erika Girardi and Lisa Rinna were successful in derailing the focus from Erika’s legal issues and drunken behaviour by exposing Kathy Hilton.

But the much-anticipated trip to Aspen became a huge fiasco since there were no footage or audio from Kathy’s so-called meltdown.

The newest housewife Diana Jenkins was another fiasco.

And while RHOBH had a dramatic season, it was an incredibly toxic season that wasn’t that much fun to watch.

There is still no sign of a new season of RHONY or the RHONY Legacy show on Peacock, since Bravo can’t come up with a cast that works, so there’s another failure.

Casting for season 13 of RHOA was allegedly a disaster as the producers were left with promoting Marlo Hampton, bringing Shereé Whitfield back (again!), renewing Drew Sidora and bring in the newcomer Sanya Richards-Ross.

Against all odds, the cast actually worked, even if it wasn’t perfect. It made their season somewhat of a mixed bag with some great moments and some disappointing moments.

As for RHOSLC it’s apparent that the show is in serious trouble without Mary Cosby’s quirkiness and soon loses Jen Shah as her sentencing begins in January. 

As Bravo hadn’t hired anyone to replace Mary or Jennie Nguyen, they were left with 5 housewives and 3 friends. I’m just afraid that RHOSLC won’t last very long without the big personalities like Mary and the Shahmazing Jen.

As I said, a year of failure pretty much.

The only shows that were solid and kept me fully entertained throughout the season was RHOM, RHONJ and The Ex-Wives Club!

I know that people might disagree with my list, but it’s my personal list with my favourite moments. Please let me know what your favourite moments of Real Housewives in 2022 was.

1) “Lenny is dating her now!” 

The unravelling of Lisa Hochstein’s marriage is one of the most fascinating and most real the Real Housewives has been in decades!

The moment when she told the women about the chaos her life has become in one week was epic. From all the crazy details about Lenny Hochstein, to Guerdy Abraira’s screaming in shock and Alexia Echevarria unleashing her wrath.

This was Housewives Gold.

2)  “She was a fucking pharmaceutical rep, you fucking idiot!”

I just loved this moment with Jennifer Aydin from the season premiere of season 13! 

Margaret Joseph was accusing Jennifer of lying and being fake, but when she talked about Bill Aydin being unfaithful, Jennifer didn’t lie or deflect. 

She corrected her with the truth, and that’s truly a top tier Housewife move and an iconic moment. It’s one of my absolute favourite moments this year.

3) “You need another villain? Here I am.”

Now, this is not a fun iconic moment, but it was such an eventful party that I couldn’t leave it out of my list. And it’s impossible to chose one of the disastrous moments from the party, so I’ve settled with the entire mess!

In one corner we had Sutton Stracke having a bizarre and chaotic conversation (?) with Diana who was in a particularly bitchy mood that night, and a drunk Kyle Richards who was manhandling Sutton and belittled her miscarriages.

In the other corner we had a wasted Erika who mad an embarrassing ass of herself by trying to seduce Garcelle Beauvais’ oldest son and cursed at her youngest son.

This party was truly chaotic.

4) “No, she’s only five years older than me...”

Next on my list is the moment from RHUGT2 that I can’t stop thinking about. After Brandi Glanville threatened to fight Dorinda Medley, Phaedra Parks tried to calm her down at the bar.

She told her that she couldn’t fight Dorinda, because she was old enough to be her mother. And Brandi answered “No, she’s only five years older than me…” To which they started to laugh. Even the poor bartender started to laugh uncontrollably behind his face mask.

This moment was comedy gold. But so was RHUGT2. It was so surprisingly chaotic and hilarious. The show was one of the highlights in 2022.

5) “She’s a whore. She has fucked half of New York.”

This moment was from the second season of RHOSLC, but it aired in 2022. It was the hot mic moment of all hot mic moments, it would seem. And she’s suffering the consequences well into the end of season 3.

Lisa Barlow was unravelling in the most confusing way, at least to me. I didn’t understand why she was so upset with everybody and being so defensive. She made everything about herself and as she felt that Meredith Marks was unwilling to have her back, she flipped out.

She said the most horrific things about her so-called best friend, and I still don’t understand the anger towards Meredith. However, this was one of the most memorable moments in RHOSLC, and as it affects the relationship on the show during season 3, it deserves a spot on my list.

6) “Luckily you’re not on parole anymore.”

Teresa Giudice was not happy about Margaret at all this season. 

She questioned very understandable rumors about Teresa’s new boyfriend, which Teresa was refusing to listen to, and as the hostility built throughout the season, it exploded during their cast trip to Nashville.

This was the moment the women had teased to the press about as the table flipping 2.0. Was it as iconic as the original table flip? No, I doubt nothing ever will. But it was definitely a memorable moment that stood out this year.

As many of the other shows has suffered throughout the last couple of years, RHONJ is one of the shows that always deliver and always entertains. And the ratings show that.

7) “I’m a four time Olympic gold medalist! Put some respect on my name!”

Some might disagree with me that my only moment from RHOA this year is the moment with the newbie Sanya, but I don’t care.

I have mentioned time and time again how much I loved this moment. It was the same reaction as I had to Jennifer’s correction of Margaret’s accusation. It was a jaw-dropping moment, however, there wasn’t really as dramatic as RHONJ, which is why it’s lower on my list.

It’s also a cred for the newbie, for dropping memorable one-liners already in her first season. And I applaud that, and I’ve been missing that.

Sanya is a housewife with great potential, and I can’t wait for season 15.

8) “You’re the biggest bully in Hollywood and everyone knows it.”

People might feel that the fans give Kathy way too much credit for her portrait on RHOBH. And I understand that she might be overrated, however, Bravo made her the most important woman at the reunion as they continued to tease about her in two parts.

Bravo made it all about Kathy. And Kathy didn’t disappoint. She stood her ground against Rinna and Erika. They wanted to divert the attention away from Erika, so they leaked Kathy’s meltdown to the press.

As Kathy has been known for being more whimsical and hunky dory, it was surprising to see her defend herself at the reunion.

9) “I think we all know what happened, we just don’t want to talk about it.”

Heather Gay’s black eye. Oh God. It’s one of the most insufferable things that has ever happened on RHOSLC, and that show has really seen some things. Heather was everybody’s fan favorite. 

But the way she handled this black eye was infuriating. She early said that she needed a cover story to protect the women from suspicions, but by not telling the truth about it, she put them all under suspicion. And that’s reckless.

It was promised as a shocker in the trailer. As epic drama. But as we saw the season play out, it’s more like we got duped and taken for fools. It absolutely pissed me off.

10) “Peter says he has got beef with you.”

It was certainly one of the most bizarre arguments on RHOP so far. Mia Thornton attacked Wendy Osefo because of some bullshit Peter Thomas had told her in Miami. Why Mia felt the need to execute this beef on Wendy is everyone’s guess.

And while it wasn’t as shocking as the winery fight in season 5, this scene created a rage among the fans about the way the cast members treated Wendy.

Mia threw a drink and a purse at Wendy, and Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon blamed Wendy for some reason. The fans were enraged, and it became a huge scandal.

For the first time in recent memory, there's a commotion at Quinta de Talpa.

Up in the study, with the floor length windows flung wide open, because up here in the dizzying heights of the sierra there are no chatting neighbors, no gossips, so who cares? Rinnala makes no effort to keep her voice down. Enrique argues and argues and argues.

Leonor wants to strangle him. She glowers from across the table, fists clenched out of sight.

“Really, Rinna!” he chides, sliding one finger across the dusty surface of an old red oak table.  “How unbecoming this is. We are of royal blood—and bastards, true, but certainly above this petty quarrel—”

“He is a snake!” Rinna spits every syllable. “And you are playing right into what he wants.”

“I imagine he wants what any man wants: His life, with a shred of hope, and a regular fuck. So he slit your throat! We are Crows! If we killed everyone who made an attempt on our life, we’d hunt ourselves to extinction.”

It stings Leonor to hear them speak of such things so callously. It is a stark reminder that her friend, her savior, comes from somewhere vicious.

Rinna is not even fazed. All things considered, the scar across her neck is the least of her worries, and she lets out a little grumbling sigh.

“I no longer endeavor to think like a Talon, dear brother.”

She draws herself up then, not willing to be dismissed or minimized in her own home as she states firmly, “And this is not about me. He killed Taliesen, and countless others if what he says is true. Out of contract. Because he wanted it. Now you ask that we have this killer loose in the halls—because he pleads on behalf of another?”

“All I’m asking is that you give it some thought,” Enrique says. “You’ve been presented a unique opportunity here. You can come out of it—imagine!—with a personal assassin and the Hero of Ferelden in your pocket!”

“And what does he have to do with anything?” Rinna laughs. “What are we to do with a Dalish—even a famous one, at that?”

“He has value,” Enrique insists. “An opportunity will present itself.”

“Ferelden does not want him. The Queen herself cast him out.”

“But he is of some renown! Elsewhere!”

“Oh? Are we to endear ourselves to Var’myathan?” Rinna shakes her head. “That won’t last through the winter. Orlais and Ferelden are ready to peck at it until it bleeds out. And they will. The first chance they get. Because we elves can never have anything in this world. Not truly.”

“So let’s wait and see. In the meantime, Zevran will remain quite subservient because we have someone he values. Resources, Rinna. These people are resources. Something we lack.”

Rinna frowns. Enrique thinks he is cunning, and that is the problem. He’s left the Crows but he still thinks like them, like this is all some game, or a race to get ahead. So he barrels to what he thinks is the finish line—a life of power and wealth—but Rinna knows there is no such thing in this troubled world.

And Quinta de Talpa is hers. One word, and Leonor could kill the lot of these troublesome men. As if sensing the thought, the mage reaches over under the table and clasps her hand.

“You’ve one fatal flaw in your plan,” Rinna says finally, sweeping her gaze away. “You believe him.”

And there, he grows quiet. It is disgusting. There is nothing more intimate than toying with a life—whether to save, or to end it. It’s all the same. Why save Zevran’s? Why is her brother like this?

“Sleep on it. That's all I ask. Decide tomorrow what you will do. You know, sister, you have my support either way.”

Enrique stands and says no more. With a smile, he turns and glides away.

I MUST KNOW. FAVE HOUSEWIFE FOR EACH FRANCHISE?

this is such a difficult question to answer because one of the things i love most about real housewives in all iterations is the fact that a housewife can be your absolute behated one season, then the next they can be your favorite person in the world, because it depends so much on the group dynamics, what the storylines are and where the alliances lie, as well as what they're each going through personally or how trying to portray themselves on the show. it's such a fun and ~realistic portrayal of relationships and the way that, like, rarely is anyone 100% a hero or 100% a villain in life.

RHOSLC is obviously the most obvious example of that. having only 5 women on the cast now and every single one of them being SO chaotic makes for an incredibly fun viewing experience, but also an experience in which the person that i'm rooting for can change week to week, not even just season to season. this season, i'm having a lot of fun with lisa overall—i love a delusional queen 😌—but i enjoy all of them in their own ways.

and same with RHONY (rip, please come back soon 😔), since there are real friendships there and they bounce off each other so well, everyone can be fun in their own ways. i've had seasons where i couldn't stand luann, but others where i fucking loved her and thought she was the best part of the season (falling into that bush will never not be iconic). sonja is SO fun, but she can also be A Lot at times, and same with dorinda in her own way.

on the opposite end of the spectrum, RHOBH has become sooooo insanely divided over the past few years that it's hard not to also take sides as a viewer? and with that core group of women—kyle, rinna, erika, dorit—watching them over and over again try to set newer cast members up in order to a) push them off the show or b) distract from their own drama makes it soooo hard to root for them. especially when, in comparison, you have garcelle and sutton bringing something relatively ~fresh to the show (or at least this iteration of it) with their friendship and support of each other and the way they just fucking saying it how it is. more than any other franchise i've watched, it feels like the beverly hills women in general, especially in that core group, don't really want to bring anything real to the show (thus the overtly manufactured drama), and so i'm all for anyone that's bringing anything with a semblance of realness, yk?
