Still thinking about that question in yesterday's Jensen/Misha panel about whether, with hindsight, Jensen thinks Cas was trying to get rid of Sam and have Dean all to himself, and the more I think about it, the more bananas I think that question is.

I mean, firstly, that's clearly a gross question designed to bait them into saying something that's going to shut the door on some faction of Supernatural fans, and it's telling how Misha reacts and how he thinks Jensen is in danger of getting cancelled by answering. They fucking know what's up, yo...

(and sidebar: like, do what you want with the story in the wild kingdom your own brain! I don't care at all, nor should any of us! Villainous, evil Cas? Whatever! It might be fun and angsty! Brothers that fuck? Gross! But, you do you! I don't care! But please! Acknowledge that your take is YOURS, and don't act like it has any basis in the text of the show! Like, have a modicum of self-respect in front of our collective TV boyfriends!)

...but secondly, holy shit, man. Is THAT what that person thinks LOVE consists of? Destructive selfishness and jealously? Cas loves Dean, so he will fucking break Sam? Whom Dean clearly, clearly loves? Because seriously, that is just sad, and honestly, is the antithesis of anything Cas said, which was: "I don't have to HAVE, just telling you is enough to satisfy me enough to DIE."

My dudes! Love might get crazy, but like, it's not what you think, yo.

In Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Anjali and Rahul are best friends. The chemistry between them is so fire, but when a new girl, Tina, arrives at the school, they start to grow apart as Rahul starts to spend more time with Tina, leaving Anjali alone. This reminds me of Sydney and Carmy. Although SydCarmy haven’t voiced what they mean to each other, it is clear that they are best friends.

When Tina, Rahul and Anjali spend time together, Tina starts to realize that Anjali is in love with Rahul. Also, Anjali realizes that she’s been in love with Rahul all this time, so she decides to leave. 8 Years later, after reading her deceased mother’s letter, Rahul’s daughter (also called Anjali) plays Cupid and helps her father find Anjali, but when he finds her, Anjali is now engaged to Aman. Anjali decides to marry Aman despite reconnecting with Rahul. Fortunately, Aman decides that he can’t come between Anjali and Rahul, so the two best friends end up together. Like Tina, I wonder if Claire will realize that Sydney and Carmy are meant to be together, and if she does, will she be like Aman and decide that she can’t come between them?

if someone asked me “what are the signs of love?” i would have said without hesitation, it’s the familiarity and the removal of cost, and to find yourself not having to lie, and the embarrassment removed between you two, and see yourself acting in your nature without trying to be something else so she likes you, and that you two keep silent and the silence gets delicious, and that one of you two talk and listening gets delicious.
