If I had to rewrite Changing Skies:
Tawnypelt
The Clans are going to fight the humans.
Tigerstar is too busy leading and keeping everyone calm, so he sends Tawnypelt and whatever friends she wants to go on a mission to find out how they can stop the Twolegs.
Tawnypelt doesn't really WANT to, but does it because she wants her son to know she trusts his judgment.
She brings along Crowfeather (let me cook) and Brambleclaw. (LET ME COOK)
First major event is Crowfeather dying. He gets a terrible wound on his back leg from doing something Tawnypelt TOLD HIM NOT TO, and the infection kills him.
Tawny and Bramble are on their own now, and tensions are high. Not only that, but they have NO CLUE what to do, and the Twolegs are getting closer every day...
The only clue they have is with a strange kittypet named Rufus, wearing a strange bulky collar.
Tawnypelt is getting angry, and tired with Brambleclaw. He isn't the brother she thought he was, and their relationship has been fractured since the reveal that he trained in The Dark Forest. Sure, she supported him during TBC, but that ended up not being HIM and it was a terrible mistake to make...
It's his insistence that she listen to him, that he "prove himself", that he is the choice-maker and... Tawny's had enough.
"Brambleclaw, you're older than most cats around the lake, for Starclan's sake, GROW UP ALREADY!"
He leaves, insisting that he knows what is best, and she'll feel so sorry once he's right! No one ever believes in him, just because of his father!
She finds his body the next day. Rufus helps her bury him, but there isn't time to dwell, she needs to keep going. Rufus keeps walking up to humans wearing sleek white pelts that hild little flashing boxes up to Tawnypelt, he keeps saying it's fine but the way he lets them PICK him UP is going to give her a heart attack!
Kids these days. (Affectionate. Bewildered. 3 seconds from signing adoption papers.)
Leafstar
Leafstar is suffering from depression, and notices that her sight is starting to dim.
Fidgetflake tells her that she is developing cataracts, and Leafstar just takes it as "one more thing to happen to me". Her mate has died, her daughter Stormheart was killed in the horrific war against Splashstar and Berrystar that she herself barely made it out of with her last life... Her children have grown and have kits of their own, they don't need her anymore, cats don't want to talk with her...
She's completely lost her spark, and finds no joy in anything. She's not only losing her vision in a physical sense, but she's lost her 'vision' for Skyclan.
She also needs to hold the election for a new deputy, as Skyclan does things differently, and Hawkwing has been killed by a polluted stream.
The candidates are: Violetshine (who now has trained Beetlepaw instead of Reedclaw), Macgyver, and Rileypool (death swapped with Sagenose and mentored Kitescratch).
Violetshine is selected, and immediately some cats are calling for her to be made leader instead. A vote goes through, but not enough cats vote in the theoretical Violetstar's favour. (She doesn't mind!)
Leafstar is distraught when the construction comes Skyclan's way, poisoning their main stream and leading MANY cats to sickness, including her sweet granddaughter Wrenflight, born of Harrybrook and Bellaleaf.
The others Clans have less sympathy. Skyclan is using kittyp-er Daylight Warriors, they'll be fine if they just go back inside their homes. Maybe Starclan's angry that they're taking resources.
She slams her paw down onto the Moonpool's thin frozen surface, it cracks beneath her paw, the cold water spreading its horrible chill, ignored as Leafstar snarls at Starclan.
"Answer my pleas, stop punishing me, or my Clan, or I am taking us back to The Gorge, Other Clans be damned. Help us, or you will prove to me that you truly are a bunch of useless dead cats parading around with sparkling fur and empty promises!"
A ghostly figure appears, just for a moment, whispering to her.
"You may not have sight any longer, and I know all hope seems lost, Leafstar, but brighter times are coming. Do Not Let The Moon Fall."
Moonpaw
Since the writers wanna be awful about Sunbeam, I'm going to one-up them and do this pre-emptively.
Nightheart brought Sunbeam to Riverclan. He wasn't made Leader or Deputy, no, that was given to Icewing and Minnowtail.
Sunbeam, tragically, passed in childbirth soon after she got pregnant by accident... She left Nightheart with a single kitten, a tiny tortoiseshell tabby molly with a white chest, and wide blue and yellow eyes.
Nightheart, still stubborn about names and meaning and holding a grudge against his mother for not providing him with the Orange Gene, names his daughter Moonkit, determined to constantly remind her how she Doesn't Have To Be Like Sunbeam. She has quite a few friends, some in different Clans!
Moonpaw is apprenticed to Flame. An ex-Kin member that joined Riverclan during WCR!AVOS who Nightheart hates with a passion. Guess why.
Moonpaw is a good kid, but her relationship with her father is strained beyond belief. She wishes he would stop... Acting like this. Like he's the only cat to have ever suffered, stop arguing with her sweet mentor over the pettiest thing, stop comparing her to her mother in the most backwards way he can by trying to push her to somehow be the opposite of a cat she's never met...
She is good friends with Frostfeather and Whistlemoon, especially Whistlemoon, for obvious reasons. Moon buddies!
Moonpaw is dared by an older apprentice, Rapidpaw, to "go spend a night at the Moonpool when it's a new moon with all the ghosts!"
She's scared, not of the dark but if her dad finds out. "Sunbeam LOVED breaking rules!" He would always say, "But you can be good and do what YOU want. Just because your mother liked to stand out, doesn't mean you always have to! You can be special in your way!" She always saw Frostfeather glaring when he said that...
"Rule breaker." Frostfeather would scoff. "Didn't know her at all..."
Anyways, aside from a fright from a possum, she makes her way to the Moonpool with ease.
Too much ease.
She walks around, stepping into the pawprints on the ground, and batting a little plant that's growing at the entrance.
Not scary!
She walks into the main chamber, eyes sparkling and growing bigger as she lays eyes on the Moonpool for the first time.
It's the most beautiful thing she's ever seen.
In awe, Moonpaw slowly steps up to it, looking at her own reflection in the sparkling, crystal water, she pokes a paw in.
The gentle ripples lap at the edges, and Moonpaw swears she can hear a soft whispering.
Immediately though, she is bombarded with noise, giggling kittens, cats chatting with one another, and a soft warning.
"Careful, don't fall in!"
Moonpaw looks around for that voice, softer than any others, yet more clear. She stares into the crystal clear, sparkling water of the Moonpool, deeper, deeper, and deeper, drawing her in and making her more calm than she's ever felt...
She falls into the Moonpool.

My AU/Warriors rewrite ☺️
TPB
-everything stays the same except:
- Longtail is made deputy after Whitestorm instead of Graystripe
- Barley dies in the battle with BloodClan and Ravenpaw returns to ThunderClan
- Firestar names Ravenpaw Ravenflight
Firestar's Quest/TNP
-everything stays mostly the same
-Graystripe is made deputy after Longtail is blinded
-Hawkfrost and Mothwing are Leopardstar and Tigerstar's kits (sorry Sasha, but this makes more sense)
- Graystripe is neutered (Millie is also spayed, so sorry GrayxMillie kits 😭)
- Squirrelflight is low key named after Ravenflight
PO3
- Hollyleaf is one of the three and her power is to "bring out the truth", ie. she can tell when she's being lied to and can psychically influence others to tell her their secrets
- the 4th cat prophecy is given earlier. Dovewing is the 4th cat and still has her power although she can only hear things from far away (no smelling or seeing, or hearing into the Dark Forest)
- Hollyleaf still kills Ashfur, exposes her parentage at the Gathering, and runs into the tunnels where she is believed to be dead. Jayfeather believes this is why they need to find the 4th cat
- Ravenflight gets very sick and dies of stomach cancer
OOtS
- story progresses the same as the original
- Longtail is crushed by the falling tree but is the only one who was caught in the tree-fall
- Hollyleaf does not die and Bramblestar makes her deputy (he promises she will mentor Seedkit to get around the deputy-mentor rule)
- Squirrelflight is killed by Hawkfrost instead, with Brambleclaw and the 3 reconciling with her before she dies
- Brambleclaw confesses he still loves her before she dies and she confesses her love back to him
- Very tragic. Much sad.
Bramblestar's Storm/Dovewing's Silence
- story progresses the same as originals
- the 4 do NOT lose their powers (although their powers dim a little over time)
- Bramblestar's early leadership is further complicated by him heavily grieving over Squirrelflight. Holly, Lion, Jay, Bramble, Leaf, and Sand all grow closer in their shared grief.
- Hollyleaf makes a fantastic deputy
- Jessy stays in ThunderClan along with Frankie, and is named Nettleblossom
AVoS
- Bramblestar and Nettleblossom have 2 kits; Timberkit and Goldenkit
- Timberheart= Alderheart, Goldenlight= Sparkpelt
- Lionblaze's kits play bigger roles
- The Sisters are introduced along with Tree
- the events from Squirrelflight's Hope never happen
- Leafpool dies saving Cinderheart's kits from a rockslide
- Hollytuft has kits with Stormcloud (Flamekit, Leafkit, and Smokekit)
TBC
- story progresses mostly the same as original
- Squirrelflight rejects Ashfur in StarClan so he possesses Bramblestar to get revenge on her and her kin
- the imposter makes it a point to avoid Jayfeather and Hollyleaf to evade their powers (although their powers aren't as strong as they used to be), but Jayfeather realizes that Bramble is possessed fairly early on
- Molewhisker takes the place of Stemleaf and dies/is mates with Spotfur (Bristlefrost does not have a crush on him but instead is just more naively obsessed with finding a mate in general at the beginning of her arc)
- Lionblaze is appointed deputy while Hollyleaf is acting leader
- Squirrelflight breaks through Ashfur's tunnel and tries to help Bramblestar in the DF
- Hollyleaf gets pulled into the Moonpool
- Bramble and Squilf have a rushed but heartfelt goodbye, with Squilf saying she'll be waiting for him in StarClan ❤️
- Squirrelflight and Leafpool play large roles in helping the Clan cats in the DF
- Mistystar does not go into the Dark Forest but Hollyleaf volunteers to go back in along with Graystripe, Bristlefrost, and Shadowsight
ASC
- story progresses mostly the same as original
- Flamepaw becomes Nightheart
- Bramblestar steps down and Hollystar becomes leader, making Ivypool her deputy
- It is discovered that Brambleclaw had 2 lives left so Hollystar only gets 7 since Bramble is still alive (none of that "giving lives back to StarClan" nonsense)

i was gonna be sad that my boy didn’t eep but only for it to turn out to be a PINECORM ISSUE?? fuck yeah release me from the horrors 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃
i assume view of the moon is the name of the leaders rock and honestly? that’s so cool. might seem generic but it’s more interesting than “leader’s rock”, and it’s even more interesting to me considering barrenclan doesn’t believe in starclan or have a moonstone. was it just a name from the time that the clan did believe? was it named that simply for how close you are to the sky? it’s really interesting idk maybe i’m overanalyizing
cormorantpaw saying specifically it’s worse when it happens for sisters than siblings or family makes me think- i would have understood if he just had sisters just like pinepaw but with crow being a brother and not being “worse when it happens” as described, makes me think that crow.. wasn’t the best brother and cormorantpaw struggles to feel sympathy. or even thrasher was a sexist with the concept of women being weaker and that idea was passed down like thrasher’s concept of getting a partner but i don’t wanna assume thrasher’s a sexist? don’t wanna throw that label onto him unless it’s 100% canon or so, it doesn’t feel appropriate.
cormorantpaw’s pauses and stuff makes me love your writing because it’s just.. this is so hard for him, he’s processing how bad thrasher was, something that’s been happening throughout his povs (his confusion on redpelt’s kindness, him telling egretrail thrasher’s weird opinions on the transgender and romance) and now he’s at a point where he can express it but also just.. it shows how much he trusts and love pine. I LOVE IT I LOVE THEM SO MUCH GRRR BITE
i love them fr omg they’re so silly cormorantpaw just casuallt explained his emo backstory and they immediately became so silly and goofy and awkward over the prospect of loving eachother and shit this is so great. TJEY WANNA HAVE SILLY NAMES AND STUFF!!!!! AGAHAHHRHRHGG!! THEY WANNA ESCAPE THE HELL LAND THEY LIVE IN!!
cormorantpaw’s finally found peace and he wants to keep it. go away defiance :((. i hope at least pinepaw can sleep better with cormorantpaw next to him
there’s two reactions i wanna see to their togetherness if it ever were to be found out: cootstorm, as brought up by pinepaw, is one that i can’t wait to see. but also.. daffodilpaw. i might have daffy bias but she was so, so sure that it was her *destiny* to date cormorantpaw and have kits to *make up* for her injury and even though i do believe that’s unhealthy for her i just.. what’s her thoughts gonna be on her supposed destiny being stripped in front of her by her brother? aggh i lovr angst :3 i will punch cootstorm if she reacts badly tho
this issue makes me want to get a gf to go cuddle with. 10/10 issue would patfw again
No more nightmares only KISSING!!
Yeah, View of the Moon is the leader's rock, I like giving typical things in Warriors more fantastical names (like The Sanctuary AKA Moonpool from my other comic). It's named that way for two reasons, one is just that it's the tallest rock in camp so it's the easiest to see the sky from. And secondly because it's a paler color than the rest of the dens, so it looks a bit more like the moon.
Crow is actually one of Cormorantpaw's sisters, Partridge is his brother! Thrasher did treat women (namely, Egrettail and uh, his wife) very badly, though, so it's pretty safe to assume he's sexist.
Cormorantpaw's emotional development makes me :,) my boy has come so far... him and Pinepaw are so silly together!! Just two little guys!!!
I won't say much but you will definitely get a Daffodilpaw perspective on this soon :3

hi ok hear me out. new design/story challenge.
Step one:
Find four to five clan generators on perchance (or you can use clangen’s randomizer if you don’t want to do designs).
Step two:
Using the first generator, generate your clan’s name and any other details the generator has aside from connected characters.
Step three:
Using the other three or four generators, pick five of the list of cats you get from them and add them to the clan you generated in the previous step. You can use any method to pick them, it doesn’t have to be random so long as they’re randomly generated. This will get you 15-20 cats to mess with, and you can change their roles and ages to better suit whatever idea you have in mind for them.
Step four:
Design a story and/or look for the cats you picked. This can happen however you want it to, at this point you get 100% free reign over the challenge!
*Note: for cats outside the clan, add an extra clan or cat generator and pick any number of cats given between 1 and 5!
By the end, you should have an interesting group of characters with varied descriptions or even similar descriptions if you picked them meticulously! Here is my attempt under the cut:
Generator 1: Detailed Clan Generator by Raggedflight
Name: Harryclan
Territory: A large island covered in grassy hills with a river that runs through it, far from any other group.
Camp: Surrounded by tall grass and wheat, which makes up their dens. There is a large herb patch in the grass.
Landmarks: Abandoned Quarry (A huge, abandoned quarry filled with water. it is excellent for hunting and herb gathering.), The Blackbird Tree (An ancient cottonwood tree where many blackbirds live.), The Fallen Birch (An ancient birch that is entirely hollowed out, where many lapwings live.), and Tall Hickories (A large grove of very tall hickory trees that twolegs planted, where many smaller rodents and some foxes live.)
Common herbs: Borage, Dock, Lavender, Marigold
Rare herbs: Burdock root, Rosemary, Coltsfoot
Climate: Cool and rainy in newleaf, hot and sunny in greenleaf, warm and rainy in leaf-fall, and freezing in leaf-bare.
Ancestor meeting place: The Moonpool (A small pool surrounded by boulders, with a small river running into it)
Clan call: “Let all cats in Harryclan gather beneath the tallpile!”
Special traits: Good night vision, and can fall from heights with little injury
Notes from the rest of the info: A clan leader was recently struck down for disobeying the code, and there was a pair of old unsolved murders before that. The murders were of a leader and a warrior; the leader happened before the war and the warrior after.
Generator 2: The clan generator we’re all used to
Ravenpaw, Rookpaw, Thriftstar, Beefoot, Waxtail
Generator 3: A pretty one with neat names that provides a little depth.
Antflower— beige and creamy-white molly with odd slightly darker-colored spotting. Educated and compassionate, keeps her den clean.
Patchpoppy— Tawny sphynx tom. Balanced and quiet.
Furledbrook— Warm brown cat with a jagged scar across their face. Disciplined and critical, the healers like them.
Twistblossom— Creamy white ticked tabby tom. Irresponsible and cheerful, wants to help everyone.
Sniffpaw— flea-ridden, creamish-orange cat with half-lidded gray and hazel eyes, a burn scar on their throat and a very short plumy tail. Wants to be named Sniffleaves; talented and easily annoyed, loves to decorate the camp with seashells.
Generator 4: A generator that provides kits and cat ages. Note: the leader it generated’s warrior name was fishfish and i love them for that.
Goldeyes: Aggressive, dull, swift tabby blue-grey tom, with a blue muzzle, and light green eyes. 59 moons old.
Thundersky: Stubborn, irritable swift grey molly with a blue-grey paw, and kind orange eyes. 56 moons.
Brokenbreeze: Caring, lean white she-cat with dull blue eyes. 39 moons old.
Larkkit (dust): Nice, affectionate, and diligent lean orange molly with green eyes. 5 moons.
Snowkit (flame): Brave, caring, and malicious small gold tom with kind blue eyes. 2 moons.
Generator 5: another with cool names, and also options for what generates!
Sparrowwish: Spotted golden molly.
Minnowthistle: greenish-brown tabby jack.
Morningwing: Black-and-white tom with a crooked jaw.
Risingstripe: Solid grey molly with pretty hazel eyes.
Downswan: yellow molly.
MY INTERPRETATION OF THIS:
Our main character, Patchpoppy, is a former kittypet once named Patches who was brought to the island by twolegs exploring, and ran off thinking they would look for him. They did, but he didn’t know that because he was never found. He wears a tattered shirt that helps him insulate and keep from getting melanomas, as he is a sphynx. He is trying to figure out who killed the leader and deputy before Poppystar, Thriftstar’s predecessor who was struck down for encouraging kits to fight and train before their 6th moon. He’s already asked Thriftstar many times about the incidents he keeps hearing about from the elder Risingstripe and her recently retired mate Downswan. His best friend is Morningwing, and multiple cats in the clan make fun of him for his lack of noticeable fur and his dirty green sweater, though Morningwing says it looks nice on him.
Thriftstar is always shutting down questions about Poppystar and whether or not she was the murderer, usually saying something like Poppystar could not have killed the leader before her, Muckstar, or his deputy Rootslash, as the events happened while she was on a moon-trip to the quarry for resource gathering. And no, it wasn’t the foxes they were at war with at the time, either, because the bodies held the scent of cat.
Patchpoppy eventually finds something important at the old crime scene, which has been abandoned for a few years because the cats are afraid to go to the spot they found both leader and deputy violently dead at. It’s an old, worn collar, something the cats of the clan shrugged off because it didn’t register as something other than a scrap of cloth to them. Patchpoppy used to have one, though, so he immediately recognized it, and brought it to the camp, declaring that there must be a murderer somewhere on the island who would have had the collar as theirs.
The cats all brush off his theory, as no one has seen a kittypet other than him in moons…
… Downswan and Risingstripe seem wary, however. Maybe they know something?
Character notes:
Ravenpaw is Morningjaw’s apprentice and why morning is not as present in the story as the best friend usually would be.
Rookpaw is Thundersky’s apprentice.
Sniffpaw is almost a warrior and is Sparrowwish’s apprentice.
Antflower is their healer/religious leader, Thriftstar is the anxious leader that Poppystar manipulated into being her little puppet, and Brokenbreeze is the deputy.
Minnowthistle, Downswan, and Risingstripe are all dating and retired.
Goldeyes wants Larkkit to be his apprentice.
Furledbrook got their scar in a fight with a fox.
Snowkit is not really malicious in a grown way, more like he just constantly plots to annoy and pester the warriors because he thinks it’s funny.
Beefoot and Waxtail are mates and the token straight couple. Larkkit is their kit.
Snowkit is Waxtail’s younger half-brother (They are Thriftstars’s kits, and his partner died recently of an illness) so the nursery is a little awkward right now because Snowkit is growing up with a niece older than him.
the remaining family trees are ambiguous rn because i dont wanna think about making an isolated clan on an island work
Thriftstar’s mother was a LaPerm that left him with the clan.

Hi im putting warrior cats into my oc world!! Some notes: any animal can have some random other features but i mostly default to wings or horns because i like the way they look. They can be genetic but sometimes it just happens too. There is never two elementals of the same element at once, so when Brokensun died another elemental of war was born somewhere else, and later died at the same time as Lionblaze's birth. Vampirism on SOL rarely leaves the Wasteland (which is across the continent) but sometimes it pops up in the Green where the clans live, mostly in places the canopy is especially thick. Vampirism is both something that spreads and a mutation that just happens. Prophets come in three types: past, present, and future and they have visions of their respective directions. I wanted Dovewing to also be an elemental but present prophet just fit too well. All prophets cry blood, thats not just a Dovewing thing. the reason the leaders are called sun instead of star is below cut along with some other explanations
Problems that I needed to solve:
1. No humans:
SOL's humans went extinct a looong time ago, so Firesun's (Firestar) origins need to be changed dramatically. The elements that need to be kept include a coddled life, looked down upon by the clans, but something he can leave at the drop of a hat. My main idea is that "kittypets" are from civilizations that have buildings and economies and such, which makes the clan cats think their lives are soft unfulfilling. I'm just going to say there's another group of cats that's more like an actual town instead of a clan that Firesun's from. The clans go out of their way to not interact with this town and the town does the same.
2. No nighttime/moon/stars
Yeah this one's big. Here are my general changes:
StarClan -> SunClan
Star suffix -> sun suffix
Names with night or moon must be changed
SunClan cats become clouds instead of stars
Gatherings take place every thirty days. Days on SOL are split in two just like ours, but they're both different daytimes for the two different suns.
Sunstone/Sunpool (Moonstone/Moonpool) meetings are determined in the same way.
3. The Afterlife Problem
Lastly, the existence of afterlives was something I struggled with fitting into the world, but ultimately it can fit, it just needs to be tweaked a little. SOL generally doesn't have provable afterlives, but because StarClan is so important to warrior cats, I decided I can work something out. Ghosts on SOL only stick around when they wholeheartedly believe they have to for some reason (unfinished business and all that), so the SunClan cats believe they should be in SunClan after death so hard that it just happens. The Dark Forest works in a similar way. I'm letting the leaders have their nine lives because magic. It's still mostly about belief though. Cats that don't believe in SunClan don't go there.
#rotten art#firestar#bluestar#brokenstar#jayfeather#lionblaze#hollyleaf#dovewing#hawkfrost#warrior cats#wc#SOL au#ironically sol the cat doesnt fit super well into SOL the world. its always in all caps btw#also vampire hawkfrost owns my whole heart im never not making him a vampire

you know i once had a funny idea based on all that went down with nightstar, where like some evil tyrant leader gets their evil deputy killed and runs into the twoleg place and just, names some random loner there new deputy, and makes sure that when the evil tyrant leader eventually eats it, that they find a different cat to make deputy and it just keeps getting passed around by loners and rogues. and starclans like "well technically you already do have a leader, technically, so we cant do anything" to the really frustrated clan until they eventually get a prophecy to which rogue it is, so they can drag them to the moonpool or whatever, force them to resign from the role of 'leader' and then get back to actually having a proper leader. Then petition a change in the warrior code so this never happens again
#if starclan insists on silly rules i will abuse them for comedy#yes i know sunstar only got 8 because of something similar but this is based off the nightstar ruling#starclan#warriors#warrior cats#warrior#warrior cat

been wanting to make another warriors blog for a while but i finally caved after writing up stuff about my new ocs and not knowing where to post it. im just copypasting this directly from an info dump i made so it's not extremely well organised LMAO but here are said OC ideas :]] im probably gonna spend quite a bit of time on this blog just building on them and drawing them tbh. that's the plan anyway
so imagine a cat becomes a medicine cat apprentice, and when they finally go to meet starclan at the moonpool instead of like.. awe, wonder, admiration etc. this idea of all powerful godly ancestors that can apparently predict fate and maybe even control it according to some cats, and watches them constantly.. fucking TERRIFIES this cat. like he is absolutely shitting his pants level afraid and he becomes gradually extremely paranoid about it all. he tries to keep doing the medicine cat stuff but eventually begs his leader to let him just become a warrior to try and get away from it as much as possible. and it helps but not.. a lot? hes still afraid and struggling.
it also turns out he's also had a pretty rough lot in life up til now, which doesnt help bc if these starclan cats control everything why has he suffered so much? what did he do to deserve it? bad things continues to happen and he questions it more and more. he feels like hes watched constantly and even like hes being punished for something he did, even though he doesnt know what his crime actually was. this makes things even worse.
at some point because of all this he runs off maybe? but he misses his family and clan and he also feels watched still no matter where he goes. and maybe something horrible happens to someone he cares for while hes gone and he blames himself for it because he left and thinks starclan decided to hurt his loved ones for it. so he becomes afraid to even leave the clans and doesnt attempt to run away again.
mind you, in the meantime starclan hasnt caused ANY of this. the things that happen are unfortunate coincidences. but he has no idea and after actually seeing what to clan cats basically counts as God Himself™️ hes a wreck. the books always show meeting starclan as a positive experience but i feel like it's something youd need at least some level of willpower for. youd need the right mindset. not just anyone can become a medicine cat and communicate with their ancestors. it's a big deal and some cats ,id think, just wouldnt be able to do it.
hes called whisperingstorm, he has a littermate called bubblingstream. his mother had other litters so he has many siblings but that's the one he knows best and grew up with. he also has an older brother maybe. dovesomething im thinking. bubbling has his own set of issues but im still figuring out how to make that work. another litter in his family is two more kits who are gonna have matching names, this serves to contrast bubbling and whispering who have conflicting names (they have rather different personalities but they also just. dont get along despite bubblings initial efforts to bond with whispering). bubbling as in excitable and upbeat, then when he grew up stream became his suffix bc hes actually rather.. not that basically. yknow how when ppl picture streams they see a calm, gentle stream that some would consider a relaxing visual? like that, as well as their family having a water/weather theme to their names. hes quiet and slow worded, not much to say. compare whispering, something quiet and soft, then when he got older his suffix became storm because of his explosive, high energy and honestly aggressive personality. so not only do they oppose each other in personality, their birth names themselves wouldve better suited them if theyd been swapped around as those are juxtapositions as well. whispering is loud and aggressive, bubbling is quiet and softspoken.
the reason whispering and bubbling dont get along is cause.. well, whispering is a prick, to be blunt. but hes like this as an active attempt to push people away bc of trust issues. he cares a lot about bubbling, he just also thinks anyone being close to him = him inflicting his 'bad luck'/'curse' (see: STARCLAN IS OUT TO GET ME) on others.
eventually it works and bubbling gives up trying to support his brother for his own sake because whispering goes anywhere from mildly mean to downright verbally abusive trying to get bubbling to go away and the guy cant really keep dealing with that. and whispering hates himself for it but he got what he aimed for so.. yeah.
not sure where im going next with this but i want. drama. but not murder. none of them are gonna be murdery. it's a very family issues and trauma and mental health kind of theme i want going on here. yeah someone will probably die bc that's just kinda a given in the clans but not from killing. i can enjoy warriors ocs that go and kill cats for one reason or another but between them and canon i want something different for once, and this is what i want to create to achieve that. plus running off somewhere and coming back to find out, say, a family member died of greencough or something? it's harder to pin a blame on anything material there. as opposed to a cat from a different clan outright killing them in battle or something.
this is where my blog url came from as you can all guess lol. that's all for now while i finalise things like the names of their other siblings, make solidified designs and come up with more stuff.

basically what i know about asc (i have Not Read It At All):
frostpaw can predict cats' deaths and that's why she's a meddie i think. when was the last time a cat was a medicine cat just because they wanted to-
mistystar finally kicks the bucket thank god. reedwhisker also fucking dies be never did anything interesting other than get made a warrior really late for some reason-
curlfeather fucking dies on the way to the moonpool rip. frostpaw gets to watch her mom die yay trauma.
owlnose is leader i guess. who is this man i have never heard of him in my life.
frostpaw becomes a warrior apprentice cuz she. isn't having real visions??? bestie your mentor doesn't talk to starclan either-
also tigerheartstar goes to help riverclan n there's drama.
anyways in shadowclan sunbeam's boyfriend dates lightleap instead. as you do.
sunbeam's mom doesn't like half-clan relationships.
anyways in thunderclan flamepaw has an aura that makes girls compare him to firestar.
of all cats, bramblestar, who worked really hard to make everyone not think of him as his father, names flamepaw flameheart after firestar. how did we get to this bramblestar personality from bramblepaw-
nightheart acts like an angsty teen despite being rootspring's age.
nightheart likes sunbeam n goes to shadowclan to be with her and is a weirdo about it but sunbeam is still attracted to him because. that's how romance works i guess.
nightheart goes back to thunderclan n sunbeam comes with him.
oh there's a journey at somepoint in sky i guess. idk how that fits into everything-
seems like. an arc. alright. the fuck is nightheart going to be doing for the rest of this arc he finished his character arc. are we going down an avos arc where half of it has nothing happening-

I was never able to really get a feel for Leafpool's personality in the books, especially since she's always contrasted with Squirrelflight who has a pretty consistent personality (at least for Warriors standards). She's kind of like Hollyleaf where they change her personality depending on what they want to happen in the plot I think. How do you approach writing her? I'm really fond of your Spottedleaf, so I was wonder if Leafpool has any fun quirks like her.
[ID: Leafpool from Warrior Cats. She is chunky, has a mane, and green eyes. Her stripes are horizontal.]
I approach Leafpool as being VERY tired. Her life is characterized as never really being in control of her own fate, being punished for any simple pleasures she takes tenfold, so I write her as becoming very defeatist. Poor girl.
Because Leafpool is never in REAL control, somehow, it gives her this air that she's in total control. You can't scare her. StarClan can tell her that her kids are cursed, Hollyleaf can tell her to kill herself, Bramblestar can jump in front of her and snarl, she's never more than briefly phased. "Yeah sure this may as well happen."
In a way, she's almost the total opposite of Jayfeather, who never met a rule he wasn't willing to punch. It is interesting that each one of the Three has a unique relationship to the fate that chains up Leafpool.
Allows herself to love Mothpaw... war breaks out and Moth has to return to RiverClan.
Tries to warn Squilf about Brambleclaw in spite of StarClan wanting them to be together, first fight with her sister ever.
Runs off with Crowfeather, returns home to find out her mentor died before she could say goodbye.
Gives birth, allows Squilf to take them, eventually gets threatened by Hollyleaf.
(side note: i am considering leafpool's name being an honor title, with her old name being Leafstripe, and Squirrelpaw failing two assessments just like Nightheart)
But a big change in my rewrite is that the dramatic scenes that aren't consistent with that resigned sorrow go to Crowfeather. He's a complete and utter ham. Leafpool isn't out here trying to name Hollykit 'Crowkit' or confessing her unwavering love for him in front of his wife and child, THAT is Crowfeather making an ass of HIMSELF in front of that wife and child lmao.
Leaf's feelings are more complicated and repressed. Hard life.
On the bright side though, there ARE changes from canon so that the Clan has more nuanced feelings about her instead of her whole life being a nonstop beatdown.
Most of ThunderClan, which heavily leans Fire Alone, agrees that Leafpool did the right thing by giving her kits to Squilf to invoke the Queen's Rights. Sure she lapsed, but Fire Alone cats are softer on the Cleric's Vow in general.
Bramblestar demoting her in Cruel Season has a VERY mixed reception. It's Leafpool!! Leafpool Moonpool!!!
Her death many years later in the Sister Raid actually tanks Bramblestar's reputation. It was seen as cruel, pointless, and avoidable, and they lost a very popular and experienced Cleric.
(side note again: still considering how the 'unclear sign' plot beat is going to go in my rewrite, because i cannot imagine jayfeather not just lying about that. "yeah yeah yeah they said yes bramblestar, im supposed to heal this cat obviously. move.")
Misc Design Stuff:
She's got a mane that you can see on Dovewing too, since Dove is Leaf's grandchild now.
Like Sandstorm, uncle Longtail, and grandpaw Runningwind, Leafpool's stripes are horizontal.
I'm still doing research into what she has specifically, but Bonefall Leafpool is intersex. Those are stud jowls.
Considering the cat version of PCOS because it explains a lot; weight gain, a receding hairline that could be shared with Lionblaze, the jowls as a facial hair parallel, difficult pregnancy, etc.
Still doing my research though.
And lastly, Mothpool is endgame in this Rewrite. They can never be together officially, but it's about the yearning. It's about finding freedom with your escapist fantasy partner or being in shackles with your true love. She chose the CHAINS.
#BF Leaf and BF Spotty are like the NOTHING IN LIFE MATTERS meme lmao#Bonefall Leafpool#Bonefall Rewrite#Bonefall Po3#Bonefall TNP#art#sketch requests

A Starless Clan Predictions - River/Sky
I started a list of predictions for A Starless Clan when River first came out, and I didn’t use Tumblr back then, so I never shared them. But I can’t keep ‘em to myself now!
These are older predictions mixed from River and Sky. Only a couple have actually happened, others have yet to be answered, and some don't make sense now, but here we go! I'm gonna start another list for Shadow too! Spoilers and speculations for A Starless Clan, books River and Sky! No spoilers for Shadow as I haven't read it yet.
1. Lightleap saw Reedwhisker be pushed down the ravine, and she ran away in fear. ● Or she had some part in his death. She could have attacked him; he died by mistake, and she fled in shock. ● Or she could have surprised him, and he fell down the ravine, breaking his neck.
2. Mothwing or someone in RiverClan planted the star-leaf on Frostpaw’s nest and the frost feather by the Moonpool, faking a sign. Like Hawkfrost did for Mothwing... ● It also could’ve been Frostpaw's grandma, Duskfur. 3. Flamepaw will rename himself or swear off being a warrior. Either way, he’ll have an identity crisis arc. 4. Curlfeather may have seen what happened to Reedwhisker, or had suspicions that his death wasn't natural. 5. Frostpaw might become something like The Teller of Pointed Stones, a leader, and a healer. There aren’t many characters in RiverClan that could be named leader, that we as readers, know personally. And with the series shifting attention away from just ThunderClan, we need more memorable characters in the other clans that will stand out. 6. The deaths in RiverClan were murders. Someone is conspiring to become leader, from the inside. ● Mistystar was poisoned, and her heart stopped. Maybe with foxglove, as it can cause heart failure. ● Reedwhisker was pushed into the ravine, and Lightleap may have witnessed it. This is the scream that Sunbean hears. ● Someone possibly lured the dogs in to attack Curlfeather to keep her from receiving nine lives and to keep her quiet. 7. The culprits behind the deaths and signs in RiverClan is Duskfur, Fognose, Podlight and Splashtail. ● Mothwing may have been involved at some point too with conspiring against Mistystar, but she never wanted cats to die. But now she's being blackmailed to plant 'signs' and keep quiet.
#my notes were so messy and it took forever to rewrite these down to make sense#some of these I still stand by#a starless clan#asc#warrior cats#warriors#wc#a starless clan predictions#asc spoilers#River#Sky#Flamepaw#Nightheart#Mistystar#Mothwing#Frostpaw#Curlfeather#Duskfur#Reedwhisker#Lightleap#Sunbean#Fognose#Podlight#Splashtail

so making custom blocks and items and whatnot shouldn't be too hard, but changing the player's model and the UI seems like it'll be more of a challenge. i'm definitely biting off more than i can chew but i'm nothing if not determined.
currently planned (easy): >Moss beds (moss carpet + feathers) >Kill pile (edible food block, remove food with an empty hand, add food by right clicking with raw meat) >Herbs (adding new plants + modifying vanilla minecraft plants to make medicine) >Greencough status effect (permanent like Bad Omen until treated. maybe treatment has a small chance of not working?) >Whitecough status effect (same as Greencough lol but different treatment) >Moonpool (portal to Star Clan dimension. only active on full moons) >Star Clan dimension (likely timed. might just replace the end with it with you waking up back in your bed after you leave. maybe sleeping in a bed near the moonpool?) >Dark Forest dimension (like the nether. but for cats. probably timed + respawn at bed like Star Clan) >More prey mobs like crows, mice, snakes, etc. >Kittypet collars, cat beds, cat toys >Add the unimplemented grey tabby from Bedrock edition
(medium): >Punches with nothing in your hands does more damage >Bite attack (no idea how i'd implement this tbh) >Random generated clan cats (domestic cats are already a thing so the models, textures, and animations are pretty much done for me, all I need to add is the randomizer + names) >Some sort of way to identify clans (probably borrow from banners with colors + symbols lol. Player can make their own & customize + edit their clan banner, random generated clans get banners, etc. maybe call them 'scent markers' lol) >Can't mine things that are too tough (stone, wood, etc) and mining things is much slower (can mine sand, dirt, gravel, leaves, etc) >Can't use pickaxes, axes, swords, shields, etc. >Raw meat restores more hunger points than other food >Only 10 HP (5 hearts) like a regular minecraft cat. (+ no fall damage, + speed boost + creepers and phantoms repelled. not sleeping does not spawn phantoms.) >Hostile mobs no longer hostile to the player (unless attacked) >Patrols (I don't know anything about AI but how hard could it be to get them to travel along a path. i can feel the icecream truck looming above me just typing that) >Simpler territory (clan banners have a radius of n~ blocks and within that radius is their territory
(hard): >Fewer inventory slots (maybe just 3? 5? that being your hotbar) >Change the player's default model to a cat (with textures you can change + customize or randomize) >Allow the player to revert their character to default vanilla player (because i imagine trying to build as a cat with such limitations would suck. thru UI or command) >Rank system >Clan leaders get, essentially, 9 totems of undying. >Villagers can no longer be traded with, but they will randomly give the player 'gifts' (raw meat, milk, etc) >If you accept too many gifts from villagers they'll attempt to tame you >Add Kittypets (tamed cats are automatically kittypets, kittypets can spawn in villages & will follow villagers) >One armor slot (collar. if equipped it acts like curse of binding, cannot be removed. it will break if it takes sufficient damage. clan cats will avoid you like creepers/phantoms if you have a collar(?)) >Seasons (probably just a calendar i don't feel like figuring out how to do that properly. different events are triggered based on the season.) >Events (like the Gathering on full moons) >Can sleep on regular beds, chests, and active furnaces. >Territory (i'm thinking you can open a map and the claimed territory will be visible. as for how this territory is marked out, maybe warriors can. mark? while on patrol? territory markers/banners fade over time (maybe only visible to cats/cat players) and need to be re-marked. if you mark within another clan's territory cats of that clan nearby become hostile to you, you lose reputation with that clan, etc. but this won't happen if the marker is faded, and vice versa) >Reputation system with other clans (+ maybe other cats? might be a lot) >Some sort of interaction system with NPC cats
(???): >Robust config (hopefully ingame. adjust how many inventory slots you want, if you can/can't mine certain blocks, change your rank + clan, etc) >Super secret unobtainable OP item (Scourge's collar) that kills clan leaders instantly >Item that allows you to edit cats' data in creative (age, texture, rank, clan, name, etc) >Quests? >New achievements :D >Rabies maybe? Strength and poison effects? >Witches give gifts + extras but don't try to tame you
currently implemented: >nooooooooone of that <3 >I hate javascript >Everybody pray for me because i deserve it.
#shaders#warrior cats mod devlog#warrior cats mod#it'll be open source because if i stop developing it#or god forbid actually finish it#i want people to still be able to. have it#shader.dev

just finished reading sky and here are som of my thoughts <3 probably a lot so . yeah . spoilers for sky obviously
am i the only one who finds frostpaw and splashtail's relationship weird. because is splashtail not, like, a grown man. a full warrior. and is frostpaw not, like, what, 7 moons old? 8 at the latest? of course they arent mates but am i the only one who finds that weird because i feel like im the only person talking about it. hell i even saw one person say they thought it was cute. maybe its just me
also frostpaw's whole thing at the moonpool when she's trying to reach starclan and being liek "maybe i should be a warrior apprentice instead. that way i can become mates with splashtail and i can be happy with him and we can become mates and have kits together and ill name one of them after my mother" and i just...... eughh...? i mean i think it'd be so much more gross if splashtail was the one talking about being mates with frostpaw, a child, and sure it could just be written off as a silly kid crush where she isn't actually being serious about it but... y'know... the erins are weird like that...
also. not a big fan of how sunbeam was written because it feel like for the whole book she's just being such a lil bitch to lightleap and lightleap is being nothing but nice to her. rowankit DIES and sunbeam is like "oh well at least blazefire, an adult who has much higher chances of surviving greencough (or whitecough, whichever one it was) than a kit, survived". and then not comforting lightleap and like SEETHING when she even so much as SEES blazefire and lightleap... sitting next to each other???? it could just be that i havent read river in a while but genuinely i dont get why she's so sour towards lightleap and blazefire all of a sudden. i get lightleap was reckless, injuring both sunbeam and blazefire and even confining blazefire to the medicine den for some time, but... as far as i remember, that was it??? idk man.
also the... the whole... "clan-swapping" and "clan-swapper" thing. im sorry but berryheart's whole posse of people against "inter-clan relationships" (which is what they call it in the book) really just. uhh. doesnt sit well with me? all of them saying that fringewhisker of skyclan brought greencough to their camp and them saying that "clan-swapping" should have never been allowed since fringewhisker bringing the sickness to shadowclan led to rowankit's death genuinely reads to me like they're the kind of people to think that people from china brought covid-19 to the u.s.
also also i.... really don't like nightheart that much in this book. im sorry i think he was great in the previous book though a bit, yknow, angsty, but i feel like in this book it must have been written by a different author because he's nothing BUT angst now. sure in the last book he was edgy but that could totally be seen as him being edgy because, y'know, he had a reason to be edgy. and angsty and upset. he failed his warrior assessment 3 times. of COURSE you'd be embarrassed and upset and angsty about it all. but idk, in sky it just seems like he's angsty about. really nothing besides "oh my grandma squirrelflight is making me do APPRENTICE DUTIES because theres NO APPRENTICES IN THUNDERCLAN RIGHT NOW. i guess ill just be STUCK DOING APPRENTICE DUTIES for the REST OF MY LIFE!!!!!" n its like dude....... chiiiiiill.....
frostpaw though is probably my favorite character so far but i don't know, something was just off about how she was written. somethnig was just OFF about this book in general, it very much seemed like it was written by someone who wasnt familiar with the characters of the previous book and accentuated their personalities to the point where they're all just one-note now. nightheart is angsty. sunbeam is selfish. frostpaw is............i dont really know acutlaly SJDKKJG but. i do like frostpaw's pov the best but mostly because i just really want to see what happens. little baby frostpaw, as far as we know, doesn't have a connection to starclan and riverclan is just in SHAMBLES becauyse of it. but i just love that. i hate the whole "we can't tell any clan about this" thing though, but ig that just comes from a pacing standpoint. i never liked it in media in general when something happens n characters are like "we cant tell anyone about this or else we'll be seen as weak" or something.
though the confrontation at the gathering between the leaders (mostly tigerstar n leafstar) and owlnose is really funny SKJDKJJKG i like it when tigerstar is like "....so reedwhisker became leader and then got sick and all of his lives were just taken away like that? he got greencough so bad it killed all 9 of his lives?" and owlnose is liek "it was REALLY bad-" idk thats just funny. this book does have a few funny things in it . i laughed a coupl times JKSDLKJJKG...
but uhhhhhhhhhh overall i think this book was. uh. interesting, to say the least. looking forward to the next book though :]

Asc rewrite where the name legacy thing with Nightheart just doesn’t happen (cept he was named Flint(suffix) to keep the F name theme SparkLark did and it fits his coat. I saw this by a user who I can’t remember the name of so I don’t take credit for this). He’s still a selfish jerk, but he’s just like that. He’s reckless and unknowingly toxic to others (like Bayshine and Finchlight). He fails his assessments cause of his recklessness and desire for glory (major main character syndrome).
And at the gathering he gets confused why no one likes him cause he’s so “awesome and cool”. After being kicked out of almost every group of cats he can talk to, he ends up sitting near the newly made medicine cat apprentice, Frostpaw. With his ego punched down a ton he ends up talking with her and actually enjoys her company (they’d have a sibling relationship in this rewrite, no romance. Ew).
Flintpaw gets called out on his recklessness from Frost and passes his third assessment cause of him getting called out for this. He has Frost to thank so he does interrupt the naming ceremony to request he be named Flintblizzard.
“Uhhh….why?”
“Sounds cool :3”
So he’s excited to tell Frostpaw at the next gathering, only to be sad when she’s not there. He decides to sneak out and check Riverclan camp, blending in with his black pelt. He notices the cats there look frazzled, like they don’t know what to do. He also notices Mistystar isn’t there- or the deputy. Or Frostpaw. He gets worried and does some detective work, tracking Frostpaw’s scent to the moonpool where he finds Splashtail waiting outside of it.
He gets suspicious, but doesn’t say anything. Instead he follows them back to Riverclan and talks with Frostpaw when she goes back to her den.
First he gets smacked upside his head for following her, which he apologizes for, then after pinkie swearing (or the cat equivalent of that) she tells him what’s going on. Flintblizzard is worried for his sister, going through this at such a young age that he wants to go to Riverclan to watch over her and make sure she’ll be ok. Especially since he doesn’t trust Splashtail.
Now the official new code put up says a cat can leave for non romantic reasons (says “A warrior or medicine cat may switch their allegiance from one Clan to another but must meet a set of conditions”), but I don’t see Riverclan taking Flintblizzard even if he had a forbidden mate. So I can just see him sneaking out of camp to check up on Frostpaw and her hiding him.
Obviously this gets him in hot water with Thunderclan and with Finchlight cause why is he sneaking out and not coming back til late, especially when he’d gotten better behavior wise. He only confides in Bayshine about this, telling him he has a friend in Riverclan he’s worried about. He doesn’t tell him about Riverclan’s situation cause he promised Frostpaw. Bayshine at first thinks his “friend” is a secret mate until Flint tells him “Ew, no! She’s like a sister to me bro-“ so he drops that theory quickly.
Flintblizzard tells him that this kid makes him want to do better. And he’s worried about her. Actively worried. He doesn’t know if she’ll be safe, so Bayshine decides to cover for him. This in turn makes them closer and have a much better friendship. An even one. A healthy one.
And I feel that’s where River would end off in terms of Flint/Night’s pov there. I have yet to read Sky, but when I do I’ll post that rewrite of his arc in there. I really like the rewrites where Nightheart and Frostpaw have a sibling dynamic so I wanna throw my hat into the ring for that

What if Spottedleaf Lived?
(This takes place in the fourth book) Fireheart has been deputy of ThunderClan for some time now and he and Spottedleaf have grown closer and closer by the day. So close that Spottedleaf wants to give up being the medicine cat and give her spot to Yellowfang. (Cinderpelt has been her apprentice for the past two books) Spottedleaf asks Yellowfang if she can take the spot as medicine cat and give her Cinderfoot. (Her name is Cinderpelt in the books but Spottedleaf named her, not Yellowfang) She agrees. Spottedleaf spills the beans to Fireheart that Yellowfang agrees. Fireheart is happy and is ready to tell Bluestar. (Fireheart already knew that Spottedleaf is giving up her career just so she could have Fireheart's babies but who the heck cares what Fireheart thinks. This is about Spottedleaf) They spill the beans to Bluestar. Bluestar doesn't give a crap. So she boogies onto Highrock to tell the clan. The clan also doesn't give a crap, except for Sandstorm. So Spottedleaf upgrades to a warrior (or downgrades, take your pick) After a moon of being a warrior, Spottedleaf has some babies. Pearlkit, a white calico she-kit with blue eyes. Goldenkit, a golden tom with amber eyes. Silverkit, a silver she-kit with light blue eyes. And Frostkit, a snowy white tom with icy blue eyes. Fireheart loves his kits. But Sandstorm does not. She plans to go yandere but is too lazy to. Then there is a fire. Yellowfang and some elders die. Oh well. Cinderfoot becomes the medicine cat. Jump to six moons from now, Spottedleaf's kits are now apprentices. Sandstorm gets Pearlpaw was an apprentice. Now Sandstorm is ready to go yandere. She plans to kill Pearlpaw and her litter mates by yandere them in their sleep because Sandstorm can't come up with a better idea. But too bad for Sandstorm, Spottedleaf sits outside their den so she makes sure that no one hurts her babies. Sandstorm finally gives up on being a yandere and yeets into the sun. Never to be seen again. No one gives a crap. Jump to the New Prophecy, Spottedleaf's kits are now warriors. Pearlpaw is now Pearlshine, Goldenpaw is now Goldenflame, and Silverpaw is now Silvershade. Everyone is now a warrior, except Frostpaw. Frostpaw decided to be a medicine cat. His name is now Frosteyes. Firestar gave his kits the best names in the clan. He also threatened Cinderfoot with an elder and told her if she didn't give Frosteyes a good name, she would send her to the elder's den and make her listen to their stupid stories. The journey cats go on their journey. (Since Squirrlflight doesn't exist, Pearlshine goes) The clans go the lake. Frosteyes finds the Moonpool. There is the stupid badger attack. Cinderfoot dies. Spottedleaf also dies. Everyone is sad. But not Sandstorm. Yeeting into the sun was worth it. Pearlshine is now mates with Brambleclaw. They have two babies. Sunkit, a light ginger she-kit with amber eyes and Moonkit, a silver she-kit with black tabby stripes with icy blue eyes. (IDK LOL) And Firestar tells them that they are part of the prophecy. Yeet to twelve moons they are now warrior. Sunpaw is now Sunlight and Moonpaw is now Moonshine. And all the rest of the crap happens. You know from here.
i remember i going to turn this into an actual story but i just turned it into, this? my writing skills when i was 12 were way better than they are now
i gonna post the warrior cats stuff that i found in google docs i made when i was 12

I suppose I’ve completely gone total rewrite on my po3 au. I also have some family trees here, here, and here that go with my au.
Here’s some stuff I wrote on Firestar’s deputies:
In the course of his leadership, Firestar of ThunderClan has five deputies. Of which some may whisper is one too many for a single leader. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses as well as their own part to play in the history of the clan.
His first deputy is Whitestorm. Older and wiser but still energetic and strong. After the death of Bluestar, her nephew seems to be the perfect choice. His deputyship is too short, taken with his life in the battle against BloodClan.
Firestar’s second deputy is Mousefang. While she is quick to voice her opposition of his choices she finds foolish, she is fiercely loyal and beloved by her clan. When ThunderClan reaches their new home by the lake, Mousefang can feel the ache in her joints and the exhaustion that drags down her shoulders. She may not have achieved leadership, but she feels accomplished with her warriorhood and deputyship. When her apprentice is made a warrior, Mousefang makes the decision to retire to the elders den. (A lifelong dream of hers, though she won’t tell you that. She’s better at telling stories to kits than seems likely for her stern personality.)
The clans enter a new era with the great journey. The forest is no more and the lake is their new home. Who better to help lead the clan than one chosen by StarClan to help find this new territory? Firestar chooses Brambleflower as his next deputy. He’s young but not so untested and so very loyal to his clan. Mousefang protests at first, he hasn’t finished a mentorship yet … he wasn’t able to after what happened to Hollypaw … But Firestar is confident in his decision, this is what is best for ThunderClan. Brambleflower is surprised and doubtful at first but soon gains confidence with the support of the clan. But with Hawkfrost’s betrayal and death comes new doubts. To break away from the legacy of his father, Brambleflower steps down from the position. Firestar is saddened but proud.
Firestar’s fourth and longest held deputy is Brakenfur. Serving for seasons, he starts timid but, with confidence, creates a strong pillar within the clan. He is gentle with is clanmates, who come to him for advice, and is fierce in battle. The other clans soon learn to not underestimate him.
But even the long-held position of Brakenfur does not last forever. In the battle with the Dark Forest, he is slain, protecting Sorreltail and his newly born kits. In the midst of battle and on his last life, Firestar must choose a new deputy.
In preparation for the largest battle ever seen by the clans, Squirrelflight, Firestar’s own daughter, steps up to help organize and prepare her clan. Devising battle strategies, reinforcing the walls of camp, helping the apprentices be prepared for battle, her capability for leadership becomes apparent. When Firestar makes his choice, ThunderClan does not doubt it.
And when Firestar dies, Squirrelflight takes up the mantle of leadership, supported by her clan.
At the moonpool she receives her nine lives:
Firestar - a life for confidence, never let yourself falter over your choices
Shrewpaw - a life for realized potential, let every cat in your clan realize their strengths, even yourself
Ferncloud - a life for protection, care for your clan with your claws, heart, and words
Brackenfur - a life for kindness, every cat of your clan is worth a life
Longtail - a life for endurance, even in your darkest days you will find strength
Cinderpelt - a life for strength, your claws and heart will be strong when you need them most
Mousefang - a life for sharp wit, may your tongue never fail you
Stormfur - a life for understanding, every cat, even those outside your clan, deserve your consideration
Hollyshine - a life for justice, every wrong will be righted and every right, recognized
When she returns to ThunderClan, her name is Squirrelstar. She appoints Brightheart as her first deputy.
