Okay so, recently I’ve been rewatching this show called Person of Interest, and my brain said. Well.

I have a bit of a headcanon that Obi-Wan is a bit of a crier, just never ever in front of people. Like he would never show up at Anakin’s door like “Anakin hug me im sad 😫” he would just say he’s going to “meditate” and instead curl up under his blankets and sob for a good 45 minutes or more and then come back like “ok I’m all better now, that was a nice meditation session” and everyone else is like “we know you were crying. Your eyes are all red and puffy and you still have tears on your face” and he just goes “I have no idea what you’re talking about, I have no reason to cry, I’m perfectly content with my life the way it is” while looking thoroughly and utterly miserable, because like Anakin he has no healthy ways to deal with his emotions so he instead holds them inside until he breaks down and then plays it off like nothing happened. In his mind, nothing happened and the crying doesn’t mean anything. Until he finally, finally admits this out loud and Lionel goes “SUGAR CRYING HYSTERICALLY FOR OVER AN HOUR MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK IS NOT HEALTHY I AM TAKING ALL OF YOU TO THERAPY RIGHT NOW”

Lancelot, Lionel and Bors being Family

In early Vulgate, Lionel and Bors are rescued from the imprisonment of King Claudus and taken to live in The Lake. This is how the bond between Lancelot and them as children is described just after Lancelot first meets them.

Okay okay, the things I love about this season:

1. KEYLETH OF THE AIR ASHARI - what a beautiful way to pay an homage to this character while also giving a big middle finger to her naysayers. Experiencing the Marisha hate in real time back during C1, I did get teary eyed here.

2. Vax killing Thordak - my little hero, my emo boi, the animation and artistry in those panes are chef’s kiss.

3. True Love’s Crit & "I want an arrow through her heart.. and one in her mouth while she screams". They did us Perc’ahlia followers good at the end of this.

4. Zerxus 😈 - this is how we win a Calamity series.

5. I do like the thread of “The gods aren’t perfect” because that will be a really nice point if we’re ever able to get to a BH show. I like them setting the stage early early on in the show. In the original campaign while you disagreed at time as a viewer I feel it was less prevalent that the gods didn’t have good intent overall (aside from obvious ones)

I am intrigued to see where we go next. I mean Vecna likely but it’ll be interesting for them to adapt some of these episodes and to see what they choose to focus on (def KiKi finishing her aramente, maybe Vex and the Wild Hunt!, I also am a Tary truther I don’t think they’ll cut him out but I do hope they strengthen his arc a little, pike blood?? Uhm?!?, Scanlan adventures w Kaley?)
