Hi guys guess who's literally shaking rn from excitement

#rat rambles #oni posting #beta moments. explodes.#now as expected not everything is fully implemented and I imagine theres going to be more logs and such when the main story trait of this #planetoid is fully implimented in the actual dlc when it releases #but there are still some new logs that can be viewed already and Holy Shit #ok ok so first of all we have confirmation that gossmann is her last name and her first name starts with an e #I also am amazed at my hc of harold being a dad being true like yo I actually nailed it with that hc #however that news is far outshadowed by the fact that pretty much all of my jackie childhood hcs being completely obliterated #and by completely I mean COMPLETELY like its not even like a detailed retelling or anything its just an email #but as I honestly kind of expected my hcs are completely dead and gone in the wind rest in peace jackie hcs #Im honestly completely ok with this tho as while I did like my hcs ot definitely was the sort of thing I did not want to be canon #like honestly the fact that this implies that jackie actually has a decent relationship with her family is perfect to me #I also like how it gives us another bit of insight on jackie's life outside of gravitas without her even saying anything directly #its going to be sad to move away from my old hcs but I am honestly kind of digging the new implications #wait a minute #ok now I need to know what the family tree here looks like jackie are those your parents and are they divorced this is important #WAIT I NOTICED A SECOND THING #ok well first of all one of the presumably jackie relatives is a colonel which like so fucking lines up with how jackie is #but also I think that some of the other new logs might also be abt jackie relatives #one of the new logs in fact directly mentions a colonel #in fact the log in question seems to be a part of another trio of logs that probably are abt different outcomes of the same event #they seem to be about an incident that either resulted in the injury death or successful recovery efforts of a crew of piolets #with the one that ended up being able to be saved being credited to the colonel (telling us they were almost certainly in the air force)#all three end with gravitas showing some form of hostility towards the vertex institute for some reason or another #and in the two where things go wrong stretches out an invitation for those affected to apply at gravitas instead #and the one where things turn out ok theres mention of claims of corporate espionage #which I find Facinating on so many levels in either direction this could go #to be clear these three logs are written in a very broken up manner as they seem to be corrupted radio programs or smth #anyways this is all to say that smth fucked up happened over there and it has the chance to make jackie so So much worse

#sketch #my art #bnha #shigaraki tomura #tenko shimura #all for one #midoriya izuku #bnha manga spoilers #only after I finished basically polishing this sketch did I notice how it's basically dark and light mode #also the first one is basically a redraw of illustration from vol 11 #I know that translation of Tenko's words is different in official but eh #fanart #I've kind of recovered from recent chapters #and I was analysing those chapters all morning #I'm still thinking but otherwise the chapters are so good #also did you notice that AFO actually talked about how his other him didn't use that 'last thing' yet and that was in ch 410 #and in ch 419 he did so it's real and it's still sad #but still AFO was never hiding it enough #from Tomura maybe but we as readers actually saw his plans play out #in any case I'm still just sitting with those two Izuku and Tenko interaction chapters #I waited long enough #and if you don't count AFO's return Izuku DID save Tenko and it's so interesting #since he now has to save his OTHER origin that was in ch 237 taught to kill whatever he wants #Tenko and Tomura both had 'origins' chapters and for now we only worked with 235 and 236 #and even if Izuku helped with the start of 237 there's still AFO #in any case it was a hard week #also the second thing actually had them holding hands #and then I was like 'but at that point Izuku's hands are gone oh no'#and it was just Tenko holding air where the hand was destroyed #in any case that scene.

It was as they crossed the very same bridge the miqo'te had once sat on together two years prior when Arsay gifted Y'shtola with a bracelet matching that of her own. A token of endearment which, Arsay confessed, she would have given to her fellow scion back then, had nerves not gotten the best of her. While their relationship has undoubtedly changed since the initial purchase of the jewellery, the sentiment remained the same. Y'shtola was someone who Arsay loved dearly and she will forever be grateful to have the seeker's life intertwined with her own. No matter where their free spirits took them, they would always hold each other in their hearts. A promise Y'shtola was more than willing to keep. She slipped the the string of beads around her wrist without a second thought. They were never to come off, not even when the two decided to delay their return to Radz-at-Han in favour of a private bath at the dead of night.

“Carmine is not the worst” and “kieran is not the worst” are statements that can and should co-exist

#Its always either “carmine did nothing wrong kieran is a stupid unhinged brat!” Or “kieran did nothing wrong carmine is literally abusive!!”#No. Theyre not. Neither of them are. Theyre just nd/mentally ill and cope with it badly #Its really not that hard come on #Also as an older sister with a younger brother a lot of the mean dialogue is pretty typical #Obviously that doesnt negate the fact that for kieran it hit him in his issues but he never spoke up about it and kept it to himself #And carmine is pretty dense and a bit in her own head so it makes sense that she wouldnt notice without being directly told #And with her specifically its made clear in dialogue throughout that she does care about her brother #She thinks about how in her mind things might affect him and chooses what she thinks is the option that wont hurt him. Though obviously #shes not the best judge there. But thats understandable she isnt very good at reading people #And kieran just doesnt know how to cope with his problems. When stuff gets too much he bursts and lashes out. A normal thing for a teenager #Obviously this now frightens carmine and she starts backing down distancing herself and generally just closes up around him #Because while she is abrasive she doesnt really *realize* she is. And its easy to see kierans abrasiveness as something inherently hostile #(Because even if he doesnt really mean it it still is aggressive)#Hey wait a second why am i infodumping about kieran and carmine pokemon in my tags #This is like the worst way to do it. #💭#📓#I love you friendship and midnight gospel and Kaluah and I love listening and hearing stories and laughing so hard and being full of joy and #and and like questions and sadness and grief and fear and all these things that are I usually deal with with isolation on codependence w my #mom like now I feel like I’m given the space to be a person and to be around someone who truly listens and lives and I’m realizing places #(stuck point.comma.therapy term) where I am finding myself uncomfortable with the way I handle a conversation specifically how I listen to #people I care about and listening to understand instead of listening to respond (not usually an issue with ppl I like) or listening to #relate I struggle a lot with that I tend to use immediate interrupting with my own thing to show I get it and that can quickly be overdone #and I’m starting to notice when I do it and I’m learning how to balance that with also learning to shut my mouth for a second and like give #people (Levi) (but also people in IOP actually) space to talk and feel and finish a thought and trying to validate (ew therapy term) and #fully listen and understand in ways that aren’t from my own perspective bc that’s a thing I struggle with but I am also comforted by the #fact that Levi will not punish me or be harsh to me if I mess up in the moments when I notice I’m doing it and maybe when I find myself #doing it I could say it out loud and apologize or like ask if there was more to say like idk I want to work on my listening #and not to use an excuse or whatever but I feel like I have been so isolated for so long like four years ish and I have not fully gained the #skill of listening to people at this stage of my life when I’m not in a direct classroom setting where you are almost allowed to interrupt #in order to add to a conversation but that’s not how all conversations are made to be and obviously (well maybe not obvious) but friends #can understand and discuss boundaries and feel comfortable over talking and speaking up when there was something you wanted to say and #having me wait a second idk idk how to explain it
