New years- L. Norris
Lando Norris x fem! Reader
In which your boyfriend can’t take how good you look during new years celebrations and fucks you in a club bathroom
Warnings?; Smut, fingering, p in v, unprotected sex(plz use protection), public sex, slight exhibitionism, slight candaulism kink, kissing, cursing, sorry for any errors
Day 12 of my ficmas celebration!
Lando’s eyes watched your body intensely, the way your hips moved against the front of your best friend, arms swaying in the air, your hair flying around as you swung your head along to the beat.
He was stood up in the dj booth besides Martin while you and your friends took over the dance floor, you had decided to wear a black silk dress out, the tight material stinking to your now sweating body-leaving even less to the imagination.
“Why don’t you just go down there?” Max laughed from beside him, causing him to come out of his unholy thoughts.
“What do you mean?”
“Mate you’ve been eye fucking her since you got up here, everyone can see you undressing her with your eyes.” Max laughed at his dear friend.
“She’s having fun.” Lando mumbled with a small shrug
“When has that ever stopped you before?”
Lando knew max was correct, it didn’t matter what you two were in the middle of or what you were doing, if he wanted you he was pulling you away from whatever it is that’s occupying your attention.
Lando ignored his friends giggles as he turned and made his way out of the dJ booth and onto the dance floor, fighting his way through the crowd of sweaty and drunk bodies until he found you.
“Lando!” You beamed as your boyfriend came into sigh, his tight dress shirt showing off his tanned chest and necklace you’d gotten him for his birthday.
“Hi baby.” He smiled back and pulled you into his arms, his hands landing low on your waist as yours wrapped around his neck.
“Are you having fun?” He questioned, looking down at your sweaty frame.
“Mhm, Martins playing all my favorites tonight.” You smirked knowing your boyfriend may have had something to do with that.
“So that’s why you’ve been down here moving like no one’s watching?” He teased
“M’ just having fun.” You grumbled.
“I know baby.” He laughed.
“Will you walk with me to the bathroom? Don’t wanna go alone.” You asked, the club was usually busy but with the added new year eve celebrations it was even more packed than usual.
“Of course.” He smiled and pulled away but not before sliding his hand into yours and allowing you to lead the way to the woman’s room.
His eyes dropped to your plump ass immediately, watching the way it bounced as you walked-he couldn’t wait to get home and fuck you into next week.
He hadn’t even realized that you two had made it into the bathroom until he felt your warm hand leave his. Looking up he heard your small grumbles about needing to pee as you made your way into one of the stalls.
And Lando hated to admit the way he felt his already aching cock stir at the sound of your pleasurable sigh that came from your mouth once you were able to go.
He wasn’t completely sure if that’s what made him push you back into the stall when you tried to exit, or if that’s what made him pull you into a breathtaking kiss.
His hands were gripping tightly onto your ass as yours tangled into his messy curls, lips moving in sync as his tongue slid into your mouth fought yours for a moment before taking over.
He basked in the small moan you let out when his hands began to slide underneath your dress but a pout is what quickly formed when you pulled your lips from his.
“Baby we can’t do this here, we’re in public.” You spoke, head leaning against the side of the stall while Lando looked down at you.
“We can be quiet.” He smirked, his large hands still making their way in between your legs.
“La-oh” you began but were cut off as one of his thick fingers slid inside your cunt.
“No panties?” He smirked down at you as your mouth fell open from his second finger sliding in.
“D-didn’t want pantie lines.” You whimpered
Lando leaned down nice and close to your ear, fingers speeding up.
“Liar, wore them with it a few weeks ago.” He whispered before swallowing your deep moan with his mouth, lips moving sloppily against yours.
He continued working you with his fingers, speeding up and slowing down to pull wanting moans from your throat.
You could feel yourself right on the edge, the fire in your tummy burning hot as your thighs began to shake, all Lando had to do was-
“No,no why’d you stop.” You cried as he pulled his fingers from you, popping them into his mouth as he sucked them clean of your juices.
“Because I want you to come on my cock, not my fingers.” He smirked, moving his wet fingers down to undo the button of his pants before sliding them down along with his boxers, just enough for his aching cock to slip out.
Your mouth watered at the sight of it, his tip was red and swollen begging for the smallest bit of attention. A bit of precum had ran down to meet the prominent vein that spread along the topside of his cock, and you’d be lying if you said you weren’t ready to drop to your knees right then and there.
Lando knew the look in your eye and by the way you unconsciously licked your lips he knew what you wanted, but right now wasn’t the time.
“I’ll let you get a taste once we’re home, but right now all I want is to fuck you.” He spoke lowly as his hands came to the back of your thighs and signaled for you to jump.
You wrapped your legs tight around his waist, dress rolling up your thighs the perfect amount for him to slip right in. Your back was pressed firmly against the side of the stall as he reached down to pump his cock a few times.
And soon you were gasping at the delicious burn that filled your body when he slipped in, filling you to the absolute brim.
He moved his hips slowly, allowing you a moment of adjustment before he was quickly changing pace and fucking into with fast but deep strokes, basking in the way your eyes rolled every time his tip hit the spongy spot inside you.
“Fuck lan, j-just like that.” You cried, hands coming up to grip his already messy curls.
The sounds of your mixed whimpers and skin slapping filled the tiny stall, Lando’s movements never ending even as you heard the door open and a pair of heels against the floor.
Your eyes went wide as you looked at Lando, however you were only met with an evil smirk and a look of pure determination.
The little shit had brought a thumb between your thighs to play with your sensitive bud, earning Lando a look of pure hopelessness as you both knew there was no way of keeping you quiet now.
“Lan-ngh!-shit.” You whimpered as you could feel the denied climax from earlier creeping back up, the burn returning to your lower stomach even more intense this time.
Lando groaned at the way you began to clench him, “fuck baby, so tight.” He growled.
You two were so caught up in each other that you almost missed the gasp that came from a few stalls down, your eyes grew wide remembering the girl that had came into the bathroom.
However Lando still didn’t care and simply brought a finger to his lips, signaling you to stay quiet. However that was quite hard as his hips began moving at an unforgiving pace and you were knocked over the edge.
Your head slammed against the stall as your climax overtook your body, you brain short circuiting at the overwhelming feeling in your body as Lando continued fucking you through your high.
“Shit baby, I’m going to come.” Lando cried as he could feel his own fire growing in his stomach.
“Go on lan, fill me up” you encouraged the boy, hands tangled in his damp curls, brushing back the ones that had begun to stick to his sweat covered forehead.
“Fuh…fuck!” He growled as he stilled inside of you and you felt the familiar twitch of his cock inside you before your walls were painted white with his release.
He pressed his forehead against yours as you both caught your breaths and it was the sound of the bathroom door opening and the chant of “happy new year” from outside that brought you both back to earth.
“Happy new year baby.” Lando giggled as he leaned down and pressed his lips against yours softly.
“Happy new year my love.” You cheesed looking up at him with soft and tired eyes, he smirked at the fucked out expression on your face and realized you two should probably get cleaned up and head home.
Exiting the bathroom after getting cleaned up and fixing yourselves you made your way back to the group up by the dj booth where you were greeted with Max and Pietra who both held smirks on their faces.
“Looks like you two had some fun bringing the new year.” Max spoke with a giggle.
“Yeah, I’d say it was pretty nice.” Lando spoke, breaking into laughter as you elbowed his side.
“Wasn’t nice for the girl a few stalls down” you mumbled slightly embarrassed.
“Ehh she’ll be fine, she got a free show.”
“Lando!” You scolded but he only laughed harder and pulled you into a kiss.
“Love you” he cheesed
“Yeah, yeah, I love you to.” You grumbled but snuggled into his side as his arms held you tight.
-
Happy new years my loves!
Also the last fic of my celebration🥹

New Year's Eve Party (4) II Leïla Ouahabi x Reader
New Year's Eve Party Masterlist (all previous parts can be found here) I Word count: 1640
“Leila, you look great. Come on, we got to go, we’re already late to the party.”, Ona was impatiently standing in her bathroom door who was done with her close friend looking at herself critical in the mirror for at least fifteen minutes.
Nervously Leila ran a hand through her long dark hair:” Yes, but she’ll be there too.” “And she’ll be happy seeing you either way. So come on.”, the younger Spanish woman reminded her. With a sigh the Manchester City player turned her back to the mirror: “Alright, I’m ready, we can leave.” “Perfect.”, happily Ona led her friend out of her appartement.
The party already arrived when the two defenders arrived. Stunned Leila stopped at the entrance of Fridolina’s home, taking a moment to take in the atmosphere of the celebrations:” Wow.” “Wow as in look at her she’s still as beautiful as I remember her or wow as in Patri is the worst DJ ever.”, the Barcelona player joked light-heartedly. Her question made the Manchester City defender laugh out loud:” Both actually.”
A wide grin appeared on Patri’s face who heard everything her friends had said: “You know when you two think you’re whispering you’re basically shouting?” “Maybe it would help if you’d turn the music down!”, Ona shouted back giggling. Smiling Leila added: “Yes, because some of us need to catch up with each other!” “But we’re not here to catch up. We’re here to party.”, the midfielder and hobby DJ pointed out.
With a sigh the Manchester City player looked around, in hope to see your familiar face in the sea of former teammates and lifelong friends: “So according to you, we should be dancing instead of talking?” “That’s exactly what I meant.”, Patri replied content.
That was the moment Ona realized that her friend needed a little help, so she pushed her into your direction:” Come on no more foreplay Leila. Go and dance with her!”
The defender almost stumbled into you when you turned around, the surprise was shown all over your face: “Leila? I almost thought you wouldn’t come.” “No, I.. I said I would come.”, she licked nervously her lips. Your heart skipped a beat when you realized that she was finally here, next to you in flesh and bone: “I’m glad you did.” “I’m a glad you came too.”, Leila replied truthfully.
Innocently you asked her: “Nothing beats a New Year’s Eve Party in Barcelona with the girls, right?” “No, that’s true. And I can’t miss out on the chance to see all my friends again.”, she admitted fondly. You echoed more surprised than you should; “Friends. Yes, of course.“
You were trying to let the fact that Leila considered you a friend not hurt too much when she quickly added; “And you.“ You looked up in shock, meeting Leilas intense brown eyes for a moment. You gathered all your courage to explain to her; “Leila, I need to tell you something…“
But before you could finish or get a reaction from Leila, you were pulled away by one of your teammates towards a different group of people. “Wait, what?“, Leila was calling after you, but Alexia was holding on to you tight, a suspiciously big smile on her face that made you wonder if she had too much champagne already.
“Ale, I was just talking to Leila…“, you protested. Your team mate nonchalantly waved you off; “You can talk to her later.“ “So, what’s the matter?“, you now asked while Alexia pressed a glass of champagne into your hand. “We have to celebrate.“, she stated happily. You frowned in confusion; “Celebrate what?“
“Hey.“, Leilas voice said close to your ear. Immediately, you turned around facing the defender; “Yes?“ “You wanted to say something…“, Leila prompted you to continue your conversation. You hesitated for a moment, then shook your head. Looking at Alexia with her wife and the other girls celebrating together, your heart filled with adoration for your team mates; “Yeah, I love them all so much.“
“You do?“, Leila asked. Sipping from your champagne, you nodded; “Yes.“ The defenders face scrunched in mistrust as she eyed your glass; “I think you had enough for that.“ “Leila, this is my first glass.“, you assured her but she still took it out of your hand. She raised her eyebrow slightly; “Are you sure? That didn’t sound like it was.“
With a deep breath, you revealed what you have been trying to tell her the whole time; “It’s my way to say goodbye to them.“ “Why would you say goodbye to them? You’ll still see them next year.“, Leila retorted quickly. “Yes, but it will be differently.“, you sighed. The defender shook her head; “I don’t think I understand.“ Another deep breath before you finally laid everything bare; “I’m leaving Barcelona.“
Throwback
There was nothing but shock. You didn’t remember ever feeling so numb before. You both were standing in your apartment in Barcelona when Leila broke the news to you. “You’re leaving?“ That voice didn’t sound like you at all. Leila took a step towards you, you took one step back; “You could come with me…“ It sounded stickily sweet. “How? I still have a contract here.“, you replied. “But I thought…“, she started.
Her shoulders slumped; “Oh, forget it.“ You’d love to forget her right now. “I can’t come with you.“ There was emphasis on every word, in hopes that Leila would finally understand the situation. She frowned at you; “So you don’t love me.“
There was bitter laugh stuck in your throat when you answered; “You’re being unfair. Of course I do.“ “Then why wouldn’t you come with me?“ “I told you, it’s because of my contract.“, you repeated impatiently. Leila shook her head with an incredulous look; “Sure.“ For a split second, you wished she would just leave and never come back.
End of the Throwback
“Where would you go? Barcelona is the best club in Europe.”, Leila pressed on, her voice full of disbelief. A frustrated sigh escaped your lips:“I know.” “Then why do you want to leave?”, the defender asked you puzzled. You took a deep breath before replying to her question:” Because of you. But also, the WSL title race seems very exciting.” “Wait, what?”, she interrupted you shocked.
It took all your courage to continue:” What I’m trying to tell you all evening is that I’m coming to-“ “Guys the firework is about to start, we’ll all go to the balcony to see it!”, Patri cut through your attempt of an explanation. The Manchester City player glanced annoyed at the midfielder: “Patri!” “Don’t worry, I can tell you on there.”, you promised her as you followed your teammates on to the balcony awaiting the soon upcoming fireworks.
When you reached your destination, you finally let the defender know what you were trying to say all evening:” I’m joining Manchester City.” “You’re?”, surprise was written all over Leila’s face. Nervously you nodded: “I do, yes.” “But.. why?”, the Manchester City player sounded confused. A sudden confidence got into you as you took her hand in yours:” Isn’t it obvious.”
In that moment the firework begun, illuminating the dark midnight sky. “I can’t believe you would do that without telling me.”, the news got under Leilas skin as she was trying to translate her emotions into adequate sentences. Quietly you confessed to her:“I wanted to tell you this in person.”
“You’re coming to Manchester.”, the joy in her voice was undeniable as she just realized what you said. Suddenly a bit of hesitation made you stammer:”Sorry, that it took so long. If you found someone in Manchester I’d understand.” “I didn’t. There was no one.”, Leila replied serious. “Same for me.”
Excited the Manchester City player wanted to know: “When are you signing?” “At the start of January.”, you replied swiftly. “Do you have a place to stay yet?” “Actually, I don’t.”, you blushed as you felt her gaze on you. A shy smile crept on Leilas lips as she offered: “If you want, you could stay with me.”
“I’d like that.” It was Mapis hurt voice which made you both shriek:”You’ll leave us?” The disappointed look in your friend’s eye made you reach out to her, trying to console the injured player: “Mapi.” “Really?”, she shook her head.
You nodded shyly; “Yes, I’ll join Manchester City in January.“ Alexia appeared on Mapis side with a proud smile; “About time.“ Aitana and her sister joined the conversation, holding each other by their hand. “Agreed“, the younger Bonmati sister beamed.
Aitana gave you an empathetic look; “We’ll miss you. But you and Leila need to be together again.“ Even Patri has left her position as the DJ and appeared next to you; “Yes, your happiness matters more. Plus, you two can always come back to visit us.“ “Yes.“
A gentle squeeze on your arm made you look up, Ona flashed you an encouraging smile. All those kind words from your team-mates have made your eyes well up with tears.
You carefully dabbed at your watering eyes while Mapi announced; “I think that calls for a group hug right at the start of the new year!“ “Oh yes. And Manchester will be happy to have you both.“, Lucy added with a wink.
Before you could say anything, you found yourself in a tight huddle with your teammates and friends. Alexias voice came from somewhere to your right; “Careful with my wife!“ “Ale, she’s fine!“, Mapi replied. You could basically hear her role her eyes at the midfielder.
“The girls will never change, huh?“, Leila asked, her lips close to your ear. You laughed happily; “Never!“ “Good that you’re coming to Manchester then.“, she replied amused. With all your friends around you, you turned to Leila and kissed her passionately. The new year couldn’t start fast enough.
Happy New Year! We hope you've/ had a great NYE. As always comments and likes are appreciated. ❤️

miss you (part 3)
part 1, 2
genre: angst, smut, dark content, all over the place content warning: 18+ !MINORS + AGELESS BLOGS DO NOT INTERACT! As I forgot to mention in part I + II: aged up characters OF COURSE (college setting), mentions of alcohol and drug use, name calling, toxic relationship, abusive relationship, violent behavior, emotional abuse, choking, dj!choso, rough!megumi, hints of narcissism, obvious mental problems, maddy and nate (euphoria) kinda dynamic, euphoria inspired dialogue, DARK CONTENT, I really don’t know how to do these content notes, I’m sorry, I’m trying pairing: Choso x Reader, Megumi x Reader (kinda???) word count: about 10k
A/N: I really love to include some songs that inspire me while writing, I love music (that’s such a basic thing to say lol) so if you're up for it click on the lyrics. Also I really hope this was worth the wait, I am so sorry 🫠 this is kind of all over the place, like always, but I want to stop being so critical with myself, soooooo yeah. Here you go 🤭
Everything just felt so wrong. It was so hot down here and you were constantly bumping into people. The alcohol in your blood was making you dizzy with every step you took through the crowd and it was definitely messing with your sense of balance. You felt kind of nervous, but it was your own fault.
You were the one who hid in your bed for a whole week, your anxiety now at an all-time high.
And you were the one who accepted all those drinks that Yuji had mixed for you upstairs.
However, those drinks seemed to fulfil their promise of freeing you from your inner torment, and as soon as the people around you were starting to look a little blurry, you start to move to the loud music blaring from the speakers.
I don't ever wanna see you / And I never wanna meet you again / One thing / When you're angry, you're a jerk / And then you treat me like I'm worth nothin'
"This track goes so hard."
You open your eyes as you hear a familiar voice screaming in your ear. You see Nobara grinning from ear to ear as she dances to the music, the parts of her body that are not covered were glistening with sweat as the fluorescent lights hit her skin. She looked so damn beautiful.
How much you loved your friends.
This time it was Maki who dragged Nobara and you along with her to a house party off campus so the three of you found yourself in some guys huge basement, loud techno music blasting from the speakers and lots of sweaty people pressing up against each other. It was hot and completely dark except for a few neon lights that made it possible to at least distinguish a few faces.
Not a single person down here seemed to be in any real control of their senses anymore, most of them were completely out of it already, while you could only imagine what kind of drugs they had in their systems by now. But hey, it was none of your business and you wouldn't judge, so the only thing that mattered was that the three of you were having a fantastic time.
I don't ever wanna see you / And I never wanna meet you again / It’ll happen again / I watch it happen over and over again
Another thing that brought you down here to this shady basement was a rumor that this new DJ was doing a pretty good job. And you knew he was pretty cute too - from where you were standing you could see his face hidden behind a MacBook screen, his hands effortlessly dancing across the array of buttons, knobs and sliders in front of him. Watching him, his body moving in sync with the music, his head bobbing as he worked his magic, you couldn't help but notice how good he looked. His lip was visibly split from last weekend's events and the pale hint of a black eye still marked his skin, but if you were being honest, it made him look even hotter.
You find yourself staring in his direction for a second too long and before you can look away, his eyes lock with yours and you see the realization in them just seconds later.
You feel a jolt of electricity run through your veins as your eyes lock.
Choso turns his eyes back to the DJ set in front of him a few times, but each time he looks up, you can feel him searching for you in the crowd. You can feel his gaze sticking to you like the bodies of Nobara and Maki who were dancing near you.
The heat around you envelops you like a suffocating blanket, while the bass pounds through the walls, pulsing in your chest and guiding your movements.
Don't try to find me / I’m better left alone than in this / It doesn't surprise me / Do you really think that I could care? / If you really don't like me / Find somebody else, it could be anyone else out there
The next time you turn in his direction, it was you who sought his gaze, flashing him a mischievous grin as your eyes locked again.
Choso raises an eyebrow, but the grin on his lips gives him away. He winks at you, and as you continue to watch, you notice him smiling to himself as his hands skillfully move over the equipment, fading the old track into a new one. A few people immediately start to cheer.
Say yes to Heaven / Say yes to me / If you dance I’ll dance / d-dance / I’ve got my eye on you / you / you / you
The moment you recognise the song, a squeal escapes your lips. Your hips sway effortlessly from side to side, perfectly in sync with the rhythm. Nobara has her arms loosely wrapped around your neck, joining in and mirroring your every move.
Choso knew you loved this song.
You fell in love with it the first time you both heard it. That was a few weeks ago in his and Yuji's apartment, you were talking about music and you told him that you absolutely adored Lana Del Rey. It seems that he didn't forget that, because he mixed the song into something completely different, but just as beautiful.
You couldn't help but think that it felt like he'd done that for you.
But did he?
Either way, he's managed to sweep you off your feet with a little gesture like that, and you can't remember the last time a man did that for you.
It feels like hours have passed before you realise that another DJ has taken over. As the current track slowly fades out into a new one, you notice how the vibe changes and most of the people who came for something with more bpm start to leave to go back upstairs.
Nobara grabs your hand and pulls you with her, Maki follows.
"Hey, I like that song—", you protest but Nobara and Maki were on a mission to get some fresh air.
You notice how fast your heart was beating as the three of you make your way to the stairs, the pounding music slowly fading into the background.
"That was so good," Nobara sighs and you nod in agreement, still dizzy from all the sensations around you that your drunken brain was having trouble processing, "Choso did a damn good job, I didn't even know he could do that."
"Neither did I," you add, leaning down to take a sip from the straw in Maki's drink, "but he has skilled hands, so it makes sense."
"Oh shut up," Maki groans and you take the drink from her. You couldn't really tell what was in it, but you've reached a point where everything tastes the same to you anyway.
"I still don't understand why those idiots prefer to stay upstairs with Gojo and Getou and play beer pong," Nobara sneers, making you laugh. She was so right.
"Well, they missed a healing experience," you say, staying close to the two girls while more and more people leave the basement, "I thought all I needed was some random guy to fuck me in the bathroom to get Megumi out of my head, but actually this was just as good."
Nobara turns around and stares at you in shock as you take a sip of the unknown drink, causing you both to burst out laughing.
"A win is a win, I guess," she says and you high-five her.
"I'm actually so proud of you," Maki says, nudging your side before wrapping her arm around your waist.
You were surprised at how easy it was for you to talk about him. You hadn't heard from him in well over a week, and you weren't about to keep feeding your own delusion by telling yourself that that hookup in his car was enough to rekindle your relationship. The two of you were over, and not just since he had dropped you off at your apartment at 4am last weekend. Those had been empty words, everything he had said to you that night. You had lied to yourself, thinking you could change his mind by having sex with him. He hadn't even waited until you were safely inside, instead you heard his tires squealing right after you slammed the door of his car shut.
"Who says you can't have both?" a deep voice whispers in your ear, snapping you out of your thoughts.
Well, that was embarrassing.
You immediately recognise his voice.
Maki and Nobara start to giggle while you just freeze. They couldn't possibly have understood what he was saying at this volume, but the suggestiveness in his voice was enough to make you blush.
You turn and look up at Choso, who was looking back at you with a smirk on his lips. Up close, he looked even more battered than before, but you refrain from saying anything. An apology wouldn't help him and Megumi didn't look too good either.
He hugs you briefly, his hand remaining on your lower back even after you pulled away.
"Your set was great," you say, suddenly feeling a bit shy. Even though you meant it, you just wanted to fill the awkward silence. The fact that Maki and Nobara were standing right behind you didn't help, and Choso caught you so off guard that you didn't really know what to say or do.
In the end, overthinking was what you did best.
Choso smiles at your comment and you catch his eyes roaming over your body for a second.
"Thanks, I could see you enjoyed it," he replies, looking you straight in the eye.
You can barely stand his gaze, your face could hardly get any redder and just as you open your mouth to say something, he clears his throat, his hand still on your back.
"Let's go upstairs, I need something to drink," he motions to Maki and Nobara to take the lead, "it's so damn hot down here."
"Oh, it really is," Nobara says, taking Maki's hand and dragging her through the crowd and up the stairs.
You and Choso follow, him being so gentle as he makes sure you don't bump into anyone, as you still have trouble walking a straight line in your knee high boots.
"Oh - careful," he says, catching you just before you could stumble up the stairs, "you know I'd do anything to get that goddamn asshole out of your head, but you really can't make me take advantage of a drunk girl."
Again, the words were only meant for you as you fell back against his chest, strong arms holding you, his hot breath brushing your neck, his lips just below your ear.
He managed to get you up, and once you were both surrounded by even more people and loud music, you turn to face him.
"I might be drunk, but I'm not a girl," you say, looking at him challengingly.
"Oh," he laughs, "did I miss anything?" He looks at you for a moment, the grin never leaving his lips.
You just glare back at him.
"Fine, excuse me, ma'am," he says, making you giggle.
"But you are drunk," he observes.
"Then let's get even more drunk together," you decide, taking his hand to lead him into the kitchen.
"Sounds like a plan," Choso says, laughing, "Lead the way."
If you had turned around, you would have seen the adoration with which he looked at you. At that moment, he would have followed you anywhere.
Maki was already sitting on the kitchen counter and Nobara was standing next to her, giggling at something she said. The two were drinking from red plastic cups when Yuta made his way over to them, waving at you.
You wave back at him before you look around to see Yuji still mixing cocktails.
You and Choso push past some people to keep Yuji company, who hands you both two cups. Yuji grins as you taste his secret recipe and you immediately grimace. Right now you can definitely taste more than four different kinds of alcohol and that should be enough of a statement to make a final judgement about his creation
"I mean, it does it’s job but please don't ever start bartending anywhere," you groan and take another sip.
"Yeah, listen to her," Choso says, but he empties his drink before you do.
"Hey, don't hurt me like that," Yuji protests, "you weren't complaining earlier, though."
"Well yeah," you say, "But I don't take any responsibility for the fact that you had the plan to get me drunk."
"Oh, I would never do such things," the pink-haired boy says, pouring another cup for Choso before changing the subject.
"My brother was doin’ a pretty good job down there in that basement, huh?"
"Yes, he definitely was," you gush as he reminds you, "but where were you? You missed something."
"Oh, I didn't," he replies, "I was right next to him, watching all the magic happen right in front of me."
"Really?" The music changes and you had to shout over it.
"Yeah, but I guess you only had eyes for someone else," Yuji grins, making you blush.
You sip from your cup, cheeks red and the grin still on your lips, but you don't say anything, instead looking up at Choso.
"I'm going outside for a smoke, join me if you want," he says in a low voice, letting go of your hand, only now realising that you've been holding it the whole time.
You nod and watch him until he disappears through the kitchen door and out onto the patio. You see him join Gojo and Getou who had been sitting outside with Hakari, Kirara, Nanami and Haibara for a while. Before Choso could even sit down, Hakari was already holding a joint out to him.
Yuji snaps you out of your thoughts and you take another sip of your drink.
"Hey, what's going on, huh?"
You weren't sure what he was hinting at.
"What?" you ask, trying to concentrate on what he is saying.
"You and my brother," he replies, getting straight to the point, "what's going on with you two?"
"I don't know," you say, not even lying, "nothing? Something? I don't think I can say."
"Mhm," Yuji pauses and looks around before turning back to you, "Megumi's here tonight, I saw him earlier."
"Great," you say and put down your cup, "I don't care."
"I think I've heard that before," he sighs while looking at you with worry in his eyes.
"Yeah, well, I don't really care," you say, slightly disappointed, "he doesn't care about me either."
"I doubt that," Yuji tells you, without specifying what exactly he doubted.
You lean against the counter next to him and watch the people standing around in the kitchen. Most of them were talking, shouting at each other over the loud music, dancing or laughing.
You had already drunk a lot and no decision you would make now would be a good one. Your senses were far too clouded for that, but you needed that kind of ease, you wanted to turn off your racing thoughts. So you didn't have too many options, either you could bang your head against the wall to stop thinking about him, or…
"Let's do some shots," you suggest, almost immediately hearing Yuji groan. You grab a bottle of tequila from the bar and pour yourself and Yuji two glasses.
"What about lemon or salt?", Yuji protests, but you just clink glasses with him.
"What an amateur," you retort, raising the glass to your lips, downing the contents and immediately refilling it, "works just fine without it."
"I hate you," you hear Yuji groan as he does the same, "this is fucking disgusting."
You both start to laugh at Yuji's disgusted expression. The tequila burns as it runs down your throat and you realize just how much you overdid it already.
But wasn't that half the fun? You always had the best nights when you and Maki would stumble into your apartment early in the morning, still completely drunk, with Yuta struggling to somehow try and get you two into your beds.
You start to refill your glasses when Yuji puts the half-empty bottle aside and looks at you with that worried look on his face. Before you can protest or tell him off for looking at you like that, someone else catches your attention.
That couldn’t be.
"Oh, he wouldn't do that…", you say under your breath, completely in disbelief, "that fucking..."
Yuji holds you by your wrist. The two of you just stand there and watch as Megumi stumbles into the kitchen.
He was holding the hand of a blonde stranger. A stranger, at least until she turns around and sits down on the kitchen island in the middle of the room. You see Maki and Nobara turn to them as well, with Yuta looking at you instead.
You recognize the blonde girl right away.
And just when you think this scene couldn't get any more absurd, you watch as Megumi kisses Yue. Yue, the girl from the party last weekend, the one who went to the same class as you. The girl who tried to stop you from looking for Megumi.
The girl who was so "worried" about you.
"What the fuck," you curse, trying to free yourself from Yuji's grip, "I'm going to fucking claw her eyes out, I fucking mean it."
Yuji was the only one who could hear you, loud music was still blaring from several speakers throughout the house.
"Am I fucking dreaming?" you yell over the music, "fucking let me go Yuji, I'm gonna..."
"That's his ex-girlfriend." Yuji says. Nothing else, just 'That’s his ex-girlfriend.
Ex-girlfriend?
"I saw him talking to her right after he tried to beat up Choso," he adds.
He didn’t. That couldn’t be—
"No, he..." That couldn’t be true.
"I saw his car outside her dorm the morning after the party when I was walking over to football practice."
It took you a moment to process this information.
"He didn't..." You wanted to throw up. Maybe it was just the tequila, but there was still the tiny chance that this bizarre scene was to blame for you suddenly feeling sick to your stomach.
"Get a fucking room, you disgusting piece of shit." You hear Nobara screaming over the music while Megumi and Yue were tightly entwined, standing right in the middle of the fucking room.
You were still standing next to Yuji, leaning against the kitchen counter and if looks could kill, the two of them would probably have turned to dust by now. You stared at Megumi, watching him as his hands wandered up her thighs and ass, caressing her waist while they made out as if they were the only people in the room.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, your eyes met.
You could swear he was looking you straight in the eye as his lips trailed down her neck. His eyes were as dark as ever, almost pitch black, and if you were being honest you couldn't be sure if he was just drunk or if he took something else. Even by his standards, the show he was putting on was truly out of character
If that was one of his sick fucking games he liked to play he definitely did not give you a heads-up. What was he trying? Getting back at you for last weekend? What was he trying to achieve? And Yue was his ex-girlfriend? How come you're only finding out now, and how did she have the audacity to even look you in the eye last weekend, let alone try to comfort you?
"You don’t threaten someone you love with a gun."
Well, good for her that he was obviously treating her completely fucking different.
He seemed unfazed by Nobara's comment, and after your brief eye contact, he closed his eyes again, focusing entirely on the blonde in front of him.
You were almost boiling with rage and the faces you made, made it really difficult to hide your anger.
"Let go of me," you say again with such emphasis that Yuji actually let go of your wrist.
"Don't do anything stupid," he says, clearly overwhelmed by the situation.
"Oh, I would never." Your voice dripped with sarcasm.
'Don’t do anything stupid.' - You didn't even know what to do. For a moment you thought about going up to Yue and ripping out her ugly blonde extensions and telling Megumi how pathetic he was, but instead you did...
Nothing.
You gave Nobara and Maki a quick look, then turned on your heel and stormed out the kitchen door. The cool night air helped you to calm down and it managed to clear the chaos in your head a little.
You take a quick look around before you realize that Choso is still sitting outside with the others, who have spread out over the various seating areas on the patio.
You walk over to them with a determined stride, Kirara sees you from afar and greets you, causing Choso to turn around in your direction. He was sitting comfortably in a two-seater and as he looked at you, you immediately notice his heavy eyelids and dark red eyes. You smile at him and as soon as he realizes it was you, a wide grin appears on his lips.
He makes some room for you, but before he could move to the side you were already sitting next to him, leaning against him, your legs casually stretched across his lap. Not averse to the sudden physical contact, he puts his arm, which had been resting on the back of the two-seater, around your waist and his other hand on your thigh.
"Hi," he says quietly, "what took you so long?"
"Oh, you wouldn't believe me," you whisper back, "your brother really hates tequila and I felt bad for making him do shots with me."
Choso laughs, not asking any more questions.
"But I’m here now," you say, placing a hand on his chest, "guess I missed you."
"Did you smoke already?", you tease, looking up at him.
"Well, do I look like it?", he asks, that big grin not leaving his lips.
"Mhm, couldn’t tell," you lie while trying your best to hide your feelings from him.
You turn to look at the others and notice that Kirara is watching you. Gojo also looks at you from time to time, his gaze wandering from Choso's hand on your thigh to your hand on his chest. He raises an eyebrow, but you ignore him.
"Hi, y/n," Kirara says with a warm smile on their lips, "how are you? I missed you in class this week."
You could feel that they was really just concerned about you. After all, Kirara had been at the party last weekend as well.
"Yes, I'm better, I think," you answer and try to fake a smile, "Thanks for asking.
Kirara smiles at you again, "I can send you all the important stuff we did. It's not much though."
You watch as Hakari pulls them closer to him, his large body making them look so much smaller in comparison. Hakari and Kirara were one of your two favourite couples, the other one being Yuta and Maki, of course. He adored Kirara and wasn’t afraid to show that every chance he got.
You hear Getou clear his throat and you turn your gaze away from the two to look at him. You see that he is holding a joint out to you.
"You want some?", he asks and you politely decline.
"Oh, no, I think I need to chill for a bit." You smile at him. Your head was already spinning and you couldn't handle the sensation of another drug right now.
"Come on, you've got to try it, Hakari brought the good stuff," Gojo says, making you think for a moment before you reach out for Getou's hand.
"You're so easy to convince," you hear Gojo snort. He grins at you as you take a drag, but you just stick out your tongue.
"Or, maybe you’re just really convincing," you tell him, taking another drag before passing it to Choso.
"I'll remind you who's easy later tonight," Getou says, coming to your defence. You and the others break into laughter at his comment and watch as Gojo crosses his arms over his chest.
You hear the two of them start bickering and notice that the others, Hakari, Kirara, Nanami and Haibara, were also returning to their heated conversation.
"Did something happen in there?", Choso asks a little while later. He was observant even when he wasn't. Of course he had noticed something. You sigh, Hakari has just handed you the joint again and you hold it between your fingers. You take a drag, then a second one.
"Yeah," you say, blowing out thick, white smoke, "but I really just want to forget about it."
It had already worked. Since you went outside, you had pushed the thought of Megumi and Yue far away from you. It was all so confusing, this time you couldn't understand what his motive could be. Of course he was angry that you had made out with Choso at the party last weekend, but you two had broken up. Why had he waited for you that night in the first place, was he really so shallow that all he wanted from you was sex? And what did he need you for anyway if he had spent the night with her after he dropped you off?
The look he gave you earlier had been intentional. He wanted to make sure you were watching him, no doubt about that.
"It doesn't seem to be working very well," Choso says as you rest your head on the arm he has wrapped around you. You look up at him as your hand moves to caress his cheek for a moment but as soon as you notice, you pull it back. Even though Choso doesn't seem to mind. It just felt natural, you wanted to touch him as you enjoyed the feel of his hand on your skin as well.
"Being with you helps," you say, without breaking eye contact. That was the truth. Being with him felt peaceful, you didn't have to be afraid that he would snap at any moment, at something you said or did.
You didn't even notice that Nanami and Haibara had already gone inside, presumably to leave the party. Only when Hakari puts out the joint and says goodbye to take Kirara home, you look away from Choso to look at the others.
Gojo does not make any effort to leave until Getou gets up, standing next to Gojo and looking at him expectantly.
"Come on, Satoru," you hear Getou say, "it's almost two o'clock, we have training tomorrow."
"Yes, but not until ten," the man with the white hair replies, not understanding why he should move now. Getou gives him a meaningful look and Gojo's eyes widen as he rose to his feet.
"Oh, uh - let's see what's going on inside then, I guess," he says, propping himself up on his knees to get out of the chair he was sitting in, "see you guys."
Getou waves goodbye before pushing Gojo in front of him towards the patio door.
You’re all alone now, besides a few people standing outside and talking. You admire the night sky for a moment while neither of you says a word. It’s so quiet outside, peaceful even.
"Just the two of us, huh?", you say as you look up at Choso. You think for another moment but then, before he's has a chance to even say anything, you kiss him.
Choso wasn’t exactly surprised and instead kissed you back. His hand, which had just rested on your thigh, moved a little further up until it cupped your ass, moving up under your tiny skirt in a swift motion.
You put your hand on his chest to support yourself and Choso pulls away for a brief moment.
"You're so beautiful," he mutters, looking down at you through heavy eyelids and making you giggle, "I missed you."
Then, your lips meet again. You move to straddle his lap, now sitting on top of him you were the one looking down at him.
"You’re not so bad yourself, y’know," you whisper into his ear as you cradle his face in your hands, your thumb gently caressing the split in his lip.
When he said he missed you, you knew what he meant.
Because you did, too.
Last weekend wasn't the first time you two had kissed. When Megumi had broken up with you, Maki had to study for some important exams and you had forbidden her from rotting with you in your depression cave. To make it easier for her, you had taken yourself out for a few evenings to Yuji’s place. He welcomed you with open arms in his new apartment, which he had just moved into with his brother. This was also the first time you got to know Choso properly, away from parties or those few casual encounters on campus.
It started innocently enough, your movie nights, the two of them watching every romcom with you that you had picked out beforehand. However, Yuji usually had training the next day, so he had to go to bed early. Choso promised to drive you home later, and as soon as Yuji disappeared into his room, you moved on to other things. He showed you some new songs, and sometimes a friend of his would come over and Choso would sell him some weed.
And at the end of the night you would find yourself spread out on his black leather couch, with his head buried between your thighs.
It became a habit until Maki's exams were done and she wanted to spend more time with you.
You were glad that the couch you were sitting on had its back to the window in the kitchen, protecting you from the prying eyes of those who went outside to smoke or enjoy the cool night air. As you climbed onto Choso's lap, your skirt had risen up quite high, almost to your waist but you were past the point of caring what others would think.
You’re planting small kisses up his neck and jaw, watching him and how he enjoyed having you in his embrace. After a little while he pulls you into another kiss, this time you’re feeling exactly how hungry he was for you. You bite down on his bottom lip, hard, before you pull away for a moment to gasp for air. While you were grinding down on him, you could feel the thin fabric of your panties slowly getting coated with your slick as you were searching for some kind of friction.
"How about…", you pause, while kissing his neck up to his earlobe, feeling him slowly but surely getting hard beneath you.
"How about we take this inside, maybe look for an empty room?", you finish your sentence.
You didn't have to ask twice before Choso had already grabbed you. He had one arm around your waist, his other hand digging into your hips while you let out a little squeal before wrapping your legs around his middle. He carried you a few steps until he gently set you down in front of the door into the kitchen.
"You’re going to have to walk real close in front of me," he mutters into your ear as he turns you around to take the lead. You could feel how hard he was already as he was pressed up against you and you couldn’t help but giggle at his remark.
"I promise they’ll be way too drunk to notice," you say, "but let’s get inside and help you with that."
***
"Shit—" You hear Choso curse under his breath as he was standing behind you, pumping his dick in his fist a few times before lining himself up with your entrance. He had you bent over the bathroom sink right in front of him, his other hand digging into the flesh of your hips, surely leaving bruises on your skin.
You hear a loud bang at the door, but decide to ignore it. The person could find another bathroom, you were sure the house was big enough to have a few other options. As the person knocks a second time, this time even louder than the first, you feel Choso getting impatient.
"What the—", he mutters, turning towards the door. "Fuck off," he shouts, getting distracted for just a second while you were so desperate for him to fuck you already. You scoot your ass back against him, feeling the leaking tip of his cock sliding through your dripping wet folds and turning his attention back to you.
"Hold - fuck - hold still," he groans before pushing you down with his hand on your back, holding you in place so you were unable to squirm under his touch.
"How about you hurry up a bit?", you tease from underneath him, earning yourself a slap on your ass almost immediately. You jerk forward a little, not expecting him to do that, but enjoying the stinging sensation to your skin all the same.
You let out a small moan as he pulls you back up against his chest, cupping your breast with one hand while pinching your nipple, "You’re in a hurry now, huh?", he groans and without giving you another heads-up, he pushes into you slowly.
He was stretching you out already without even being all the way in, locking eyes with you in the mirror before bottoming out completely, letting out a loud groan as he did.
Choso watches as your lips formed an O, needy moans escaping your mouth while he is thrusting into your wet pussy at a devilishly slow pace. You could feel the perfect curve and every ridge of his dick, stretching you out so well before he pulls out almost entirely, just the tip prodding at your needy hole.
"Tell me what you want," he whispers into your ear, sending goosebumps all over your body. His hand squeezes your breasts and you moan at his request, his low voice going straight to your core, making you even wetter than you already were.
"Tell me, did you miss me?," he groans, not breaking eye contact with you, "did you miss my dick?" He plants kisses down your neck and before you could give him an answer he pushes into you again, picking up his pace this time. You cry out at the sudden sensation, the stretch making your eyes roll back while loud moans were falling from your lips.
"I miss— fuck…", you whine, "'missed you, 'missed your cock inside of me" You had to grab onto the edge of the sink, unable to form another thought besides how good it felt to have him bully his dick into you.
"Please…", you beg as he continues to fuck into you, holding your trembling body tight against his own.
He watches how your body reacts to him as he was pounding in and out of your pussy relentlessly, your walls squeezing down on his cock so hard he had to use everything he had to not cum into you right then and there.
"Look at you," he moans right into your ear, "look at yourself taking this dick so fucking good."
His hand that was just digging into the soft skin of your hips moves further down, his fingers meeting your slick just seconds after. His thumb starts drawing harsh circles on your clit, earning him a few loud moans that fell from your lips.
"Fuck— Choso, right there, plea—", you whine, eyes squinted shut, "please, 'wanna cum - fuck— don’t stop."
"I said look at yourself," Choso groans into your ear as you suddenly feel him pulling his hand away, forcing you to obey him and open your eyes. You swallow at the reflection you see in the mirror in front of you.
You were already looking so fucked out, mascara smeared along your undereyes. Your tiny denim skirt was dangling around your waist and that high neck, sleeveless crop top was pulled up above your breasts, squeezing them together.
"Good girl," he praises, pressing a kiss to your sticky temple while his fingertips continue to rub and pinch at your clit without any mercy. You cry out, louder than anticipated, and watch how tears start to prickle in the corners of your eyes.
It was too much for you, you were barely able to contain yourself beneath him and you felt yourself getting tighter around him with every harsh thrust of his hips against your ass. Thank god the music outside was so loud, the heavy bass lining up with the lewd noises the both of you made.
"Shit - you’re getting so fucking tight," he grunts before you hear low moans falling from his lips, "you wanna cum, pretty girl?"
All you can do is whine in response, as you already lost your ability to form meaningful sentences a while ago. "I’m gonna - gonna—", you cry, brows knit together at the overwhelming feeling of him hitting your cervix over and over again.
You watch how Choso stares at you through the reflection in the mirror, your body almost going limp as you feel your core tightening and the only thing you were being able to do was moan his name, again and again.
"Then cum for me, babygirl," he whispers, his fingertips circling your nipples and pinching your swollen clit while he fucks into your throbbing cunt, getting you closer and closer to your release, until…
"There you go," Choso coos as he feels your walls pulsating around him. Your fingernails claw and scratch at the arm that he had wrapped around you, while you were trying to hold onto something, anything…
Then your orgasm washes over you and it made your thighs shake almost immediately. Choso doesn't stop fucking you through your overwhelming peak, giving you no time to breathe until he finally cums into you as well, thick ropes of hot and sticky cum painting your pussy white while you had your eyes closed again and you hear him moan into your ear.
You lean back against his muscular chest as the two of you try to catch your breath, raspy moans and small whimpers fall from both of your mouths while neither of you was able to say anything.
You shiver as Choso slides out of you, goosebumps prickling across your body, before he turns you around and you open your eyes to look at him. Your cheeks were flushed and your legs almost too weak to stand on, but you manage to pull your top down, covering yourself up as Choso presses a kiss to your lips.
He helps adjusting your skirt after you put your panties back on, stumbling against him as you were standing on one leg.
"Careful—", he says and catches you, almost giving you a Déjà vu.
"You alway got my back, huh?", you ask playfully while you’re trying to fix your hair and makeup in the mirror.
"Doing my best," he chuckles, pulling up his pants and putting on the hoodie he took off earlier. The shirt he was wearing underneath had stains at the bottom - well, his fault for not taking it off as well. "Let’s get out before they break in the door."
You reach for your bag, now that you can stand in your knee-high boots without holding on to anything, and just as you are about to head for the door, Choso beats you to it.
He holds the door knob as he looks down at you.
"Hey, let’s do that again sometime," he grins and brushes a strand of hair out of your face, "and text me if you want me to get you home."
"You're a gentleman after all," you say and take his hand, grinning as you stand on your tiptoes to give him another kiss on the cheek. "Actually, 'lemme just find Nobara and tell her I’m leaving, I won’t be taking long," you mutter before pulling back.
"I’ll wait outside for you," Choso says after the both of you have left the bathroom. Not a lot of people were still left and those who were, were not paying attention to the both of you. You feel him squeeze your hand once more before he lets go of it and disappears into the hallway.
***
You try and make your way into the kitchen, as a familiar voice startles you.
"Stop using my brother to make him jealous," Yuji says, his voice unusually cold as he suddenly pulls up behind you.
You freeze and turn around, slowly.
"What?", you ask, not willing to believe what you’ve just heard.
"I'm sorry, y/n, but you heard me right," He was serious. Where had he suddenly come from? Had he seen or... heard you?
"It’s not - it’s not like that, I mean, I," you stammered, completely taken by surprise, "I’m not using Choso."
"Honestly, Y/N, I don't care what you say, I care about my brother, and all you've been doing lately is destroying yourself. You don't give a fuck about your friends, we're always here for you, and yet you go back to him every chance you get."
Ouch.
You could tell he was drunk. This was unusual for him, he was an athlete and although he liked to go to parties, he rarely drank alcohol himself, apart from a few shots for fun. And it took a lot to get Yuji drunk, you were speaking from experience.
The words that came out of Yuji's mouth hurt you. He was right, but none of your friends had called you out on your bullshit yet.
"I can't save you, Y/N. I've given up on that, but don't drag Choso into this. He has no bad intentions and he would actually treat you well, I know you don't want that." Yuji was so serious and you couldn't even argue with him because he was right.
"Your brother is a grown man," you reply coldly, not even able to look him directly in the eyes.
"Yeah, exactly, he’s a man. Plus - he likes you."
It wasn't as if you denied the way Choso looked at you with absolute adoration in his eyes. You knew he would move heaven and earth if you asked him for something, and even if he wasn't pushy, you could count on him. He was thoughtful and gentle, he knew what you liked and didn't like, and sex with him was fun, so what exactly were you missing?
"Listen, Yuji, this in none of your business," you say, trying your best to keep your calm, "I don’t need saving and your brother is perfectly capable of looking after himself, so—"
"Yeah, whatever," Yuji barks, taking a sip from the bottle in his hand that you only noticed now, "don't come back crying if he hits you again."
Wow.
You watch him leave as you realize that you've never seen your best friend so upset. You take a step back, startled by the feel of the wall behind you. You feel your way along the cold wall, down the dimly lit hallway, not sure where you want to go, but you wanted to get away from here. Looking for a door to get out, you pass a few couples making out.
You push down the door handles of a number of locked rooms and people coming towards you bumped into you. Some of them apologise, others look you up and down, whistling or shouting something at you, but your tunnel vision prevented you from noticing anything.
You had your guard down while the things Yuji had said to you played over and over in your head.
Just as you reached the door at the end of the corridor, it was a glass door and you could see the starry night sky through it, someone slammed you hard into the wall. You were pushed into the chest of a much taller person who opened the door to your right with one hand and pushed you in with the other.
"Hey—", you protested, but you had no chance. The man was much stronger than you and at least two heads taller. The familiar scent that rose to your nostrils as you were pressed against his chest set off alarm bells ringing in your head.
And as you looked up, even the last doubts you naively had were erased.
"Megumi…", you gasp, and immediately try to get a few steps between the both of you. You hear him lock the door behind him and you instantly feel like a cornered animal. Your eyes scan the room for ways to escape, but unless you wanted to climb out the window, the door was the only way out.
He looked you straight in the eye, all emotion gone from his face. It was obvious that you, on the other hand, were scared. You hadn't seen anyone outside and you were alone in some guest bedroom that was located in a part of the house where you couldn’t even hear anymore music playing.
You clutched your bag and pulled your big leather jacket, which you had put on on the way out, tightly around you.
As if that would somehow protect you.
Megumi was still standing by the door, motionless. The grin on his lips never reached his eyes as he stared at you.
"I heard you were having fun in there," he says as you watch him closely.
Fuck.
"Yeah, and I want to leave now," you reply, trying your best to contain your voice, "why don’t you go back to Yue and leave me alone?"
"Mhm." He seems like he’s thinking about it for a moment. "I don’t think so."
You gather all your courage as you decide to walk towards him.
"Cut your bullshit, Megs," you demand, "let me out of here."
He grabs you roughly as you try to reach for the door, pushing you back into the room.
"Who the fuck do you think you are?", you hiss, not willing to hold back anymore.
"You show up here, with your ex-girlfriend, making out with her, in front of me, in front of all my friends, and when you don't get the reaction you want, you jump me?" You almost yell at him and he was still just standing there in front of you with no reaction.
"I'm not doing this anymore Megumi, this isn't one of your little games anymore," you add, on the verge of tears, "why are you doing this to me?"
"I'll do whatever I want to you," his voice was as calm as always, scaring the living shit out of you as he walks towards you.
"I don't care about Yue, she was just, well, there," he says, watching you closely, "I wanted to know if you meant any of what you were saying last weekend, but as soon as your cute ego gets hurt you’re letting the next best guy fuck you in the bathroom."
You feel tears prickling in your eyes, and your attempts to blink them away only cause them to trickle down your cheeks.
"Oh," he mocks you, "now you’re crying."
"Fuck you," you hiss and wipe the tears from your face.
When he was standing right in front of you, you could smell not only his familiar scent, but also the smell of alcohol as he spoke to you. He was tense, you could feel it, and in the darkness his eyes looked almost pitch black as he stared at you.
"Watch how you talk to me," he says through clenched teeth, "just because you can't stand that you act like a fucking slut every time, just to get my attention."
What he said made you cry even more and you didn't bother trying to wipe off the tears anymore.
"I don’t wanna talk to you right now," you sob, but of course he doesn’t care what you want.
"But I wanna talk to you," he barks, grabbing you by your wrists as you try to shuffle away from him, "what is it about him that you go back for a second and a third, huh? Want me to beat him up for good this time?"
He was squeezing your wrists so hard that it hurt.
"I’ll kill him if he ever touches you again," he spits, "fucking dirty whore."
You weren't sure what hurt more, his words, or the way he twisted your arms to bring you closer to his face.
"Shut the fuck up and leave me alone," you manage to get out, "you’re pathetic. I don’t need you."
You try to break free of his grip a second time, only this time he lets go of you to push you away from him. He does this with such force that you lose your balance and stumble backwards into the bed frame, which was now right behind you.
You land on the mattress and before you know it, you feel his hand clench around your throat, pulling you up to his eye level again. You have to stand on your tiptoes to take some of the pressure off your neck.
He didn’t squeeze much but it still hurt. His grip was strong as ever and you couldn't move, so you stayed still, hoping he wouldn't hurt you any more.
You grimaced in pain and tried to look him straight in the eye. Somehow he had to realize what he was doing, didn't he? He was delirious and that frightened you. You knew this kind of situation all too well and it made you freeze. There was nothing you could do about it, you could only beg him to stop or try and keep still.
"Megumi, please, I’m sorry, you’re— you’re right," you sob, cheeks wet with tears, "just let me go, please…"
Suddenly you feel his hand tighten around your throat, but you don't realize it until he grabs you by your neck and slams you right back into the mattress behind you. You have no time to react, you just feel a sharp pain as your head hits the headboard and then he finally presses down hard on your throat. You're helpless, gasping for air, barely able to process what he's just done.
"You’re such a fucking whore, Y/N," he fumes, shaking you and pushing you even deeper into the mattress, "you deserve to get treated exactly like the little fucking slut you are."
You whimper and cry, while hearing the blood rushing through your ears as you struggle against his grip.
Panic rises in you and you feel your eyes begin to sting with more hot tears running down your cheeks. In your desperate struggle you feel your muscles ache and your body give in, the shock knocking the last bit of air out of your lungs and you can't breathe, you know you're about to pass out.
"Tell me again who’s pathetic?" His face was right next to yours as he whispered into your ear.
You couldn't stop crying, even though you couldn't even make a sound. You were sure he was going to kill you this time.
You had to fight back, but he was so much stronger than you.
"Megumi…", you groan.
"I— I need to—", you cough, desperately trying to claw at his arms, "breathe…please…stop—"
You cry and plead and try to free yourself, all while your strength slowly but surely leaves your body. And then, just milliseconds before you were about to lose consciousness, you feel the air flowing back into your lungs.
You're so out of breath, coughing and choking and crying all at the same time, while your throat burns so badly, that for a moment you're not even sure he's really let you go.
The moment he lets go of you and stands up, you pull your legs towards you and crawl as far away from him as you can, putting your hands around your neck for protection, pulling the high-neck of your top up over the bruises that were probably already starting to form.
You shake uncontrollably and can hardly stop crying, while he just stands there watching you. You wrap your arms around your legs, concentrating on your breathing as your body continues to shake.
Then he turns and leaves the room without another word to you.
And you wonder if this is your fault.
***
"I'm so sorry," you say, standing behind Choso after you finally found your way out of the house. He was sitting on the steps outside the main entrance, a bottle of beer in his hand, waiting for you. You snuggle into your much too large jacket as you sit down next to him.
"You've been gone for half an eternity." Choso gently nudged into your side and you wince, barely noticeable.
"Nobara was throwing up downstairs," you lie, "I couldn’t leave her."
"Oh, really," he says, you couldn't know he'd seen her leave almost an hour ago, "poor girl, I hope she's feeling better now.
You say nothing, tugging at the high neckline of your top, your legs bouncing nervously.
Choso notices and puts a hand on your thigh. You flinch again and this time he feels it.
"Are you all right?", he asks worriedly, looking at you. Your long hair hides the bruises on your neck, but what it can't hide is your blank stare, your swollen lips and your red, watery eyes.
You nod.
"Yeah, I'm just cold," you say, trying to smile. Your throat's still hurting when you speak.
He puts the bottle to the side and shuffles closer to you.
The both of you were sitting on the stairs for a while, neither one of you saying a single word. Choso sensed that something must have happened, but what could he do? He knew you lied to him about Nobara, so he figured you wouldn't tell him anything he didn't want to hear.
"Sometimes I just want what they have, y’know?", you sigh after a while and lean into Chosos side, resting your head on his shoulder for a moment.
"I know I will never find that kinda love."
You're talking about the scene that took place in front of you, a scene that caught your attention immediately. Yuta and Maki were about to leave the party together, and Maki was completely drunk. Yuta had his arm around her to manoeuvre her into the car. They both giggled while Maki tried to wrestle her boyfriend, making it harder than it had to be for the poor boy to get her home quickly.
As you look away, you notice that Yuji was sitting in the passenger’s seat with the window down.
He was getting impatient, waiting for them to finally get into the car, and as he turned to see what was taking them so long, your eyes met briefly.
You saw him open his mouth as if to say something, but then he noticed Choso sitting next to you and he immediately turned away.
He was still mad at you.
Yuta had finally made it and Maki was sitting safe and sound in the back seat. He planted a kiss on her forehead before gently closing the door behind her and walking around the car. You looked away but he caught you watching the scene and stopped for a moment, flashing you both a smile before he waved goodbye, got into the car and drove off.
"What do you mean?" you hear Choso's voice after you have sat in silence for another while. The car disappeared and you just stared into the distance, trying to find the right words.
"I don't know, there's just no...", you pause for a moment, thinking how pathetic you're going to sound, "there's just no darkness."
That's it. Everything about their relationship was genuine, they cared for each other. There was not a hint of jealousy, no one was trying to control or manipulate the other.
"It's just sweet, they're just... sweet," you swallow, feeling so vulnerable in that moment, "they don't hate each other, there's just so much love. I don't know if that would ever be enough for me. Doesn't it get boring?"
Once again, you feel tears welling up in your eyes.
"Sometimes it feels like I'm going crazy," you mumble.
None of you says a word after that. At some point, you lift your head from Choso's shoulder to look at him, almost as if you want him to say something.
"You’re not," he says, his voice sounding determined.
"I mean, you're pretty fucked up, but you're not crazy." Choso pulls two cigarettes out of a pack and hands you one, lighting yours first. He stuffs the pack back into his jacket and takes a few puffs, immediately blowing the smoke out into the cool night air before turning back to you,
"I don’t fuck with insane chicks, learned my lesson."
He nudges your side again to make sure you understand that he was joking, but you were already too far up in your head. You smoke your cigarette, breathing in the smoke as if it might bring you some kind of clarity.
"I think I'm going to get back together with him," you whisper, almost as if you don't want to hear what's coming out of your own mouth.
Choso does not answer.
Of course he doesn’t.
What was he supposed to say? He didn't know what exactly was going on between you and him, but at this point he knew that there was something, at least from his side. It was unfair of you to talk to him about it, of all people, and at the same time he knew that you couldn't talk to anyone else at the moment.
"Y/n, tell me, what do you want to hear from—"
You cut him off before he could finish his sentence.
"It's a mistake, right?"
"Don't do it, just…", he pauses and takes a drag, "don't do it."
"I don't know if I can help it," you tell him, sounding defeated.
Inhaling, you feel what you had been blocking out all along. Your throat hurts. The cigarette smoke that keeps pouring into your lungs only makes it worse, and the sudden pain in your chest when you inhale too deeply makes you wince.
You knew that those bruises would form. Like splashes of blue and green paint they would cover your neck, spreading all around your throat.
Choso doesn’t reply to this, either.
His head was hanging low. Not because he was disappointed or pissed off that he wasn’t able to make another move on you tonight, but because he was afraid to lose you.
Because he knew he couldn’t really do anything to save you.
"I wish you could see yourself the way I do or the rest of the world does, really," he sighs and pulls you in, wrapping his arm around your waist and letting you rest your head against his chest. He wanted to say so much more but he stopped himself before opening his mouth.
He knew it wouldn’t change a thing.

3.161 Against my will
Okay, so I know I look like I'm either on a Sulani vacation or a nice date with my wife, but this is the only green dress shirt I have. It's not exactly my style, but it will do for the occasion. Sophia and I stand at the door, hoping our guests will recognize me because I have no idea who's coming to this thing. I had asked Dereck Jang to see who he could find, but I never followed up with him. My friend Justin arrived first, as always. I love our friendship so much. We barely talk or see each other, but when I call, he's right there.
After a while, the club began filling up, so we went inside so we wouldn't impede traffic flow. This guy I'd never seen before walked up and introduced himself. Darius Clemons was his name, and he said his mother was one of Mama's best friends. His mother's name was Diamond, and he recently lost both of his parents too. That fact instantly created a bond between us. I gave him my condolences, and he offered his. He's married, no children. His wife was at the bar talking to Justin. Her mother, Gemma, was another one of Mama's best friends. I honestly did not know a lot about her life before me or even pre-divorce. She was just so laden with guilt and shame, she put the past in a vault and only shared what was necessary. It was kinda nice to meet sims who knew her before I did. After talking to him for a while, I realized they were a lot older than me, despite their baby faces. They were teenagers when I was born. He remembered the day Gammy died. It was Beach Cleanup Day, and Mama organized a big family day in Sulani for us, her friends, and their families. His parents were never together, and his mother had gotten married to someone else, but he remembered spending the day with both his parents. He even remembered seeing me and Less as tiny tots. What a treat! Suddenly, I wanted to interview every single sim who came for us just to learn more about Mama, and even my own life before the divorce.
Dereck and Chi Chi arrived at the same time, and I half expected her to bring a plus one. Sophia says she's been texting her a lot lately, asking if she knows this man or that man she's thinking about dating. I'm glad she's getting back out there and that she has a friendship with my wife, but I don't know why she thinks Sophia knows everyone. Maybe it's more a show of good faith so she knows Chi Chi isn't still gunning for her husband, heh. However, it turned out she did have a plus one...sorta. The guy she raved about last week was the DJ tonight. She went on a date with DJ Simms?! I love that guy. Whenever I go to a club, and he's there, I know the music is going to be on point.
Naturally, she embraced me and asked how I was holding up.
"I'm hanging in there," I said.
"That's about all you can do."
"I appreciate you coming out."
"Don't be silly! I wouldn't miss this. I didn't know your mom long, but she was really cool."
We joined everyone else on the dance floor, and I met a few more sims from Mama's past. I kept my eyes on the door, hoping Alessia would walk through at any moment. Last time she skipped a party, I was furious, but I wouldn't blame her this time. I'm trying to keep it cool, but this is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I don't feel like dancing. I don't want to laugh and be nice to these strangers. I want to be at home with my baby and my wife. But even though she's not here, I'm still Emmy's son, and I'm a damn good son, so here I am, dancing like she wanted me to.
But after a while, it's clear this is too much for Less, so I abandon the idea of waiting for her and try to wrap this thing up. It's getting late, and didn't want to be here, anyway. But, there is one thing that could make this night complete. I grabbed Sophia and went upstairs to do karaoke. This is the perfect way to memorialize Mama tonight. Someone is singing already, so we grab a table to wait for our turn.
An unfamiliar voice called my name. It was the rude girl from the spa. I hadn't seen her in so long, I almost forgot we had fake beef. She wanted to know where I'd been and if everything was okay. Maybe she too thought it was time to bury the fictitious hatchet, heh.
I kept it brief and light, stating life had been super hectic since having a baby. She told me whenever I want to come back to the spa to let her know and we'll work something out. Is it just me or is that code for she misses me? See...if she would have been nice to me the first time... Let me not finish that thought.
Just as we get up to sing, Less walks through the door, and I was so glad to see her. But just like when Mama and I sang, she makes a beeline for the door and goes back downstairs. I'll never understand that woman, but I sure do love her. She's my OG best friend and biggest pain the ass, heh.
Sophia and I sing our little non-singing hearts out and head back downstairs to say goodnight to everyone. I found Alessia in good spirits and told her I was glad she came and proud that she got over whatever she had to overcome to get here tonight. Neither of us wanted to here, but I think we both knew we needed this distraction. I had fun against my will, and I'm glad I did.

Underrated Real Time Fandub Lines: Sonic Adventure 2
Za Warudo!”
“I’ll make you eat those words!”
Sonic trades barbs faster than his mind can process them.
“THAT’S RIGHT, SONIC! I’M TAKING IT FROM THE oh wait, Sonic isn’t here. Knuckles, I’m taking your emerald.”
Eggman fails to account for the Master Emerald’s guardian.
“SHADOW.”
“Thanks, I forgot who this was! Did we ever establish our names? Hi, I’m Sonic!”
All said in the same angry tone of voice.
“F*** you, moon! You never had the cheese I wanted!”
Doctor Ivo Robotnik, IQ of 300.
“I’m sorry, did you not consent to me saving your life? I’ll put you back down, I’m sorry!”
Knuckles knows not to push his boundaries.
“And now I will control the universe! AND EVERYONE WILL BE ABLE TO WATCH splatoon2letsplays BY EGGMAN! NOW GET IN THE F***ING ROOM!”
I feel like it would’ve been easier to put it on the news while you were taking everyone’s Best Buys, but you do you, buddy.
“THANKS, JESUS!”
Knuckles and the big man upstairs go way back.
“You know I’ve seen my fair share of piss rocks~”
“…You said that really sensually!”
I quote Sonic’s response constantly.
“What you see is what you get! Just a guy who loves piss rocks…and adventure. I’m gonna run now.”
“What the f***.”
From Shadow, that kinda hurts.
“It’s been seventeen days…”
Cut to later…
“THREE YEARS! I’VE BEEN IN HERE FOR THREE YEARS!”
How much time passed between those fades?
“Please stop, Ivo.”
“Uh…HOW DID YOU KNOW MY MIDDLE NAME?”
This can go one of three ways. Either Eggman’s lying to cover his tracks, his full name is Ivo Ivo Robotnik (his actual name is pronounced “Eee-Voh”), or he’s just named “Doctor”.
“I put hot sauce on everything-”
“No.”
Alfred immediately catches on to what Ryan’s going for.
“WOOP! WOOP! THAT’S THE SOUND OF THE POLICE!”
“That rap! It reminds me of her!”
I really want to know what the heck crimes Maria committed.
“I’m here to show you what Ninten can do…and what Za WaruDON’T!”
“That doesn’t even make any sense.”
Shadow as he prepares his epic Earthbound Beginnings/Jojo crossover fanfiction.
“My follower base!”
“And yet they still can’t figure out how to get nazis off their site.”
In which Shadow utterly scorches the entire platform.
“As long as I get my weed back, I don’t really care.”
“I don’t have a character motive.”
The best part is that since Shadow’s been shot down to Earth for reasons completely unrelated to G.U.N., he really doesn’t have a character motive other than being a troll.
“Are you my mom?”
“No? What? The f***?”
Amy the Hedgehog to Tails, who is a boy, a fox, and far younger than her.
“Yes, Rouge. Thank you for listening to my insane ramblings about peeing in a Hot Topic.”
You can just hear the realization hit him.
“NOW GET OUT OF MY F***ING FACE! BEFORE I PISS ON YOU TOO.”
Odd as it may be to put a line from the moon rant in an “underrated lines” compilation, nobody talks about how brilliant a conclusion this is.
“I can’t believe he came to his intervention drunk.”
Really? Because it sounds just like him.
“Here comes the WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!”
DJ Inexplicable Talking Gemstone’s new hit rock song.
“Wait, I know you! I saw your dick on Twitter!”
That’s one heck of a way to introduce yourself, Amy.
“When I see you, it is ON SIGHT! IT IS ON! SIGHT-”
“Yeah, piss off.”
The Ultimate Life Form cares not for your threats.
“What the f***, you Hot Topic hot sauce motherf***er, why would you even say anything!?”
“There’s nothing hotter than hot sauce, Rouge.”
That’s not even remotely an answer to the question she asked you!
“But I wanted the last thing I breathe to be pot!”
I always used to mishear it as “pie”.
“I NEVER LEARNED HOW TO REEEAD!”
“That’s not really a surprise!”
Amy’s line was golden as is. Tails’ barely audible snapback is just icing.
“And that is why I! Am the true owner of the world! That’s right! All that you see before you? Everything the piss touches? That is your kingdom! And you, my son, shall go forth and inherit it!”
…what?
“MAN, THOSE BALLS SURE ARE SHAKING.”
Yes, thank you, Knuckles.
“Ah gave birth.”
Another great throwaway line.
“As we know, my dick is on my hand.”
This guy’s about to jack off…
“If I gave Shadow fifteen apples…and then Amy gave Shadow another sixTEEEN…and then Tails took away three…my question is…what is the total mass of the sun?”
“As Obama told me, it’s THREE!”
“YOU FIGURED IT OOOOUUUUUUUUuuuuuuu…ah.”
“Why does it sound like he’s getting further away-this is stupid.”
I think this is the beginning of a beautiful binge watch.
“Wait, that’s no moon, that’s a space station!”
“Nice reference. I also love Star Trek.”
Oh, Shadow.
“Shadow didn’t deserve to die for his piss-”
“Yeah he did!”
“-but here we are.”
She’s not wrong.
“My shoes-my shoes in my reflection are opaque, bye!”
Again, she’s not wrong.
“I’m not understanding any of this, but here’s a gloog.”
We all need a gloog in our life.
“So if we were to all drink piss, does that make you or me?”
“It makes us both avid piss drinkers.”
This explains so much.
“Can I ask you, um-”
“No. Make sure to like, comment and subs-”
No is one of the greatest words in the English language.
“This is a Big McIntosh…”
“Eeyup.”
It took me years to catch that reference.
“This is wagyu steak. Named after the dog, because wagyu tail?”
“WHAT?”
…I got hit by a “deez nuts” joke.
“I’m gonna get a paper towel.” (Grabs a jar of pickles)
Eh, close enough.
“Don’t worry, this one literally has gold on it, so you will die if you eat it.”
“Good, that was the goal.”
Talk about a rich flavor.
“You hit me in my nose! That’s the spot where I don’t like being hit!”
“Well then that’s where I’ll hit you on repeated instances!”
Sonic being a menace to society.
“Hey, that’s some good bars man, y’know I’m coming to kill you right now.”
“…Can you not do that?”
“Uhhh, for how long?”
“Give me at least…y’know fifteen, sixteen…years.”
Followed shortly by Eggman trying to gaslight Sonic into thinking he destroyed the world.
“If they did make a prune juice cocktail, like half prune juice, half vodka, that would be called the ‘factory reset’.”
I have no idea how they started talking about prune juice, but whatever.
“I HAVE…REEFER MADNESS!”
The Dark Story version of Rouge and Knuckles’ encounter is…strange to say the least.
“Hey that’s…”
“Hey, that’s…”
“Hey, that’s…”
“Hey, that’s!”
I think Shadow’s the fake hedgehog around here.
“I’m gonna kill you, and I’m sober now, ‘cause I went to my own intervention!”
Sometimes it just be like that.
“That was completely unnecessary. My back hurts now.”
Screaming for three consecutive years finally caught up with him.
“I diagnose you with DEAD, Wazowski!”
The entire Roz sequence came out of nowhere, and I love it for that.
“IS THIS WHAT HOT TOPIC IS NOW?!”
Not pictured: the epilogue to the Piss Saga.

Who Let Us Have A Group Chat?
Pairings: Blood Moon/DJ Music Man, Harvest Moon/Glamrock Bonnie, Eclipse/OC (well, not anymore)
Word Count: 1,158 Words
Summary: ‘Eclipse, dump that bastard’ -wise words from Sirius and Lunar. Moon finally gets his present.

Notes: Sirius is good Eclipse.
Chapter 9: Difficult Conversations
2:50pm Who Took My Hat?
Sirius: Okay, y'all are done harassing my friend now?
Blood Moon: I'm sorry for scaring him, okay? I was concerned. I wanted to make sure he was okay, but I guess I didn't really go about that in the best way.
Eclipse: It's okay, I didn't realize how bad it was.
Sirius: Despite me telling you for weeks now.
Eclipse: I was too scared to leave. I'm sorry I scared everyone.
Kill Code: No need to apologize, son, he is the one in the wrong. He hurt you and called it love. It was our mistake not realizing you needed our help sooner.
Eclipse: I never told you, how could you have known to help me?
Kill Code: You are my son, I should have known without being told.
Sirius: I am so proud of you for breaking it off with him. I know that took a lot from you. We are so proud of you for standing up for yourself, Eclipse.
Eclipse: Thank you for being with me. I would have been terrified otherwise.
Sirius: You're my comfort tiny, why would I ever leave when you're scared?
Eclipse: Because I'm a handful. I know I am.
Sirius: You are not. It's my job as your comfort big guy to protect you when you're scared. After the amount of shit I've spilled to you? Like hell, I'm leaving you on your own to break up with that bastard.
Eclipse: Still, thank you.
4:40pm Who Took My Hat?
Lunar: Moon, are you ready for your present now that the drama of the day is over?
Moon: I guess so?
Lunar: Okay, where's our blindfold?
Sun: I've got it, I'm coming.
Moon: Why must I be blindfolded?
Kill Code: Just trust them.
Moon: Fine. I wait an entire week for this present and I get blindfolded immediately for it.
Kill Code: It's worth it, I promise.
Moon: Fine.
Harvest Moon: Everything is set up, come on.
Moon: It's at their house?
Blood Moon: Yes, it's at our house.
Sirius: It this the present y'all were talking about?
Eclipse: It is.
Sirius: Okay.
Heliosphere: Oooooh, finally , the present!
Bolide: We all worked hard on that present!
Supermassive: I was completely unaware of a present but I hope you like it?
Sun: Come on, follow Monty.
Moon: That's Monty?
Sun: Don't you hear how loud he is? Of course it's Monty.
Moon: I guess I hear him.
Moon: Where even am I right now?
Sun: Almost inside the Eclipse's lab. Just follow me and Monty.
Eclipse: I've got it set up.
Sirius: This tech is all incredibly advanced, how the hell did you make this?
Eclipse: Did you not see the chaos emeralds?
Sirius: What the FUCK?
Eclipse: I don't know, Dad made the place.
Moon: Okay, am I in the right place?
Lunar: Okay, left turn and you are.
Moon: Okay, like this?
Lunar: Yes. Exactly.
Moon: Do I take off the blindfold or is someone going to untie that for me?
Sun: You can take it off now.
Moon: Oh my god.
Kill Code: We all worked on this. Except Mass, it was done before he came to us. I've untangled our codes, Moon. That's what I've been in here working on for weeks now.
Moon: You won't be twenty foot tall anymore.
Kill Code: Just the usual ten. No more super tall body anymore, I want to fit through most doorways with only a little difficulty.
Moon: This is
Moon: This is the best present ever.
Sun: He's crying! Pile on him!
Kill Code: It's good crying, it's happy tears.
Moon: Cres, everyone, thank you.
Sun: This was our idea of a very late Christmas present for you. I know it's something you want is to never get stuck in your own head again and now you never will be. Crescent can be put in his very own body and you get to have yours back.
Moon: Cressy, you're purple.
Kill Code: My favorite color's purple. Second favorite is grey.
Moon: I love all of you, thank you so much for this.
Kill Code: We'll be down for about a half hour during the transfer but then we'll both finally be separate.
Moon: After ten years, we're finally going to be two people.
Sun: When you're ready, go into the left chamber, Moony. We'll be here waiting for you two to come back online.
Moon: Okay.
Moon and Kill Code are offline
12:14am Who Took My Hat?
Moon: I need someone, I need anyone. Sunny. Sunny!
Sun: I'm coming! I'm right here. What's wrong, Moony?
Moon: I was alone. had a nightmare and woke up lone.
Sun: What was your nightmare, moonlight?
Moon: everyone left me. even you and Cres and I woke up alone.
Sun: Moony, we'd never just leave you. We're all right here, though some of them are sleeping.
Lunar: Awww, Moony, we wouldn't leave you.
Kill Code: My child, I wouldn't ever leave you. Getting my own body would never cause me to abandon you.
Eclipse: Moon, it's okay to be scared but we're not going anywhere, I promise.
Moon: not gonna leave?
Kill Code: We're not leaving. I'll even come see you, I'm just in my house with my kids.
Moon: want Papa and Sunny and Luna.
Kill Code: I'm coming, baby. Give me thirty minutes and I'll be right there with my baby.
Sun: Deep breaths, Moonbeam, I know it's scary to be little.
Moon: can have paci?
Sun: Of course, Lunar?
Lunar: Got it!
Moon: is got lace and bat wings and a heart!
Sun: And flower charms on chains, Lunar really went all out for you on this new one, didn't he?
Moon: Luna made?
Lunar: Luna makes pacis now, little starlight. And you're the first person who gets one.
Sun: Do you want a show on, Moonlight?
Moon: we watch winx? want fairies
Sun: Let's see, we have the entire thing streamable, let me set up the projector.
Moon: tank you Sunny.
Sun: Little Moonbeam, you don't need to thank me for taking care of you, I'm your big brother, I'll always take care of you, especially when you're little.
Moon: I luv you.
Sun: I love you too, Moony.
Kill Code: I'm here.
Sun: Moon's room.
Moon: PAPA!
Kill Code: Hello, my little one.
Moon: cuddle, loves you too.
Kill Code: You are just precious. I love you too, my little Moon.
Eclipse: Is he out?
Kill Code: He's sleeping again, yes.
Eclipse: Good, Lunar, I want a new paci. Can I get one from you?
Lunar: Family discount is 10 bucks.
Eclipse: I'll give you twenty to make it super decorated and supply the blank paci.
Lunar: Deal. Bring me the blank paci in the morning.
Eclipse: Deal.
Sun: Black market after hours deals for decorated pacifiers I guess.
Lunar: Leave me and my back alley deals out of this.

Awaited Date
Warning: mentions of alcohol. Yeah, the reader drinks here so apologies if you don't like that
Summary: Invited by Doc, you went to Club Advent as he waited for you. You sit next to him at a bar.
Today’s the night when you walk up the stairs after taking the bus to Nevada Central. Getting off the bus and walking all the way near the Clubhouse was already far enough, but having to take the stairs is as much of a hassle.
Why do you have to be there again? You were invited by Doc to meet up with him in the most popular clubs in Central City, Club Advent. It’s really not much to think about even if he sounded serious. Doc always sounded serious during work, sounding like he’s always giving an instruction whenever he speaks to you. One can mistake him as ill-mannered.
However, you can prove them wrong, as you and he have known each other for a long time. He’s the sharpest tool in the shed for his work after all. Normally, you would let him work and whenever he’s off-work, you find it easier to talk to him.
Seems like walking up the long stair has caused you to linger in thoughts.
“Hold it, name?” The stylish bouncer asked.
“(Reader), I’m on the list right?” You answered.
“Let’s see…” the bouncer flips through his papers that are somehow resized for him to handle easier. “Ah, there you are… (reader). Buzz yourself in, and have fun.”
You walked through the door and let out one of the biggest sighs ever. “Ahh… that guy sounded intimidating”
Walking inside the room after passing through all the parked cars. You hear muffled music. While quiet, you can clearly hear all the bass that goes on the other side.
“Party’s to your right.” The voice rang out, alerting you a little bit.
“Ahh… right,” you shift direction as you open the door.
The music intensifies as you open the door. Seeing all the people dancing is enough for you to be fascinated by the lively atmosphere. It felt like centuries since you visited a nightclub but it never ceases to amaze you.
The radiant light flickers everywhere; it's almost blinding. Every bit of the crowd chanting and hypes up the people who are killing it on the dance floor. The DJ blasting all the tunes looked pumped as well.
It’s enough to ease your whole entire body. Your brain is shouting at you to join the dance floor but only for you to snap yourself awake. Doc is waiting for you.
You see him sitting idly near the bar. You take a seat right beside him, he doesn’t seem to be drinking anything, drumming along his fingers on the table.
“Didn’t keep you waiting long?” You asked.
“Ahh (reader),” Doc replied. “Certainly not. Please, have a drink.”
“I’ll help myself. Bartender, a glass of martini please!”
“A martini? Didn’t think you would order the glass I like.”
“Well… I didn’t think you would like that but let’s just say I’d rather explore my drinking choice.”
You giggled as the bartender served you a fine glass of martini. The drink shines with a clear liquid as the olives and lemon zest help give a bit of colour to the clear liquid.
Taking a sip gives you a feeling of vigor. The herby taste is enough to refresh your taste buds and the slightly sweet taste comes after.
“How is it?” Doc asked. “Good?”
“Mmm~” you sighed. “What’s with this drink? It’s pretty delicious!”
“Heh… Glad you found it to your liking. That’s why I enjoy this particular glass as well.”
“Huh? If that’s the case then why don’t you enjoy yourself more?”
“Well… I’d rather not.”
“Ehhhhh? We’re at the nightclub aren’t we?”
“Yes, but it’d be better for me not to drink right now. Besides, one of us needs to stay sober in case something happens.”
Conversations pass by, you notice Doc has been looking at you. Placing his wrist on his jaw as he watches.
“Ahh my apologies.” He said. “Am I disturbing you?”
You didn’t realize it. You’ve been looking back at him, both your eyes and his eyes meet. “A-ah, not at all,” you broke eye contact as you preemptively asked the bartender for more.
“You’re really liking the martini, huh?” Doc chuckled. “I thought you wanted to ‘explore your drinking choice’.”
“Doc…” you fumed a bit. “I can’t help it. I really like the taste of the drink.”
“You sure you’re saying that? Or maybe I made you flustered with my eyes?”
This man… always wording things that made it hard to look him in the eyes without looking back at the floor out of pure embarrassment.
You cover your face with one of your hands as you take a sip again. How can he say something like that with a straight face? If it were up to you, it’d be nigh impossible to even consider saying.
“Huh? What’s the matter?” Doc gently takes your hand. “Do you have a fever?”
“Doc please…” You can hear your heartbeat. “You’re not helping in the slightest.”
Is it the alcohol kicking in or maybe the fact that Doc is holding your hands right now? All of this is getting to your hand.
However, you don’t hate it. His hands are warmer than you expected, as you feel him run his delicate fingers through your palm.
Looking away, you feel your heartbeat. It beats loudly, whether that’s the base from the DJ or your heart doesn’t matter.
“Here,” Doc leans in closer. “Lemme see.”
Doc calmly places his hand on your forehead to check for the temperature.
“Doc,” you tensed up. “I’m good, really!”
“Hahaha, did I make you too flustered?” Doc chuckled. “My apologies, I didn’t mean to.”
Him with his suave, captivating voice doesn’t help with how smooth he can be. Even for more than a year since you know Doc. You can’t get used to his smooth demeanor.
Suddenly, you felt very tired. Did the alcohol finally kick in?
“Huh?” Doc acknowledged. “Are you really okay?”
“I don’t know,” you place your palm on your head. “I feel… drowsy.”
“That’s… not good. Can you walk at least?”
“I don’t know Doc, can I?”
“Don’t be careless. Here.”
He holds you close. You feel a bit more safe wrapped up in his embracing arms. Resting on his chest.
It’s soft and pillowy, despite the music going on. You can’t help but almost sleep a wink.
“Oh (reader)...” Doc smiled a little. “What am I going to do with you?”
Despite feeling tired, you feel comfortable as Doc puts your arms on both his collarbone and gives you a piggyback ride.
“Ahh, buddy.” The bartender called out. “You need a bit of help over there?”
“No need.” Doc replied. “I can carry them just fine.”
Doc soon left the room carrying you.
“Oh love~” the bartender hums to himself. “They really do come in all forms.”
Carrying you outside of the bar and struggling on his ways downstairs. Doc sighed.
“You really shouldn’t drink too much,” he chides. “You could’ve been in great danger…”
“Ahaha, sorry Doc.” you apologized. “I got a bit too carried away.”
“As long as it doesn’t happen again.”
“Don’t worry~ I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again, promise!”
“Haha alright alright, quiet down. We’re almost there.”
“Where are we going?”
“Well obviously, your house.”
“Oh okay!” you giggled. “Doc…”
“Yes?”
“I… I love you Doc.”
Those words are enough to make Doc sound hesitant. Maybe he was caught a bit off-guard when he was focused on carrying you. “Well… that was unexpected.”
“Ahaha, say it back~”
“What are you saying, (reader). You already knew that I love you.”
Even if you can’t see it, Doc had a soft smile on his face.

same anon! again!
we are just having a full on conversation at this point
WAIT RIGHT I FORGOT HE LITERALLY DECLARED HIS LOVE how do you go from that to father figure???? i am even more confused now as to what the logic was
tbh i think you're right on that one. I wouldn't call it bury your gays as a lot of people seem to think bc pretty much ever important character is queer anyways, but tbh i don't think killing off anyone who wasn't an antagonist would have worked
it's just not that type of show. or at least it wasn't, and i feel like some core part of the show from then on changed the second the toe scene/lucius being thrown overboard happened (although i don't think those scenes were bad). it was just a shift that re-established what can and cannot happen
ofmd felt like a safe show and the rules in season 1 were that people get hurt, things go wrong, but everyone gets their happy ending
and the promise of a happy ending and queer story that was about hope and healing meant a lot to queer audiences and i don't think DJ realized quite how much trust people had placed in that because again THAT'S WHAT THE SHOW LOGIC HAS TOLD US SO FAR :(
sorry for the (very) long ask <3
lmao i love it, keep it coming
and yeah idk i saw someone say that izzy reminds ed of his abusive father or something?? seems like a reach :/
that's beautifully said. i couldn't agree more. i really think it was just an oversight on DJ's part, because i believe he does have good intentions, he just completely misread the room. i'm mostly just confused, because as you said, the show's logic is a promise of hope, healing and second chances.
and the thing is, most of us grew up watching SuperWhoLock or shows with actual queer characters who get killed and so we're used to looking for the subtext in things and rooting for the repressed, self-hating guy with the internalized homophobia. it's been the norm, at least in my experience, to latch onto characters like that because they can be fun to play with and the inner turmoil and trauma is super relatable. and it's been so lovely seeing all openly gay, mostly happy, queer characters in ofmd but so many of us still gravitate towards the angst-filled repressed character and since this show has been so kind to us in so many ways, i think we all imagined we would get to see this tortured queer outcast break out of his toxic ways, get better, heal and in a more groundbreaking way, actually get to be contextually queer on screen. seeing that representation would have been the most healing experience of all because of all the times and all the other shows where they chose character death over growth.
i think this is so painful for so many of us because it rips open this old wound that many of us have as a queer audience. and it might not be the definition of bury your gays, but it does feel like bury the gays that took too long to come around/come out.
and never apologize for sending long messages <3 i (obviously) could talk about this for hours lol

Another scene that wouldn’t leave my brain alone. And I want to pad my word count before 2022 is over so I’m trying to write all the things while December is still going.

Behind the Yellow Line
Mona Lisa looked up from her computer when she realized her house had gone suspiciously quiet. Her mothering instincts told her she should check on the family. With a stretch, she stood and walked out of her office. In the main living room she found Leonardo passed out on the couch in an awkward position. The streaming service on the TV asked if he was still watching. The twins were nowhere to be found.
That was odd. Normally, her Energizer Bunny of a boyfriend could keep up with their two boys. On the rare days they wore even him out, her sons would come get her. After navigating Leonardo into a more comfortable position and placing a blanket over his slumbering body, she continued her search for her children.
She found the two three-year-olds sitting outside Donatello's workshop, each quietly holding a hardcover picture book. Waiting.
“What are you two up to?” she asked pleasantly.
“Waiting for Dad,” DJ said simply.
“Read us stories,” LJ added happily.
Her normally boisterous boys seemed completely content to sit quietly outside the lab, though Mona wasn't happy about what she found. Why would Donatello just leave his sons out here alone while he ignored them?
“Does he know you're out here?” she asked.
They both shrugged.
“Did you tell him you're here?”
“Dad says we can't go in,” DJ said.
“I see. Give me a minute to talk to him.”
She walked into the lab to find Donatello, as usual, surrounded by a plethora of gadgets while he was working on a particularly large piece of machinery with a blow torch. Mona stood behind him as he worked. He had no idea she had entered until she loudly cleared her throat.
At the sound, Donatello's head curiously shot up. Goggles on, he looked even more alien as he glanced from one side to the other, then behind him.
“Oh, hey.”
She moved up next to him. “Did you know your sons have been waiting outside for you?”
He balked and looked toward the doorway. Then he raised his goggles, looked at her in confusion and then back at the door. “For me?”
This was something new. Usually, he was the odd man out when it came to parenting. As the stay at home dad, Leonardo was the first one the kids went to if they wanted anything. Next, they would go to their mother. Those two were usually enough to satisfy whatever they needed.
“I didn't know they were out there.”
“They said you told them they couldn't come in.”
“Right. It's dangerous in here. They shouldn't ever just walk in.” He paused, still in confusion over the unexpected situation. “Why are they waiting for me?”
She smiled. “They want you to read to them.”
His eyes widened. “They do?”
Donatello immediately shed all his protective gear and swept out of the room with a, “Who wants stories?”
A collection of cheers and happy chirps was his answer. As he gathered his children, he looked at their book selections and frowned. These weren't educational at all. But then he saw Mona watching him from the doorway.
“A bit rudimentary on your choices, my boys, but we can make it work.”
As he carried them off and settled in one of their beds, Donatello decided the book choices didn't matter. His sons were curled up in his lap, enthralled with each word he spoke. Mona came in as he was reading and climbed in bed, too. Snuggled against his side, her chin on his shoulder, she was the first one to fall asleep. By the end of the second book, he had three slumbering reptiles curled up around him. Not a bad way to end a day.
While not tired, he was content to remain where he was for a while. His hands couldn't be busy at the moment, but his mind always was. And it had a problem to solve: that of his sons and the lab.
*************
The next evening, Mona removed her headphones after a late-night zoom call with yokai and mutants advocacy group. There were members—mostly of the yokai variety—from all over the globe, so the meetings were often held at odd times.
She had been on meeting calls and sending e-mails all day. Her back was stiff and she was hungry. After snacking in the kitchen, she wandered into the living room to find Leonardo watching TV alone. She leaned over the back of the couch, hugging him around the neck.
“Where's the kids?”
He put a hand on her arm and leaned his temple to her check without breaking eye contact with the TV. “I dunno. Donnie has them.”
“That was nice of him. I'm going to go see what they're up to.”
She kissed Leonardo's temple before she went, but that was apparently enough to earn all his attention. He caught her arm and pulled her back.
“Hey, you can at least give me a little more of that before you leave.”
She bent over the couch and kissed him with a grin. But Leonardo still wasn't satisfied as he pulled her whole body over the back of the couch. She fell on him, giggling, and they shared a few more kisses.
“I bet we could steal a quickie in the bedroom if we go right now,” he murmured to her.
He really was an Energizer Bunny in a turtle's body, but Mona merely kissed his nose and moved off him.
“Let me check on the boys first, then we'll see about that.”
Leonardo sighed. “Alright. You know where to find me.”
Her hand lingered affectionately in his before she moved on down the hall. This time, there were no toddlers lurking outside the workshop. Within came the sounds of happy chatter. She poked her head in the find a different room than the night before.
Everything in the lab had been pushed back. It left far less room for Donatello to work, but made space for a few feet of open area near the door and the newly-painted bright yellow line on the floor. Planted firmly behind it were LJ and DJ, playing with connectable building toys that were probably a little more advanced than their age, but they seemed happy enough.
Nearby, Donatello had pulled a work table close to them and was currently fiddling with his own project. He nodded along as the twins chatted at him. Sometimes it was in English, sometimes it was chirps and their own version of twin speak, but he continued nodding like he understood it all. Then he glanced down and pointed a toe at the tower DJ was building.
“Son, you need to fortify your base. You have to make the foundation sturdy if you want to build that any higher.”
Mona couldn't help but smile. Donatello always spoke to his sons like they were tiny adults. Even when all they could speak was reptile chirps and baby gibberish. He was never one for baby talk and there was something endearing about that.
She leaned against the frame, watching unnoticed. She knew Donatello felt the most disconnected from the kids and it wasn't always his fault with the nature of his work schedule. She was proud of him for jumping on this opportunity when it presented itself.
After a while, Leonardo joined her at the door. He watched with a smile and then leaned in to whisper in her ear. “Just give me five minutes.”
She smirked at him and whispered back. “With you, it's never just five minutes.”
“Mm, you can put that on my five-star Yelp review,” he murmured into her hair.
“Oh, you'll be three and a half stars at most.”
He snickered into her neck before pulling her away by the hand. “We'll see about that.”

YandePOSTAL - Chapter 2
Auntie's Cottage + The Rave
Emira’s destination was a sizeable cabin, placed on the Outskirts of a Small town called "Kyonoryu", settled between Fukui & Gifu Prefecture, There, Emira would meet an actual family member she remembers from her youth.
—
Emira had finally reached the Cabin. Luckily, Emira knew how to get the attention of whoever lives there - playing Russian Hardbass on Full Volume.
Soon, an Older woman emerged from the front door, wearing a White Tank Top with Blue Stripes & an agitated look on her face.
“CHERT VOZ'MI, COULD YOU STOP THAT RACKET?!” The Lady Shouted, before realizing that the loud music was being played by her niece. “Wait… Yebena mat’, is that you Emira??”
Emira then turned the music off. “You must be Aunt Corkscrew!” Emira cheers as she hugs her Aunt.
In the prior few years, Corkscrew had become a Transgender Woman, although the transition took a bit longer than Corkscrew would've preferred for reasons that were more unconventional.
—
Later into the evening, Emira is having trouble sleeping, due to some loud music some few kilometers away. Aunt Corkscrew also heard it, so she attempted to send a Radio Signal, requesting that the music be turned down.
“If you receive this radio signal, Turn down the music, or there will be consequences. ” Corkscrew said on broadcast.
“Nope, screw you lady!” Said a feminine voice on the other end.
Frustrated, Corkscrew decided to text Emira about it, granting her permission to go to the Source of the music & turn it off herself, in whatever way she wanted.
“Wherever the music is coming from, it sounds about down SouthEast of here.” Corkscrew says as she offers Emira a Motorcycle. “I already have 2 other spare choppers, so it's okay if one gets destroyed. I don't have much luck trying to sell it.”
—
There was a massive Rave Party in a large tented area. Many of the party goers were Yakuza who looked very identical in appearance - Pale Women with Long Sky-Blue Hair & Pink Formal wear.
The DJ was a Woman in a Yellow Business Suit & Pink Tie, & her hair was a bright neon pink with a decorative pink flower.
From a distance, Emira is speeding on the motorcycle, whilst shouting “SO-WARE-KATEDO-SUMO-WO SUBARUWA!!” Before jumping off the Bike & having it crash through the crowd of Yakuza.
“HOLY SHIT!!” The DJ yelled. “What the hell is wrong with you?!”
“Special Delivery,” Emira Shouted, with a smirk on her face “THE CONSEQUENCES HAVE ARRIVED!!”
Many of the Yakuza began charging at Emira, prompting her to Retaliate. One Grunt tries to swing a baseball bat, only to have her skull caved in by Emira’s Steel-Toed Right Boot. Another Grunt throws a stick of Dynamite, but then gets it thrown right back into her face at mach speed by Emira. Emira picks up the other Dead Grunt to use as a Meat Shield, before the remaining Grunts start firing. Emira takes cover behind a tree & b3gan searching around her backpack for something, until she found a Rocket meant to be launched from the Garand Rifle she got yesterday. Emira loads the Rocket into the Rifle's Barrel, before leaving cover & firing the Rocket into a squad of the Remaining Yakuza. Limbs are blown off, & another Grunt is impaled onto a thick tree branch.
“Wow…!” Emira exclaimed “That was the sickest thing I've ever done! Now to find their Pink-Haired boss.”
Emira then hears a bunch of rustling leaves & phone dialing. The sound is revealed to be coming from the Pink-Haired DJ, carrying a phone & a Submachine-Gun. With quick reaction, Emira shoots the Gun & Phone out of the DJ's hands, injuring her as well.
“Get Up lady, Hands in the Air!” Emira hisses at the DJ.
“YOU HAVE WAY TOO MUCH NERVE TO PULL THIS SHIT OVER YOUR LITTLE BEDTIME, YOU PSYCHO!” The DJ Snarled.
“Can it, You Fucked up my sleep!” Emira responds. “Oh, I just so happen to be, I dunno, a tad in-the-clouds on some Cannabis Tea.”
The DJ gets agitated “Are you shitting me?!”
“SHUT IT!” Emira shouts. “HERE'S WHAT WE'RE GONNA DO: Since this was a party, You're gonna show me to the Snack Table.”
The DJ was confused, but managed to point Emira to the Snack Table, which was a Few meters away at a nearby Tree.
“Well, at least you answered quickly.” Emira says while pointing her Handgun. “What's your name…?”
“Hana…” the DJ answered, hoping she'll be spared.
Emira shoots Hana in the face with her Beretta, steals all the food in a makeshift tablecloth sack, grabs the still-intact motorcycle from earlier, & rides home.

The Secret Sauce of ATR on the Daily Timeframe: How to Get the Edge Without the Heartburn Ever had that feeling when you stumble on a Forex trading strategy that just clicks? Like when you realize that the secret to those perfect pancakes is just a dash of buttermilk? Well, today, we're diving into something that could be your secret sauce in Forex: using the Average True Range (ATR) on the daily timeframe. And if you've never heard of ATR, trust me, you're about to discover why it could be that little-known ingredient to turn your trading from "meh" to Michelin-starred. But before we get all fancy, let's admit it—we've all been there. The Forex market can feel like a game of musical chairs, except instead of chairs, you're playing with your money, and the music is played by a DJ with commitment issues. You're jumping in and out of trades, unsure if you'll find a place to sit. It’s chaotic. But here's where the ATR comes into play. Imagine having a tool that could tell you, "Hey, today might not be the day to jump in," or "The market is grooving, grab that chair." Ready to turn that chaos into a more rhythm-filled dance? Buckle in. Why Most Traders Ignore the ATR (And Why That's a Good Thing for You) Most traders see ATR and think it’s just another boring metric in the endless sea of technical indicators. Heck, it's like seeing a kale salad at a buffet full of bacon-loaded nachos—easy to ignore. But what if I told you that this overlooked indicator is secretly the black belt in your trading dojo? The ATR measures volatility, not direction. Which, let's face it, is a fancy way of saying it can tell you how wild the market is. If you know how wild it is, you can decide whether you should be getting into that trade or sitting back like a seasoned cat by the fireplace. It's like driving a car: would you want to hit the gas pedal when it's raining (high volatility) or when it's smooth sailing (low volatility)? ATR tells you how slippery the road is. On the daily timeframe, this information is golden, as it helps you see the bigger picture—not just the potholes on a side street but the entire highway. The Forgotten Strategy: ATR's Role in Risk Management Alright, so you know that the ATR is good for showing volatility, but what about using it as a ninja-level risk management tool? Many traders, especially the enthusiastic ones (yes, I'm talking about you, the one who just Googled "quick ways to get rich Forex" last week), tend to forget that risk management is the real key to profitability. You might love high volatility, but what if it’s not mutual? High ATR readings on the daily timeframe tell you to play it safe. Here’s a juicy secret: Use ATR to set your stop-loss levels. Instead of randomly setting stops at round numbers (seriously, why is everyone obsessed with whole numbers?), you can use the ATR reading to give yourself breathing room. If ATR is at 100 pips, setting a 20-pip stop is like going hiking in sandals—not going to end well. Instead, give yourself a 1x to 1.5x ATR buffer so that your stop-loss isn't too tight. Think of it as trading insurance—just enough coverage to keep you safe without bleeding your account dry. How to Predict Market Moves with Precision (Hint: It’s All About Daily ATR) Let’s get even more strategic. If you're someone who stares at your screen waiting for "the right moment" to enter a trade, the daily ATR can be a lifesaver. Here’s the deal: when the ATR is low, it signals that the market is quiet. Kind of like the ocean before a big wave hits. When the ATR on the daily timeframe spikes, it’s often followed by a price movement. By tracking periods of low ATR, you can anticipate that a storm might be coming and position yourself accordingly. Does it always work? No. But neither does getting marriage advice from the guy at the gym. The point is that using ATR gives you a statistically-backed way to predict future price action without having to throw darts at a board or consulting your pet goldfish. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than winging it. How Not to Get Burned by Volatility: ATR in Position Sizing Now, let’s add another scoop of secret sauce to your trading: position sizing with ATR. Remember when you were a kid, and you tried to eat that extra-spicy pepper because you thought you could handle it? Yeah, you ended up crying and reaching for a gallon of milk. Trading can be like that if your position size is too large during a high ATR period. Here’s where a "smart" trading tool can help you with automated lot size calculations. Let’s say you’re trading a pair where the daily ATR reads at 120 pips. If you go in with a standard lot, and the market moves against you, it's going to sting—a lot. Instead, adjust your lot size based on the current ATR. High ATR? Reduce the position to minimize risk. Low ATR? Okay, you can add some spice, but don’t go crazy. If you want a little help, check out our Smart Trading Tool at StarseedFX Smart Trading Tool to make this whole process simpler. The Real Magic: Combining ATR with Other Indicators Here’s where we level up even further. ATR on its own is like peanut butter—it’s good, but combine it with jelly (or chocolate if you’re adventurous), and you’re in for a treat. Combine ATR with support and resistance levels, and suddenly, you’re not just guessing at volatility; you’re identifying real opportunities. For example, when the ATR is high, and you see price approaching a known resistance level, you can anticipate a reversal or at least some hesitation. The key is to use ATR as a filter to validate your strategy. If you're already looking for a short, high ATR tells you the market is in a hyper state, which means more explosive moves. This can either work for you or against you, so you need to handle that position size accordingly—remember the spicy pepper? Case Study: A Tale of Two Traders Let’s look at how two traders approached ATR. Trader A, whom we'll call Joe (because why not?), didn’t use ATR at all. He saw a big candle and thought, "this is it!" Joe ended up losing 30% of his account that week because he traded during a high ATR period without considering the increased volatility. It was like showing up to a skatepark without a helmet. Trader B, let’s call her Jane, understood ATR. She knew that during times of high volatility, she needed smaller positions and wider stops. Jane ended the week up 10%. She used the ATR to manage her risk like a pro, and her account thanked her. According to a study by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), most retail traders fail not because they pick the wrong direction but because they underestimate volatility. It’s not just about getting the right entry—it's about managing the chaos that comes afterward. The Underground Trend: Using ATR to Spot Fakeouts Here’s an underground secret that many traders overlook. Ever been caught in a fakeout? Yeah, it’s like thinking you’re waving at a friend, only to realize they’re waving at someone behind you. Embarrassing. ATR on the daily timeframe can help you spot fakeouts. When ATR is low, it often means the market is consolidating, and fakeouts are common during this time. Avoid falling for the trap by checking ATR levels before entering breakout trades. Instead, wait for ATR to show some life—some actual movement—and let the big players tip their hand. If you see a breakout and ATR is spiking, that’s a better confirmation that you’re not just entering a false move. It’s a little like waiting to see if the party's getting started before you jump on the dance floor. Don’t be that first guy in an empty room. Wrap-Up: Mastering the ATR Game on the Daily Timeframe Alright, so we’ve covered a lot of ground—ATR isn’t just some random salad topping; it’s the dressing that ties everything together. By using it on the daily timeframe, you can: - Set realistic stop-losses to manage risk effectively. - Predict when market movements are about to get interesting. - Adjust your position sizing to avoid that "spicy pepper" feeling. - Avoid fakeouts by understanding when the market is consolidating. If you’re ready to take your trading game to the next level, start incorporating ATR into your routine. It’s a small addition that can make a massive difference, just like adding that buttermilk to your pancakes. And if you want a bit more guidance on how to bring this all together, don’t forget to check out our free Forex courses or join our community at StarseedFX. We’re all about taking the guesswork out of trading, one strategy at a time. —————– Image Credits: Cover image at the top is AI-generated Read the full article

Cryptocurrency Trading Strategies for Beginners: A Roller Coaster Ride You Didn't Know You Signed Up For
Okay, let me start by saying that trading crypto is not like picking apples in an orchard. It's more like trying to juggle flaming oranges while riding a unicycle... blindfolded. You might think, "That sounds ridiculous!" Well, welcome to the cryptocurrency world. It's unpredictable, volatile, and somehow mesmerizing—like a cat chasing a laser pointer in the middle of a hurricane. One moment, you think you have it all figured out, and the next, poof! The market shifts, and you’re left wondering if you’ve accidentally bought a warehouse full of bananas.
Anyway, enough about fruit and unicycles. Let’s talk strategies.
HODLing: The Old Reliable (Except When It's Not)
HODLing—which, by the way, started as a typo but has somehow become the ultimate crypto meme—is one of the most popular beginner strategies. The idea is simple: you buy a cryptocurrency, and you, well, hold on to it. You wait for the moonshot, for Bitcoin or Ethereum to skyrocket to some magical number like $100,000, and you imagine buying that mansion with a golden jacuzzi (if that's your thing). Of course, no one really knows if that moonshot will come. I mean, sure, according to "some study" that I can't quite remember, Bitcoin was supposed to hit $500,000 by last year. Did it? No. Will it? Who knows! Maybe when pigs fly, but hey—stranger things have happened.
I tried HODLing once. It was back in, uh, what year was that again? Maybe 2017? Or was it 2018? No, it was definitely after my neighbor's cat got stuck in a tree, which was... never mind. I thought I could HODL my way to financial freedom, but all I got was anxiety and some sleepless nights. Not everyone has the stomach for this—maybe because it's not a strategy; it's just an emotional roller coaster with no seatbelt.
Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA): For the Patient Among Us
Then there’s dollar-cost averaging, also known as DCA. Basically, you buy a fixed amount of cryptocurrency at regular intervals—whether the market is up, down, or sideways. Imagine you're buying tiny scoops of ice cream regardless of whether it's a heatwave or a blizzard. Sounds good, right? It's a relatively chill strategy, but let's be honest, it's kind of boring too. It's not the "let's get rich quick" scheme people want, but it is the "let's not accidentally go broke" strategy. I know someone who’s been DCA-ing into Ethereum since the days when it was the price of a fancy Starbucks drink. He’s still holding—probably waiting for a day when he can exchange that Ethereum for a villa in Spain or, at the very least, pay off his student loans.
The FOMO-Driven Frenzy: Let’s Get Reckless!
We can't talk about trading without mentioning FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). And boy, does FOMO hit hard. Imagine you're at a party, and everyone’s talking about this "next big thing." You want to be in on it. So you buy in, usually right after the price has already shot up, and you're riding that high until… well, it usually tanks right after. FOMO is like showing up to a party right as the DJ decides to pack up and leave. Sure, it might work out—maybe you'll catch the last song. But more often than not, you’re left wondering why you paid the cover charge.
And then there’s the other side of FOMO: panic selling. Let me tell you, nothing feels worse than selling in a panic only to watch the market recover five minutes later. It's like giving up on a roller coaster ride because it’s too scary, only to realize it’s just a small dip before the big, glorious rise. But honestly, who knows? Maybe the roller coaster is just falling apart—no one ever really knows, and that’s the fun part… or the terrifying part, depending on your perspective.
Technical Analysis: Learning to Read Tea Leaves
Technical analysis is like trying to predict the weather by staring at clouds—except these clouds are price charts, and you’re trying to spot something called a "head and shoulders pattern" instead of deciding whether you need an umbrella. You’ve got candles, lines, charts, and then someone says the words "Fibonacci retracement," and it feels like you just entered a math class you never signed up for. I’ve dabbled in this, and let me tell you, I still have no idea what I’m doing. It’s like when people ask if a rainbow signifies good luck—you just smile, nod, and pretend you know what's going on.
I once drew lines on a Bitcoin chart and thought I’d cracked the secret to untold wealth. Turns out, I was just doodling. If you think you can master it, go ahead! I’ll just be over here, drawing pretty triangles and pretending they mean something profound.
Diversification: The "Don't Put All Your Eggs in One Basket" Thing
You know, the one that everyone always says—diversify. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. If I had a dollar for every time someone said that to me, I’d probably have enough to... well, buy another basket. The idea here is simple: don’t bet everything on Bitcoin. Spread it out—some Bitcoin, some Ethereum, maybe even a little bit of that dog coin (you know the one I’m talking about). This way, if one crashes, maybe something else takes off. Or maybe they all crash. Hey, no one said this was risk-free.
I remember, back in 2020, I tried diversifying by investing in five different altcoins. One of them skyrocketed—and the other four, well, they’re probably worth less than my morning coffee now. Did it work? Sort of. Would I recommend it? I mean... maybe. It’s like wearing mismatched socks—you never know which one’s going to get noticed, but at least you tried.
Final Thoughts: Is There a Point?
So, are these strategies foolproof? Absolutely not. None of them are. Honestly, crypto trading is more like trying to herd cats than anything else—there’s a lot of chaos, not much predictability, and at the end of the day, you just hope that some of them end up where you need them to be. Whether you choose to HODL, DCA, diversify, or dive into technical analysis, remember that nobody really knows what’s going on.
I guess the takeaway here is, if you want to get into crypto trading, don’t be afraid to fail. Also, don’t put your life savings into it—unless you really enjoy stress and have a particular affinity for biting your nails. Otherwise, take it easy, play around, learn from your mistakes, and, for heaven’s sake, never listen to that random stranger at the bar who claims to be an expert in crypto. Because, spoiler alert: they’re probably just as clueless as you.
And hey, if you’re still feeling brave, why not check out platforms like WhiteBit or Binance? They make trading kind of easy—well, at least as easy as riding that unicycle through a hurricane of flaming oranges. Fun, right?

Always the Plus One
(for writer's month day 3 prompts laughter and car)
Ryan got navigation going. Eyes on her phone, she said, “So you turn left at the light—”
“I don’t think I need you yet,” said Lindsey. “I’m just getting on 90, right?”
Ryan checked. “Yes.”
“Okay. So once we get on just remind me of my exit every once in a while. And tell me how far we have to go sometimes. It feels faster when I know.”
“Wouldn’t it just be however many miles to the exit?”
The light turned green. Lindsey turned left. “No, because we’re going through multiple states. I think the mileage goes by state. Also if it joins with another highway the mileage might change. And the exit numbers match the miles.”
“I mean—” Ryan shrugged. “I haven’t been out of the state since I was like… probably the last time you went out of the state. You know I’ve only ever really been out of the state with you.”
“And that time you went to Disney World.”
“Yeah. See, you know. I don’t even know why I’m explaining it to you.”
Ryan had gone on almost every vacation with Lindsey’s family, including weddings. Weddings were how it started, actually. When Ryan was eight or so she wandered down the street to Lindsey’s house all the time, and one of those times Lindsey had family visiting, and apparently they liked Ryan because when one of Lindsey’s mom’s youngest cousins was inviting extra people to their wedding for some reason they invited Ryan. To Ryan’s surprise, her mom said she could go. That was the first time Ryan went out of state.
And the youngest cousin had a sibling who got married a few years later, so Ryan got invited to that wedding too, and after that it was just normal for Ryan to go on trips with Lindsey’s family. Lindsey’s mom said it wasn’t any harder than taking her own three kids—if anything it was easier since Ryan and Lindsey kept each other entertained in the car.
When Lindsey asked Ryan to come to this wedding with her, she referenced that. “You’ll keep me entertained in the car.” Ryan could hear the laughter in her voice over the phone. She asked if it was really okay, since this wedding was for a cousin on Lindsey’s dad’s side which was not the side of the family that knew her, and Lindsey explained that they had considered her an adult and given her a “plus one”, which meant she got to bring anyone she wanted. “And who else would I want to bring? You’re the person I go to weddings with.”
“Until you get a boyfriend, probably,” said Ryan.
Lindsey waited to reply until she had completed the merge onto the interstate. “We’ll just get the family on this side to fall in love with you too. Ooh, we could get one of my cousins to fall in love with you!” She shot Ryan a look that said she was mostly joking. “Then you’d get to come to all of the weddings. Including yours, I guess.”
Ryan snorted. That last part got her. “Okay,” she said, and gave Lindsey the exit number and the mileage. It was in the hundreds.
“So boring,” said Lindsey, the words a weak sigh.
“That’s why you have me to entertain you.” As Ryan said it, she realized something. “Hey, we’ve never actually been able to control the music on a road trip before. Can I DJ?”
“Please,” said Lindsey, with real pleasure. “Oh, but you have to use my phone. We should have put your phone on my Bluetooth before we started.”
Ryan had the passcode to Lindsey’s phone—it was both of their birth months—so that was not a problem.
---
There was a welcome drink event that night. When Lindsey said where it was, a place with a name which meant it wasn't just somebody's house, Ryan asked why they were going when they wouldn't be able to drink, but Lindsey said her cousins had thought of that and picked this place because it was a coffee shop as well as a bar. The place was really cute-- the decor wood and iron, lots of small tables and couches for seating, a big front window, a bar in the middle of the room. There was a sign with "cafe specials" on the bar, and Ryan chose easily, the Chai latte with coconut. Lindsey studied the whole menu before ordering an Autumn Spice.
"Can I see your ID?" said the bartender.
"Oh, is there alcohol in that?" said Lindsey, sounding convincingly like she hadn't noticed there was bourbon in the ingredient list. "Can I just do it as a coffee then? Coffee, cream, and cinnamon?" She didn't look at Ryan, but she didn't need to. Ryan tried not to smile.
Drinks in hand, a pretty textured glass for Ryan and a short shapely mug so full Lindsey had to be careful not to spill it, they headed out to the patio where Lindsey said the group had gathered.
They headed straight for a group of people around their age, some older and some younger judging from the mix of drinks that looked like beers and cocktails and drinks that looked like coffees and lemonades. Right away Lindsey was caught in a conversation with someone who was probably a cousin, joking back and forth about her driving on the way here, so Ryan waited for her to be done with that and introduce her.
"Hey," someone said. "Who are you here with?"
"Oh." Ryan turned to look at the guy-- a cousin, probably. She gestured: "Lindsey."
"What?" he said, sounding baffled.
"What?" she answered, also confused.
"I—But—Linds!"
Lindsey and the guy she was talking to stopped and turned to look as he stepped into the middle of the group. "Hello?" said Lindsey.
"I thought you were bringing your boyfriend."
"What boyfriend?" Lindsey threw a laughing look at Ryan. "I don't have a boyfriend. I brought my bestie girl."
The guy frowned. "Ryan," he said insistently.
Lindsey and Ryan both started laughing. Coffee sloshed out of Lindsey's mug, so she gulped some down before she spoke.
Ryan went ahead and introduced herself. "I'm Ryan. Ryan Kearney.”
“You didn’t tell us she was a girl,” said the guy who had asked who Ryan was here with. The person next to him elbowed him.
“She’s the first Ryan I knew,” said Lindsey. “To me Ryan is a girl’s name. And is it normal to announce the gender of the person you’re bringing? I didn’t see that on the RSVP card.”
Most of the group cracked up.
“I just—I would have liked to know she was a girl!” the cousin protested. “It would be nice to know… she was bringing… a girl.”
“You could try telling her your name, Mr. Smooth.” said one of the girls in the group. More laughter.
“His name,” said Lindsey, her tone lightly pitying, “is Matthew. He does not normally act like this.” She gave Ryan a meaningful look.
Ryan looked at Matthew again. He was pretty cute. And the sheepish expression on his face was endearing.
If he asked her for a slow dance tomorrow, she wouldn’t say no. Heck, she might ask him herself.

05-98
I'd been feeling pretty lonely lately, but hopefully things are turning around.
I really blew things with Kay, basically getting her to give me reasons why she doesnt want to talk to me anymore.
After the experience we were talking a lot on yahoo. I couldnt stop thinking about her, thought about her at sch* all the time. We talk very sexual and talk about different sexual positions are. She also shared some deeply personal and dark things with me. She was raped her f* year. And she tells me she feels "screwed up."
I messaged her right asking for a second date.
The next morning I get a message saying, " been doing a lot of thinking ......I dont think we get along so well in the bedroom" "I need time to figure myself out."
After that we start chatting less and less until nothing. When I asked her why we cant just be friends, she says "the conversation feels like work" meaning its awkward having a conversation with me, and she says "tbh I dont find you interesting"
I know we only had the one experience but, l started playing out these fantasies of us being a couple. I dont know why, or what I can do to stop this emotional attachment. I gotta be more detached. I do feel anxious around certain people, and awkward, I need to improve my self esteem and my personality
What else should I learn from this? Where else did I go wrong? I really feel horrible right now.
Last night I went to the kitchen with Ari. I talked to a lot of people and made friends with a couple by trying to find a spot near the dj. I found out they were friends with petunia, who I have a crush on. And she came a little later on in the evening.
Ari and i went to her friend's car to smoke out. I came back in and sort of stared at this crowd of people dancing, moving as of in slow motion with the strobe light. I turned around and there was Petunia. I ended up talking and for awhile, i felt like she was being flirty and happy to see me.
She shared her drink with me, watched my spot when I went to the restroom, smiled a lot and played with her hair and wanted to take a shot with me after the dj was done and before I had to leave. She was gorgeous.
We drifted apart a little and while I was dancing by myself I noticed her dancing by me with her back turned. I got the vibe she wanted me to pull her in to dance with her but I couldn't build up the courage. She did this several times but her friend pulled her in to dance before I could. Eventually l just left because I was getting to stuck in my head and felt embarrassed.
wish I would have gotten her number. She seemed really interested and her friends like me.
But its ok, next time I'm in that situation I'm going to tell myself to get out of my comfort zone and go for it because I'm certain she would have danced with me. Also I could have gotten her number if instead of leaving Over all though I had a great time and met a lot of people at the goth club. The music was great.
I went home and just hung out ari’s place talking for the rest of the night. My sleep schedule must be all messed up because i didn’t get home and get to bed until 8:15 in the morning.
I woke up the next day at 7:30. I felt out of it from too much sleep. I had a boring dinner with *M and her sugar daddy.
Later on chris pick’s me up and we meet up with jorge at flaco’s place. We hung out having some drinks and then flaco puts on a porn and we all take turns jacking off in the bathroom nearby. It was probably the gayest thing we’d ever done. Then i realized they had all been doing coke or something.
At some point in the evening chris gets up and says he’s taking us to *ch. we go and have a pitcher of beer. Same freaky *skl crowd. After that we go to denny’s where i tell chris everything about kay, and he gives me some good advice about the situation. I think. It’s basically don’t be so eager and wait for her to come to you.
So i’ll wait. But i can’t wait forever.

Bad Reputation (Glee Kids)
I'm excluding the adults parts
Some glee members were laughing at a video of someone dancing to Olivia Newton John's Physical. Finn (enters the room): What’s so funny?
Rache and Jesse enter the room. Rachel: You aren’t watching the video of me falling off stage at my first Tiny Tots beauty pageant?
Kurt: That was Carrot-Top funny compared to this comedic tour de force.
Jesse: That’s Olivia Newton-John's "Physical." It was pretty groundbreaking subject matter at the time considering its depiction of fluid sexuality.
Mercedes: (Laughing) Oh, my G- Wait, wait.
Finn then realized: That’s not Olivia Newton-John. That’s -That’s Sue Sylvester.Where did you get this?
Kurt: I can tell you that I certainly did not steal it from her locked file cabinet yesterday when she sent me back to her office to get her hormone replacement injection during Cheerios practice. (Laughs)
Artie: Wait. Did she just do the Cabbage Patch?
[Mercedes Laughs]
Finn: I’m posting this on YouTube.
Rachel: No, no, wait, wait. Do you think that’s a good idea? She might kill us.
Mercedes: Oh, let her get a taste of some of the humiliation she put us through.
Jesse: I’m with Finn. You guys need to stop being such asses and start being badasses.
Finn smiled at Jesse as he took the laptop. Finn: Ten bucks it goes viral by lunch.
–—––—
Will held up a list with some names on the list. Will: Who did it? This is serious. Principal Figgins is threatening to disband the club.
Santana: Why are we playing this game? We all know it was Puck.
Puck: Back off. I didn’t do squat.
Tina: Then why is your girlfriend first on the Glist?
Rachel: And why am I last? Aside from the fact that I refused to put out for you.
Will: Okay, enough! No one is accusing anyone of anything. Puck, seriously, did you do it?
Puck: I said no. I’m a delinquent, sure. I like setting stuff on fire and beating up people I don’t know. I own that. But I’m not a liar.
Will: All right, here’s the important point. Between this and posting Coach Sylvester's personal video on YouTube you guys are getting a pretty bad reputation.
Artie: Why is that a bad thing? Maybe if we seem more dangerous, people would stop flushing my glasses down the toilet.
Will: Look, things are hard right now. I get it. You’re under a lot of pressure with regionals coming up. I know that winning sectionals hasn’t had the positive effect on your popularity... that a lot of you thought it would. But becoming what you despise is not the answer. (Hands papers to the members)
Mercedes: Man, this song is wack.
Will: No, it’s not. It’s a terrific song on a long list of top hits that, because of time or some bad press, has become a joke. And like you guys, it’s time to start rehabilitating its bad reputation. The assignment for the week is for all of you to find songs like thi mine them for what works and make them great again and then, hopefully, you can apply this musical lesson to your own lives.
Jesse: This song should be arrested for the crime of sucking. (That served a lot of laughing.)
Will: You wanna bet?
Artie: Oh, no, he didn’t!
Will: Yo, VIP Let’s kick it
New Directions: Ice ice baby, ice ice baby.
Will (with New Directions): All right stop, collaborate and (listen) Ice is back with a brand new invention. Something grabs ahold of me tightly Flow like a harpoon daily and nightly. (Will it ever stop?) Yo, I don’t know. Turn off the lights, huh, and I’ll glow to the extreme I rock a mic like a vandal. Light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle (Dance) bum rush the speakers that booms. I’m killing your brain like a poisonous mushroom(Deadly) When I play a dope melody, anything less than the best is a felony. (Love it or leave it) You better gain way, you better hit bull's eye (The kid don’t play). If there was a problem, (yo) I’ll solve it. Check out the hook while my DJ revolves it.
New Directions: Ice Ice Baby, vanilla, Ice Ice Baby. Vanilla, Ice Ice Baby, Vanilla, Ice Ice Baby.
Will (with New Directions): Take heed, cause I’m a lyrical (poet) Miami's on the scene just in case youdidn’t (know it). My town, that created all the bass sound, ennough to shake and kick holes in the ground. Cause my style's like a chemical (spill), feasible rhymes that you can vision and (feel). Conducted and formed, this is a hell of a concept, we make it hype and you want to step (with this). Shay plays on the fade, slice like a ninja Cut like a razor blade so fast, other DJs say ("Damn") If my rhyme was a drug, I’d sell it by the (gram). Keep my composure when it’s time to get loose. Magnetized by the mic while I kick my juice, if there was a problem, (yo, I’ll solve it), check out the hook while DJ revolves it.
New Directions: Ice Ice Baby Vanilla, Ice Ice Baby. Vanilla, Ice Ice Baby, Vanilla, Ice Ice Baby Too cold, too cold, Ice Ice Ice Ice
Will: Yo man, let’s get out of here, word to your mother.
Will: This song is officially paroled! Right, Jesse? You got me? (Jesse nods, agreeing.)
–—–—
Rachel walked beside Artie.
Rachel: I need to enlist the services of the A/V Club.
Artie: What did you have in mind?
Rachel: My shame at appearing so low on the Glist has made me reevaluate my image at this school and beyond. I've realized that in today's culture of bad boy athletes and celebrity sex tapes a good reputation is no good at all.
Rachel stood or leaned down to Artie. Rachel: Artie, you know how our Glee Club assignment was to find a song with a bad reputation and rehabilitate it? Well, mine is going to afford me the worst reputation in this school. Rachel Berry is going to get a little down and dirty.
Artie: I’m gonna stop you. You had me at "sex tape." How can I help?
Rachel: Hold on to your hat because Rachel Berry is going to become musically promiscuous. She smirks and walks away.
–——–
Kurt, Artie, Tina and Mercedes were in the choir room around the piano. Kurt: Fellow Glee Clubbers, I have called this meeting because our free-falling reps have reached terminal velocity. We are at DEFCON 1.
Mercedes: We’re such zeros, they didn’t bother putting us on the Glist.
Kurt: What does a C-lister do when their tiny star is about to fall off Perez Hilton's radar screen? They cause a scandal so extreme they can no longer be ignored.
Artie (raising a hand): Um, excuse me. Why is she here?
Brittany was in the room but they didn’t notice her until Artie said something about it. Brittany: I’ve been here since first period. I had a cold, and I took all my antibiotics at the same time and now I can’t remember how to leave. But I also don’t know why I’ve only made fourth on the Glist. I made out with, like, everyone in this school girls, boys, Mr. Kidney the janitor. I need to do something to get into the top three.
Kurt: Fine, you’re in.
Mercedes: In what? We don’t even have a plan.
Kurt: What is the worst thing a student can do at this school?
Tina: eat in the cafeteria? (Making Mercedes and her laugh)
Kurt: No, be a disruption in the library. I’m not talking about trying to check out a reference book. Uh-uh. I’m talking about full-on chaos including getting your Glee on in the stacks.
Artie (amused): Genius!
—–——
Rachel was at her house in her rom. Rachel: Do you know that when we dated, the rest of the school gave us a nickname? Puckleberry.
Puck was in horror wearing a mask that was from Phantok of the Opera. Puck: That’s humiliating.
Rachel: The fact is that slumming it with me actually improved your reputation. It gave you a sense of humanity.
Puck takes off the mask. Puck: Wait. Do you want to date again? I was wondering why you invited me here.
Rachel: As you know, I’m taken, but I can be of some assistance. Help me with my song for Glee Club. I-I might be the last chance you have to salvage what’s left of your reputation and stay in Glee. Besides, you need a song that’s gonna help you to express your inner pain.
Puck: What song do you wanna do for your assignment?
Rachel: I’ve chosen David Geddes's fantastically terrible '70s Top 10 hit, "Run Joey Run." It’s a story song, so we get to play parts. I’m gonna play the role of the tragic heroine who dies in the end la Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge and you can be the hunky, heroic male lead.
Puck: Do I get to kill you?
Rachel: N-Actually, my dad shoots me with a shotgun.
Puck (Sighs): Do you think I made that Glist? Honestly. (Sits down on Rachel’s bed)
Rachel (follows): Well, it does sound like something that you would do.
Puck: God, I’m so tired of people judging me for a few mistakes I’ve made. I try to be a good guy. I go to school and I say, "Be cool, Puck. Be nice." But by second period, I’ve got a fire extinguisher in my hands and I’m spraying some dweeb with it, and I don’t know how I got there.
I understand. Yeah. I sit in Glee Club and I watch a couple of imperfect performances and a litany of criticisms just start building up inside of me like a volcano and I keep telling myself to hold it in, and then it just comes bursting out. Granted, generally, I’m right but doesn’t do much for my reputation.
Puck: It does suck when you do that.
So, uh, how do you think
we can get people to see us differently?
Puck: I don’t know. (He leans in but Rachel stops him)
Rachel: I ca- I can’t do this.
Puck: You know, whoever made that Glist is gonna put you at number one when they find out you cheated on that Jesse kid with me. Besides, Jesse will never fully understand what it means to be a Jew.
Puck leaned in again, but Rachel stops him again.
Rachel: No, I-I’m ironically turned on by your bad boy image but I think we should just keep this professional.
Puck (scoffed): All right, I’m out. Why should I stay if there’s no chance of us making out?
Rachel: Uh, Noah... (takes his hand) Please come and sit down, and let’s work on the project. Okay? It’ll help us both, I promise.
–——–
Artie, Brittany, Kurt, Mercedes and Tina entered the library wearing bomber jackets and colorful pants.
Mercedes: Looks like we got a full house, y'all.
Artie: I’m kind of getting cold feet here.
Brittany: Can you even feel your feet?
Librarian: Shh!
Kurt: Team, listen up. If we pull this off, we will be legends at this school. We’ll rocket up the Glist. We’ll be top five, easy. Artie, pump up the jam. It’s about to go down.
Artie: U can’t touch this
Artie (The Group): My-my-my-my (U can't touch this) music hits me so hard makes me say, 'oh my lord thank you for blessing me, with a mind to rhyme and two hyped feet. It feels good. When you know you’re down A superdope homeboy from the Oaktown. And I'm known as such and this is a beat-uh! U can’t touch
Artie with the Group: U can’t touch this
The librarian came out from her seat and approach the teens. Artie: Here it comes.
Librarian: That was very cute. I'm gonna talk to my pastor and see if I can't get you kids to perform that for our Sunday service.
That didn’t work.
–——–
Will: Look, I don’t like doing this any more than you do but if I don’t find out who made that Glist and stop another one from being published the whole Glee Club's going down, and I can’t let that happen.
Will was investigating the members and the first one was Finn.
Finn: Look, I know I’ve been kind of angry lately, and sometimes I kick over chairs and stuff but I didn’t do it.
Will: All the pieces fit. You have a very big ax to grind with several people on that Glist. Quinn broke your heart, Puck betrayed your friendship you’re dealing with Kurt's dad dating your mom. And I happen to know you’ve had your ups and downs with Santana and Brittany.
Next up was Mercedes:
I have nothing against Santana, and I like Brittany. Quinn's the one that has a beef with them.
Will: Well, there are an awful lot of Cheerios on that Glist. Isn’t it true that you still feel like an outcast in that group?
Mercedes: I don’t know what you’re talking about. I like being a Cheerio. And why does everyone just assume I’m angry all the time? It's called being sassy, Mr. Schue.
Next was Artie.
Artie: It’s simple math, Mr. Schue. The Glists are posted at a height of five and a half feet, comfortably out of my reach. It could not have been me. And I have it on good word that....
Tina was next...
Tina: I saw Puck putting up the Glist in the hallway.
Then Puck...
Puck: I was moving it! Somebody put it on Rachel's locker, so I moved it. I was being a man, doing the right thing.
Will: At some point, Puck the lies are gonna stop, and you’re gonna start to sing.
Puck: If I did it, why would I put myself at number three? As far as badasses go, I'm number "wha." I’ll say it again, I didn’t do it!
Then Brittany but....
Brittany: I don’t know how to turn on a computer.
Quinn was next.
Quinn: Rachel did it. Think about it. I stole the guy she's in love with then stole the guy she dated to get over the guy she’s in love with and I’m a bitch to her.
Will: Just doesn’t seem like Rachel.
Quinn: She’s gone behind your back before. And I mean, who's to say that there's only one culprit?
Will slams his hands on the table. Will: Look, I know you know something! So we’re not leaving here until I get some answers!
Kurt looked at him oddly. Kurt: Mr. Schuester, may I be blunt?
Will [Sighs]: Shoot.
Kurt: Ever since you separated from your wife you’re spent a lot of late nights watching reruns of Law & Order, haven’t you? (Will looked down) Hmm. Thought so and no, I didn’t make the Glist.
Will: [Sighs] Right.
Kurt: We’re as menacing as Muppet Babies which means our squeaky-clean reputations are still very much intact.
Artie: We have to do what we’re been dreading something more terrifying than Rachel's personality. We have to go to Sylvester and admit that we posted the "Physical" video.
Tina: But we’ll get suspended.
Kurt: It will be worth it. Finally, the entire student body will see us as badasses.
—–—–
The School Bell Rings, as the five Glee kids were on the hallway. Artie: Remember, if Sylvester hits you in the face after you cop to posting the video don’t scream like a woman.
Mercedes: You’re so brave for doing this, Kurt.
Kurt: I know. Thank you.
Mercedes: Oh, my God! Alarming Kurt.
Kurt (approached her): Coach Sylvester, can I have just a minute of your time?
Sue: What do you want, lady-face?
Kurt: You’re aware a tape was leaked onto the Internet causing you to become a national laughingstock? We stole the tape from your syringe-and-pill drawer. We posted it online. We’ll accept whatever punishment you see fit.
Sue: So it was you. I can’t thank you enough.

Later, the five were in a classroom looking up on the laptop. Artie: She wasn’t angry at all. It was weird.
Tina: Maybe the comments online have gotten so mean, and people have started to feel sorry for her. She’s finally getting some sympathy, so she’s in a forgiving mood.
Kurt found a link that got his attention. Kurt: Wait a second. Take a look at this.
Mercedes: Isn’t that...
It was Sue Sylvester and Olivia Newton-John doing Physical together.
Mercedes (letting out a breath): Phew!
Mercedes + Tina: Again, again, again, again, again, again, again, again! Banging the table.
Artie: I need to learn to do this verse.
Brittany: All day.

It was someone's project for Glee Club. Will: All right, guys, listen up. Another week has almost passed. If a list goes up again later today, this issue is out of my hands and it becomes Principal Figgins's jurisdiction.
Finn: Seriously, Mr. Schue, whoever made that list is not gonna come forward. We might as well just bend over and take whatever's coming.
Will: Fine. Okay. Well, then, uh, let’s get to it. Rachel, how 'bout you show us your bad reputation project?
Rachel: I’d like to say a few words first, though I understand that a motion picture should stand on its own I do realize that some of you are not well-versed in the complex vocabulary of the filmic arts. I expect that this video will go over some of the heads of our less-cultured teammates. So let me just say I hope you enjoy my bad reputation. Lights. Okay, go.
The film started with Santana and Brittany as angels.
Brittany and Santana: Aaaaaaah Aaaaaaaaaah, Aaaaaaah Aaaaaaaaaah.
Rachel appeared as the main protagonist.
Rachel with Brittany and Santana harmonizing: Daddy, please don’t , It wasn’t his fault. He means so much to me, Daddy please don’t. We’re gonna get married
Rachel: Just you wait and see
The video starts out in Puck's room, with Puck starring as Joey.
Puck: Every night, the same old dream, I hate to close my eyes. I can’t erase the memory, the sound of Julie's cry. She called me up, late that night She said, "Joe, don’t come over". My Dad and I just had a fight and he stormed out the door. I’ve never seen him act this way, My God, he’s going crazy
Puck with Brittany and Santana harmonizing: He said he’s gonna make you pay, for what we’ve done, he’s got a gun.
Puck with Brittany and Santana: So run, Joey run, Joey run!
Rachel with Brittany and Santana harmonizing: Daddy, please don’t , It wasn’t his fault. He means so much to me, Daddy please don’t. We’re gonna get married
Rachel: Just you wait and see
The scene was outside in a red car with Jesse as Joey #2.
Jesse: Got in my car, drove like mad, Til I reached Julie's place. She ran to me, with tear-filled eyes and bruises on her face. All at once I saw him there, sneaking up behind me (Rachel: Watch out!) Then Julie yelled, "He’s got a gun!"
Then Finn was Joey #3. Sandy Ryanson was Julie's dad with a gun up.
Finn: And she stepped in front of me. Then, suddenly, a shot rang out and I saw Julie falling.
Finn with Brittany and Santana harmonizing: I ran to her; I held her close, when I looked down, my hands were red!
It was fake blood on Finn’s hand.
Finn: And here’s the last words Julie said:
Rachel: Daddy, please don’t. It wasn’t his fault, he means so much to me. Daddy, please don’t We’re gonna get married.....
Brittany and Santana: Aaaaaaah Aaaaaaaaaah
Julie dies.
Jesse with Brittany and Santana: Run, Joey, run, Joey, run,
Finn with Brittany and Santana: Joey, run,
Puck with Brittany and Santana: Joey, run,
Finn, Jesse, and Puck (with Brittany and Santana harmonizing): Joey, run, Joey, run.....!
Rachel: Well, why don’t we just, um, take a moment to really absorb what we’ve just watched?
Finn (angry): This is garbage!
Will (coming to defense): Finn!
Puck: No, he’s right. I need to trust my instincts more because I had a feeling when we were shooting that it was not gonna be good.
Will tried to speak up but Jesse cut in.
Jesse: Why didn’t you tell me they were in this too? I thought you and I were going out. Being triple cast with two other guys to play opposite your girlfriend- it’s mortifying.
Rachel: It was an artistic statement.
Finn: No, it wasn’t! It was you trying to look like you had a bunch of guys fighting over you so you could stop looking like some kind of outcast and be seen as some hot, slutty girl singer! (Finn then stood in front of her.) How could you do this to me, to all us guys? Is your stupid reputation more important than your relationships?
Jesse left the room. Rachel: Jesse, wait.

Will walked out of Emma's office and saw how Quinn was behaving.
Will: I know you’re behind the Glist.
Quinn: You have no proof. I can’t believe that you’re gonna pin this on me. I’ll be expelled. I mean, it makes sense. Everything else has been taken from me- my popularity, my body. Might as well throw away my education.
Will: You know when I realized that you did it? The moment I felt what it was like to walk in your shoes. I mean, it takes years to build a good reputation but only seconds to destroy it. Couple bad choices, and you go from the top to the bottom. (Got on his knees) You have lost so much, Quinn which means you had the most to gain from the Glist.
Quinn (cries): I never meant to hurt anybody.
Will: I know.
Quinn (scoffs): I was captain of the cheerleading squad, president of the Celibacy Club. I had Finn. People would part like the Red Sea when I walked down the hallway. Now I’m invisible.
Will: And you think being seen as a cheap tramp is better?
Quinn: A bad reputation is better than no reputation at all.
Look, I know that high school feels like your whole life right now but it’s going to end. You’re gonna give that baby to a family who really wants it, who’s gonna love it and then you are gonna go on to do amazing things, Quinn.
Quinn: You really think that I can get it all back one day?
Will [Exhales]: No. I think you can get something even better. I mean, come on! You're Quinn Fabray, right? [Quinn Chuckles] Those people didn’t part when you walked down the halls, you moved them with your attitude.
Quinn: Thanks, Mr. Schue. You’re a really good teacher even if everybody is calling you a man-whore.
Figgins (enters the choir room): You wanted to see me, William? I trust you have come up with the perpetrators of the Glist.
Will: I, um-I grilled every single one of my students and, uh, no one no one copped to making the Glist. They all closed ranks and wouldn’t rat out who did it.
Figgins: That’s poppycock, Will. I will not let this school be held hostage by juvenile shenanigans.
Will: I know, but I mean, your point has been made. The Glists have stopped. I think we should just call this a victory and move on.
Figgins: Fine. I’m still praying for you, Will.
Quinn: [Whispers] Thank you.

Rachel opened her locker but then Jesse stood beside it. Rachel: Hi. Are you still mad at me?
Jesse: You know, before I transferred here to make you my girlfriend I asked around about you, found out your rep, what kind of girl you were.
Rachel: What did they say?
Jesse: Most of them had no idea who you were. The ones that did said you were kind of sneaky hot but that that quality was canceled out by a compulsive need to be right and a strange affinity for sweaters with animals on them. The most interesting part was that even though no one particularly liked you they all said you were a person who could be trusted.
Rachel: I still am! I have this pathological need to be popular, okay? I- I just want people to think I’m cool so bad sometimes that it just clouds my judgment. As a fellow star in the making, I’m sure you can understand that.
Jesse: On that level, sure. As the guy who gave up everything to be your one and only I just can’t see past this. I should have been enough for you, Rachel.
Rachel: I knew you’d break my heart.
Jesse: Well, that’s the funny thing about reputations. Everyone thinks I’m the big heartbreaker but the fact of the matter is you broke mine first. Do me a favor. If we end up next to each other on the bar at Ballet Club this week just do your arabesques and piqués in silence. Don’t talk to me. (Walks away from her, completely hurting her) (But who cares.)

Time for one last performance from Rachel since eshe hurt Finn and Jesse but Puck didn’t care that much.

We’re living in a powder keg and giving off sparks (with New Directions: I really need you tonight) Forever's gonna start tonight (New Directions: Forever's gonna start tonight)

Everyone started to leave the room, with Finn going first and Rachel didn’t like it.
Rachel: Once upon a time I was falling in love
Rachel with Jesse: Now I’m only falling apart There’s nothing I can do
Rachel: A total eclipse of the heart
Jesse: Turn around bright eyes
Jesse was the last one to leave the room, leaving Rachel all alone.
