tell me more about KeithxMattxAcxa, it's the ultimate heir ship, Keith's got his signature mullet and then Acxa's got a side fringe and Matt ... Matt is... too beautiful for words

So basically I got this ship after finding this one fic on AO3 where it’s a side ship so that sparked me an idea.

Then I found this tumblr post that was like “Matt tells Acxa dumb jokes to make her laugh since she’s normally so serious.”

And that whole dynamic sparked an idea

Here are my bullet points:

- Both Keith and Acxa are edgelords in some way and Matt’s the nerd who decided to tag along with them

- Keith and Matt definitely knew each other due to Shiro while they were at the Galaxy Garrison

- It was obvious the writers were trying to hint that Keith and Acxa would’ve had SOMETHING going on but due to the shipping madness that was the peak voltron era they chickened out

- I could see Matt and Acxa having the Star-Lord and Gamora dynamic from the Guardians of The Galaxy movies

- I know the writers gave Matt a robot girlfriend who’s apart of the Rebels but that’s a ROBOT not even a cyborg or something sentient it’s PROGRAMMED but what’s better than a robot partner? Two hot badass alien partners!!!

Also, yes anon Matt is too beautiful for words, it’s a shame s8 gave him that awful haircut, I imagine Matt coming back to Earth with BOTW! Link’s haircut.

Out of all of Voltron the three of them have got the best hair out of the entire series in my opinion.

Matt would be the most laidback chill guy in existence x Keith and Acxa’s fierce overprotective edgy selves.

I’ll probably follow this up with an AU idea I just got at the moment!!!

Madylin sighed drumming her fingers on the stable counter. Staying with her Uncle at the Outskirt Stable had seemed like a good idea at first but unfortunately since the Calamity customer levels had grown smaller and smaller due to the infest of monsters on the road. 

Deciding to go out herself out of pure boredom she was so lost in thought she didn’t notice the approaching Boboklin sneaking up behind her until it was too late. Wincing she braced herself for the pain when a sudden yell and slash of a sword made her freeze.

Turning around she met the crystal blue eyes of her savior, still in partial shock of what had just happened @wildchildlonk

Voltron breath of the wild au

The divine beast are the lions; the black lion is a hidden final test back at the shrine of resurrection, after they get the others

The blue lion is van ruda

The red lion is vah rudania

The yellow lion is vah naboris

The green lion vah medoh

They find vah ruda first since the blue lion was found first

The champions of the lions are the past paladins

Zarkon is ganon, but still has some hold over the black lion; he makes a dark clone of shiro, named Kuron, to guard the lion, the final test before they can take the lion

Alfor is the king that gives them the first tutorial

Coran is impa and beedle

Lotor is sidon

Ulaz is kass; Pidge literally loves him so much for his accordion and will take very opportunity to talk to him

Keith will ride a bear and it catches on fire; everything catches fire around him

When the paladins are near their lions, the marks on the lions glow and the paladins get their marks of the chosen (based of a tumblr users au) temporarily when in or around their lion

When they go to the Zora domain and get the task of getting electric arrows, they use lance and Keith as a distraction for the lynel while the others get the arrows. Keith is riding the lynel somehow, while beating it in the back of the head while lance runs.

The zora domain is the home of galra and the merpeople. Blaytz is the past Paladin, and is related to lotor through marriage, his galra husband was lotor’s relative

Each Paladin receives a gift from the spirits of the past Paladins, called chosen gifts. They all have their own power

Keith gets Alfor’s protection

Hunk gets gyrgan’s fury

Pidge gets trigel’s gale

Lance gets blaytz’ grace

They can all go inside a lion to solve puzzles and unlock terminals, but only the lions chosen Paladin can fight the boss inside

The professors of the akkala lab are krolia and Texas, Keith’s parents

Haggar is the leader of the yiga clan, the rogue galrans

The spirits guarding the lions, the ganon blights, are represented as different parts of zarkon

When lance is about to fight the evil spirit of vah ruda, Zarkon corrupts lotor with the spirit and lance has to fight lotor

Like how lance has to fight a corrupted lotor, each Paladin fights a corrupted galra general that is possessed by zarkon blights

Ezor is in the green lion

Zethrid is in the yellow lion

Acxa is in the red lion

Lotor is in the blue lion

Narti helps them get inside the blue lion when lotor goes missing

They all go into gerudo town and they all love the gerudo outfits. Lance absolutely works it, and belly dances every chance he gets

Keith is the one who finds marmora’s mask (majora’s mask)

Krolia is the guardian of the red lion

Lotor is the guardian of the blue lion

Matt is the guardian of the green lion

Shay is the guardian of the yellow lion

Since the guardians of every beast give you a gift when you defeat it, every Paladin (except shiro) gets a special gift

Keith gets his mothers marmoran blade

Hunk gets a special modification for his Bayard, a beam that freezes his enemies in balmaran crystals

Lance gets his altean broadsword

Pidge gets a gauntlet for her bayard that makes her whip longer and stronger

Keith is an absolute dumbass(unit) when it comes to fighting monsters in the wild. He will charge in without even thinking, but somehow always wins no matter what he fights. Shiro is a tired older brother

Keith and lance’s flirting and fighting gets them into more trouble then they need. They’ve woken up hinox’s while Pidge is trying to sneak past it

When they do eventide island, they all have to work together to get to the shrine. Pidge cheats and drops weapons on the raft before reaching the island, because she gets uneasy when they get close to the island. Lance is the first one who finds the hinox, and tries to beat it with a tree branch. It flicks him away

Instead of a deku tree, it’s a quintessence tree. Instead of the master sword, their bayards are in the stone

The Arusians are the korok’s

They literally scare the shit out of Pidge when they first find them

Klaizap is the korok that will expand their inventory

When they go to the canteen in gerudo town, the only one allowed to drink is shiro. He laughs in their faces, gets the strongest drink, downs it, and passed the fuck out. They have to take him back to the inn until he wakes his dumbass up

Meanwhile, Keith tries the spa treatment. When it’s over, he’s more relaxed than he’s ever been

They find the quest to get Molduga guts, and shiro agrees to do it, looking like he’s about to cry. Lance is he one who figures out how to attract it, using bombs. Keith is the one who kills it because he’s a fucking maniac
