Susanna Hoffs - The Lost Record (Baroque Folk Records 2024) @susannahoffsofficial Recorded it 1999, THE LOST RECORD is one of those famous albums that never saw the light of day, with the exception of bootleg copies that have been passed around for years. FINALLY it has an official release. Susanna, after releasing IMO her amazing 1st solo album WHEN YOU’RE A BOY 1991 then recorded some amazing songs and album that the record company shelved for whatever reason. These songs here on THE LOST RECORD are a collection of beautifully sung, well written and crafted pieces of music that should have seen the light of day years ago. Some songs have been re-worked and put out on Bangles albums. Thankfully we have these versions now. I’ve always loved Susanna’s voice. Always loved the music she’s written.
