Bholaa Movie Review (2023) | Cast and Budget

The story of the movie revolves around Bholaa. Bholaa is serving a life sentence in a murder case, but seeing his conduct, he is released from jail early. A woman police officer SP Diana Joseph recovers a massive consignment of drugs, which has goods worth one thousand crores. One of the police officers would have met the drug smugglers. He is sending all the information to them. She takes help from Bholaa about the consignment of drugs. Then the leader of the drug traffickers attacks the police station along with his associates.

There is much action in the movie, and this action is without a pistol or gun so that Ajay Devgan can show his heroism. Ajay Devgan showed much action but could not create the tension the audience wanted in the movie. Since the drama has no tension, the audience wants the movie to end soon. An emotional angle of Bholaa and his daughter has also been inserted in the story, which makes one a bit emotional. Sanjay Mishra is in the role of a Havaldar, which is a small but powerful role.

Overall, 'Bhola' is a movie worth watching. If you enjoy action movies, this is nothing less than a treat.

Bard Of Blood Trailer: Emraan Hashmi As An Undercover Agent Comes With An Espionage Thriller

Throughout the career of Emraan Hashmi has been seen in roles such as gangster, con man and romantic heartthrob. However, these characters have not managed to justify his talent as an actor. Now, Emraan will be seen in Netflix series Bard of Blood which is made by Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Production. Trailer of the series has given us some glimpses of Emraan Hashmi’s character. Previously, Shahrukh has informed us about the show through his tweets and a promotional video.

Trailer is about 2 minutes and 30 seconds long. In the very beginning of trailer, we can see that some Indian spies have been caught in Balochistan, Pakistan. To find solution for this problem, a school teacher named Kabir Anand aka Emraan hashmi has been summoned. Kabir has been asked to rescue these spies. On the occasion, it has been informed to us also that Kabir has been dismissed from his work after a failed mission. Failure of the past still haunts Kabir. However, he decides to take charge of the rescue mission. In this mission, two agents have accompanied Kabir which is played by Sobhita Dhulipala aka Isha and Vineet Kumar aka Veer. Being a fighter, Kabir likes to give everything for a mission. Same time, he struggle to deal with his inner demons and complete the task.

In addition to Emraan Hashmi, Sobhita Dhulipala and Vineet Kumar, Kirti Kulhari, Rajit Kapoor and Jaideep Ahlawat will be seen in this series. Gaurav Verma and Bilal Siddiqi have worked on the story and it has been directed by Ribhu Dasgupta.

Regarding the series, director Ribhu Dasgupta has told us “This journey on Bard of Blood has been one which I will cherish all my life. It has changed me as a person and as a filmmaker for the best. Directing the series for Netflix, in association with Red Chillies Entertainment and Mr. Khan has been an extremely fulfilling experience. I am so glad I could be part of it and very excited about the trailer launch.”

Bard of Blood is based upon a book by Bilal Siddiqi that has been released in 2015. Seven episodes will be seen in this series and it is going to premiere on 27th September, 2019.
