An alt design (redesign?) for my demon slayer oc, koharu
Wanted to incorporate the little clouds inside the cape for more coherence with the other two Ebisu siblings, and figured that since they’re the main “researcher” of the family, and the one with the least physical strength to offer, their design should lean slightly more into academia with the cape and the hat! Was thinking of making it a tonbi (overcoat with shoulder-cape down to sleeve length and inner jacket) but I think the single long cape makes the design overall easier to read :)
#kimetsu no yaiba#kny oc#demon slayer oc#I am. in love with the outfits of the meiji to showa eras#i honestly can’t say much because I’m not Japanese and all I know is from rudimentary amounts of research on the internet but#I really enjoy the way capes and hats from western designs combined with more traditional looking clothes like kimono looks#I think koharu would wear the cap and cape in cities and surrounding areas where it’s more common to see a student around#whereas the haori is saved for mostly rural missions where looking like a student is impractical#the cape has the added benefit of making it very easy to hide their sword in broad daylight#they don’t put it through the belt because the way that the sword tilts forward is pretty obvious and could get them arrested#so the string on the belt loops lets it dangle more vertically to follow the legs more and be inconspicuous

this will sound really silly but uh...so my friend sent me a link to a uquiz 'which dungeon meshi character are you' and was so excited about their result and said it was so psychoanalyze-y accurate. I'm not into anime and have no idea what dungeon meshi is about other than eating monsters, but I humored them and took it. well I answered the quiz sincerely and got some guy named "kabru" and the description underneath was very accurate and I told my friend this. and they took it weirdly and acted stand-offish and would only say that they really don't like the character? now they're avoiding me. HELP IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY RESULT? I am paranoid now and tempted to watch the anime in case they think I kin someone problematic or something! (/gen)

#idk who the old was#but he is certainly the new#but i was very proud of him#because he saw this random dog wandering down the river#and he was the ONLY one who had noticed it#and it noticed him at the same time#and i calmly called him over and leashed him#then called over a distracted claudie and leashed him#as i realised this dog didnt have an owner with it#the other dogs all caught on one by one#but by this point my 2 unruly babies were on leash and the 4 big kids were under control and would not run up to a strange dog#but i was worried the dog was DA and would come running to attack#so i quietly called everyone close to remain as inconspicuous as possible#luckily he took one look at my ridiculous pack of six dogs#and quietly excused himself#sprig#harold#dogs#moby

binging the 90s spiderman cartoon is a lil grating cuz every episode is like. the cops arrive at a crime scene and My god! spiderman is at the scene of the crime! why would spiderman be there! unless……..HE DID THE CRIME! put out an apb for the nefarious spiderman IMMEDIATELY! and then 10 minutes later theyre like Turns out……..spiderman is innocent! the wall crawler is a hero after all! and then the same thing happens in the next episode. like are u guys stupid u cant keep doing this. this show was really not meant to be binged
