design notes: engineering not measuring, vs what are the exact dimensions of existing Quantum Technologies tanks the reasoning is that these are what we need they could be bigger maybe, if they made the ones we seen they may as well make them larger
there's costs involved because a company is going to tell you well this is custom stuff, but and this is important,
most engineering companies on top of their game will make you anything you need, it's only larger ones who are into consumer grade mass products who are going to say well what are we going to do with these next, where you still can convince them that they are more products for their products line up
in the end they might just like it, especially if you are increasing a given product line while stomaching development costs
we also want to look at those HFC's because the format that we had for flat atomic batteries isn't how HFC's present themselves, plus its tricky they need air supply, hydrogen gas returns, water vapor outlets, and yes cooling
compressed hydrogen storage is not going to require extreme cooling, it's liquid hydrogen that is a monster to transport, also in terms of energy expenditure, and the reason why compressed hydrogen is The workable solution for hydrogen powered vehicles
where we have cooling needs is at HFC's so it displaces cooling to the deck below where space is scarce, how do we solve that diffusion bonded cooling
we still have space on this deck in midsection, for a cooling module, ie fins, cooling coils, and a heat exchanger, try to stay clear of the water tanks on the sides
we are not going into the nitty gritty of how it's done, cooling fins on the sides, heat exchanger in the center, cooling fluid gets pumped on top of the heat exchanger and cools while going into its coils, we still need to pump that cooling gas, so we also have compressors in that format
nitty gritty meaning we are going to show the tubing all of it, concept engineering shows that it can be done, ie it is not meant to provide actual manufacturing blueprints, know it, and it makes easier if it's something you want to do
the cooling module is organized vertically and it makes good use of that space, we still have fridge/freezers, 2 units stacked, either or this is where anything cooling takes place in the RV, very likely it's tapped into for floor cooling, like we said floor heating/cooling, I have no idea how those floors are heated, or water, well it has it
if you figure out 90% of it no one is going to blame you for the 10% left, except if they render all of it unworkable, so make sure those 10% are not critical stuff
color coding is not a theory, we needed to differentiate between hydrogen and cooling gas, and we are done for this deck
for additional clarity, this is what takes place above, and what takes place below, cold gas pumped above, hot gas exchanged below
yes we are using our support beams which do not necessarily need be plain to function as ducts, and we find that this cooling system is in fact extensive partially cools both motors and hydraulic modules casings, why not, residual heat is still an issue when storing compressed hydrogen
because we have communicating ducts with the volumes of the enclosures we can actually store more hydrogen within the tanks, and that stands true until hydrogen becomes liquid, why we have liquid hydrogen, transporting more of in the same format
but we are not going there, rather we are into improving efficiency for what we have so far, which is a great deal how much compressed hydrogen can those tanks store
16 tanks, the smaller ones are 60%, possibly times 1 and a half capacity by cooling enclosures, or a 50% additional storage capacity
