Weddings in Malta- A Dream Destination for Your Special Day
Malta, a jewel in the heart of the Mediterranean, is a perfect blend of history, natural beauty, and modern amenities, making it a highly sought-after wedding destination. This small island nation boasts stunning landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and charming historic towns. With its Mediterranean climate, Malta offers sunny days and warm evenings for most of the year, creating an ideal setting for romantic outdoor ceremonies and receptions.
A Unique Mix of History and Modernity
Malta is known for its ancient architecture and breathtaking historical sites. Many couples choose Malta not only for its beautiful scenery but also for the chance to marry in a Malta Wedding Venues that’s rich with historical significance. The island’s iconic sites, such as the ancient city of Mdina, the Upper Barrakka Gardens in Valletta, and the majestic St. John’s Co-Cathedral, offer stunning backdrops and a unique atmosphere for weddings. Malta’s venues range from luxurious hotels to seaside cliffs, rustic farmhouses, and grand palaces, each exuding character and charm. Many of these locations combine Maltese architectural heritage with modern amenities to offer the best of both worlds.
Diverse Venues for Every Style
Malta’s variety of wedding venues ensures that every couple finds the perfect setting, whether they envision an intimate beachside ceremony, a lavish ballroom reception, or a rustic celebration surrounded by nature. For those dreaming of a seaside wedding, the Blue Lagoon in Comino or the beaches of Gozo provide idyllic spots for exchanging vows. Many couples are drawn to the countryside farmhouses and vineyards for a more relaxed and rustic celebration, while the island’s grand palazzos, such as the Palazzo Parisio, offer elegant and opulent settings for a traditional and refined wedding experience.
For an ultra-romantic and exclusive atmosphere, couples can even consider hosting their wedding on a yacht, allowing guests to enjoy Malta’s stunning coastline and sparkling waters. This diversity in venues means Malta can cater to various styles and preferences, from minimalist and modern to vintage and grand.
Ideal Climate and Scenic Beauty
One of Malta’s key attractions for wedding celebrations is its exceptional climate. With over 300 days of sunshine each year, couples can plan for an outdoor celebration with confidence, knowing that the chances of rain are low. Spring and autumn are particularly popular, offering milder weather and fewer crowds, while summer weddings promise long, sunny days. Malta’s natural landscapes – from rugged cliffs to azure blue waters and golden sands – serve as a perfect backdrop, enhancing the beauty of wedding photos.
World-Class Services and Professionalism
Malta has a well-developed wedding planning industry with a wealth of experienced planners, photographers, caterers, and florists who specialize in creating unforgettable events. Maltese wedding vendors are renowned for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. This means that couples can expect top-tier service throughout the planning and execution of their special day. Many wedding planners offer bespoke services, working closely with couples to bring their vision to life, whether that involves arranging traditional Maltese touches or creating a fully customized, contemporary celebration.
Cultural Charm and Festivities
Getting married in Malta also allows couples to infuse their celebration with Maltese cultural elements, adding depth and meaning to the day. Traditional Maltese music, local dishes, and folklore performances can give guests an authentic taste of Maltese culture. For example, local specialties like rabbit stew, fresh seafood, and fig-based desserts are perfect for a Maltese-inspired wedding feast. The island’s colorful festas (festivals), filled with fireworks, processions, and music, can serve as inspiration or even as an extended celebration for wedding guests.
In Summary
A Malta Wedding Venues combines a beautiful setting, rich history, and high-quality services to create an unforgettable experience. With its array of stunning venues, dependable weather, and welcoming culture, Malta is the ideal destination for couples seeking a romantic and unique wedding day. Whether couples dream of a beachside ceremony, a grand palace affair, or a rustic countryside celebration, Malta has it all, making it a perfect choice for a truly magical wedding experience.

Miss Universe National Costume 2024, Part 2!
Splitting this off into a new post so I'm not clogging up everyone's dash quite as much.
Miss Malta is some sort of environmental protection Sailor Scout. I think the giant bow would look better on the back of the skirt but otherwise this is solid.
It has just come to my attention that I skipped over Miss Albania and several other A/B countries, back at the beginning. I sincerely apologize! She went to all this trouble putting together a Fifth Element cruise ship passenger costume, and I nearly missed it.
Miss Armenia, in what even I have to admit would be a legit Princess Leia fit.
Miss Bahrain, adding some green to her Gold And Vaguely Historical look, along with what is either a comically large prop chalice or an upside-down lamp.
Miss Bangladesh appears to believe that adding two plush tigers from the toy store around the corner from the pageant venue will conceal the fact that she is just wearing a tiger-print evening dress. Miss Bangladesh is incorrect.
Miss Belgium. Girl. No.
Miss Belize let the seventh-grade art class do her whole costume, which was a bold choice.
Okay, I think that's everyone I missed! Back to alphabetical order. And I should have to rely less on shitty screenshots, now. Some countries were benefiting from the low resolution, tbh.
Kind of feel like Miss Maldives had a luggage mishap and she's just wearing the outfit she packed for a slightly dressy dinner.
Miss Martinique's costume would honestly have looked better in the shitty screencap version. The construction is... bad. It's bad.
Feel like we're in a little bit of slump here. Miss Mauritius did not stick enough butterfly appliqués to her gown to conceal that it is, in fact, just a regular evening gown.
Slump officially over! We are so back. Everyone say thank you, Miss Mexico.
I would like this better if it had just committed to the giant skirt and not felt the need to make it a Sexy Miniskirt look. Sorry, Miss Moldova.
Miss Mongolia wanted to stand out from all the other gold armor on stage, so she decided to a) wear cooler armor and b) bring a bow and arrow instead of a sword. Great work, Miss Mongolia.
Starting to feel like I'm picking on the smaller countries that probably don't have a huge pageant culture or the budget for really elaborate costumes, but on the other hand Miss Montenegro's costume is super low-effort AND the fabrics look cheap, so what am I supposed to do?
Okay, this looks like a pretty standard Miss Universe Sexy Bird, yes? Well, THIS is how Miss Myanmar entered the stage:
She had to fight her way out of that thing! God only knows what the visibility was like in there.
I think the hat is doing most of the heavy lifting to keep Miss Namibia's costume from being Just An Evening Dress, sadly.
Oh, yikes. It's more obvious in motion but Miss Nepal's bodice looks like it's made of craft foam and it fits real weird. The rest of it looks a little like she got together with Miss Cyprus and a pile of tablecloths for a sewing bee last night, I'm sorry to say.
Miss Netherlands has chosen a Tribute to Delft. I think if I were in charge of this costume I would do a much fuller skirt that falls from the waist, instead of the weird trumpet-skirt-with-hoop we've got here. And, obviously, I would make the windmill on the bodice actually spin.
It looks like she's having some issues keeping the wings and peplum in place, but I really like Miss New Zealand's costume from a design perspective. It at least slightly resembles the bird it's supposed to be (New Zealand fantail) and I think the feather pattern is meant to be in a Maori art style.
Miss Nicaragua is a Sexy Cathedral, which I think might be a Miss Universe first and is definitely a big old step closer to drag.
Okay, pausing here to get the next batch ready.

Welcome Sailor Scouts, to Crystal Tokyo
AN: SINCE TUMBLR HAS DECIDED THAT I CAN NO LONGER BACK-POST ANYTHING, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE THIS PROJECT HERE. INSTEAD, PLEASE REFER TO MY BLOGGER AS THAT SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY PLACE I CAN KEEP MY PAST LOGS DONE TO COMPLETION. I'M REALLY BUMMED ABOUT THIS FYI.
Here, I will try to preserve my Sailor Moon Blog for your enjoyment.
In this little corner of the web, I will be archiving some of the Sailor Moon fandom from days gone by (1997-early 00s). Here you will find hilarious old rumors and my own personal fan-fiction that I penned years ago, as well as other's fanfics as well.
I hope you enjoy what this space has to offer and please check dates for when things were posted. Some of the rumors were products of their time, and since we are no longer in the 00's I ask you to bear that in mind before making any comments.
Be sure to check back often as I am trying to archive as fast as possible and if you are following a certain story, you'll see the updates sooner.
Cheers,
Malta Aino

The Goetic Spirits
The 72 Spirits of the Goetia, with their titles, seals, and legions, taken from the Lesser Key of Solomon, who bound and rules these Spirits.
These Spirits can be seen as 'stepped down' versions of the 7 Planetary Gods (see "777" for how the correspondences branch out from here).
The Gods they descend from are given on either side of their title. The symbols are the planet associated with a given number e.g. Mars (♂︎) for 5, Venus (♀︎) for 7 etc.
Numbers larger than 9 are reduced (compressed) by adding their digits together. So for Earl Ipos, the 22nd Spirit: 22 -> 2 + 2 = 4 = ♃ = Jupiter.
The symbol on the left of the title is the God derived from the Spirit's number.
The symbol on the right is derived from converting each letter in the name to a number: Ipos -> 8 + 15 + 14 + 18 = 55 -> 5 + 5 = 10 -> 1 + 0 = 1 = ☿ = Mercury.
The real gender of some Spirits is also here revealed e.g. Duchess Astaroth, Queen Paimon, the Marquise Phoenix, Countess Maltas etc.

London Afrobeat Collective - Esengo
Taking inspiration from afrobeat father Fela Kuti as well as artists including Ebo Taylor, Parliament, Funkadelic and Havana d’Primera, London Afrobeat Collective’s music and multi-lingual performances in English, Spanish, Lingala, and French have won them admirers across the UK and Europe. On the 14th February, they are set to release their new album ‘Esengo’ via Canopy Records. This eight-strong multi-cultural collective from England, Italy, France, Congo, Argentina, and New Zealand, combine traditional afrobeat and hi life with funk, jazz, Latin, and dub to deliver party music born of their truly global DNA. With recent knock out performances stretching from opening the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival (Scotland) to Bardentreffen (Germany), Tempo Latino (France), Couleur Café (Brussels), Cully Jazz (Switzerland), Earth Garden (Malta), Kala (Albania), Jazz in the Park (Romania) and many more venues across Europe, the band have also been busy in the studio, working on their fourth studio album. The resulting ‘Esengo’, produced by Sonny Johns (Tony Allen and Hugh Masekela, Oumou Sangare, Ali Farke Toure, Polar Bear), showcases London Afrobeat Collective’s love and respect for the traditions of afrobeat. With acclaimed Congolese singer Juanita Euka on vocals once more, ‘Esengo’ channels the spirit of Fela Kuti but with a willingness to create original music that crosses genres. The players: Juanita Euka (vocals), Alex Farrell (rhythm guitar), Alex Szyjanowicz (lead guitar), John Mathews (bass), Luigi Casanova (bass), Giuliano Osella (drums), Richie Sweet (percussion), Klibens Michelet (Baritone Saxophone) and Andy Watts (Trumpet).

Hello there followed just today .
Won’t call myself a professional astrologer but just a student been studying it thoroughly with the lovely resources and workshops around to learn about this varied field . I like to refer myself as a channel or I’ve got some decent clairaudient skills . So I heard some things I’d like to mention to you which is written down below right next to the mood board
I am a female I’m into males :)
My information is
leo ascendant 11 degrees 38’34
* juno in aquarius in 7th house 28 degrees 2’48
* groom in aquarius in 7th house 17 degrees (Conjunct sun ,mercury and uranus )
* darakarka : moon in uttarashadha pada 3 at 4 degrees 31
favourite song : hard question recently I’ve been hooked to Venus by sleeping at last and the good old untill I found you .
btbt by hanbin is beautiful too
I’m listening to these beautiful lines which seem to be hooked in my head while writing this
“Georgia wrap me up in your arms “
Favourite movie : don’t seem to have one really or it’s the 7th house stellium in me speaking I have been embracing the slow life lately . But Interstellar speaks to me in ways I couldn’t have perceived .
Favourite placements : i am not sure how to put it but i suppose Rohini nakshatra and anything anyone sun ruled or positively aspected speaks to me . a well aspected mercury speaks to me again (quite literally tbh ) a voice with material depth of thought of material is a person after my own heart .
Depth . Warmth . Voice .
I’m glad to make a mood board for you and your future spouse .
first of all I channelled a lot of Greek related stories for ideas for the matter in your case I immediately thought of Icarus as a tattoo in my mind s eye . Icarus ,a force , while the world laments his death he being the one who chased after his dreams so hard despite his death know the satisfaction the ultimate satisfaction of having something you so deeply desire .
Sure he fell I suppose all things do eventually but in one glorious moment when he saw the distant coasts of Aegean all around . As he floated in staunch defiance of the heaven s fire . He knew no one had flown higher .
The thought moves me . And so does your person I feel . Heavy plutonic /fire placements is what I feel . Heavily heavily guided through His emotions . A force to be reckoned with .
“Come back to Atlantis “ Is what I heard . Athens . Malta … considering what historians mention modern day Atlantis is .seems significant to me.
I’d suggest you to watch the apartment (1996) starring monica belluci , you have messages there .
i also heard the iconic song by Kesha or the recent version she performed in a concert .
“Wake up in the morning feelin like fuck P Diddy”
Which was random but Kinda hilarious ngl
Last but not the least I hope I followed all your rules apologies if I slacked somewhere . Thanks for all the effort you’d be putting in my mood board and the others things I appreciate it .
Sending positive energy towards you .
Thank you
A.K
This is so beautiful I literally love it a lot!!! So detailed and beautiful! And I literally love Hanbin!! It resonates so much (I’ve got a reading before and they mentioned my first impression my fs is that he is going to come off as fiery, and very magnetic! Ur spot on!) OMG LOL THE KESHA SONG HAHAH. And I will surely watch the movie I think I heard of it but I’ll surely watch it soon. I’ll let you know once watch.
Here’s you board and thanks for you patience 🤍
Your future spouse is so lovely, and just so unique he has so much talent and skill. He could be a little shy, and some times quiet but overall he has a lot of harmonious and sweet and soft energy. I’ve noticed Since Juno and Groom is in ur 7th house this can indicate your future spouse being younger than you or you twos age gap will be quite small. So maybe born the same year a couple months apart or even a year a part. Your future spouse has a lot of airy and fluffy energy he can be awkward and has such quiet features he can have some feminine physical characteristics but he has a great balance or feminine and masculine energy. He can have curly hair or wavy and thick hair, plump lips, kind or prominent eyes. Could have a small nose or a bump on his nose. And he has such a soft and delicate sweet voice. He can be very shy when it comes to interacting with you, there will be times he may want to hug or touch you but he may be a bit hesitant lol. I get he can have adhd or he can be very fidgety, that’s very common within Mercury, Uranus, and Moon energy (I can speak from experience since I’m mercurial rising and Aquarius stellium) He is such a Prince Charming and his eyes do not lie he looks at you with so much love. And he will never ever would want to hurt you. He is very patient with you, could be sensitive so he could cry easily or just think a lot in his head. He has such a gentle soul many people find him so charming and sweet! Likes to hold your hand and you two will love to be in nature alone having fun. You two really bring the inner child. He could have slim and tall build and a smaller waist. Has nice muscles but not that large.
I feel like ur older then him.
Songs- Understand by Keshi, Blue- Billie Eilish, Only by Leehi, Love Scenario by Ikon
Hope you enjoyed I really love ur feature spouse he is so sweet a lot of airy gentle energy.
( Shh 🤫 Don’t tell the others but the moodboard I made for you/ reading is the best one I love the most.)
Feedback is required thank you!!!

A GREY BORING JUMPER AND AN OVER COMPLICATED TOP exhibition, by myself and Steffi Klenz has now travelled to the 2023 Tokyo Biennale in the form of the Japanese, Oshibori .
In this new iteration, our exchange during Covid, output including just the punctuation has been embroidered onto the white canvas of the Oshibori and served in Tokyo restaurants. Customers visiting the venues will enjoy chance encounters with this small artwork. Since the Oshibori are reusable items people encounter this work repeatedly throughout the exhibition period. A group exhibition concludes this experiment, bringing together all 15 participants and their Oshibori artworks.
Artists include: Michael Amter (USA | Belle Meade, New Jersey), Hsiaochi Chang (Taiwan | Taipei), Muziwandile Gigaba (South Africa | Durban), Henry Grahn Hermunen (Finland | Helsinki) and Rikard Larsson (Sweden | Stockholm), Laura Ige (Argentina), Violeta Ivanova (Bulgaria | Austria), Dorina Juhász (Hungary | Szentlőrinc), Celina Jure (Argentina), Antonius Kho (Indonesia), Steffi Klenz (Germany | London, UK) and Clare Strand (UK | Brighton), MAR and R3NDER (Argentina), Odekrom (Clare Ghigo and Joseph Calleja) (Malta), Violetta De Saga (Ukraine/Germany | Berlin), Shirley Soh (Singapore), Timo Wright (Finland | Helsinki)

Birmingham 1998 - The stage and set design
Wow. Just wow. The Point Theatre was dark, enclosed and resembled the late lamented Industrial Zone on the Crystal Maze. In contrast, the BBC have gone to town with the light bulbs.
In layout, the stage most resembles that used in Millstreet in 1993 or Wembley in 1977. Big, open and surprisingly huge with the orchestra tucked slightly behind and to the side in a highly bespoke orchestra pit. Yes, there is still an orchestra.
There are so many cameras. Audience cameras, crane cameras, standard fixed cameras, shoulder-mounted mobile cameras that the director can send into the orchestra pit to film the percussionist wrestle with his huge cymbals while the drummer smirks.
There's some latitude with what the delegations can do on stage. Malta have brought massive wrought-iron candlesticks with actual candles for instance.
There's dry ice available. I haven't checked in detail, but I think this may be a first for any Eurovision. Several of the acts make use of it to create a light and mystical fog around their ankles.
The postcards are fantastic, combining the best of contemporary UK pop (finally Britpop on Eurovision!) along with the standard tourism scenes. There's a delightful guessing game how the national flags will be revealed as part of the scene, sometimes in surprising ways. They're some of the most fun postcards that have been created since they started in 1970.
Then there's this. The most shocking sight of the evening. Product placement on the BBC, even if the scoreboard can do maps and animated little stars with each of the countries' points, this was a flabbergasting sight in the UK. The scoreboard is situated up high, on the gantry that Guido Horn scaled successfully during his performance.
Behind the stage, there's a custom built green room to allow the artists to relax and watch the contest on big screens, with a huge central bar.
One less obvious innovation was that the BBC consulted with fan groups and gave them tickets to the front rows to ensure that the cameras could see the fans get excited and wave flags. The National Indoor Arena is one of the biggest venues for Eurovision yet. There's an electric atmosphere only heightened by the edgy humour, the risk of televoting catastrophe, and the tense finish to the voting with the home singer involved until the final votes.
It's a high wire act that comes off - even if the winner was somewhat late for her trophy.
The designer was Andrew Howe-Davies. It's as if he and the BBC have gone back to look at the last five years worth of Eurovision and nicked all the bits that worked.
Then added dry ice.
