       Having used the media in the past for his own gain and seeing how effective it was, it was a bitter pill he was being forced to swallow now that the same media was running the story about his extra-marital activities. Sure, he was a politician, and it was almost expected for affairs to happen but affairs with another man and his party was not something that mixed with the regular conservative voting crowd. Thankfully, it was just the one that was discovered and not the one that would do the most damage.

Not even an hour into the scandal news breaking did his team have everyone they thought would be able to help in a room and co-ordinating some kind of plan. The last thing he wanted to do was sit in there and listen to all the bullshit and have barely and power of the situation, but he knew he had to. The room was already bustling when he walked in, his eyes observing the other people in attendance with an air of superiority. For a second, they lingered on Roman, almost surprised to see him there with a mix of intrigue that wondered how it was going to go when he took a seat next to him. “So, all this for me? Quite the circus.”
