Buy & sell used engine for sale
Purchasing a new engine can be expensive. Buying a used engine is the best option & will offer same performance as the new one. It makes good sense for your wallet as well as environment. It eliminates car parts & its hazardous fluids to land in landfills which is toxic to the environment. Utilizing a used engine instead of buying the new one saves energy and resources used during the manufacturing process. Also, your green decision to purchase a used engine for sale in usa will extend the life of your current vehicle.

Renault Dauphine US, 1958. The North American version of Renault’s rear-engined family car was initially a sales success, even outselling VW’s Beetle in 11 states. However the Dauphine quickly developed a reputation for rusting and eccentric road manners and sales plummeted to the point where two ships loaded with Renaults were turned around in the mid-Atlantic because the docks in New York were already overcrowded with unsold cars. The dealership photo is Southland Motor Imports, Anaheim, California.

Also I am VINDICATED that literally all bosses and p.e.s at my new job has said to me "wow you're good at this. This is the fastest anyone has picked this up. You'll advance fast if you actually stay here" Because I can spot design flaws that take like idk engineering sense? I just know what kinds of things are important in design.
So vindicated that I'm a good engineer. Vindicated that I held that company together. They can keep it going (because I set them up to be able to do that) but there is nothing to hold them together. I told the principals that what they'll lose with me is someone to make sure all the parts of the business work together and someone who can make holistic solutions, and that's what they're seeing.
The implication was always that I wasnt a talented engineer. That's what they thought from literally week two (which I know from sources). I wonder what about me made them think in two weeks I was bad at engineering 🤔 I wonder what about me made them think that when I was still learning things like who our customers were and being introduced to people 🤔 literally before I ever took on an engineering project 🤔 not sure! A mystery!
As I was saying in the 'think of things no one has thought of' business class: I have come up with industry standard systems. Is it small? Yes. But it was 100% my design with no co-designers.
#totes bro#is this me not being humble? maybe#but I legitimately think im good at engineering. like i really think im not bad at it#now that everyone around me keeps telling me im good at engineering at the new job (lol)#working in an over 50% female (over 50% nonwhite too) office is great because people dont automatically assume im an idiot#the misogyny in engineering is unbearable#apparently all of the contractors my coworkers work with commit misogyny crimes regularly so its not my imagination#also our whole kind of thing is men make us do their work for them for free because we check for the publics interest#and they dont even try to work inline with what is best. they just try to get away with shit.#EXCEPT for the female PEs! they try to do a good job! so we dont have to pick up their slack#anyway women are simply better engineers. having everyone assume youre bad at engineering makes you better imo#will anyone ever tell you youre better? no.#OH. ALSO. at my last job if the fraud engineer sales guy presented my solutions and products as his own he would get praise from customers#so i eventually stopped saying things were my designs because at least i could get credit that they were good when he presented them#this isnt engineering ethics this is me bitching about misogyny#also with the last post all fields are subject to the military industrial complex. let mech e (and aerospace but you should have known) is#a specific hell because its such a conservative engineering still

i may not be able to open posts from my notes or messages or get more context on posts via looking at the notes, but at least i can make fucked up coffee properly now
#toy txt post#while i was away i began my journey into coffee snobbery. im doing my best. i have a lot to learn#i have a fancy hand grinder that all the ppl on reddit hemmedvand hawed andaid it would probably be somewhat#Acceptable for pour over coffee that I got for less than $100. i want you to understand the coffee grinder ppl are insane.#there are grinders for sale that cost like more than my car did brand new. these ppl are insane? i got a chemex pour over#and a glass stovetop gooseneck kettle cos i couldnt find an electric kettle that didnt have the metal touching the water. prolly cos it#would make them less energy efficient and defeat the purpose but i dont fuck w metal water vessels cos historically They Keep Betraying Me#by making my drinks taste like ass. i got some genetic fuckery going on ig. like the cilantro soap gene but its the metal makes water taste#like ass gene? idk. but i wanted a kettle that didnt have metal and i wanted that gooseneck pour so i found one on Amazon. surprisingly#hard to find? annoying. mostly bc every search engine is bad and kept showing me metal kettles anyway. i got a grinder i got a pour over i#got a kettle i got fancy beans from a local small business i started drinking it black. im going to unlock these flavors. i will get it#but also. im still a goblin. i put garlic powder in with the grounds and made garlic coffee. its interesting. it tastes like garlic. and#coffee. but actually the garlic is mostly an aftertaste?#so it feels very similar to drinking a cup of black coffee to accompany your garlic bread actually. the first time i made it i think it#underextracted the coffee tho. second time i extracted the coffee enough but i didnt like it as much? both times. fascinatingly#i did not get strong aromas! which was weird: i find both garlic and coffee have pretty strong scents already#i wouldve thought combining them would make it stronger? it was a little stronger while brewing the second time but smelled good to me#i find the flavor of it compelling enough that id like to try to refine it a bit more and see if i can make it good#ive come a long way since my first garlic coffee haha#(adding garlic salt to black coffee out of a keurig. dont reccomend this: garlic salt has too much salt and it overpowers everything.#could not get a garlic flavor without overpowering salt flavors. so it mostly tasted like seawater with a hint of coffee. garlic powder is#the way to go. anyway next i want to try it with a lighter roast. i was using medium roast#of a local brand that i would name for exposure but wont name lest it doxxes me haha#also want to try egg coffee sometimes? the vietnamese one. looks..intriguing. robusta beans scare me a little tho#anyway. if youre interested in interesting flavors i recc garlic coffee. it was intriguing. if i find a methodology i think tastes best#ill update yall#im also interested in other things. i want to experiment with spicy coffee. chili powder or cayenne#make the paprika dracula coffee haha#im also admittedly intrigued by butter coffee? as a flavor profile tho not for fad diet reasons.

it's worth noting that while abe is touched about me getting his original jacket redone, and he knows it's my way of expressing things i struggle with verbally, it's also a bit awkward because of the fact that he doesn't wear it any more and had no intentions of wearing it again.
it wasn't just because. y'know it was fucking. almost 200 years old and waterlogged and covered in blood and gunk, either. it has to do with identity and losing it and him reclaiming a new one that's not quite who he was when he was alive, but sure isn't what he became while undead.
in a roundabout way, the jacket itself kinda becomes symbolic of that. it's not the same jacket, but pieces of the old one are holding the new one together.
but also:
he then adds that if i really wanted to do something like that that would get more use than hanging in the closet, he does have one idea.
we go back to the shop and he gets a custom pair of boots for riding his bike.
#txt.txt#ship: trouble my heart#him just like give me the sluttiest 18th century knee high boots you have#i've always hc'd he couldn't actually use his original boots for the bike. fine for horses not fine for the heat of an engine and also not#steel lined for protection of wiping out the bike.#the shop is very confused about this but hey a sale's a sale yk#anyway something something i saw your chanel boots mr van brunt-

You can still save yourself time by using initialism and making it so your post/tags are legible to those who don't know said initialism, too.
Include the full name early on (bonus points if you put the initialism in brackets after) and after that you can go back to shorthand as the info one needs to read it is right there. Even if someone still doesn't get it because, frankly, this is the piss on the poor website and some will always miss that, it still means someone doesn't need to go to another site (possibly several) to find out what initialism or an acronym stands for.
For tags, throw the full name in there in a solo tag. That way people will know what you're talking about and people new to the concept or fandom will have a greater chance of finding your post.
If you're with people who are familiar with an acronym or initialism, you can forgo this but if you're posting outside these spaces, know you're alienating others and possibly leading to confusion as different things can have the same initials.
A game I used to play had so many things that were shortened to "DS" by players and the time it cost to clarify which one was greater than writing out the full word to begin with.
People are not mind-readers so while you may know what you mean, others do not.
Can we start writing out the full titles of things again pls like some of the shows y'all talk about sound so interesting fr but then you start abbreviating and shit like "man I love hgtysbks" and "you gotta go watch abcdefgh" like girl. First of all gesundheit second of all What am I supposed to do with that What does that mean!!!!
#i can't tell you how many times i've skipped over shows/movies i may have liked because no one mentioned the title#it's not even fandom-specific as most recently my eyes glossed over at someone talking about voting systems#as they were only using initials and never once typed out the full name of them#how many jokes have there been about how 'pos' can mean 'point of sale' OR 'piece of shit'?#or that people who shorten 'positive' to 'pos' are further adding to that confusion#'mlm' can mean multi-level marketing OR men loving men/men who love men#and those examples are ones where it's more obvious it likely stands for something#with how long titles are getting akasjhuiwihe can either be a title or someone's cat on the keyboard#bottom line is someone should not have to cross-reference your post/tags to try to figure out what you mean#video games should not require a wiki to figure out basic things like controls#and posts should not require a search engine to find out what someone is talking about because they refuse to type the title
