Three songs for Far Cry The Silver Chronicles, A Radioactive Calamity of Love, Bombs & Gore and Life, Despair & Monsters. Also the last song is a song from Season 1 of Hazbin Hotel, which I'm aware isn't fully out yet, so maybe SPOILERS! Avoid the last song if you care enough. Music below:

Nadi Sinclair, a sharpshooter amongst Task Force 141, is forced to go on the run with Soap and Price in the Call To Arms duology after killing Shepard and try their darnedest to put an end to Makarov once and for all (therefore running with the metaphorical wolves after the ultranationalist leader). Though alternatively, this could be after Call To Arms, where she joins up with the Project at Eden's Gate under Alexander Khaos and Jacob Seed's tutelage, where, she literally and figuratively runs with the wolves, away from society's expectations, technology and whatnot. Song below:

"cardigan" is a specific song that makes me think of Ortega "Ore" Brantley's final moments in The House Always On Top, as he stands in a dam that has an active nuclear warhead nearby, injured beyond belief, with one of his father's most dangerous spellcasters, Aggravor, keeping him in one place with nothing more than one hand touching his back, a fatal touch that would soon kill him whenever Aggravor chooses. And Ore reflects with what little time he has left on his loved ones, his companions, friends, family, mother, sister, the innocents killed by Urias under his watch, even the recent loss of Ryder, the Courier's presence being the cause of why he came to Hoover Dam in the first place if only because he saw a slim chance she survived and had to jump to it before it was too late. He thinks over his regret of not killing his father sooner, of being too late to save others, but also his accomplishments, over the fact his sister, and both of their students, had survived, and Ress had evolved far from the arrogant and immaturely entitled girl she started off as. And with that, when Ress finally enters the room, he makes sure to look upon her with pride, and knowing she won't be needing him anymore, verbally passes the torch to her. He has full confidence that she will end their father's blight even when Aggravor ends his life. This song can also be towards Ress as she loses her big brother, the one constant support in her life, the one person never willing to give up on her no matter how much of an ass she made of herself, the one person she thought she would walk the Earth with forever and ever due to their ageless immortality, so she would never be alone. Her big brother who took the roles of teacher, friend and father all in one, always there to guide and support her want for freedom (unlike Urias, who would have used her as a pawn), always there to say "I'll take it from here" whenever she messed up, whenever she needed help fighting. Which must be why Ore's last words, though reassuring, had hurt so much as well. Song below:

In The Thorned Crown of Iron Thrones, much like canon, Aegon II Targaryen isn't a good brother, nor is he a first son to be proud of (as evident by his father's absolute indifference with him and his mother's disappointment), even less a candidate to be a king of all things (sometimes he was thankful it was his half-sister who would sit the Iron Throne, though he knew that meant him and his younger siblings would be put to the sword, which was the only downside). He knew this to be true, everyone knew, even his own grandsire recognized more potential in Aemond even after his younger brother lost his eye. After the funeral of their older cousin Laena, after Aemond lost an eye to their half-sister's children for claiming a dragon which their deceased cousin had ridden on, after the arguments and screaming between everyone on both sides, for justice, for blood, for punishment, for some shred of care from the man who conceived them. And especially after hearing Corvus, the only older sibling that treated Aegon, his brothers, his sister, and his mother with more decency and kindness than their apathetic father and scornful half-sister (despite Corvus conviction to continue helping his adopted sister keep her claim), break down when father revealed the most damning and life-shattering secret about his "adopted" son (thanks Dad), Aegon couldn't handle it. Couldn't handle the shame, disappointment and hopelessness of the situation, so that night, he ran off. He ended up running off into Driftmark's woods, hoping that, maybe if he disappeared, everything would get better, that his half-sister that his father doted on more than Aegon and his siblings, or his younger brother who would do mother and his grandsire proud, or even their recently discovered half-brother, as merciful and decisive as he is (though Aegon highly doubted either father nor grandsire would allow it to happen), would sit the dreadful throne, be the ruler people wanted. Hell, he would even have Cecil to sit the throne, if it meant the self-proclaimed Royce woman would send her father, his terrifying uncle, to the Wall and marry off his siblings to noble houses willing to care for them. Not him. He wished to be forgotten, to curl up and shrink and shrink until he couldn't be seen anymore. He had not intended of coming across an ex-assassin woman who called herself Okkotsu, who had tried to murder his father back in the day and had a special connection with the recently deceased Laena. Nor had he foreseen them connecting with their troubles, through such unorthodox means. Okkotsu may not know what Aegon is exactly going through, but she knows enough to help lift his spirits up... through the power of accepting yourself as a sopping wet sad little meow-meow blorbo? Song below:

Celebrating Saint Valentine in style

It was a real privilege to attend the first edition of The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses, organized by famous Opera singer and friend Delia Grace Noble, under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, in the splendid Salle Empire of the Hotel de Paris, on the occasion of Saint Valentine’s on Thursday, February 14, 2019.

This romantic alluring Ball enthroned the recently reopening of the landmark hotel in the heart of Monte-Carlo, and it was the perfect occasion to celebrate love in style!

The dress code called for the most luxurious attire, with ladies looking fabulous in their floor-length evening ball gowns and wearing a tiara, with the handsome men wearing ceremonial suits, and they were treated like royalty during this memorable romantic evening.

The stairs of the legendary Hotel de Paris were covered with a red carpet and flanked with men in period costumes with flags raised to herald the arrival of the elegant guests, while the fanfare of trumpets resounded in the Casino Square, for a royal welcome!

Everybody met in the lobby of the Hotel de Paris, before being invited to enter the splendid Salle Empire, where they were in awe admiring the tables beautifully decorated in golden tones, and adorned with cascades of roses and candles.

The Robe that H.S.H. Princess Grace of Monaco wore to the Centennial Ball in 1966 in the Casino of Monaco was on exhibit at the Salle Empire, for everybody to admire. The Princess was wearing the coronation crown of Empress Josephine of France.

A fairy tale story of pure artistry

The highly creative Delia Grace Noble has organized other successful Balls but I believe this one was her crowning accomplishment!

Host Rupert Wynne-James, a well-known former British tennis pro turned movie actor, took the guests on an imaginary voyage by recounting a fairy tale of Prince Charming and his Princess when they met for the first time at the Ball, while presenting the different artists that succeeded one after another like in a never ending fantastic dream. Delia created a magnificent show of pure artistry with a star-studded cast, with live music by the soloists of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Monte-Carlo, and the performance of high-level Opera singers, such as Romanian Tenor Alin Stoica, French Mezzo-Soprano Beatrice Uria Monzon, Cristina Pasaroiu from Bucharest who has been celebrated at many of the most prestigious opera houses and concert halls around the world.

Mariinsky Ballet dancer Alexei Tyutyunnik and Irina Lerman were wonderful in their pas de deux, and Anca Elena Andronache from National Opera in Romania, was an enchanting Sleeping Beauty, and the TK TS Starlet Brno ballroom dancing group from Czech Republic, were exquisite on the dance floor in their flowing gowns and ceremonial suits.

A banquet fit for a Prince

The elegant women and handsome men enjoyed an exceptional gourmet banquet specially signed by Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse.

The menu included golden sautéed scallops with fresh asparagus from Provence, followed by an exquisite Champagne risotto with gold leaves, and Rossini Beef tenderloin and pure with black truffles, ending up with a dessert of coconut and passion fruit adorned with a tiara.

The excellent wines were from the cellars of Borgo La Caccia in the Lake Garda region of Italy.

The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses becomes the third in a series of successful spectacular high-flying social gatherings created by Delia Grace Noble – The Grand Masked Ball of Venice in Monte-Carlo in 2017 followed by its second edition in 2018, and the Venice Masked Ball at the historic Cipriani Hotel that opened the 75th Film Festival in Venice in August 2018.

These magnificent events are part of a social and cultural exchange between Monaco and Venice, and counts with the continuous support of the Mayor Georges Marsan, and the Tourism Office of the Principality. 17 haunted Los Angeles landmarks and their stories

For such a young city, Los Angeles does quite a swift business in hauntings. It's not just our creaky old West Adams mansions that have ghosts either—pretty much every tourist spot is also said to host a spirit or two or 17. For Halloween, we've collected 17 such landmarks and their accompanying ghost stories. Enjoy/beware!

1. The Silent Movie Theatre

Now home to Cinefamily, the Silent Movie Theatre is said to be haunted by the ghosts of its first two owners. John Hampton opened the theater in 1942 and dedicated his life to preserving silent films … using toxic chemicals that eventually gave him cancer. Lawrence Austin reopened the theater after Hampton's death in the early nineties; in 1997, he was fatally shot in the lobby in a plot concocted by his lover/projectionist. Hampton is said to haunt the upstairs lounge while Austin covers the lobby.

2. Pantages Theatre

The theater has at least two ghosts: a singing woman who's said to have died in the mezzanine in 1932 and the one and only Howard Hughes. Hughes's RKO Pictures bought the Pantages in 1949 and he had offices on the second floor--employees over the years say they've seen his apparition there.

3. Knickerbocker Hotel

The Knickerbocker, now a senior living facility, might be one of the most haunted places in Los Angeles. It was originally built as an apartment building in 1925, then became a fancy hotel--Rudolph Valentino is now said to haunt the bar; Marilyn Monroe supposedly hangs out in the ladies' room; and there are lots of assorted other sightings. (And there's plenty of other fodder--director DW Griffith died in the lobby and actress Frances Farmer was arrested in the hotel on her way to insanity.) But it's perhaps most notable for its non-haunting: after Harry Houdini's death on Halloween 1926, his widow Bess attempted to contact him every year for ten years with a seance on the roof of the Knickerbocker. No dice.

4. Pico House

Workers have reported all kinds of mysterious footsteps and shadows at the old hotel, which opened in 1870, but it's not clear who's haunting this place--could be Don Pio Pico, a Mexican governor who built the hotel, or it could be some of the many Chinese men massacred in the area in 1871.

5. Hollywood Sign

Peg Entwistle is probably the most famous failed actress in Los Angeles history--depressed by her lack of success, she jumped from the Hollywood Sign's "H" to her death in September 1932. People have reported seeing a woman near the sign matching Entwistle's description and dressed in period clothes; some people say they've seen a female figure actually making the jump.

6. Queen Mary

Ghosts have been spotted in the Queen Mary's engine room ("Door 13" has crushed a couple of people to death), in the first class swimming pool (unused for decades, women have been spotted in 1930s bathing suits wandering the decks; people have also seen a young girl with a teddy bear), the second class swimming pool (another little girl who's said to have drowned), the Queen's Salon (a young woman in evening dress), and several of the first-class state rooms (a 1930s man, as well as lights, water running, phones ringing), and the third-class children's playroom (a baby crying).

7. Griffith Park

Griffith Park is all kinds of haunted, dating back supposedly to the nineteenth century, when owner Don Antonio Feliz left the land to one Don Antonio Coronel instead of to his niece, Dona Petronilla Feliz. In fact, it's said that industrialist and eventual owner Griffith J. Griffith donated the property to the city to rid himself of the tainted land (the ostriches on his ostrich farm there apparently stampeded at night). The land is supposedly haunted by Don Antonio Feliz, Dona Petronilla, Griffith J. Griffith, a young girl, and several others, as well as some kind of humanoid beast.

8. Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel

The Roosevelt competes with the Knickerbocker for most celebrity hauntings--Marilyn Monroe supposedly appears in a full-length mirror from Suite 1200, where she stayed when she first started becoming famous; Montgomery Clift is said to hang out in and around room 928, where he lived while shooting From Here to Eternity. One psychic says he's also detected Humphrey Bogart, Carmen Miranda, and Betty Grable. There's also a cold spot in the Blossom Room (the first home of the Oscars) near where a dapperly-dressed thirties-era man is said to hang around.

9. Ghostbusters house

Dan Aykroyd was living here when he got the idea for Ghostbusters--he says he was inspired by the house's extreme hauntedness (door locking, lights going on and off, a piano playing itself). The ghosts could be former occupants "Mama" Cass Elliot or Natalie Wood.

10. The Alexandria Hotel

The 1906 Alexandria, now low-income apartments, has been both one of the fanciest joints in Downtown and a rundown flophouse. Several dancers are said to haunt the second-floor ballroom, an angry teenager hangs around Charlie Chaplin's old suite, and Rudolph Valentino apparently leaves the Knickerbocker occasionally and visits his old twelfth-floor suite. The basement, which is filled with tunnels, is supposedly haunted by a couple of mobsters, at least one of whom also likes to visit the Comedy Store.

11. Colorado Street Bridge

This 1912 bridge spanning the Arroyo Seco River was once part of Route 66, but has been known since the 1930s mostly for being the "Suicide Bridge." It hosted its first jumper in 1919 and has seen at least a hundred more since, many during the Great Depression (and there are still about 10 per year). Several ghosts supposedly haunt the bridge, including possibly a worker who fell into the concrete during construction.

12. Los Angeles City Hall

There have been reports of ghosts in several areas of City Hall; the most famous is a nattily-dressed, old-fashioned gentleman who likes to disrupt City Council meetings and bother officials in the bathrooms.

13. Dodger Stadium

Chavez Ravine is haunted by more than just the eerie specter of displaced poor people--it's also said to have one or two actual ghosts, as well as a spooky mist.

14. Millennium Biltmore Hotel

Elizabeth Short, the Black Dahlia, was last seen alive at the Millenium Biltmore. Her ghost is said to have returned to haunt the lobby.

15. Culver Studios

Filmmaker Thomas Ince founded what was then called Thomas H. Ince Studios in 1918. In 1924, he died aboard William Randolph Hearst's yacht under some very mysterious circumstances (supposedly Hearst shot Ince thinking he was Charlie Chaplin, whom Hearst thought was having an affair with his mistress Marion Davies). Ince is now said to haunt his old studio.

16. Mission San Buenaventura

Every mission in California is said to be haunted, but only one has ghost cats! The lore goes that Father Francisco Uria kept four pet cats whom he loved so much that when he died, the "four cats solemnly marched to the chapel. Leaping to the rope of the chapel bell, they swung it back and forth, tolling out the mournful message that the padre was dead." Sometimes, you can still hear their cries and footsteps.

17. Hotel Cecil

Stay on Main, formerly called Hotel Cecil, and soon to be called Ollie, is undergoing a big, trendy makeover. But no amount of paint can undo the building's unsettling history as a den of drugs, death, and mystery. Among the creepiest things that have happened at the old hotel: Serial killers Richard "Nightstalker" Ramirez and Jack Unterweger stayed here and the decomposing body of a woman who had been missing for three weeks turned up in the water tower.

JERUSALEM - Thousands of Israelis lined up on Sunday outside the Israeli Knesset (parliament) building to pay their last respects to Ariel Sharon, Israel's iconic, controversial prime minister and general who died over the weekend.

Sharon's coffin was placed in the Knesset entrance's square with a guard stationed beside him and flags at half-mast as a symbol of mourning. On Monday, a state memorial service is scheduled to be held in the Knesset and to be attended by international leaders, including US Vice President Joe Biden and Quartet representative and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

"Today, we have no more great leaders of this scale," said Shlomo Shapira, 68 year-old, who traveled from the city of Ramat Gan in central Israel to pay his tribute to "the last member of a generation of giant leaders."

Avi Eylon was one of the many who served under Sharon in the October War in 1973 and came out to express his sorrow. "My heart weeps," he said.

Sharon, who died at the age of 85, was one of the most influential and controversial figures in Israeli politics. As Israel's defense minister during the Lebanon War in 1982, many Palestinian and human rights organizations hold him accountable for the massacre in the refugee camps of Sabra and Shatila, in which hundreds of Palestinians were killed by Lebanese militias. Later in life, he became a politician and became involved in the official peace process.

The first visitor to pass by his coffin was Israeli President Shimon Peres. "Arik (Sharon's nickname) was a brave soldier and a daring leader who loved his nation and his nation loved him," Peres eulogized his friend. "He was one of Israel's great protectors and most important architects, who knew no fear and certainly never feared vision. He knew how to take difficult decisions and implement them," Peres added.
