90s Save File - Oasis Springs Lore/Households

Oasis Springs is a small, sun-drenched town. The scorching heat of the day forces residents to hide in the roadside bars or hang by the pools, sipping cold drinks and spending time with friends. However, when the sun sets, things take on a darker tone. The streets fill with personalities you'd rather keep your distance from. Same places now buzz with tension as those with dark pasts and uncertain futures cross paths with those who prey on desperation. Life here is raw and real: social inequality, organized crime and corruption among the elites are issues this place has struggled with for years. Think twice before it's secrets consume you as well.

As promised - big update!! I think it's time to finally show some households (and post more frequent updates 🥲). Willow Creek was supposed to be first, but I want to add more families before I share them, so here we go lol. This is the overall lore for this world - there's so much more to that, but details will be revealed in family bios and then each sim's backstory. I tried to put households that have the most connections on the same page, but they are all connected to each other in some way (and to sims from different worlds). I will use this post as navigation and add links when I put them together, so you can check out and download those households more easily.

If you haven’t already seen in asks and on itch.io, Cantata Chapter 3 is complete and will go live on June 6! 🥳 In this next chapter, you will:

Do some stuff. Maybe flirt. Probably fight. Perhaps meet several new characters. You know… stuff. Nothing much happening here.

But let’s say, hypothetically, if something were to happen in this chapter, I wouldn’t answer any asks related to it for at least a week. I want to give others enough time to read without spoilers. Feel free to send in asks, just know I may not answer right away depending on the content. And if you comment on my itch page, please be respectful of others and mark it as spoilers and put it beneath a large enough space.

But this is all moot anyway. Since nothing at all interesting happens in this chapter. 😇😈

I didn’t change anything in the first 2 chapters, so save files should work. I fixed an issue in the save screen where it didn’t scroll down before, but does now. I made a few changes to the Character Profile and Codex, and I added links for the music in the Credits, in case anyone wants to find the tunes on Pixabay. 😊

at this point I'm not going to believe it's actually over until we get the Diasomnia dorm reruns! those will be the portent I cling to in these times of uncertain anime character drama. 😰

honestly I'd been pretty convinced that 13 would be the end -- or that there might be, like, an epilogue chapter or something, but this would at least be the end of the main plot of 7. but now it looks like the Armor of Dawn Silver card is actually going to be for the second half next week, so...now I'm right back in "WHAT IS HAPPENING" camp! like, I can see a couple of possibilities of how that might still work out, but...well. I guess we'll find out tonight. :')
