Countries that have continued to suspend their funding of the United Nations' top relief agency in the occupied Palestinian territories were left with "no room" to justify their decision, said critics on Monday as an independent investigation into Israel's allegations against the organization revealed Israeli officials have ignored requests to provide evidence to support their claims.

Catherine Colonna, the former foreign minister of France, released her findings in a probe regarding Israel's claims that a significant number of employees of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) were members of terrorist groups.

Nearly three months after U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres commissioned the report, Colonna said Israel "has yet to provide supporting evidence" of its allegation that "a significant number of UNRWA employees are members of terrorist organizations."

Colonna's findings were bolstered by an investigation led by the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Sweden, the Chr. Michelsen Institute in Norway, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, which separately sought evidence from Israel.

"Israeli authorities have to date not provided any supporting evidence nor responded to letters from UNRWA in March, and again in April, requesting the names and supporting evidence that would enable UNRWA to open an investigation," said the Nordic groups.

Medi Gun Concept: The Overclocker

Have you ever wanted a Medi Gun that trades away those game-winning Ubercharges for much more consistent team support? No? Uh... well, with this Medi Gun, you can!

The design of this weapon attempts to improve your abilities to keep your team healthy in exchange for any meaningful Ubercharge. However, it also aims to do a little more than that. If I were to increase the healing rate, it would beat any other Medi Gun in a 1v1 fight (well, I mean a 2v2, but you get the idea). You're able to more consistently apply healing, as well as speeding up your teammates and replenishing various resources. This allows you to keep your team in the fight longer, as well as give them more control over whether or not they should take a fight.

Medi Gun effects linger for half a second

This allows you to potentially flash teammates, allowing them to heal a little bit while not sacrificing the healing of your pocket or pocket multiple teammates at once if they're close enough to each other.

Patients are accelerated by 12%

This affects your movement speed, reload speed, melee swing speed, and weapon switch speed. However, the boost cannot bring you above Scout's movement speed (400 HUs). This does not increase firing speed because that directly increases DPS. Melee weapons get a faster swing speed because melee weapons don't matter as much and could probably benefit from a slight buff. This stat is intended to help teammates keep their magazines full, travel faster, and potentially avoid damage.

Patients replenish ammo, cloak, and metal

Patients restore 2.5% of all of these resources every second. Keeping ammo reserves topped up can keep teammates in the fight for longer. It can also assist Engineers with setting up buildings or help Spies get a little extra cloak time and even recharge the Deadringer.

Fills the charge meters of patients

This is the most important stat of this weapon, allowing you to make up for your lackluster Ubercharge. You can fill any meter by 2% of the cost every second. This applies to everything, from Soldier's Banners and the Phlog to Scout's balls and the Thermal Thruster. The only exception to this effect is the Ubercharge, which is filled by 1% instead of 2%. Your teammates can now pull off some powerful effects a little faster than normal, especially if you pocket a Banner Soldier to help them help your team.

+25% Ubercharge rate

This attempts to make your Ubercharge a little more disposable because of how horrendously terrible it is.

Ubercharge is maintained while switching weapons

Without this stat, your Ubercharge might be worthless. You can heal a single target much more by switching between your crossbow and your Medi Gun, especially with the lingering effects. You can even use the Amputator to maximize your team healing capabilities. It can even allow you to defend yourself while keeping the Uber active.

Uber Effect: Rally

You and nearby teammates heal 6HP/sec, deal 10% more damage, and have a 10% damage resistance for the next 8 seconds. The healing effect can be affected by crit heals. The range of the effect is 540 Hammer Units, which is the disconnect range of Medi Guns. The healing effect cannot get rid of debuffs.

This will allow you to support your team during a push, allowing them to survive by the skin of their teeth. You can also use it to slightly improve the survivability of your pocket. It can even heal a significant chunk of health on teammates out of combat while you keep your focus on the teammates currently in battle. However, the inability to lessen debuffs and the very low stats of the effect means its contributions will only really have your teammates surviving by the skin of their teeth. Most interactions will remain unchanged, an extremely significant downgrade from any other Ubercharge. The main draw of this weapon is not its Ubercharge, this is more of an afterthought that you can occasionally use to just barely win a fight or help during a push. The main benefit of this weapon is the ability to fill the charge meters of others.

I think the reason I resent it so strongly when people say things like "being normal is good and desirable actually" is that I can act more or less normal and there are benefits to that (grinding my teeth just from typing that), and the way I learned to act that way was by being (mostly metaphorically, although...) beaten over the head with a stick for doing things that are weird or saying weird things or being happy and comfortable in a way that other people didn't understand or found uncomfortable and I just have to sort of live with the permanent damage from that, but hey at least I can get a job and blend in with my peers and maybe even maintain normal relationships if I really try now.

But I guess I still really fucking resent the idea that I'm supposed to be grateful for my beatings. Everyone always believed I could blend in, I just needed a little tough love when I wouldn't just do it on my own accord you know? Maybe everyone has to go through this kind of thing as they learn how to be normal functional adults out in the world but I kind of doubt it
