I would love to tell you about seabunny and starrynight!! I am obsessed with both. I’ve been lowkey obsessed with Igor and Charity for a while but Aurora and Severus is a new one for me. A friend of mine came up with the shipnames so major shout out for that lol

Seabunny is 100% something that happens because of Charity. She’s an it girl, she’s an icon, she’s pink, she’s got her daddy’s credit card, she’s got a heart ready to love anyone and she loves men that look like a rat after it’s walked through the underground sewage system (or in Igor’s case a goat lol). You’d think she does it to piss off her parents but that’s not even close. Her mum’s a little sus at first but she’s sus about everything so that’s not really anything to pay attention to. She sees Igor being his awkward self and she’s like “yes that’s the one I want”. Aurora and Wilhelm have to listen to her talk about him on and on as she praises him for doing the bare minimum like “and then he like, responded to me!! He even like, totally looked at me when I was talking this time”.

They’re so silly. For Igor he’s already decided she’s out of his league but the more persistent she is the more he actually starts to think he’s got a chance. And let’s be fr, Igor’s not the best person. He’s a bit more violent than what’s normal (he plays quidditch and oh dear you can catch Evan Rosier scraping the ground for stray teeth and bone bits by the time a game featuring Igor is over) and he’s a huge coward. Their first time alone Charity asked him over to her dorm to look at her cat and he was so confused when she pulled out an actual cat because there’s a slight language barrier at first (the cat also strangely really likes him and of course Charity sees that as a good sign (also the cat’s name is Pudding))

As for them after Hogwarts I’m so interested in seeing how being with Charity (Muggle Studies teacher and while a pureblood herself genuine lover of all things muggle) mixes with Igor (known death eater and technically convicted criminal until he was pardoned). How does knowing Charity affect how Igor basically abandons his death eater ways after the first war? And his reaction to his dark mark calling on him again and his decision to flee and go into hiding and in the end die for that freedom. How much of that is because he was influenced by Charity?? They die a year within each other and I just,, urgh there’s so many things about these two cjfncjnf have a mini moodboard lmao

Now starrynight!! That’s an entirely different vibe. It’s autism², it’s a lot of learning together, it’s a lot of enjoying each other as they genuinely are. Even if they’re not dating I love love love Aurora and Severus as friends. They just work really well together in a way where they actually get to chill for a bit, at least usually.

Bruce (Mulciber Jr) introduces them, not that they didn’t know each other beforehand, they’ve known each other for years, but the idea of them dating each other came about because Aurora really wanted to just “be normal”. Choosing Severus as her boyfriend might not be the best way to do that but she definitely feels more normal when she’s just hanging around with him cause she’s not constantly performing her normal-sona lol.

Aurora is, to me, incredibly reserved yet curious at the same time. She doesn’t want anyone too close yet she wants to experience everything everyone else does. She spends most of her time (if not hijacked by Charity or thinking she’s best friends with Wilhelm) in the Astronomy tower with the large golden telescope that Hogwarts provides and because homegirl loves this telescope so much she brought Severus to see it no doubt and being the mindful and demure girl she is she even checked if he was dying when he was dry heaving and trying to catch his breath while leaning on the walls as he climbed the stairs. Their dates consist of them sharing their interests with each other, whether it be knowledge about stars, telescopes, potions, chemistry etc. their compliments to each other consists of “I really appreciate that you know how to be quiet” and “I admire your knowledge on insert topic no ones ever heard of ever”. They sit together and read and call it a date where at most they share a few glances. They’re such an awkward looking couple, Aurora towers over Severus, but you’ve never seen communication skills like the ones these two have.

Charity is over the moon when Aurora announces that she’s got a boyfriend because they can finally talk about boys and everything that comes along with it. Aurora is over the moon, not necessarily because of the boyfriend thing (though she’s also fairly happy with that) but because she feels normal and god is she excited to feel normal cjnfjfnf

MARTHA JONES IS JUST BUILT DIFFERENT. TOUGH AS FUCKNG ROCKS. i do kind of hope she cameos again some day, since (whilst i never got the chance to read it) i know she was in the comics, briefly, and 13 saw her and was reflecting on how sorry she was for giving martha the short end of the stick as 10 and LIKE. I REALLY DONT WANT MARTHA BROUGHT BACK AS A COMPANION PROPER, BUT JUST HAVING HER BACK FOR AN EPISODE AFTER ALL THIS TIME WOULD BE SO NICE TO HAVE THEM RECONCILE IN THE SHOW. especially since fucking moffat disconnected the entirety of rtd’s era when he took over - ive missed them so, so much!!!

💔 tell us about one of your LEAST favorite characters and why you dislike them. regret to say it. its amy pond. i think its just... a combination of many things, man. its just a combination of things, and a series of unfortunate events. hate the way moffat writes women. i really fucking hate it. its so... hrk. and i think a thing also happens with amy, wherein... there’s no moment where im fine with her? do you know what i mean? VERY early on, the way she treats rory... im so sorry, but that shit makes me feel so violently uncomfortable. like she just straight up cheats on him? tries to fuck her imaginary best friend from childhood? on the day before her wedding? and its like- im sorry but i dont remember does amy ever even... say sorry??? and then in s6, she’s just tied into that... that whole mess of a god damn plot that i try to suppress. and thats not on her but i dont ever enjoy her presence during that period. and THEN early s7 its, like... i have a lot of issues with early s7 but it was, like, the height of doctor flandarisation and the ponds really should have just been phased out more slowly rather than forcing out the tragic ending because it just meant nothing to me. ✨ what draws you towards your hyperfixation? what is interesting about it? doctor who primed me for, like, having an affinity for campy scifi. star trek, tho.. fuck, its like? a tossup between the characters (all of them are so endearing after a while) and just... some of the episodes are so fucking beautiful and thoughtful man. like oh boy we have some clunkers in there, for sure, but there’s some where they have a concept and how they know how to handle it they really just do it right. i think its kind of in part because it was done in the 60s, and they had their limitations and they take it at such a different pace than they would now. i think a lot of that actually is what makes the show for me? I MADE A POST ABT IT ALREADY, BUT ITS ALSO A CASE OF JUST... the way its shot. the lighting, the sets, everything is so nice. it’s simple and its clean and it looks GOOD and whilst some sfx are dated looking (GOD BLESS THE ALIEN COSTUMES) i think... literally any scenes on the bridge are timeless just because they didnt go ott. I KNOW IM GETTING AWAY FROM THE QUESTION, BUT YEAH LIKE- i havent seen the latest star trek (unsure if i’ll watch it soon, or watch everything else first) but whilst it looks beautiful i dont.. actually like the look of it? i don’t really vibe with it when it’s so overproduced like that. there’s this... unreality and this fakeness. (the same could be said about chibnall era doctor who actually. like god bless that shit is PRETTY but its like... they throw the most dramatic ass lighting and lens flare onto characters having a conversation in a god damn room and im like why? why do you need to do that?? theyre talking abt the weather)

It has been eight hours of school with two more to go. The sounds of someone trudging in and placing their bag on the seat beside you was heard. Knowing who it was without even opening your eyes, you began making inhumane noises whilst complaining about how your brain was filled with too much information after math class on trigonometry. "Renjun how the hell are you not dead yet? Theres like two more hours of having to absorb information i swear i-" you stopped your words right there when you saw Renjun fishing out a container filled with food and a cup of chocolate frappe. "I knew you would complain again so i told my mom to cook for you food as well so we can study and do homework together! Anyways its our free period now, its lesson for the Econs students," he said slinging on your bag over his before you could protest, ready to head off to the cafeteria's study area. You could only blush in embarrassment as the both of you walked away from the classroom. It was these simple things that this little nerd by the name Huang Renjun did to make you fall for him hard after being seatmates for three years. You never told him or even anyone about it; simply to avoid embarrassment, rejection and the loss of friendship. ********** "Hnfff why do they need to make life harder by combining mensuration with trigonometry and Pythagoras' Theorem and congruency when they could be four separate questions," you groaned in disapproval as you flipped on to the next page of the math homework Renjun had brought over to your house. Being sick definitely let you skip school with a valid reason but that only means a whole lot to catch up on afterwards. Just your luck that Renjun knew your address and actually offered to stay with you and teach you the lessons taught in class. "Well you'd better start doing it; its actually not that difficult I'd say," Renjun said as he took a tray from the dressing table beside your bed, "stay put and finish this question and the question afterwards. I'm going down to heat your porridge and bring your medicine. Oh, triangle PQR is congruent to triangle XYR by the way!" He then went down to the kitchen while humming. You made a grim face as you stared back at the printed questions on the papers in front of you. "If i could get smarter at every time i smile at the thought of that snaggle toothed boy, I'd probably already have a doctorate in mathematics and rocket science," the pencil in your hand dropped onto your leg as you muttered under your breath. You sat there on your bed, drifting off to wonderland as you flipped through the other pages. Suddenly a page filled with post-its and coloured ink caught your attention. You frowned as you thought about what Renjun could have doodled on your paper as he had always done before; moomin, random objects in your pencil case or maybe even a sponge he found in the art room. Careful to not let any of the post-its to fall off, you gently lifted the stapled papers and flipped to that page. Your eyes were being greeted by your favourite colours being used to write your name in cursive and post-its with his handwriting on around it. Words in capital letters screamed "READ HERE FIRST" as you eyed the details of the neat calligraphy of your name. "1. heyyyyyyy idek how to start this but first of thank you for existing and taking notice of me five years back when we werent seatmates yet hehe," the first post it above your name melted your heart as you continued on to the next one. "2. also can i just say that your eyes are just!! so!! pretty!! so is your smile, i want to see that toothy grin you give me everyday!" you covered you mouth and grinned as you read the last sentence. "3. you must be wondering why the sudden sweet messages and especially on your homework welp anyways im a nerd so sticky notes it is :P" You giggled upon reading the third post-it. Ah, why is he so cute? you thought to yourself. "4. Trust me, you're really beautiful. Dont let others tell you otherwise because if they do, tell them to catch my fists ;) And yes, i just did call call you beautiful because you are, from the inside out, everything about you is beautiful. I love you so much i get carried away sometimes thinking about you." Your eyes instinctively widened in surprise as you did a double-take on the last sentence. "5. Yes, you read that right. Even after your cute little double takes when ur shooketh™ hehe :)) And yes i love you more then just how our platonic friendship is, i love you more than just as a friend. So now look up ;)" You looked up in confusion to see Renjun sitting at the edge of your bed with your porridge and a few roses in hand. "Be my girlfriend?" a pink-cheeked Renjun said as you nodded, tearing up a little and he embraced you. You felt complete and in place in his arms. He looked down and kissed your forehead; an immediate instinct he felt the need to comply to. "Yah, you're such a nerd its too cute i swear," you said as you looked up, remaining in that position. "At least im your nerd now," he smirked, cupping your heated face.

so something (refer to the song he said suits myday) happened with jae recently and ive seen fans trying to defend him by @ing him and saying that they love him which is fine - great even! but what i dont approve is how everyone’s basically forgotten about the whole matter because they had concerts so instead of @-ing him and asking him to explain himself, they tell him what a great concert it was which is also great bc their concerts are honestly amazing. basically my pet peeve is when ppl dismiss the problematic action of some people just bc they like them.

another thing is that there were some fans who started guilting others for wanting to drop day6 completely because of what jae did and in my opinion i think it is totally cool to want to drop a group if they did smth bad like??? its ur life???? u can choose who you want to like. what is not cool is pulling out all the good things the person has ever done in their entire life and try to remind others about the positive sides of the person. yes. they’re an encouraging person, etc. but that does not cancel out the bad things they’ve done until they explain/apologise. what is infuriating is just the manner some people took it?? they literally went ahead and tweeted shit like “would your parents drop you if you did smth wrong?” and “you’re seriously gonna drop someone whos been nothing been nice because of one incident?” yes. people will and you dont have any fucking right to stop them? so dont go pulling out receipts.

another thing. its also okay to want to stan the whole group even if someone has done smth problematic. like? to me youre cool if youre able to see and acknowledge the bad shit someone has done and still stand by their side while educating them at the same time its nice to have faith in your idols. however, i wont say much when your idols dont respond and/or respond in a way that shows absolutely no remorse. its cool if you want to support them too, despite that.

tldr; dont fucking excuse someone’s behaviour/action just because youre so far up their fucking ass. dont pull out shit from before either, be it good or bad. and lastly, its okay to want to drop/continue supporting them, its your life.

they’re great ok ive talked abt them like 10 times in the span of 2 months but whatever folks

they’re super nice, kind and just all of the positive adjectives out there in the dictionary ...... they’ve helped me multiple times and they’re always there 2 lend me a listening ear (or in our case, eye lmao) idk??? im just super comfortable around them always and im honestly so thankful we became mutuals (and subsequently friends) last year!!!! i cant say a lot bc ill just get v repetitive but overall they’re an awesome friend and im glad we still communicate daily via twitter and sometimes our skype sessions even if they’re kinda awkward bc i never know when 2 talk bc im scared ill speak and theyll say smth and itll turn into a MESS which actually happened lmao

i don’t talk about my problems with joyce as much because i feel like i’m not going to be able to articulate all of them super eloquently but like....she literally didn’t believe buffy when buffy said ted threatened to slap her. she refused to consider even the Possibility that her boyfriend would be anything but a good guy until he was directly threatening to her, and just....imagine how much that fucks up buffy. her mom’s not willing to listen to her when she feels like she’s in danger. if buffy wasn’t the slayer, she could have been legitimately killed by this killer robot because joyce deliberately chose not to listen to her.

and joyce blaming giles???? like i feel like that’s the Easiest Choice for her to make under the circumstances. which is not at all right. she finds a scapegoat and fixes it on him because she doesn’t at all want to entertain the possibility that any of this might be her fault. i just feel like there’s less “i want you to be safe” and more “i want you to be safe but you Keep On Making Bad Decisions and it’s important that you know that i very much don’t like them” from joyce.

joyce just straight-up checking buffy into a mental ward and then both of them Just Not Talking About It is defs partially because of sloppy writing but tbh i think they could have handled that better even so. buffy keeps a lot of things from joyce because i think she has a very deep fear of not being Enough (for her mother, for the world, as a person...like holy shit being a vampire slayer is so much pressure to put on a teenage girl) and i think joyce definitely, definitely contributed to that fear.

met mj for dinner jn (we meet 2-3 times a month now - we’ve grown p close since last year and i think we consider each other Staples, like how some people you meet them once a year and it’s ok, others maybe a few times a year, but some ppl you HAVE to meet at least once a month or u feel a bit unfulfilled? those ppl r staples. like rice.) and even though she saw me just a week+ ago / she saw my class videos, she was shocked and said i lost a lot of weight seemingly over the weekend?? which just confirms my suspicion that my illness taking a turn for the worse is bc of my emotional state. i rly do not have the time or energy to be running a fever for a month again so im just going to focus on getting over the recent event. like for real, not repressing it and having it push back in the form of my body killing itself. as it is i cannot afford to lose any more weight from feeling sad. i need to be healthy so i can do my presentations and go back to dance and finish my crocheting project for school which is hella tedious and laborious bc of the scale and material.

i think ive more or less cried myself dry. i can look at things or remember his voice without crying for hours on end. for now. and i think my period is coming maybe tmr or the day after because the entire section involving babymaking HURTS like fuck when i least expect it. like a sudden attack, when im walking home, or sitting on the train, or buying food. what the fuck lah. i thought the implant was supposed to reduce pain?? if this is pain reduced i rly dk how i survived my cramps from before a year ago.

over the weekend before i had the good sense to eat painkillers (im afraid ive grown dependent on them the way i did my antidepressants when i was 16 - they just make me feel much better and happier and less shitty i rly dk how to describe) i was lying in bed unable to sleep eat drink or even watch shows just crying and wondering if i should just jump. it’s been awhile, and i don’t miss the feeling. it always feels unbearable. and the thoughts keep coming. what if he never wants to see you again, what if he falls for someone better/smarter/prettier/kinder/funnier than you, what if you’ll have to hear about his wedding from a 3rd party, do you really want to carry on knowing the news could come any day, don’t you think it would be wiser to just exit your life so you dont have to find out unexpectedly and go through the unimaginable pain? wouldn’t death be the ultimate protection from suffering? jump lah v fast one then u no need to think abt him alr. it just keeps coming. and it’s tempting. it’s always tempting to escape. not giving in is to consciously choose to ache and yearn every single waking moment. why would i choose torture? and yet i do. because i have parents to support.

made amends w MR over our spat during xmas szn. i mean we still got along but nvr rly talked abt it until he suddenly said that he wanted an apology for what i said. which told me that he had been thinking abt it still bc it was rly hurtful and it matters to him what i think. i apologised, he apologised. things are ok but not ok. but he and i have always been very good at carrying the mess and the ugly and moving on. i think it is a precondition of our friendship. i still resent that he cancelled last min and caused so much trouble for my tita. but it doesnt remove any of the care or affection i feel. i think it’s like that for him too. i said some rly nasty things that day, like i chose my words carefully and they were calculated to hit where it would hurt most. it’s something you can do only after knowing someone for many many years. i gave into my anger. and he forgave me for that. i think that in itself makes it easy to forgive him for wtv irresponsible shit he’s done. i guess we’re actually more similar than i thought?? not that i’d ever admit it to his face.
