Tulon Legulus, der Jedi-Padawan von Aayla Secura, wird auf seine entscheidende Mission geschickt, die ihm den Aufstieg zum Jedi-Ritter bringen soll. Die Akademie für Jedi Archäologie auf Coruscant, wird benachrichtigt von ihrer Forschungseinheit auf Ossus. Diese sollte dort in den Eocho Bergen nach Gräbern der Ysanna suchen. Als eine Holo-Nachricht in Jedi-Tempel eintrifft, ist darauf ein Wissenschaftler, der berichtet, er sei der einzige Überlebende des Teams, und würde sofortige Hilfe ersuchen – das Forschungsprojekt sei außer Kontrolle geraten. So wird Tulon Legulus beauftragt, zusammen mit einer Rettungseinheit den Vorfall aufzuklären. Da sich der Planet zurzeit in den Händen der Separatisten und Count Dooku befindet, muss die Rettungseinheit mit Hilfe eines Schmugglers, inkognito auf die Mission begeben. Es dauert nicht lange, und Tulon beginnt sich mit dem Schmuggler anzufreunden...

Menkää OmaVeroon ja tehkää verokortteja niin palkalle kuin etuuksillekin! Tutkikaa oikeasti mikä teidän koko vuoden tuloarvio on ja muuttakaa tarvittaessa! Ei liian korkea arvio mutta ei liian matalakaan. Jos tulot muuttuu, tee vaan uusi. Jos saat opintorahaa ja samalla tahkoat pätäkkää töistä, ilmoita molemmat verokortille.

Käykää veron sivuilla katsomassa mistä vähennykset oikeasti menee. A) suoraan verosta vai B) vähentävät verotettavan tulon määrää.

Jos joku muu kuin sinä hoitaa sun veroasioita, siihen pitää olla oikeat valtuudet. Eli joko valtakirja (jonka voi tulostaa veron sivuilta) tai suomi.fi:ssä tehdyt tai oma valtakirja missä on sanasta sanaan laitettu mitä sillä saa hoitaa ja toimittakaa ne verohallintoon.

Vaikka jostain myynnistä/ostosta/ties mistä ei menisi veroja, ne yleensä pitää silti ilmoittaa, joten tutki pitääkö, ettei tule viivästysseuraamuksia.

Mätkyjä tulee aina välillä, mutta niihinkin voi tehdä maksujärjestelmän jos ei voi maksaa parissa erässä, OmaVeroon tekemään hops!

Veroasiat on kyllä myös sellainen asia ettei mulle ainakaan kukaan näitä koulussa opettanut. Listasit jo hyviä pointteja! Lisäisin vuosituloarvioon, että itse tykkään laskea ennemmin ylä- kuin alakanttiin, sillä mieluummin saan palautuksia kuin mätkyt. Mutta tiedän myös ihmisiä, jotka laskevat tulonsa tyyliin sentilleen oikein jotta saavat mahdollisimman paljon palkastaan heti kun se tilille tulee. Silloin pitää vain laskea tosi tarkasti, ettei vahingossa tule mätkyjä seuraavana vuonna.

Itselläni on kiinteä kuukausipalkka, joten tulojen ennakointi on helppoa. Vuoden alussa laitoin vuosituloihin bruttopalkan * 13, jotta siihen sisältyisi vielä indeksikorotukset, TES-kertapalkkiot ja mahdolliset bonukset. Syksyn aikana pitää käydä vielä katsomassa vero.fi:ssä, näyttääkö arvio yhä järkevältä. Jos ei saa kiinteää palkkaa, täytyy laskea enemmän ja ehkä vaihdella prosenttiaan useammin. Onneksi se käy verkossa.

Jos muuten täyttää verokorttia ensimmäistä kertaa, kannattaa vieressä olla vanhempi tai joku muu, joka on täyttänyt sen aiemmin, sillä vaikka veroasioiden hoitaminen on tehty Suomessa helpoksi, niin onhan se silti järkyttävä lomake jos ei tiedä mitä tehdä. Tulon is a teacher and all of the puppets are his teaching assistants (or maybe he's a student that has a whole gaggle of friends but they're actually just his puppets)

Watchtober Day 6: Puppet Master 2

Last year i watched the original Puppet master and the worms started eating my brain. But i waited a whole year to watch the second because... well its nice to have something to look forward too.

Honestly tulon did great at facilitating the pupets but im not here for zombies im here to see these little freaks run around and kill some guys.

Rip drill head and leach woman whatever your official names are.

I hope this franchise dosent get more horny in the next installment.

Uh puppets are very stranger, but tulon is motivated by his fear of death. The way hes manipulating things is pretty web...

At the end of the day id say this is probably stranger overall just with elements of the other fears.

Tulon Legulus, Aayla Secura's Jedi Padawan, is sent on his crucial mission that will see him promoted to Jedi Knight status. When a holo-message arrives at the Jedi Temple, it contains a scientist who reports that he is the only survivor of the team and is requesting immediate help - the research project has gotten out of control. Tulon Legulus is commissioned to investigate the incident together with a rescue unit. Since the planet is currently in the hands of the Separatists and Count Dooku, the rescue unit has to go on the mission incognito with the help of a smuggler. It doesn't take long before Tulon begins to make friends with the smuggler...

My Thoughts on Napoleon (2023)

Please note that walking into the studio and sitting down, a comically large box of popcorn in hand, I had no idea what the movie was going to be about. Oh aye, I heard Joaquin Phoenix and Ridley Scott, I heard of the historical inaccuracies and all, but never read about them. By-and-large, I was blind. Please also note that I know very little of Napoleon and the Napoleonic Wars. Sure, I know about his wife, the battles, all those emperor stuff, and I certainly know about the Waterloo squares, but only on a surface level, and that's the end to that. That's why I will:

Not comment on historical accuracy

Treat the material as a biopic or historical fiction

I will only be commenting on what I understood from what I saw.

The movie was alright, a solid 3/5 and no more. Maybe I would have been much harsher, like many on this site, if I were more knowledgeable. Alas, I'm not. My biggest gripe with it would be how kernel-like it was. The best allegory I can provide is a good presentation material: condensed, consisting of somewhat disjointed points. It could've been a great presentation. Sadly, the brilliant storyteller who should've presented it got killed in an accident and never showed up.

I don't know what sort of Napoleon it tried to portray (certainly not the glorious one); it's possible that they aimed for a power-hungry, borderline-mad megalomaniac. But, if that was so, then they've kind of failed. However, if what they were going for was an extremely emotionally dependent man, uncertain, chasing after others' validation, guidance, and assurance, then I won't demand my money returned.

The whole of it not being precisely a struck of brilliance doesn't mean it has no brilliant side to it. Again, if they were treading the small, insecure man route, they did it well. Please observe the scenes in which the focus is on Napoleon or him and his closest female family members (Josephine, his mother), contrast that to scenes of battle and relatively public settings where he is not the sole center of attention. Napoleon was much more fierce, a little brutish even, and generally grander and more dangerous in the latter. While in the former, he... wilts.

I really like how they showed it, too, how he's a human with fear of death after all. Take Tulon, for example. When they were climbing up the fort, there was a moment—quite long—when the fighting was relegated to background visuals and audio, and Napoleon was just wading through it; they added in his breathing. It gave how, like anybody else there and in many other battles, he was near-pissing-himself afraid, overwhelmed, and uncertain of what will come of it. Yet, above all, what struck me most about that scene was how similar it was to the battle scenes in All Quiet on the Western Front both in form and the emotional result.

However, my favorite scenes still rest on Austerlitz. They took the time to present the tragic chaos of the soldiers, many wounded, frantically trying not to sink into the icy water. Keep in mind that winter gears were heavy and would be made heavier by soaking, acting as a weight. The image was interspersed with Napoleon looking down at them. To me, it was like a puncture to the gut.
