Reminder about this week’s episodes of The Trumpman Show:
Dumpsterfire is NOT being sued for inflating the values of properties.
He is being sued for failing to disclose material facts which are legally mandated to be included in notarized Financial Statements.
Facts such as
Tens of million$$ that were not his money but were funds from investors.
Other loans that would have indicated he would be spread too thin to make payments.
Other valuations or hidden conditions which would have potentially lowered the value of the properties.
All of the foregoing and more would have likely increased the loan rates.
“But the banks were repaid!”
The OLD loans were replayed by getting NEW loans. Now well over a billion$$
Remember, no one ever lost money with Bernie Maddox…until they did when his cash flow needs grew too great.
Also, many/most of Dumpsterfire’s 30+ business failures occurred from his being stretched too thin. When he closed down each Limited Liability Corporation his umbrella trusts were insulated while he stiffed the vendors, suppliers and contractors of the LLCs. Leaving a chain reaction of bankruptcies, suicides, foreclosures, job losses.
