i think the reason the og noise boys eps of make some noise will always be my favs is that they and sam are clearly just so absolutely thrilled to be there. thats a room with four people who love to be silly with these specific people getting to be silly together and its just always a delight to watch

I’ve met Daniel one morning in a kitchen of our colleague’s house in London, which we shared following a team’s Christmas party and I didn’t have a clue who he was. “This is our Toro Rosso test driver Vlad” she told me. Little I knew our paths would be crossing again and again over the next dozen of years. You know, drivers are funny human beings, they rarely give access to you and only when they leave the sport they kinda open up a little bit and let their guard down. Daniel was never like that, always time for a chat or a joke or to ask quickly how the family is and he never really changed throughout the years .

I’m sure you’ll be around mate but for now I just wanna say thank you for everything, thank you for the shoeys, the middle fingers in my lens and even for the farts inside the cockpit, it’s been quite a journey and the best part of your life actually starts now, so enjoy it .

Sometime after Veilguard, my Cullen-romancing Trevelyan finds out that my Crow Rook always dreamed of having her own Mabari, so with help from certified Dog Dad Cullen she arranges to have a three month old pup delivered to a delighted Rook in Antiva.

Now Caterina has to deal with the Dellamorte estate being invaded by not only the upstart from House de Riva that her favourite grandson has decided he wants to spend the rest of his life with, but also a filthy, slobbering hound that sheds hair all over the furniture and keeps messing up her carefully polished floors.

(Rook pointing out the dog's impressive pedigree - its lineage can be traced directly back to the Hero of Ferelden's own Mabari - does little to assuage the indignity.)

Aftg is such a trip because like. The timing is objectively off. It's better that way. It's badly written but actually no it's not. Here's a whole new sport. We lied, its just lacrosse in a silly hat. Trauma galore. By all known laws of book tropes, the main couple should be toxic as hell. They're too cagey and paranoid and possessive not to be. But the main couple, not caring about trope law, creates the healthiest relationship ever written anyways. It's problematic as fuck. It's the best series ever. It's completely unrecommendable. It's gay, but not how you think it'll be in the first book. You'll hate it the first time you read it. Six months later you'll have a whole blog for it.

Aftg isn't a book, it's a fucking experience.
