2012 trans fem Leo,who came out of the closet a long time ago.

Everything is chill going on, until one day she announced that she was going on a date with someone (some kind another mutant, sapace allien or dunno-)

And her brother's are a little overprotective and pretty much freacking out, because it's their only sister, her first date or even crush besides the Capitan Ryan form Space Hero's. And they're afraid someone would disrespect her and such similar..

The offending item in question was a chicken noodle soup that was definitely way too thick, lumpy and cold. The noodles didn’t even look cooked!

In all fairness, it was steaming hot earlier, it’s just taken this long, with absolutely zero progress on getting anyone other than Raph, who was now crashed on the floor, to eat it.

“Seriously Don, how did you screw up this badly? This looks like something you’d get from a restaurant in New Jersey. Not that I’d buy food from anywhere in New Jersey.”

Here I am on my bullshit again, connecting everything I can to ROTTMNT.

Okay, so I like pjsekai, my fav groups are N25 and W×S. We're not gonna talk about which W×S characters fit cause we all know who fits who (Leo = Tsukasa, Donnie = Rui, Emu = Mukey, Nene = Raph). But I really care about the Mad Dogs' parallels with N25, because they not what you'd expect.

You'd probably expect it to be Leo = Mizuki, Mikey = Ena, Kanade = Raph, and Mafuyu = Donnie, but I think it's actually Leo = Ena, Mikey = Mizuki, Kanade = Donnie, and Mafuyu = Raph. Let me explain.

With Leo, I understand expecting him to fit Mizuki. She acts pretty similar to him (and they're both trans), but Leo actually acts a lot like Ena, not just with how he normal acts (confident, prideful, passionate), but also with how he gets so defensive when he's attacked emotional. Just like Ena, he has a fight response to stress.

With Mikey, you would probably compare him to Ena because they're both artist, but I feel like Mikey fits Mizuki better. They both put others before themselves so often that they forget to take care of themselves (we never got that episode focusing in Mikey's issues, did we?).

With Raph, while both him and Kanade definitely have a savior complex, Mafuyu fits him better because they both mask so much. Raph masks his pain and struggles with being a leader so he can be the leader his team needs. Kinda just like Leo, just like Mafuyu, he puts on an act for others. (Also, the marionette imagery with Mafuyu could fit with either the kraangification thing, how he was controlled by the Kraang, or it could be more about how Raph is almost controlled by the Hamato Clan's motto. Raph does sacrifice himself a lot.)

With Donnie, you might cast him as Mafuyu because of the common misconception that Donnie acts emotionless (he's actually shows his true feelings and emotions more than Raph and Leo do), him and Kanade have a lot more in common. Composing is for Kanade what tech is for Donnie. They both treat it like it's completely who they are. They both see their worth in what they create for others, whether it be music to save people, or tech to help his brothers.

I also wanna get into why everyone in N25 wanted to disappear back at the beginning of the story. Mizuki wanted to dissappear because no one saw here for who she was. Ena because no one listened to her wants and needs. Kanade because she saw her worth in her music, what she makes for others, but couldn't find anyone she saved via her music. Mafuyu became her life wasn't her own, it had always been for others.

Everyone treats Mikey like he's fragile, like he isn't his own person that can take care of himself. Leo has severe communication issues with his family because he feels like no one listens to what he says. Donnie sees his tech as the only reason why his family keeps him around. Raph had to give up so much and take care of his brothers, to the point that his fear of being alone is probably connected to how he had to take care of them and step up for when Splinter wasn't there, so he had no way of knowing if they were okay if they weren't with him.

For one last example, let's take N25's lyrics during the rap part of "The Light that Dwells Here" and connect them with the boys.

Mikey (Mizuki): No matter what, I can't erase my heart. I'm sorry for the lonely echo. I had an idea that it would be good to paint over it, so if that's the case, it won't disappear.

Leo (Ena): So that the dark black crack would disappear. So that you couldn't see the strange tears running down my face. I wanted to hide it, I thought I could hide it.

Raph (Mafuyu): I should have forgotten, I should have. It looks so easy to open up like that. Why, why, why, why? After it disappears, the answer won't return.

Donnie (Kanade): A new game where I'll remain more weak, surely the game of punishment will continue. From now on, what should I do, I wonder? Since then, was I a little broken?

I feel like these lyrics fit the boys so well.

SLIGHT PJSK (main story) AND PJO/HOO SPOILERS(?)

So!! As some of you may be aware.. I love pjsk. In case you didn't know, I love pjsk. I also love pjo and hoo. And last night I when I should've been sleep, I was fucking PUNCHED by both hyperfixations at the same time and then I started wondering what it'd be like if pjsk characters were demigods and/or Hunters of Artemis. This is that post. Feel free to ignore, I just need to infodump lmao

Mafuyu is a daughter of Jupiter. Jupiter's children are often set unrealistically high expectations, which causes them to be terrified of failure and slowly crumble under the stress. This can be seen with Jason during his time as praetor, on the Argo II, etc. In Mafuyu's case, her mother and the majority of her peers all expect her to excel in everything she does. Do you see where I'm going with this. Yeah okay. Anyway she's specifically a child of Jupiter and not Zeus because the gods are stricter in their Roman aspects and Mafuyu was raised by a strict parent. Also I think she'd either be a praetor or join the Hunters of Artemis.

Airi and Mizuki could both very much be children of Aphrodite. Airi because her whole "the most important thing in an idol is the heart" thing breaks so many Aphrodite kid stereotypes and I love it. She would so teach others that there's more to Aphrodite than being a toxic person (cough cough Drew cough Cheerful*Days) and I love her for that. Mizuki is here because they have trouble expressing themself freely and finding out that Aphrodite is their mother could help them figure stuff out?? Maybe?? Idk man. Also TRANS APHRODITE KID LETS GO!!! I think that they can both charmspeak but choose not to unless like their fucking lives depend on it.

Shiho is a child of Hades. Hades' kids are shunned and often misunderstood, which reminds me of how Shiho is mischaracterized in the fandom a lot. Also the way she acts reminds me of Nico. "I'm fine on my own" NO YOU'RE NOT!!!

Tsukasa, Saki, Toya and Kanade are all children of Apollo. Do I even have to explain for Tsukasa? He is the most theatre kid to ever exist, literally who else would be his godly parent???? Toya would be the most unconventional son of Apollo ever. Imagine him being like "no dad fuck you and your instruments im gonna be a street musician" and Apollo's just like "yeah go piss girl idc music is music" it's so funny to me omg. Kanade's whole self-sacrifice complex + composer thing?? She is THE daughter of Apollo (sorry Kayla). I feel like Toya would be a praetor if Roman Apollo was his dad but idk just a hunch. Toya could also be a child of Jupiter for similar reasons as Mafuyu. Kanade is literally Will Solace if he was musically gifted (Will I'm joking ily). Saki is here because I didn't know where else to put her and I'd feel bad if I separated the Tenma siblings.

Ena is a daughter of Ares. I can't quite explain this one, but Ena wanting her dad's approval of her being an artist reminds me of Clarisse a lot for some reason?? She could also be a child of Apollo but I already put four characters there sooooooo yeah

Rui the most son of Hephaestus EVER. "I'm not good with organic life forms" is such a Rui line oml. The automatons?? The mechanic shit?? ROBO-NENE. Do you see my vision. I want Rui and Leo to be friends so bad augh.

Nene could be a daughter of Poseidon because she has mermaid imagery, aside from that idk.

I think Minori could be a daughter of Iris since she's underrated (similar to how Iris is underappreciated/a minor goddess) and Minori + Iris both strongly believe in hope.

Besides Mafuyu, I think Honami and Shizuku could be Hunters of Artemis. As I'm typing this, I just realised that the april fools Meru trio are all Hunters asdfghgfdghj

okay so quick rundown of prosekai basic info so that i can yap without you not knowing a word i’m saying

(edit this is not a “quick” rundown but it’s not even touching on everything in the game 😭 i’m so sorry /lh)

the game consists of five mini-groups, each with four human members.

the groups are: leo/need (schoolgirl band-type) more more jump! (idol group) vivid bad squad (street music group) wonderlands x showtime (theater troupe/freelance performers) and nightcord at 25:00 (online music circle. nightcord is literally just discord)

each group has what’s called a SEKAI which is a pocket minidimension that can be accessed via an untitled song on their phone (playing it takes them to SEKAI)

each SEKAI has 6 SEKAIloids which are just the main 6 vocaloids with different personalities/appearances for each SEKAI (miku, rinlen, luka, meikai)

the game has events which are divided into two categories: “mixed events” and “focus events”

mixed events involve characters from multiple groups and usually (but not always!) center around a holiday/theme (e.g. wedding events, valentine’s events)

focus events are centered around a specific character in a group, and will usually mostly only include the members of the group and the group’s SEKAIloids

each character so far (not counting vocaloids since they don’t have focus events) is on about their fifth event as of right now (i’m using the japanese server dates since they’re a year ahead of the global servers). if i say “(character)(number)” it’s referring to a specific focus event of theirs (e.g. “mafuyu4” “mizuki5”)

i’m really autistic about nightcord.

nightcord is also the most angst-heavy group in the game. get me out of here!!!!!! /lh

the nightcord members are:

kanade yoisaki (composer for the group. workaholic shut-in. really gay. horrendous at self care. really pretty)

mafuyu asahina (lyricist/mixer for the group. before mafuyu4 when she runs away from her mother’s house she lives with her. she now lives with kanade. honor student who keeps up a persona around her classmates and is still finding her “true self” with her close friends. we are her irl /srs she’s us fr.)

ena shinonome (artist for the group. very blunt/strongheaded. her and her brother are in love just trust me but she also loves the rest of niigo. social media addict. she’s me fr)

mizuki akiyama (video editor for the group. CANON trans woman!!!!!!!!! teasing/playful but can be serious when situation requires it. she likes to piss ena off for funsies.)

this is nightcord!!!!!!! ena is the short-haired brunette, mizuki is the pink haired one waving, mafuyu is the one with the purple hair, and kanade is the really pretty one on the fair right

So basically what I’m understanding is Kanade and Mafuyu are married, Mizuki deserves the world and I would die for her, Ena is based and this game is deceptively cute looking for how much heartache it causes. Am I getting it right chat

I have something in mind for HakuLeo, with trans Leo, It's more fluff too. So these two are like freshly in their relationship (after always straight up flirting with each other), the whole butterfly in stomach thing yada yada. But Leo never told Haku that he was born with the other gender, got his chest removed and takes hermones already, just not the other operation was done. So Leo would often stop Haku when his hands would roam around his body when kissing and stuff, trying to get to the next step, with pulling his attention somewhere else or just acting like that it's to fast or some other excuse (even if he wants it too). He just doesn't want Haku to think different about him or mad for lying. Haku notices this pattern really quickly tho. Maybe even especially after he might've seen Leo take some medication/pills. He wouldn't push Leo to tell him what's wrong, but telling him that he can always talk to him whatever it is and that he's there for him. It took Leo a lot of strength before coming clear, telling him the thruth, while still being afraid that his fresh lover would judge him. But it was quite the opposite, Haku was relieved it wasn't something really bad, he was still surprised tho. They talked it out, taking their time with it. Haku made sure that Leo knew that nothing changes after telling him about it, that he still loves and supports him fully. Leo on the other hand was relaxing more, knowing Haku will be by his side during this whole journey and is going to be more open to him about everything that has to do with this. Haku would always remind Leo to take his hormones, making sure to tell him that he's the prettiest guy he ever laid eyes on, helping him pick out new clothes (even tho Leo always steals hakus clothes), and on some days when it's just harder for Leo Because of his situation and the self doubts set in again, Haku will always be there, having his arms around him and making sure that his beloved will be ok, that he is never alone. Both of them knowing how much Haku loves and Adores Leo to the moon and back.

I love the HakuLeo Nation so much you guys literally write mini fics in my inbox every other HakuLeo ask and I am here for it you guys are so sweet and I love you all!

Now onto the ask:

I can't begin to say how much this is really comforting for me to read.

Some might know, I am a trans male behind this account. Who's favorite character is Leo and who relates a lot ( besides being a little bit of a little shit) it's comforting to see these types of view on Leo. And me being in love with Haku's design, story, and personality. He is someone I kind of hope to have in real life? Am I hopeless to think that way? Maybe. But I am okay with it. The time will come when it does.

I also like Haku being really comforting to Leo when he came out not pushing it when he wasn't ready and let him do it on his own time.. And when he does, he supports him, makes sure he knows he is loved and supported by himself and others.

Taking him to go clothes shopping, to buy him things he would like and also help him pick out his own style. And yes of course, he would let Leo steal his clothes. Whatever makes his pretty boy happy!

Also, when Leo is ready to show his scars on his chest from the surgery. Haku will kiss it, reminding Leo that he will forever be his boy. His pretty boy. His lovely boy. His boy.

i’m pretty sensitive but i hate showing it (and usually don’t, im a pretty good actor). i can be pretty clingy and insecure, but i try not to let it show too much.

i can get pretty lonely and i love to share all my obsessions with people, but i also get drained from social interactions pretty quickly.

i love having people who can make me laugh, and especially people who laugh at my jokes. i really enjoy having people to banter with.

my main love languages are physical touch and words of affirmation, but i really like quality time and acts of service as well.

i hate being condescended, or feeling dismissed or like im not being listened to. if i feel like my opinion or presence is unwanted in a situation i’ll shut down very quickly, but if someone i love makes me feel that way i tend to lash out. i try my best to communicate how im feeling but i can get really emotional sometimes.

i wear some variation of the same outfit everyday, i love music, movies, watching tv, reading, and writing. i love animals but im kinda scared of going outside (bugs and allergies). i’m very awkward and i talk a lot when im nervous (which is like all the time). i’ve been a theater kid since i was 4 years old and i love disney movies (my fav is princess and the frog). i’m the kind of person who doesn’t really like to talk to new people unless i have to so im terrible at making friends. i can be quite rude but i don’t try to be i just can’t read social cues. i really really love rocks, im vegetarian (or at least trying to be), deficient in like a million vitamins, have a bad stomach, auditory processing issues, and mental illness. i have very dry humor and i say things without thinking about them, so i make really weird jokes that usually only i understand. i get sick pretty often, i get lightheaded easily and have bad joints. i love sweet things and would eat nothing but chocolate all the time if i could. i can’t keep eye contact well, i stare at random areas on peoples faces when in conversation. i need time to recharge alone after pretty much any social situation. im a bit of a perfectionist and i can become obsessive over trying to fix everything that’s bothering my friends or those i love. i can be quite irritable and get frustrated easily especially when im anxious but it’s pretty easy to calm me down with a hug or verbal affirmations. i’m kind of like a cat in the way that i can be extremely clingy but sometimes i hate to be touched. i take a lot of naps and i might have narcolepsy and/or chronic fatigue.

on the topic of ANGER:

donnie's anger is very loud, but not like- in the raph way loud. more like "i'm gonna lose my fucking shit" loud. he probably laughs like a fucking maniac when he's pushed over the edge angry. probably screams a lot and doesn't take a single break from screaming. like, take every pent up anxious thought this man has ever had and channel it into this anger. bro is a mess. he probably cries after every anger meltdown he has.

okay okay leo. leo's anger is a lot quieter. he probably funnels all his depression into his anger when he's like, honest to god, genuinely angry. the most you'll probably get out of him 90% of the time is irritation or disappointment. but when he is mad, lord have mercy on your soul. he probably goes to his room to brood after his little anger tantrums and then apologizes later.

everyone knows raph's anger. big loud and scary. he yells a lot of insults and shit. very very very VERY defensive when he's mad. can and will beat the shit out of you and won't feel bad about it unless you're someone he genuinely gives a shit about. after he's done screaming whatever he's mad about, he'll stomp off and listen to music or something. the most he'll do is text you an "im sorry" and then not talk to you for a good few hours.

let's talk about mikey. oh my god, mikey. this man is IMPOSSIBLE to get mad. you CANNOT piss him off. HOWEVER, WHEN YOU DO? bro. you're FUCKED. oh my GOD you are fucked. mikey's anger is COLD. not like, his fake, borderline irritation anger. no, not that. @turrondeluxe has been getting a lot of asks about mikey having anger issues and i SO SO SO agree. the worst part is, he won't say a FUCKING WORD to you, if he's angry. like, if he's fighting you, he will not speak. he can be quiet when he needs to be. and oh my god this man terrifies me. let him go apeshit plEASE. he'd go to his room and blast the most ear-bleeding death metal in existence until he's pushed all of the bad emotions back into their little box in the back of his mind. (as for the aftermath, he'll probably act completely normal the next day, after he's done bottling it all up again.)

mikey:

- mikey actually loves reading. he's dyslexic and can't read, but he loves forcing his brothers to read to him. (they secretly love reading to him)

- he probably struggled with an eating disorder of some kind at some point. probably almost killed him too

- also on top of the eating disorder: probably why he’s so much shorter than his bros (bad genes combined with not eating enough [or eating too much to the point of throwing up])

- 100% a metalhead. (i also think he listens to like, green day and nirvana. probably a huge gorillaz guy too. he just listens to whatever)

- master of manipulation. he might not be able to do math but he can crack your brain open like a walnut and pick you apart.

- has a lot of weird not-directly-suicidal thoughts about something happening to him. like "what if that train just hit me and i died" type shit.

- he keeps cat food on his belt so he can feed stray cats in alleyways :3

- raph is his favorite brother. raph is also the only one who knows Just How Much Shit (tm) mikey bottles up. they have a sworn pact to keep it in between themselves because leo and donnie just dont Get It like raph does. and mikey listens to raph and talks to raph and FUCK YOU IF YOU THINK RAPH IS ABUSIVE HE LOVES HIS BABY BROTHER‼️

- he loves april so so so so so much they do everything together. he cries indefinitely depending on how hurt or sad april is.

- he only talks to mikey. he plays up the whole "mehmehmeh i hate mikey he's annoying" in front of leo and donnie but the moment they're alone they are best friends. mikey listens. he listens and he understands and he doesnt get mad at raph and raph loves him so much for that.

- his banter with leo is just petty. it's his second favorite way to blow off steam.

- his first favorite way is to punch old reliable (the punching bag)

- second best cook in the entire household

- he gossips with casey about people at casey's highschool.

- speaking of casey, he likes to spar with casey a lot. not train like he does with his brothers

- was passively suicidal for a long time because of some bad shit he was going through. he only just started realizing he needed help after realizing that MIKEY needed help

- he loves dogs. contrary to popular belief, he likes golden retrievers. (i also hc that he likes chihuauas tho)

- he likes soft indie music. (also probably a huge nirvana fan)

- iced tea lover

- bisexual as fuck

- speaks spanish cause he watches too many telenovelas

- trains regularly, treats his body like a temple.

leo:

- he likes reptiles! snakes, lizards, and little frogs are his favorite :3

- green tea drinker (he likes all tea except iced tea, but green tea is his favorite. chai is a very close second though)

- anxiety 9000% percent of the time, it gets better as he gets older though

- he’s allergic to peanuts probably. he strikes me as a peanut allergy guy

- he loves milk!!! he fucking loves milk!! drinks it every chance he gets!!!

- classical music nerd. (secretly a theater kid as well, has the entire grease soundtrack memorized)

- can speak like four different languages fluently. has the third best understanding of japanese and kanji next to leo and mikey (mikey’s being the best because he retains the most of what splinter taught)

- probably the most depressed out of all of his brothers (pro tip: don’t compare depression guys, just saying he most definitely struggled the most with depression)

- doesn’t have a favorite brother. loves them all equally.

ROTTMNT HEADCANONS BECAUSE I WATCHED AND LOVE THIS SHOW AND AM HYPERFIXATING AGGRESSIVELY ON IT NOW:

They keep the surnames of “Hamato” despite abandoning the strictly traditional practices of the Hamato clan whilst also taking more eclectic inspiration from their arts to their own.

They all brumate btw. Pry this from my cold dead hands. Every time brumation season comes, the Disaster Twins Inc. hog the couch.

Donnie, because he’s autistic and is a softshell turtle, has sensory issues and is very picky about what food he eats and which clothes he wears, as well as what surfaces he touches. He secretly has a casual list catalogued about what sensory things he loves versus what he hates, and there’s a small area in his lab that’s sensory heaven for him.

All the turtles have different eye colours. Leo has natural heterochromia, one eye being cobalt blue and another eye being bright amber. Post-movie Raph has heterochromia from being turned into a Krang zombie for a short amount of time- one eye is emerald green, and another is a bright magenta purple. Donnie has warm brown eyes, and Mikey has baby/cornflower blue-ish grey eyes. April has hazel green eyes.

Teenage Mutant Intersex Turtles, anyone?? They’re all different variations of intersex on the intersex spectrum. Leo was presumed to be a guy and does have some male traits, but is biologically female- he’s both intersex and a trans dude (and I’m all here for it).

Raph is an aroace bigender (both transfem and demiboy), Mikey is genderfluid and greyaroace pansexual and panromantic, Donnie is nonbinary, asexual and greyromantic biromantic, and Leo is FTM trans, demisexual and gay (did I mention they are all intersex).

Yes I do headcanon disaster twins, and that Donatello was taller than Leonardo when they were younger but Leo is 3 and a half minutes older than Donnie and takes every damn opportunity to brag about it.

In the future, all of the turtles have cloaking brooches and stable jobs that earn them great income. They also have apartments close to the sewers that is their home.

Okay, we all know Donnie’s canonically autistic. But what if all the turtles are on differing parts of the spectrum. More at 5.

Donnie in addition to being autistic has insomnia, BPD and misophonia and does have sight issues and is prone to migraines due to staring at screens and not getting enough sleep, Raph has panic disorder, dyslexia, OSDD-1a and GAD, Leo has ADHD-I, autism, GAD and is bipolar, and Mikey has ADHD-HI, dyscalculia and autism. All of them have some form of PTSD post-movie.

Leo does know how to play chess please and thank you. He just does it for fun and doesn’t really practice.

Splinter has PTSD, is autistic and is bisexual (the most unrealistic thing is young Lou Jitsu/Hamato Yoshi in his 20’s NOT kissing men and enby hoes in addition to women). He’s not a bad father, he just passed some of that generational trauma of everything that’s happened to him, as well as his regrets and grief, down to his kids without even knowing and feels terrible about it once he realizes. He may have made so many mistakes as a father, but he deeply loves his sons beyond what they could ever comprehend, and he’d send anyone to the shadow realm if they laid a finger on his beloved turtle children.

Donnie and Leo (mostly Donnie) bite each other for no reason at all- not enough to hurt or draw blood, but enough for the bitten to yelp and want an apology from the one who did the biting.

April O’Neil is an also autistic lesbian polyamorous demigirl. She’s saving up enough money by working at The Foot shoestore partially for her top surgery. Sunita is her best friend soon-to-be girlfriend. They’re gay disasters your honor.

Cassandra Jones is MTF trans. Fight me on this one.

Sunita, despite being a teenage slime yokai, does celebrate and participate in Indian culture and does consider herself Indian (let me have my rep I’m starved of please). It was a rainy night and your parents were out so you wound up hanging out in the sewers with the gang. You were all sitting in a circle laughing playing some simple party games, like two truths and one lie. You all knew what each others boundaries are and trusted each other not to cross them. So everything was always in lighthearted fun.

“Okay, okay, my turn, uhmmmm,” Mikey tapped a finger on his chin as he looked up at the ceiling thoughtfully. “Okay! I have never tried abstract art, I completed a lazar flip first try, and I have been training in the secret art of Mario Kart since I was seven.” He smiles at everyone, confident he’s going to win the round.

Leo scoffs. “Lazar flip obviously. That’s the hardest trick to do! No one can get it first try.” He waves his hand around nonchalantly before fishing around in the potato chip bowl.

Mikey shakes his head. “Nope! That’s a truth, Donnie was there for it!”

He points at his older brother who looks up from his screen at the mention of his name. “Hm? Oh, yes. I can confirm, Micheal got it first try.”

Leo looks at Mikey in astonishment and Raph hums. “Is it abstract art?” Mikey claps his hands and nods enthusiastically.

“Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ladies and gentlemen! We have a winner!!”

“Really? I thought you’ve tried every single art style out there?”

Mikey shakes his head. “Nope! I just don’t really get it, it doesn’t really speak to me like most art does.” He shrugs his shoulders, a lopsided grin on his face as he turns to you. “Your turn!” You blink on surprise and hug the pillow in your lap closer.

“Oh, uhm. Okay. Lets see. I love roasted anchovies and bananas on pizza.” You in fact hate it and everyone knows that. You tried it once after being triple Mad Dog dared and couldn’t finish a single bite, spitting it out immediately. “Splinters hugs are the best and…” you hesitate a second, nervous about what you were going to say next. Some small voice asked a whole bunch of ‘what if’s’ even when you know the answers to them. They won’t turn you away. “And I’m trans.” You finish your sentence and press your mouth into a thin line, waiting for their reaction.

They all look at you in surprise. Donnie had put down his screen, Leo stopped mid chew. They were all caught off guard. Raph was the first to break the silence. “Okay, cool! Have you figured out a new name or do you not want one?”

You shake your head. “I haven’t figured one out yet.” Everyone immediately lights up.

“Ooooo! Can we help? Please??” April asks her hands clasped together tightly, a large smile on her face.

“Sure, I’d appreciate it!” The chaos and laughter is back, everyone is spitballing names, cracking jokes, it’s great. You all continue talking late into the night. Even though you already knew they’d accept you, it’s really nice to hear it, to hear the support.

You fall asleep with a smile on your face, feeling safe. You have their backs, and they have yours. You couldn’t ever want for a better group of friends, because the one you have now is the best around.
