What's a tradiational Colombian Christmas dinner/meal look like? What's in it?

Depends on the household, many prepare buñuelos, a sort of fried pastry very popular in these parts, alongside rise, stuffed pork or chicken (sometimes both), a potato-based salad, tamales and bread, with desert made in the form of natilla, a traditional sweet, or quesillo, another one, also sometimes both are served.

Next day a sancocho, a traditional soup made of beef, chicken and all sorts of veggies and cooked over firewood, is also usually made.

Oh, and tons and tons of alcohol, with beer, rum, whiskey and aguardiente (a regional type of cane sugar spirit) the most common.

Sasha, without saying anything, walks over to his office door and leans out.
