I spent 11 HOURS on this drawing. I really hope you like it.

This is a drawing of my two main characters from the different time periods of Coruptacy, my webcomic that I am working on.

The bottom one, Skirk, comes from a more medieval period. Whereas Amaya, the one on the top, comes from a modern age.

This drawing is supposed to show that despite these two having the same weapon/spirit, they are in no way at all the same person or have the story having the same vibes.

These two eras of Coruptacy are the same world but a very different story and conflict.

Background design help needed

I'm trying to get my colors right. These thumbnails have been very helpful. I think that number 1 is close to how I want the composition to be; with some little changes. I'm stuck on the tree color now. This is for a comic. btw

I thought up a Hollow Knight inspired game today, here are the crazed ramblings for how it works:

I'm calling it 'Coddiwomple' for now. I feel like it would be a pixelated platformer with fully animated cutscenes. You would play as this little guy:

You are made of a Inky substance. You have arms btw, they are just merged within your inky form most of the time.

You were created from the finger of a great Goddess called The Mother.

Knowing your just a small part of a larger being can be a bit much, luckily, there's a in-game achievement for that: Individuality.

It's Unlocked when you do that. ↑

This is your buddy that you meet midway through the game, magically chained to a hill and peacefully crumbling. You save them and later find that they are a young Higher Angle. They also have arms, they are just hidden under their poncho.

The Mother is a massive entity that is in a endless battle with a god-like race called the angles.

This is an example of a fully grown Higher Angle, these beings have a ceramic exoskeleton and many arms. They wish to become the supreme rulers of this world.
