‘Serial drama x mystery visual novel’ Mystery Walk announced for Switch - Gematsu

Publisher Imagineer and developer Toybox Inc. have announced Mystery Walk, a new “serial drama x mystery visual novel” for Switch. It will launch both physically and digitally on December 12 in Japan for 5,980 yen.

A completely new title from Imagineer and Toybox Inc., Mystery Walk is the first in a three-part serial drama series! The game is set in Narumisawa, a charming, fictional summer getaway town that feels familiar, as though you have seen it somewhere before… The story alternates between the present and the past to uncover the truth behind an unsolved case from 30 years ago. Told through a prologue, 10 episodes, and a mysterious “?” episode, the mysteries deepen with each chapter. The fully voiced dialogue, brought to life by a talented cast, will make you eager to continue to the next episode. And there are some unexpected names among the voice actors… Please immerse yourself in the world of Mystery Walk to the fullest!

Story

The Yamabiki Manor Incident, also known as the “Narumisawa Landscape Painter Murder Case.” 30 years ago, on the grounds of Yamabiki Manor in Narumisawa, the famous painter Mizuryu Uchida was murdered. The body, found by the pond, was in a bizarre state. While the police investigated, the case ultimately closed with the death of the suspect. Now, 30 years later, a group of unique individuals from the seminar of Ayame Minato, a young expert in criminal psychology, travel to Yamabiki Manor to investigate the case as part of their research. As they dig deeper into the truth of this unsolved mystery, new facts gradually emerge, suspects come into focus, and the hidden emotions behind their positive attitudes are revealed…

- they took Ōtori Eiichi’s character from Uta no Prince-sama, i.e. his hair, eyes, clothes plus his voice actor Midorikawa Hikaru

- they took Eiichi and Otoya’s ... ambiguous scene standing in a burning flower field and turned it into a tragically romantic scene

- they turned Eiichi’s younger brother Eiji into his (”adopted”) younger sister and made their relationship romantic (and added control and grooming into the mix)

Natsu-Mon! 20th Century Summer Vacation coming to PC on June 27 in Japan; DLC ‘Sunset Island and the Radio Station’ announced - Gematsu

Publisher Spike Chunsoft and developers Toybox and Millennium Kitchen will release summer vacation adventure game Natsu-Mon! 20th Century Summer Vacation for PC via Steam on June 27 in Japan, the companies announced. Additionally, the new downloadable content “Sunset Island and the Radio Station” will launch on June 19 for 1,980 yen for the existing Switch version, and day and date with the PC version’s release on June 27.

Additional Area “Sunset Island”

You can now take a boat to the mysterious Sunset Island, located just off the coast of Yomogi. Go on an adventure together with the other children of the detective agency. The island includes 30 new insects and fish to catch, as well as a dungeon with a new mechanic.

New Character Tobiyama-san and Additional Events

Tobiyama-san, a member of the circus troupe, comes to Yomogi. In addition to events surrounding the small radio station run by Tobiyama-san and town resident “DJ Teikiatsu” (DJ Low Pressure), you can also enjoy a new story that occurs in Yomogi.

ADRINA MY BABY, they live in TOYBOX in the water-ward in a small cell room that has an opening to a large aquarium area where they can eat fish n swim since they eat lots of fish, his mom was a basilisk and his dad was a normal fish guy u know but no one knows where they are. Adrina is kind of a dick, they cover their eyes so they dont turn people to stone. They are CLASS-O because while dangerous theyre intelligent and wont (usually) attack until provoked.
