Sam Blacky x Niniola presents: Ronaldinho
Electronic metts soccer
Sam Blacky Joins Forces With Acclaimed Grammy-nominated Nigerian Singer-Songwriter Niniola On Inspiring Vocal Afro-House Single "Ronaldinho." Out Now on Easier Said
youtube
Powerhouse LA-based DJ/producer Sam Blacky partners with Grammy-nominated African singer-songwriter hailing from Nigeria, Niniola, for their new single "Ronaldinho," which celebrates the former's love for afro house and the latter's Nigerian history in a dynamic, soulful sonic journey. Sam has long loved pushing the boundaries of dance music and breaking music genres' molds, and over the past few years, it's become apparent that her true passion lies in creating globally-inspired, dance-worthy records. "Ronaldinho" is a shining example of this with its undulating, deep basslines, percussive instrumentals, and ethereal melodies courtesy of Sam, while Niniola's shining vocals truly turn the song into a spiritual listening experience. With the summer festival season just heating up, "Ronaldinho" is about to be heard on the beach, the festival stage, and the club dance floors around the world. The track is out now on Easier Said, which finds Sam exercising her artistic freedom by once again joining a formidable roster of forward-thinking artists such as Barclay Crenshaw, Life on Planets, Maya Jane Coles, Party Pupils, and Todd Terry.
"As the years have passed, my passion has become more and more integrated with what we know as afro house. When the opportunity came up to work with one of the original, most iconic singers in that realm, all the way from Nigeria, there was no question. I heard what Niniola had done with the vocals for Ronaldinho and knew I had to make this song with her. Having someone who is such an amazing storyteller, with such an incredible voice, who has lived this life through and through brings an entirely different message and meaning to the music." - Sam Blacky
Sam Blacky's forthcoming dates:
May 26 - Brooklyn, NY - We Belong Here Jun 05 - Los Angeles, CA - Academy LA Jun 08 - Montréal, QC - New City Gas Jun 22 - San Diego, CA - Horizon Music Festival Jun 23 - Long Beach, CA - Day Trip Festival Jul 06 - Kristiansand, NO - Palmesus Festival
Niniola
Niniola participated in several social activities and competitions. She finished third runner-up in the sixth season of Project Fame West Africa. Niniola released her debut single - "Ibadi," on 19 March 2014. The song received positive reviews, topped national music charts, and gained extensive airplay. Her singles "Ibadi" and "Gbowode" were included in the soundtrack for season 2 of "Gidi Up." Niniola was nominated in the Most Promising Act to Watch category at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. In 2017, Niniola went on to release another single titled "Maradona," which went on to become a global hit. "Maradona" enjoyed a good 13 weeks on the South African charts and was at the No.1 spot for over 6 weeks. It also earned Niniola a BET Awards and SAMA nominations. Since then, Niniola has gone on to receive nods from international heavyweights like Drake, Timbaland, and others. In 2019, elements of the single were sampled on "The Lion King: The Gift Album" by Beyoncé on the track "Find Your Way Back," where she also appeared as a songwriter and composer of the song, which has gone on to get Niniola a Grammy nomination. In April 2020 and later in June 2021, she received her 1st, 2nd Grammy nomination certificate for her work as a composer. In June 2021, she's got inducted into the Grammy Recording Academy Class of 2021. INSIGNIFICANCE VERSUS SIGNIFICANCE ANNOUNCEMENT3
Announcement3 Headlines:
Uploading Videos On Youtube
About Chung Wun Lam Pass Away
Going Through What Chung Wun Lam Going Through
Database
About Me
Uploading Videos On Youtube I created a Youtube account and channel on youtube.com. To be cohesive with this website, versussystem2.tumblr.com, so I titled that channel as Versus System 2. To verify my account I need to be contracted to a cellphone plan (mobile device). Not Verified Account: Only could upload 15 minutes duration video. Storage space is 15 GB. Verified Account: Could upload 60+ minutes duration video. Much larger storage space. Cellphones Problems: Currently, I have an AT&T Samsung Cellphone and IPhone. The Samsung have the limited battery life problem. The battery life lasted for 3-5 minutes. As for the IPhone, it can't turn on. I purchased multiple different chargers (USB wires) to makes sure the problem is not the IPhone don't have power. So, it can't turn on. But, after trying the different USB wires, it still can't turn on. The IPhone is a gift from Pastor Eric Lam. As for the cellphone contract, from 2006-2011, I would have the regular cellphone contract plan. With the following exceptions: 2008-2011 I have the president position of the Mesa Multimedia Club. 2009-2010 I have the computer monitor position of being in charge of multiple computer labs in DISD (Design Institute of San Diego). So, I upgraded my cellphone. Including adding a few new functions and features to my cellphone. On 2013, during the Double Dilemma in my life. I was looking for the lowest cost to have a cellphone contract. So, I came upon the prepaid cellphone contract. I see the prepaid cellphone contract as the following: This contract have very limited functions and features. As for the text messaging, 10 cents for each messages. If a person able to follow this contract limitation, then that person is saving about half of the regular monthly cellphone contract plan cost. Example: If a person constantly going over the contract limitation, then that person could pay more than the regular monthly cellphone contract plan. My argument is I only needed this contract to make phone calls and receive phone calls. This mean I don't have to have the other functions and features. Because my cellphones is not working. Also, I still have to check if there is the prepaid cellphone contract like in the past. So, I'm not going to have cellphone contract anytime soon. In addition, in the last month of time, I been dealing with more conflicts than before and rushing around. So, I'm giving myself some times to stay on top of my management. This mean I'm giving myself some time before I start asking family member to use their cellphone to verify my account. On May 30, 2023 I roughly counted the videos I recorded. There are 356 videos where I speak in front of the camcorder. There are 87 videos where I demonstrated the Trading Card Game (TCG) match walkthroughs. Each videos at full-length is 60 minutes. The PTTS Session Video are in the range: from 60 minutes up to 960+ minutes. 960+ minutes is 16+ videos. Because of 15 minutes duration video limitation, I will upload the first 15 minutes of each videos. Once I verified my account, then I would upload the rest of the videos. I will post up pictures of my cellphones along with this announcement. Also, the prepaid cellphone contract receipts.
About Chung Wun Lam Pass Away On November 2020, Chung Wun Lam pass away in his room. He is 80+ years old. My birth certificate show that Chung Wun Lam is my biological father. When the ambulance came to our house and the medics carried him into the ambulance. I would tells myself he would returns back to our house after going to the hospital. After days, my mother, Sok Nghim Hoi would leaves the lights in his room on. I would tells myself that once I step into his room, I would sees that he have returns from the hospital. Because I didn't look into his room to check if he have return or not, so I started walking on Lehrer Street for hours of time non-stop. Then, a man approached me and gave me the Happy Thanksgiving greeting. I felt like I haven't made contact with anyone. Beside the pastors in the Chinese Bible Church (CBC). I interpreted that man's greeting as the following: You'll be okay. You'll get pass this. Those lines from the interpretation would be lines those pastors would say to me. That when I told myself that Chung Wun Lam have pass away. He is not returning back to his room. Living With Chung Wun Lam On 2015, I talked with Chung about living with him. He agree with me on my decision. The 99 Ranch Supermarket is a common location that me and him would frequently go to. In that complex there are many different stores, restaurants, bakery, and so on. The following are living with him regular activities:
Every Sunday, I would go with him to the church, Chinese Bible Church (CBC). There is a church member, To who would give me and Chung a ride in his car to the CBC church. Often, To would drives us to the 99 Ranch Supermarket first before going to the CBC church. After church, on our way back to the house. To would usually drop me and Chung off at the 99 Ranch Supermarket complex. After Chung done with buying the things he needed in that complex. I would pushed him in his wheelchair to the bus station. Then, we would rides the bus together back to our house.
Beside going to the 99 Ranch Supermarket complex 2 times on Sunday, once or more every 3 weeks, I would takes him to that complex. I would pushed him in his wheelchair to the bus station. Then, we would rides the bus together to that complex. After Chung done with buying the things he needed in that complex. I would pushed him in his wheelchair to the bus station. Then, we would rides the bus together back to our house.
Once or more every months, I would takes him to the 99 Cents Store. I would pushed him in his wheelchair all the way to the 99 Cents Store. After the 99 Cents Store, on the way back to our house, he would often asked me to stop by McDonald hamburger joint (fast-food restaurant) to get coffees and hamburgers. So, I would do that. The walking distance from our house to the 99 Cents Store is about 20-30 minutes walk.
Furthermore, I don't talk about him. Or bring up topic about him. To avoid the father and son complexity argument. Because of this avoidance, I don't assumes about the relation between me and him. Because of the avoidance and no assumption, me and him relating to each other through our birth certificates and the photos that me and him took together. At the same time, because of the avoidance and no assumption, me and him don't get close to each other. So, I cherished the moments we were together before 2015. Example: The first time, he took me to the city while I was living in the country-side. In conclusion, to attends his funeral and makes speeches in his funeral is equivalent to the following:
I would pretends that the avoidance and no assumption between me and him. Doesn't exist.
To knowledge the things he wanted to talk with me about. A. He wanted to talk with me about the pains and sufferings he is in in his last months of time before his pass away. B. He wanted to talk with me about what happen after he pass away.
I'm ready to openly talking about his pass away to the people in his funeral.
So, I didn't attended his funeral. Chung Wun Lam's Autobiography Book On 2006, he finished writing and printed out 4,000 copies of his autobiography book, "Days of Sorrow". Most of the chapters in that book focus on the years from 1975-1978. In that book he wrote that during that 4 years of time from 1975-1978, while he, Sok Nghim Hoi, and Bun Hong Lam living in Cambodia, there were a regime going on. To avoid conspiracy against Cambodia, he would live in Cambodia while writing that book. At the same time, in the Newspapers published in Cambodia would have stories about Chung writing a book on him, Nghim, and Bun living in Cambodia during 1975-1978. I will post up pictures of Chung and his autobiography book along with this announcement.
Going Through What Chung Wun Lam Is Going Through Even though, Chung Wun Lam pass away in our house with our family members around him. Also, our family members have a funeral for him. Following the Chinese tradition by having a picture of him up on the shelve in our house. But, the argument is I sees that during his last months of his life, he is in pains and sufferings. Also, there were not that many people around him to care for him. Because I didn't attended his funeral. So, I sees that people don't care enough to attended his funeral. This argument could lead to the following misunderstanding: Show More Caring: If I shows more caring to Chung and attended his funeral, then I would sees that his pass away is in lesser pains and sufferings. He would lives on through the memories of the many people who attended his funeral. Not Showing Enough Caring: Because of not showing enough caring, I'm concerns about have to go through what he have to go through such as in pain and suffering and die alone. To clear this misunderstanding, I would have goals similar to the Trading Card Game (TCG) Pioneer goals: 1. Working toward a Stable, Official, And Long-term Database. 2. To makes the following fundament a practice in my life: Whenever making an argument makes sure to have evidences to support that argument. The reasons I have those 2 goals is because the unstable database and making arguments without evidences is what started those misunderstandings. In addition, because of the distress in my life, during my last days of time, I been praying to have my life back. Also, to stay on top of my management.
Database To list my status, it is related to database, tournaments, and arguments. The database, tournaments, and arguments is part of my Trading Card Game (TCG) Pioneer goals. The following are the TCG Pioneer goals: 1. Working toward a Stable, Official, and Long-term database. 2. To professionally engage in products that have Trading Card Game's (TCG) formula. Also, professionally engage in arguments with those TCG's formulas. The following have a lot of information about me: In IVS Announcement1 and IVS Announcement2, I announced the conflicts in my life highlights. In addition, for the people who have visited my website, tratct.tumblr.com, many of the contents on the 6 Blocks from April 2017 to 2020 is equivalent to professionally engage on the TCG Pioneer goals including finding solution to the TCG Pioneer conflicts. Furthermore, the following is a briefed summarization of the conflicts on my build up status:
Highlights Summarization 1. To have a balance and stay on top of my management on the daily activities in my life and the tournament activities in my life. Highlights Summarization 2. To have a balance and stay on top of my management on the conflicts in my life and the conflicts with my TCG Pioneer goals. Highlights Summarization 3. On September 1999 after I got 10 first places in 10 Pokemon tournaments, my younger brother, Du Hong Lam also joined the Pokemon tournament. He been in the same tournaments I'm in after that.
Occupied By Objectives: I'm occupied by the following objectives: I would handles the conflicts/arguments from #1-3. Also, I would maintains the standard in my life. At the same time, use that standard in my life to standardized the game rooms I'm in. Opposing Side Arguments: Whatever time I have left in my schedule after carried out my objectives responsibilities and duties, I would defends myself against the opposing side of the arguments. Example: Opposing side would wants to make arguments against me. Also, creates contradictions in my life. Because of Occupied By Objectives and Opposing Side Arguments, getting caught up with the database would lead to the following:
I can't handle Highlights Summarization 1 and Highlights Summarization 2, because Highlights Summarization 1 and Highlights Summarization 2 have created too much weights in my life.
Even though, the tournament have regulation. But, people could find ways to get around the regulation and make arguments and/or conspire conspiracy about Du Hong Lam in the same tournaments as me.
My works on professionally engaging in the database. Could misunderstand as I'm using the database to look into players' deck biographies. Then, I would used those deck biographies information to construct decks to win against those players.
Because of #1-3, I have the priority on professional engage in the database. At the same time, not get caught with looking at the database. Because of Occupied By Objectives and Opposing Side Arguments, there are not that much time in my schedule. In conclusion, to be on the same page with the people who are reading this, those people have to see that the players, spectators, and coordinators are the witness to the number of first places I have in the tournaments. Also, those people have to see that my writing is the tournament regulation and database.
About Me The following are the numbers of first places I have in the Trading Card Game (TCG) tournaments and Table Miniature (TM) tournaments: Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Versus System, Magic The Gathering are TCG tournament. Heroclix is TM tournament. I have 66 first places in the weekly Pokemon tournaments from July 1999 to November 2001. Anti-“grooming” candidate lost teaching job over accusations of inappropriate relationship with kids
After losing her write-in campaign to become the top election official in Washington County, Utah, a right-wing hate group leader’s history of pursuing young teenage girls has been revealed. Patricia Kent was forced to resign her job teaching middle school girls as young as 11 after her “relationship with her young female students became a matter of public knowledge in the school community.” In October, Kent led a rally denouncing the LGBTQ community, displaying pictures of young girls at a Pride event in the county. “They are grooming our children for immoral satanic worship,” she asserted. According to the Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission (UPPAC), Kent used her position as a middle school teacher to “foster intimate and dependent relationships with young teen-aged girls.” She wrote the children intimate notes, gave them gifts, and discussed inappropriate personal details with them, against the express wishes of the students’ parents and warnings from supervisors, according to documents reviewed by the Salt Lake City Tribune. UPPAC also found evidence that Kent engaged in sexual relationships with at least one of the young girls, but the evidence wasn’t sufficient to bring formal charges. Kent was forced to resign and her teaching certificate was suspended in 2000. That same year, she filed a lawsuit against the school board where she alleged her rights were violated. Court records show that a settlement was reached in the case and the case was dismissed. The terms of the settlement are not a part of that record other than that neither party was ordered to pay the other’s attorneys’ fees. “It’s absurd that 26 years later, people are making a big issue out of this,” Kent told The Tribune. She implied that she won cash in the settlement. “If I was guilty of what I was accused of, I would have been put in jail, OK. I wasn’t… I was paid off. And that should be the end of it. I am not one to live in the past. Like I said, I’ve moved on with my life. I continue to do what I need to do to live a normal life.” Her own lawyer, Stephen Cook, who is now retired, said that the settlement isn’t a sign that she was exonerated. “It wouldn’t apply in a case like this at all,” he said. “So I don’t know where she’s getting that.” The failed candidate, 71, is a longtime political activist and current “national chair” of the Independent American Party, which endorsed her write-in campaign. Kent is also the founder of the Liberty Action Coalition, established in 2020 to protest an assortment of right-wing bogeymen, including Black Lives Matter, mask mandates, mandatory COVID vaccinations for children, and socialism. That year, Kent urged members to show up armed to a counter-protest of a rumored Black Lives Matter demonstration in the county seat. “I learned a long time ago that talk is cheap,” Kent told the St. George News at the time. “But when it comes to defending your rights, most terrorists, most antagonists, most rioters don’t listen to anything unless you’re armed.” The former teacher added drag shows to Liberty Action’s list of grievances in 2022. “Those are children, teenagers at best, being promoted to the ideology of same-sex transgender,” she said at her campaign rally in October. “This is supposed to be the new exciting lifestyle and everybody’s supposed to love it. They are grooming our children for immoral satanic worship.” “I don’t watch Hallmark movies anymore because I never know when they’re going to sneak in that homosexual couple,” Kent continued. “They’re not good family movies anymore. We know Walt Disney is no longer family-friendly and hasn’t been for a long time.” Kent lost her bid for County Clerk/Auditor to incumbent Susan Lewis with 8.3% of the vote. http://dlvr.it/SdXG9L

casita 🤍 a little room tour as requested by @buhaybabae 🤪
here's a little rundown on my room: (photos are from L-R going down)
i painted my closet myself so the flowers and whatever else you see on there was all by me back in 2020; green hanging organizer is where i store my masks, masks lanyards, and headbands; ofcourse there is also my tote bag collection for easy access when i need them (thats why theyre all by the door)
prints/artworks are tbh just from pinterest and i printed them on some glossy photo paper and the ink just kept going everything - stick to matte photo paper, everyody!
my vanity which im pretty proud to say was all done by my dad - yung kalat, thats all me; before i started working, thats the table i used to work on or sit at most of the time plus selfies here are top tier; very proud of my book collection too - lahat yan nabasa ko na except siguro like 5 books
my work station - obviously not that much of a fan of blank walls; artworks on that wall is a combo of either something i made myself or those photocards from shopee or something i printed off of pinterest; shelf was installed by my dad; table is literally just a lifetime table from snr; syempre lahat ng important kalat ko nandiyan sa "desk" ko and at the coffee table turned storage table beneath it
queen sized bed that i only sleep on siguro 2-3 times a month depending on when my lola is here kasi dito kami both sa kwarto ko natutulog; tapestry is a gift from my bestfriend; dreamcatcher is from my debut since it was coachella themed wew; there are indeed fairylights on that wall since i am very basic
that medyo pale look simple corner is basically my lola's side of the bed and thats her little table where she stores her bible and cosmetics; my dad wanted to put a tv on that shelf over there but nope its too high so i just displayed a monet print (my favorite artist), my college diploma, and my certificate stating that i was an honorable mention
thats my drafting table turned catch all table kasi hindi ko pa naman siya ulit gagamitin now so it just holds random stuff; black trolley is from ikea pero TRUST ME you can find a cheaper version on shopee or lazada but hey atleast the quality is good! - the trolley has my supplier catalogs and a bunch of other necessities
and last but not the least, just some extra storage cabinets plus my very old thrifted record player and my very little vinyl collection, which is a combo of records that my dad and grandfather used to own and some that we bought back in like 2015-2016; and that green crate full of books is my to be read stash which i will start on tonight
so yeah - again i dont stay here that much, i only started staying in here more once i started reviewing for the boards and when i got a job
i never sleep here by myself kasi we all actually sleep in one room to save energy, but nevertheless, ofcourse i was gonna design my room the way i wanted to and with the fact that i am stuck in here for atleast a week more, i might just even add more paintings to the cabinets doors, who knows?
but yeah i hope you guys enjoyed my not so short room tour!

TRANSCRIPTIONS:
(00:00): There are three gifts that I want to reveal to you today. Number one, you have been endowed with all of the intelligence and wisdom of your entire intergenerational ancestor lineage. The second thing I want to reveal to you today is that you have also been gifted, which may seem like a burden, the blessing of being able to heal your entire lineage, that it is up to you to know that you are one as the one source and one family. You are your parents, you are your grandparents and you are the future generations. You have the ability to heal all of your intergenerational ancestor lineage right here. Right now, the third gift I'd like to reveal to you today is that you have the ability to emancipate yourself from all suffering. And remember that you are born of divine. You were born from source, the one creative source of all of life. (00:56): You can absolutely be that, which you wish you had received from your family. You have the ability to no longer look to the world or to your lineage for love. You can be love. You have the ability to be the mother and the father and love unconditionally the way you wish you had been loved and set yourself free. You definitely wanna listen to this podcast today. Welcome to the Dr. Aaron podcast. This is a top spiritual psychology coach podcast to inspire and teach you how to transform your trauma birth, your soul's purpose, and manifest your dreams. Hi, I'm Dr. Erin, Dr. Divinity. I'm committed to bringing you the best coaching tips, spiritual advice, trauma healing, and metaphysical recovery secrets. I'm here to help you monetize your spiritual gifts and love your life. I want you to know that I've been exactly where you are, and I believe in you together. We're awakening the world. (01:54): Hi, my community. I am very excited to spend this time with you in this podcast. One of my things in my life that makes my life the best is you guys is a community, of course, in society, being able to come together each week in all of our coaching calls and mentoring calls and training calls, but also this podcast. If you're on this podcast, I considered you, my family, I considered you my community. And I know there's a lot of people out there that are very lonely. And I want you to know that I consider you part of my family. So no matter where you are, my invitation is to come together each week and know the truth together and grow and learn and really embody the highest. And if you are somebody that's been listening for a while, or you're very inspired by this podcast, I invite you. (02:37): I invite to come on into one of my breakthrough calls and let's get to know each other more, be wonderful to meet you and learn more about you. The links are below for the breakthrough calls that I have. And, um, you can check out all the links. There's lots of freebees down there as well. So let's do this thing. Okay. So one, one of the, the kind of core things that happens with people that are coming into our community and inter coaching, accreditation, certifications and stuff, is the majority of them in the common denominator of them is they have done a lot of work. They have generally taken a lot of courses. They've taken a lot of seminars gone to retreats, maybe even read a lot of books, done. Some meditation done guided meditation, you know, done some different shifting works, um, all the different stuff. (03:24): But what we find is this, you can have the most amazing supernatural powers you can have out of body experiences. You can have all these things, but what we find is a lot of people can't even be in the same room with their own mother. They get triggered too much, right? Or in their relationship, they still have very dysfunctional relationships. They're still going around and around. How do I know this? Because I was that I was somebody who had taken every course under the sun. I had read all the books I'd been meditating for years. I had had incredible enlightenment moments and I was talk, talking to jargon and preaching to people and people would be rolling their eyes. <laugh> because energetically, I wasn't embodying it. So today I actually wanna break down and have the heart to heart conversation about healing, your intergenerational ancestor lineage trauma, because it wasn't until I really learned the deep, deep, deep work and came up with the E four trauma method and was able to transmute and transform and neutralize all the energetics at a soul level. (04:36): And so I think there's a big distinction to make here because we wanna first define, of course, what is intergenerational ancestor? Line's trauma, right? We wanna, we wanna talk about, you know, can we inherit this through our epigenetics, all these different things what's really going on? How can we heal our, our childhood trauma? How can we do all these things? But we also wanna get, really get clear of what's your intention out of this, because you can listen to this whole podcast. You can be like, oh my gosh, this is so amazing. This makes a lot of sense. What I want and invite you to do is to not just get more information, you have enough in information, it's good to get wisdom that's truth, because even in that, it seems to neutralize and, and really kind of help acknowledge you. And it makes it should make everything add up when you hear truth. (05:25): But if you don't actually do something with it, there's actually like a transgression around it. So I want to ask you right now, before we dive into this on a level of one to 10, where you, in your commitment to do your inner healing, to actually heal your intergenerational ancestor lineage trauma, right? Because if you're just gonna get more information and then preach about it to all your friends, but not actually embody it and not actually do the work, then, you know, you're just gonna end up suffering longer. And I just wanna put that out there that you have the decision you get to choose to actually implement the work and really, truly claim your birthright prosperity and have total enlightenment in this lifetime and help others as well. Right? All the above your health, your wealth, your relationships, your creative expression. Okay. So let's dive into this. (06:18): So yes, oftentimes whenever I am working with clients and they come in, they have done a lot of work, but once they start doing E four trauma method, they're like, holy cow. I thought I had done my trauma work, but clearly I had to, and this is way deeper than what I expected. And as we go further into E four trauma method, what we end up doing is past life regressions. And you don't need to learn believe in past life regressions. In fact, there is no past life from a spiritual perspective, which we teach spiritual psychology, right? So we're not a traditional psychology. We spirituality is the reality that everything comes from source from spirit, from your true consciousness, the consciousness that backs energy and psychology is the study of the soul. So we're not just looking at the cause of life and the effect of life because the cause is already what's inside. (07:09): So when we're taking a look at trauma from a spiritual psychology perspective, we're looking at different than traditional psychology. We're looking at what was created within, during that traumatic incident, right? So when I'm diving into work, whether it be with a one-on-one high end client, or whether I am training in a group for the accreditation certification, we wanna get into healing, our intergenerational ancestor, lineage trauma. So we wanna first say, what is that? Tell us, what is that? Right? So by the definition, epigenetic tags, because when you have trauma, so let's just walk through this, let's pretend something happened in your lifetime, or let's just pretend it was your ancestors. In fact, it wasn't anything you even remember nothing happened or nothing really huge happened. And that, you know, in this lifetime, but why is it that you have total anxiety all the time? Why is it that you absolutely cannot receive love? (08:04): Why is it you feel huge abandonment every time anyone comes into your life when they haven't even abandoned you, right? Why are you unable to actually have prosperity? And you actually push money away. Right? Why? I always say, why is a divine question? Because it is such a complex answer that if we could really understand the answer, we would absolutely have enlightenment. And I believe that this actually is not very complicated. It's actually very simple. So what happens in trauma, something occurred or didn't occur and say with your great, great, great grandmother. Okay. Let's just pretend, let's pretend that she cheated on your great, great, great grandfather. And she had shame. In fact, she had so much shame that her husband had to kill her because at that point in time, it was absolutely, you know, the worst thing to do ever to cheat on your husband. (09:00): And it was worthy of being killed. So he actually took her out to the, um, to the, the forest and murdered her. She had already had her children and then her children were raised by him and another woman that he married after that, because it was okay. If your wife cheated on you, you could kill her. And then you could get married again. And this came down your lineage because your great, great, great grandmother who was murdered, you know, left her children and her children were traumatized and felt abandoned and had trauma, right? So that trauma is living in you because you are your great, great, great grandmother. There's only one life and there's only one soul spiritually. So we wanna break this down from a spiritual and scientific perspective. Okay. So science says the epigenetics, and we wanna know what is epigenetics. So on your DNA, your DNA, of course, you know, has infinite intelligence and, and has all kinds of, you know, um, all the basics of the, the building blocks, if you will. (10:06): But on top of your DNA is what's called the epigenetics. And the epigenetics is kind of like playing the piano. Sometimes you push down on keys, sometimes they're flowing and some are stuck, right? An old piano could get stuck. Well, that's what happens with your DNA when you have trauma, because the moment that something happens or doesn't happen, and someone gets so emotional, their, their entire frequency and vibration rises and they decide something, no one will ever love every time, love equals abandonment, right? I'm not worthy of love. I don't wanna live something's wrong with me, whatever that is. And that tags the DNA, it actually Malates the DNA and it pushes it down like a key on the, on the piano. That's stuck, it's broken, right. But there's a way of fixing that and it's called trauma healing. So we wanna just define the epigenetic tags. (11:02): They actually get tagged. Okay. Whenever a trauma happens, they get tagged. Um, and they regulate the gene expression by acting as gatekeepers blocking or allowing access to a genes on or off switch. Right. So we know that these chemical tags, right. There's, there's methyl or acetyl groups, and they're added directly to the DNA or on our, his stones. Okay. The large spool like proteins, which the DNA is tightly around. So literally when we have trauma, it literally strangles, strangles, the DNA, it tags it and actually strangles it. Okay. And that's why we have less perception. That's why we're less able. That's why we get fragmented in mind. So your intergenerational ancestor, lineage, trauma healing, right? How, how do we, what do we do? What do we do about this? You guys, right. So one we wanna recognize this is about trauma inform first, the wisdom and the knowledge of being trauma informed is having everything add up like, oh my gosh, this makes so much sense. (12:08): Now I would say that if you understood how metaphysics, how the beyond the energy, how it's creating things really is, it should make everything in your life add up. Oh my gosh, that makes so much sense that I've been born this way with this feeling of feeling abandoned from just no matter what I do in this lifetime. Right? So it's important to heal our intergenerational answer lineage trauma. And it's important to have the, the trauma informed aspect of it, understanding the scientific stuff, understanding what happens from a metaphysical and from a universal law and from a lineage. But guess what, it's also important to actually heal it. I've seen a lot of coaches out there that do trauma informed work, and that's beautiful, but we wanna actually heal it and do something about it. And we have, uh, quite a few people in our community that have taken many other trauma informed courses. (13:02): And they say, they're amazing, but nothing compares Dr. Aaron, nothing compares Dr. E they call me right? They go, this is actually the real stuff that actually does something about it because you can be trauma informed and take responsibility for your ancestor lineage trauma. But it's one thing to just take responsibility about it. And it's another thing to actually heal it and release it. So can trauma be inherited through epigenetics? Yes, absolutely. Science is saying this and, uh, and spiritually we've been saying this forever, right? That there is one soul, one lineage. There's only now your great-great grandmother is living right now as you in the consciousness. That is all one. And you may have a different belief. You may believe that each individual soul goes on and that's fine. Some level we're all connected as one. Okay. So what is the intergenerational trauma work? (13:53): Well, it would be just the same. So in society, what we do is we do E four trauma method on past life regressions as well. In fact, I, we may be one of the only trauma healing processes that actually is able to go in and neutralize on past life regressions, which is really incredible. And I never wonder if I'm working with a client, actually don't promote past life regressions because it's really up to their consciousness. I let their consciousness guide. And if there's a trauma in this lifetime, then we deal with that trauma. And it's kind of like chains. Okay. If you, you know, clip a chain up here, I call it the track on the DNA track. If you click a click a chain up here in this lifetime and you heal it in this lifetime, oftentimes it will kind of take away the whole thing on your DNA track on your epigenetics on a spiritual level. (14:40): But sometimes, you know, you gotta go all the way down to the bottom of the weed, right? It's kind of like when you have weeds in your backyard, if you go out and just mow 'em down, it's actually gonna give the weeds more energy. <laugh>, it's gonna give more strength, the builds even more. So you gotta actually go down and get the weed out. And we've had quite a few therapists come through the accreditation also, or when we, before we were accredited and they all would say one thing, they're like, wow, it's actually very similar. The work that you're doing, you guys just go way, way deeper into the root and the core of the matter. So what do we do with the line trauma? Right? So we go in, we're gonna do the E four. We're gonna actually go into regression and we're gonna go in. (15:19): And re-experience the incident as if it's happened right now. And then we're going to go through it and begin to not putting any meaning on it, not evaluate it, simply be there with all the facts and be able to not have any resistance to the emotions and fully feel the emotions and scan over the mental pictures over and over again, through a very, it's a very specific process. You wanna get trained in it, for sure, for yourself and so that you can help the people around you, whether you wanna turn it into a career or not. It's such a blessing to be able to help the people in your life. Cuz if you're human, you have trauma. If you're human, you have trauma. Think about it. Okay. So then what we do from there is we're going through the E four, right in this lifetime. (16:00): Usually we'll start with something in this lifetime. Something that was a trauma, cuz most people have trauma, right? And then we will pop down further into a past life regression. And this actually is done. You can listen to some of my PO last, my other podcasts on past life regressions. But past life regressions are actually done through imagination. Einstein said and many, many great, incredible minds have said that imagination is our greatest faculty. And we have to use our faculty because this world is dreamed up. You guys were in a matrix. We have created all this through the elemental equations, mathematical equations of consciousness inform, condensed it into elements, condensed it into this thing that is actually not matter into experiences. And so imagination is the key E four trauma method is the key, right? It's the key to actually being able to manifest without, um, trying to manifest a bunch of things, but actually manifest the highest version of you. (17:02): And so is it, you know, how do we actually break the lineage? So something that happens a lot with clients that come in, they become empowered. They start to do their E four trauma. They start to feel very empowered. They began to, you know, become more able, they're able to show up in, in building their dreams and their businesses and their relationships. But I always say there's a final frontier. And I, I used to think it was codependency. I used to think codependency and, and dysfunctional relationship was the final frontier. But I'm here to say that there is something more, I believe the final frontier of our human beingness and our healing is actually with our parents and our children. So my invitation right now and the brutal honesty, I would say to you, if you're my client, right? Which is, if you do not have unconditional love and I'm not talking about, oh, it's fine. (17:55): I'm fine with my mom and dad. It's all God. Now I'm all good. But then you're like energetically, not okay with them. No, if you are not fully healed with your parents fully in a full acceptance and also in full love for your parents, it doesn't matter if your parents beat you. It doesn't matter if they molested you. There is a spiritual thing that happens when you dive deep enough and you emancipate yourself from how the culture had told you that parents are supposed to be. And you actually break the chains and emancipate yourself, knowing that you are born of divine, you are born of source. You are born of spirit and until you are there and until you're able to fully love your parents, absolutely unconditionally unwavering doesn't mean you don't have boundaries. If it's dangerous, right? You have not healed yourself fully don't kid yourself. You have not healed yourself fully. You are not righteous and better than your parents. Your parents have gone through their own trauma and their own traumas, deep, deep traumas. And they are the reflection for you to see where you are still not free. And that is such a huge, huge gift. (19:19): Another thing that one of our teachers in a presentation the other day spoke about a couple times, because it's so true. You guys, Adele, I wanna say thank you for saying that in class the other day, cuz it's so true. How blessed are we to be able to heal the trauma of our entire intergenerational ancestral lineage? We are so blessed. We're so blessed to finally know that trauma healing is the key that it's not just meditation, because meditation's gonna take you out of the track. It's gonna take you into the theory realm. We've got to deal with the actual DNA. We've got to deal with reprogram the subconscious mind. That is the key to be able to actually be in your body. You wanna be able to do both. You wanna have your daily Spiritu practice and you wanna do all your trauma work, all your trauma, work and birth your relative truth through the truth triangle. (20:16): Right? So next question is how does your parents' emotions and trauma impact your relationships, right? Like you can't, you cannot, you cannot kid yourself that if you still have not healed yourself with your mother or your father, that that's not gonna project out into your partner or your partner's parents, right. Or your children's partners or whatever it may be. It's going to project out in some fashion, right? So do you heal your childhood traumas, Emory program, your subconscious mind, you've got to get in and understand all the trauma informed work and you've got to get in and actually do the processes. Okay. Very important. And it is all about this. Are you ready to take 100% responsibility for your family lineage and trauma healing? Are you ready to really release the energetic bondage of your past generational trauma? And are you ready to emancipate yourself from the falsity that the cultures told us that our parents should be a certain way that they should know more than us, that they don't have any right to have their own stuff. (21:29): Right? That's a lie who says that we're not here to parent our parents who says that we're not here to have more wisdom than them and love them the way that we would want to be loved, right? Due unto others, as you would have done onto you, the golden rule. So if you are somebody that's like, wow, I really wanna heal. Or even further, if you're somebody who's like, wow, I really wanna make a difference and, and help others. Wow. I'm really somebody who wants to make an impact in the world. Wow. I'm really somebody that wants to help my friends and family. Then the only way to truly do that is to be the embodiment, to be that and to truly heal myself. And when you heal myself, every relationship around you will be healed. That is the dynamic and the profound work that we do in society. (22:16): And I just wanna say, thank you. This work has really, really, really been so amazing to watch how science has finally lined up to what we've been teaching for so long. And it's really incredible. And I wanna thank all the scientists, everybody that has been working so hard to have us be able to break down, to understand the epigenics and how it turns off and on, um, the different aspects of the communication of our DNA. You guys have to know that we are DNA fully expressed. We communicate with the entire universe cuz we are the universe. This is what and doing your intergenerational trauma work is everything. How can you be healed if you don't do your intergenerational ancestor work, right? There's no way you can heal this one little breakup from two years ago and get over your narcissistic little drama and all that stuff of your best friend hurting you. (23:02): And that's such small mini me stuff that is just projections of the deeper, deeper root of that, of that weed, which is your inner generational, excuse me, trauma, ancestor, trauma work. And so in this I just say yes, say yes, say yes, let's just take a deep breath in together and exhaling out. I say, yes, I say yes to you healing. I say yes to do my two grandmas that came to me in my deep, deep meditation and trauma work. I felt the pain of my mother's mother. She was in so much pain in this lifetime. She had so much anger. She was so mad that her mother gave her up for adoption. I felt my other grandmother who never got to fully be expressed who was in a marriage that she was not really even love with that. She was just doing what the, to what the culture told her to do, which gives her MRSS. (23:51): And in this I say freedom. All of our lineages sitting here cheering us on saying yes, heal, heal, heal. We just want you to live fully. We want you to love fully. We want you to laugh and cry and all the above we're here rooting you on we're here. Absolutely all living in you through you as you as a one divine source. And in this I say, thank you. Thank you so much for the blessing of being able to heal my entire lineage, having that burden and that blessing all in one. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the truth. I am so incredibly grateful as together we say. And so it is amazing if you are new to this podcast, I'm Dr. Aaron, a Dr. Divinity. I am not a psychologist. I teach spiritual psychology and train and certify coaches in, in all this work. (24:40): We train them in spiritual psychology. We train them in metaphysics of mine. We've teach 'em in subconscious reprogramming and getting accredited in all the different work E four trauma method all the way up to being teachers and yes, getting a certificate of training and doctor of divinity work, research work, and bringing the movement. Somebody that would love to dive deeper. You can go below on the links below. You can actually see all the podcast theories. You can binge the podcast. You can also come and check out the website, get some freebies and you can also come into a discovery breakthrough, call a group call with me that I do, which would be really lovely to get to know you more. Okay. So I look forward to seeing you weekly on here. Let's get our mind, right? Let's learn. Let's grow and let's get inspired. Okay. Have a beautiful blessed day. And may you live your truth?

Chapter three - Epilogue
26 December 2020
“Morning dreamy, wanna have some tea?” The scent of strong tea hit your senses, and you slowly got up. Tom stood next to the bed, in his sweatpants and tank top, a cup of tea in his hands. His hair was wet, he obviously just had a shower. He looked good. God your brain should turn itself off.
“Yeah thanks Tom,” you took the tea from his hands, sitting up against the headboard you slowly sipped your tea. Tom sat down next to you, being unusually quiet. You set down your tea to ask him what was the matter, but his hands attacking your sides made it obvious. A scream escaped your lips as you tried to get away from his tickling hands. You were out of breath and laughing hysterically by the time you finally escaped. The plush carpet felt soft, somewhere in the struggle you had fallen off the bed. Tom’s head stuck over the edge of the bed, as he had managed to stay there when you fell down.
“You okay?”
“Yeah, fine. I’m gonna get you back though,” you launched yourself back onto the bed, trying to tickle him, but he was way too strong for you, and moments later you were squirming again under his teasing tickling fingers. You were both laughing as you almost fell off the bed again. When you started to near the edge you decided to take him down with you, both of you tumbling off the bed into a heap on the ground.
“What the fack is happening here?” you and Tom looked up to see Sam and Harrison standing in the doorway.
“It sounded like someone was dying, of having the weirdest sex ever,” Sam said.
“So you thought let’s check?” Tom laughed. When the heaving of your chest had slowed down a bit you felt like you finally got some oxygen again. You got up and sat down on the bed again.
“Don’t worry guys, I still have my clothes on,”
“Well,” Tom said, eyeing you up and down, “Can you really call that fully clothed?” You looked down at your sleep shorts and big shirt and shrugged.
“I am wearing a bra Tom, that is so much more than you could have asked for,”
“Yeah only cus you didn’t want to take it off last night, because you were drunk,” he shot back and you laughed. Sam cleared his throat.
“Well we leave you to it then. Breakfast in thirty minutes, you coming to help y/n?”
“Yeah I’ll be down in five,” you replied, scurrying off the bed to go to the bathroom. You grabbed your clothes, but you didn’t miss Harrisons pained look when he closed the bedroom door.
“So, you and Tom having fun?” Sam said. You looked over at him. His face was awfully neutral.
“What exactly are you asking Sam?”
“Well, all I know is that you and Tom seem very close, much closer than last year,” He said, cracking an egg into the pan. You ripped the plastic off the big slab of bacon.
“Well yeah, we have gotten a lot closer this year. I spent some time in Orlando for work when he was filming there so we saw each other a lot. And he came to visit me in New York, remember,” you said, carefully cutting strips of bacon, “Plus the summer holidays, but you were there right?”
“Yes I was,” he said, “And Harrison? Have you seen him this year?”
“No, not really. I called him several times but we never really spoke,” you said. You resumed working in silence, and you started to wonder. Did something change with you and Tom? You had always been close with him. The clowns of the group. But last year something had changed. After you let go of Haz you and Tom seemed to get closer every time you saw each other. You were so deep in your thoughts you didn’t notice you had cut into your hand until Sam took the knife out of your hand.
“Y/n, you okay?” only when he asked you, you felt the stinging pain in your hand. A big part of your hand was red, and it was a miracle the bacon seemed to be fully clean.
“Yeah I’m okay. Let me just,-” you put your hand underneath the tap, turning it on to let some cold water run over your hand.
“I’ll call Harrison,” Sam said. Harrison was the one with a first aid certificate. Moments later he and Lily came into the kitchen. Lily quickly ran up to you, examining your hand.
“I am a nurse, is it okay if I look at it?” she asked.
“Yeah sure, it’s probably nothing big though,” you said.
“It isn’t,” Lily said, taking the first aid kid from Harrisons hands, “But you were cutting raw meat, and it shouldn’t get infected.”
She put disinfectant on the cut and opened the plaster box.
“Wait, do you guys really have dinosaur bandages in your box?” she asked. You snorted.
“Yes, it’s my kit, and I noticed everyone gets happy when they get a dino bandage. So I got them, and trust me, it works like a treat,” Lily laughed with you, and wrapped your hand in some bandage.
“Here you go, and be careful dear. You don’t want to cut your hand off,”she said, turning around and grabbing Haz his hand, “Come on Hazzi, let’s go upstairs, I wanna shower before breakfast.”
Harrison stared at you, and then followed Lily. You cooked the bacon, put all the fresh bread rolls on trays. Tuwaine got into the kitchen and helped you and Sam set up the table.
“Hey warrior, what did you do?” Tom was hardly understandable, his mouth stuffed with bread and nutella. He pointed at your bandage, and you felt your cheeks burn.
“Cut myself while cooking,”
“She was completely zoned off,” Sam said next to you. You rolled your eyes.
“It was not that bad, I am fine,” you rolled your eyes to Tom, who looked way more worried than he should. “Really Tom, I am,”
Boxing day was tv day. Every year a series or movie was chosen to watch, lots of spiked hot chocolate and snacks were prepared. Basically movies and day drinking. Harry had brought the collection of Sissi movies. Three long old movies, perfect for the occasion. All the couples shared couches, and soon you and Tom were left alone. You made do with a lot of pillows and a blanket on the ground. In between the first and second movie you had to go to the bathroom, so you got up. In the hallway you bumped into Harrison.
“Haz,” you said, putting your hand on his arm. He looked up. “Can we talk?” you asked, gesturing to the empty kitchen.
“Eh yeah sure?”
“Are you okay Haz?” you asked, when you were in the kitchen, shutting the door behind you. When he didn’t answer you continued, “I feel like something is weird, if you get what I mean. Did I do something wrong?” At your last question he finally met your eyes.
“No Y/n, no. I am the one who is acting weird. I don’t know,” he said, “Actually, I do know I think.”
“Then please tell me. I worry about you,”
“It’s just. I feel weird about you. Weirdly possessive. I shouldn’t but you know,” he let out a small breath, “You are a bit of a weak spot for me. I love Lily but I care about you and,”
He stopped talking and put a hand on your shoulder.
“I am being stupid. I just want you to be happy. I made a choice and I am very happy with Lil but. I miss you,”
“Haz I,” you didn’t know what to say.
“I miss us being friends so I am angry at everyone here who is your friend,” he raked his hand through his hair, “I suppose that’s it,”
“We can be friends Haz, please,” you said, cautiously wrapping your arms around him in a hug. “Just contact me somewhere during this year. I would really appreciate that,”
He laughed in your hair. “Will do, I promise.”
“Now I would love to hug you a bit longer, but I really need to pee,” you said, breaking free from his arms.
“Always the charmer aren’t you,” he replied, a big smile on his face, “Wanna have some extra spiked hot chocolate?” You nodded and walked to the hallway again.
“Y/n?”
“Yeah?”
“Thank you for asking,” his face is flushed red, and you smile softly.
“No problem Haz. I missed you,”
The last two movies flashed by you. You wouldn’t be able to tell anyone what you had seen, it was all a blur. What wasn’t a blur was your mind. You were lost in your thoughts. Tom gently nudged your shoulder.
“Hi, is everything alright?”
“Yeah just super tired. Like I-really-gotta-sleep tired,” you murmured, smiling sleepily to him. The booze, cooking and all your feelings had drained every last bit of energy from your body. Tom said nothing, but he scooped your body up and carried you upstairs. He put you on the bed, laying your pyjamas next to you.
“Go, sleep. Harry cooks tonight, he said something about pizza. You have done enough,” he softly stroked your hair. With a soft kiss on your head he left the room.
You woke up in a mess of blankets, pillows and your pyjamas that Tom put on the bed but you had drifted off before you could put them on. The door opened and you looked up.
“Did you sleep well?”
“Like a damn baby. God I was so tired, how did you guys deal with me?”
“We love you,” he said laughing, easily catching the pillow you sent flying his way. “Did you talk to Haz? He seemed a lot more at ease,”
“Yeah we talked, he told me he missed being friends. Everything is fine now,” you told him. He stood in the door, and you sat up in bed.
“Well, now we are here,” he said, “I have a Christmas present for you.”
“What? We never do Christmas presents?” you said, your mind was still a bit foggy from your sleep.
“Yeah I saw something that I wanted to get you so I figured, let’s call it a Christmas present,” he rummaged through his suitcase, finally sitting down on the edge of the bed with a small wrapped box. He gave it to you. You softly shook the box.
“It isn’t gonna explode right?” He shook his head. You tore the gift paper from the box. A small jewelry box laid in your hands. You opened the lid, and nearly dropped it.
“Tom, this is beautiful,” you exclaimed. He let out a breath, the nervous look on his face disappearing. Inside the box was a pretty ring, one you had been fawning over at Covent Garden months ago. You had decided not to splurge back then, and had regretted it not even moments later. “From that day in Covent Garden right?”
“I bought it when you left. You were so sad that you left it so,-” you threw your arms around him.
“Thank you so much,”
You got out of the hug and took the ring from the box. It fit your pink perfectly. You looked up at Tom, to find him staring at you.
“Tom,-” he pressed his lips on yours in a searing kiss. His hands flew to your face, and you were shook. Tom was kissing you? You kissed him back, but as abruptly as he started, he broke the kiss.
“I am sorry,” he murmured, getting up and stumbling away, heading towards your door.
“Get back here and kiss me again you asshole,” you said, getting out of the bed as well and taking large steps towards him. He met you halfway, your lips collided. If you thought the first kiss had been good, boy you were corrected now. Tom's lips seemed to melt together with yours, his hands seeming to find a weak spot in your neck immediately. When his tongue brushed yours you were sure you died and went to heaven. The world could come crashing down around you, and you wouldn’t have cared.
You knotted your hands in his shirt. His touch felt like fire, igniting a warm feeling in your chest. He gently pushed you back until you hit the bed. You let yourself fall onto it, taking him down with you. The same bed you had been play fighting in this morning. But now Tom was kissing you and you never wanted it to end.

routine comforts | Foxiyo Week 2020
AO3 Link | 1,800 words (approx)
A/N: Posting this from a tent by the river in the mountains so formatting may be a mess, sorry. Big shoutout to @lilhawkeye3 and CollisionTheory (AO3) for proofreading this for me and to @amukmuk for hosting this event! <3
Summary: After the destruction left behind by Cad Bane and Rako Hardeen at the Coruscant Prison, Fox is forced to take a break by the two beings closest to him.
Routine: schedule, daily, familiar. Day 1 @foxiyoweek
Fox sighed as he flicked the flimsiwork into the ‘complete’ pile on the far side of his desk. Despite how much that pile seemed to grow, the ‘incomplete’ pile wasn’t shrinking. Or, at least, it wasn’t shrinking fast enough. He should have been done by now. He would have been done by now and at Riyo’s apartment, wrapped up in her arms, if some of the more notorious bounty hunters in the galaxy hadn’t chosen that night to break out of prison.
But they did.
So he was here in the Senate filing death certificates, new clearances, and security protocol approvals instead of burying his face in Riyo’s hair. Worse, he could’ve been sprawled out on her couch at this very moment, dealing with this all on a datapad, had the prison records been online. But if it was online, it was susceptible to power failure and exploitation. That was how it was justified to them. Fox thought that they just didn’t want to spend the credits when he was the one suffering for the system’s failure.
“Want some caf?”
Fox sighed and rubbed his fingers across his eyes. He didn’t know if he did. It could help him concentrate or it could give him a headache. He didn’t think he could stand the latter right now. “Thanks, Thorn, but I think I’ll just die instead.”
“That’s my line.” Thorn let the door shut behind him as he entered Fox’s office. “Go home, Fox.”
“I can’t.”
“I can get the rest of this. You need to drink a shot of caf, hop in a speeder, and run home to the beautiful woman who’s been waiting to see your face all day.”
When Fox looked up, it was to find Thorn leaning over his desk, their faces inches away.
“Do you want me to sign with my number or your number?” Thorn persisted.
“Mine. Or they’ll send it back to me for secondary approval.” Fox rose from his chair and switched sides of the desk with Thorn. “Thorn, are you sure you want to do this?”
“Fox.” Thorn took the pen Fox had discarded and twirled it between his fingers. “You have Riyo Chuchi at home, I’ve got Stone. You have a lot more to look forward to.”
Fox paused before he reached the door. “I’ll tell Stone you said that.”
“Like you’ll remember in the morning.” Thorn made a shooing motion. “Give Chuchi my love.”
“It’s not worth a lot.”
“Well, neither are we. Out!”
---
Fox nearly collapsed at Riyo’s door. He might have, had her security system not notified her of his approach so that she was standing there when he opened the door, her arms open for him to lean in to.
“Long day?” She asked as she buried her face into his chestplate.
“Horribly so.” He admitted, letting his helmet fall to rest against the top of her head.
“I have a cure for long days, you know.”
“You are my cure for long days.”
She pulled herself from his grip so that she could bring both hands up to his helmet and pull it down to her lips. “I know. Go strip this off and we’ll get the cure started.”
When his armor had been laid neatly on her dresser, Fox walked back into the living spaces to find Riyo sitting at the bar with a platter laying before her.
“I knew you wouldn’t be too hungry after today, so I had my aide grab some Pantoran cheeses and meats earlier. You pick the wine.”
Of course. She would have heard about the prison by now. Fox walked into the kitchen area to the cabinet where Riyo kept the food items she received as senatorial gifts and from receptions. He grabbed the first wine bottle he saw. “I didn’t know Pantora was known for its cheese.”
“It’s not. But did you expect us to live off silk?”
Fox laughed and held the bottle out to the small uncorking mechanism hidden under the kitchen lip of the bar. “Point taken.”
“Have you ever had a platter like this?” She asked when he began to pour them each a glass.
“I’ve seen others eat them. You put cheese and meat on the cracker and eat it together.” He shook his head and recorked the bottle. “I sound like a droid trying to describe eating.”
Riyo held out the cracker she had just assembled. “Try it.”
Fox bent over and gently took a bite, staring down into the marbled stone of the bar top as he chewed, taking in the new flavors. “That’s amazing.”
“Then come sit down and make your own!” Riyo said before eating the rest of the cracker she had offered him.
So Fox made his way back around to the barstool beside Riyo and listened as she began to tell him about her day, the senators and representatives who had irked her, and his brothers’ conversations that she had overheard in the Senate halls as he munched on some of the nicest crackers, cheeses, and meats that he had ever been allowed to touch. Before long, he was lounging on the couch with her in his lap, unconsciously swirling another glass of wine in his hand as he related the latest Coruscant Guard office disputes. The petty pranks his brothers pulled on one another were far easier to share than the deaths and injuries that had also occurred that day. Like this, surrounded by nice things and with Riyo in his embrace, he could almost imagine he was something other than property. The only thing stopping him from fully falling into that fantasy was the knowledge that his comm could beep with an emergency at any time and that Riyo didn’t care if he was a free being or property. It didn’t stop her from staring up at him in pure adoration. And when he had run out of happy things to say, it didn’t matter who he belonged to when she reached up to bring his lips down to hers.
“Can we go to bed early tonight?” He murmured once she allowed him to withdraw.
“Of course, love.” She murmured back before untangling her limbs from his and rising from the couch, offering him a hand to follow her.
When Riyo dragged him into her bedroom, Fox stopped her to pull her back in for another long, slow kiss. She had told him before that his kisses were almost too gentle, but he could never be rough with her unless she explicitly told him that she wanted something rougher that night.
“How in the galaxy was I the one you chose?” He sighed.
“I liked how you walked.” She winked up at him.
“And were your suspicions confirmed?”
“Confirmed and more.” She tugged on his hands again to pull him towards the bed. “Come hold me, I’m cold.”
She knew exactly how to hook him. “I swear, you only love me for my body heat.”
“No...” She drew the word out, giving him a pitiful look. “Something far more artificial, I swear.”
“Well, that settles it.” He gave into her gentle tugs and followed her to bed.
---
When he woke, it was to Riyo gently tracing her finger across the curve of his hips. He opened his eyes to find her propped up on her side beside him, her hair cascading down in messy waves over his face.
“You need to shave.” She beamed down at him.
“Good morning to you too.” He closed his eyes again as he felt a tired smile tug at his lips. “Shower?”
“Do you even need to ask?” But she didn’t rise, so neither did he. Instead, Riyo lay herself across Fox’s bare chest and took in a deep breath, breathing him in. “I don’t suppose that clones can take sick days?”
“Not unless you’re actively dying, no.” He could feel her weight on his chest as he breathed, warm and comforting.
“Then I suppose a shower will do.” This time she rose from the bed, padding quietly across the wood floor to the bathroom. Fox waited until he heard the water tap begin to run before he too rose and followed her.
Riyo’s shower was truly meant for only one being, but with some maneuvering the two of them could fit with Riyo pressed against Fox’s chest. Fox didn’t think that she quite minded and he rather enjoyed the excuse to be the one to rub her soap across her skin, especially since she would then do the same for him. Anything to touch her, or feel her touch. But the shower never lasted as long as he wished it would and far too soon he was slipping his blacks on while Riyo dried her hair. Before Riyo needed the mirror to assist with her senatorial hairstyle, Fox quickly lathered on shaving cream and reached for the elegant razor Riyo had bought him.
“What would they say if you grew a beard?” Riyo asked as she watched him in the mirror.
“Instant death.” He paused to grin at her. “No. But my helmet line would itch while it grew out.”
“Can’t have that.” She shook her head, not even trying to hide the smile spreading across her features as she laughed at him.
When he had finished, he moved aside to let Riyo occupy the space. She had already parted her hair, and he gently took hold of one section and tugged it down so that he could lean over to kiss her. “Breakfast?” He asked when he had pulled back.
“I’m meeting with Senator Amidala, actually.” She smiled apologetically. “But you’re welcome to cook something for yourself.”
“I’ll just get Thire to grab me something. He needs tasks or he gets bored.” He bent over once more to kiss Riyo’s cheek then went back into the bedroom to reassemble his armor. When put together, he went back to the bathroom doorway to watch Riyo put the finishing touches on her hair before selecting a headpiece. “Want me to grab you your robes?”
She met his gaze in the mirror. “Please. The turtleneck, if you don’t mind.”
He never thought he’d be familiar with her closet, but here he was picking out the beautiful maroon and gold dress for her. Then a few seconds later he was slipping it over her head, careful not to smudge her makeup, and buttoning the back.
“Thank you!” She beamed at him as she finished tracing the curve of her eyes. Simple, beautiful. Then again, he always thought she was beautiful. “Will you be escorting me to the Senate today?”
“As always.” He promised. As he had the day before, as he would tomorrow, and as he would every day for as long as he could return to her.

Dollzkastle
This is a blog dedicated to fans of the dollzkastle
To answer some Questions that you may have for myself or the dolls~ 🎀
I am going off of the questions I’ve been asked for years or even the new ones I’ve been getting since I’ve created a Tiktok~ I hope this answers your questions you’re looking for, now let’s begin 🐮
Myself Behind the dolls; my name is Decklynn but people call me Dk or Deck. I am an Agender with He and Him pronouns. I am a little with a caregiver/ daddy and I am a pet owner of 3 Kitties. I do both makeup and Doll art. I am a twenty something year old adult who’s been into crafting and customizing Dolls since I was a child. I am also an artist and got interested in drawing at a young age so I already had the type of skill to Draw on things and recreate facial hair and all types of stuff like this. I went to collage and majored in art while living at home with my parents who were Both Transphobic and Homophobic but also Abuse I’ve endured since a young age, physical, mental ive developed a great deal of mental health problems That even now I am being diagnosed and treated for. With an alcoholic parent and upon my mental health problems and living in a terrible environment that was life long I left home and left school and started my own life with my fiancé One day my fiancé was online and seen Big dolls that looked realistic and those dolls I was so fascinated by. I have never seen anything like them and to make a big 3D version of my ocs and crafting just sound like a dream come true. So I did it! I bought my very first BJD 600$ and I never regretted that. I wanted this one because I just fell Inlove with him. I know you’re thinking 600$!? That’s crazy but it literally is worth every penny when you put your heart and soul into a project it’s like your favorite anime character but you create them and you style them, that’s the best way I think I can put it.drawing on them is not as easy as other may think, you can be a phenomenal artist but still lack the skill to paint on them so it took me years to build the skill I have now. I am still learning 🤍🐮My first dolls unboxing is on YouTube under Octoberv12 ~ if you’re interested in just a little photo video of that time it seems like now, forever ago. My dolls gained huge popularity in 2018 on Instagram where there is a page I’ve dedicated to fanart and cosplays if you just #dollzkastlefanart on Instagram you will find them. I’ve taken a big break from them and left my old account behind to start a fresh and new one in 2020 till a month ago that’s when I decided to join Tiktok. I’ve been doing little music clips of the dolls for a while so I thought you guys would Enjoy them too 💓🐮
Questions and answers ?
Where are you from? New York
What websites are you on?
YouTube I have the dolls playlists individually. I put a lot of effort and energy into their characters they all have stories, music playlists and even avatars and their own accounts on Social media sites.
I am on Instagram under Dollzkastle, myDollzkastle, Decklynnkastle, Decklynnkastlee, omridurr, Acydfei, Princethedoll, Rjeaii, Dollzkastlefanart, Xeroyandere, milesophelia, crysky1, miloscenebabyxo, flowerboyrose, & itsmamamikki & Jasphire.vu
On Fb under Decklynn kastle or Milo Ryo
On Tiktok decklynn kastle or Dollzkastle
On Imvu Decklynnkastle, ivanx3, jeninsai, crackheadsymbols, charleta123, oaklynn10, jasphirexx, romanjackjrs, charleta1, Gemini953005, Milesawayfromyliife, BinxLemment, miloscenebaby, yandereboi7, Princethedoll1, acydfei, royal461349, KandyKimmy, mama13708, thyunderbolt1, ezratheomen
On Tumblr @dollzkastle @acydslitterbox
@ezratheomen , @mamamikki there are more but I’m not too active on tumblr right now
Email? @[email protected] or @[email protected]
Do you sell your dolls? No I do not they’re my babies and I put a lot of work into their characters and I am emotionally attached to each of them. I have sold some that I didn’t bond well with.
What do you use to paint on them? I use acrylic paint, soft pastels, water color pencils, graphite, acrylic gloss and sealer. Doll eyelashes, little craft hoops and balls for piercings and craft tiny beads for jewlary. I use yarn sometimes for their hair but other times I purchase their hair online. Sometimes I draw them tattoos and sometimes I use Temp tattoos.
Do you do commissions? I do commissions for people who need work done to their own BJDs like faceups, hair or blush and nail art. I don’t buy dolls to work on to sell but in the future I’d like to do that. It’s an expensive hobby so get your pockets ready. My faceups are 60$ but for something really advanced it will be 80$ plus shipping charges. Nail art is 5$, blush is 10$ wigs are 25$ I’ve had people ask if they could buy the doll send them to my address instead of their home, I work on them and then send them to that person but you have to remember there is money involved and I mean lots of it so if you’re buying a 300$ doll via through me to a website you have to be willing to also pay me for putting this doll together which we can talk about via email the price. I will be able to hook you up with feedback located on Instagram under my thread “Dollzkastle” where you can see some of the items I’ve sold or commissions I’ve done and my customers I’ve had.
The quickest way to reach me is via Instagram on Decklynn kastle 🐮💗
What are the dolls made out of ?
Resin. I know there are vinyl bJDs out there but mine are just made out of resin~ 🍭🤍
So if you don’t sell your dolls, where do I get one ?? On BJD websites but be aware of scams or Recasts also which are usually cheaper and too good to be true prices. I’ve had my fair share in mistakes with this in the beginning after my first Doll. Do lots of research on YouTube to learn more. Recasts are heavily looked down upon in the hobby and people tend to stay away from and not talk about them because they are a problem to the hobby and create damage by taking an artists work and selling them for much cheaper. You will not get head plates or certificate or authenticity cards or an original Box. They tend to be much smaller then an originalwitj seam lines and sometimes they’re easy to spot so just save your coins and go legit, Support the artists. I do not bully people but others will. Some official Bjd cheap websites are thejunkyspot, Angel of dream, mystic kids, migidoll, Alicecollections, bobobie, withdoll, littleRebel, littlemonica, supiadoll and crobidolls and so many more just do some research y’all find them. If you have that type of money or want to save then check, Hummingdolly, dollshe, Soom, Doll chateau, dream valley, Iplehouse, Dikadoll, iOS (immortality of soul) distantmemory (the BTS dolls are from here I know a lot of you like BTS I am a Kpopper myself lol) and there’s just so so much more just type Bjd websites and y’all find a ton~ I just kinda remembered these at the top of my head. Lol 🐮💕
So where do you get clothes and accessories from?! Some are from EBay, Etsy, Amazon. Some are form people on IG who sell first come first served or little shops that don’t have a big name or anything that I just run into who happen to be selling what I want or need for a doll. I don’t make my own eyes but others do I get mine either commissioned or on the websites I just stated. Some stuff are handmade like wigs and clothing I do sometimes make those. You just have to know the size of your doll and their eye measurements and head measurements. 💗🐮
💜🍼Prince and his paci? The girl who sold them I bought two and she stopped selling them I’m currently looking myself for some Bigger doll pacis.
💕How big are your dolls? They’re as big as a toddler but much thinner. Some 3 feet and some a bit smaller but they’re large dolls sometimes people don’t realize that 🐮🤍 you can by a variety of diff sizes like MSD (1/4 30cm ranges) SD (1/3 60-75 cm range) SD uncle 80+ and Yosd (smaller 20cm or smaller range) I might be a little off but it’s because I only purchase the bigger ones I don’t have much interest in smaller currently.
Is it okay if I cosplay or draw or use anything from you for a project or anything like that? Just let me know or tag me 🌸💜🍭 I love seeing recreations in your art style.
Can I send the dolls gifts or things?
Someone is making my dolls currently clothes from their clothing line and I am so excited for this!! Over the years some of the dolls have been greatfully gifted things or given things and it just makes my heart melt so of course you can! Just Message me Via Decklynn kastle on IG to let me give you some info🤍💕💗🐮
I will be back to continue filling this out if I get more questions I haven’t already answered 💕🤍🐮 I hope I answered some for you! 🍭🌸 thank you for being lovely & have a great day!

THE RILEY GALE FOUNDATION LAUNCHES, PRESENTS RILEY & FRIENDS DAY, VOL. 1
Celebrate the life and legacy of Riley Gale on August 25 at Deep Ellum Art Co. in Dallas, TX — Details below.
Riley Gale was a force of nature within the heavy music community. Anyone who met Riley knows that he loved his fans and considered them extended members of his family. He was always quick with a smile and words of encouragement and comfort.
Riley was also a champion for those who are misunderstood, marginalized, and mistreated. He wanted everyone to be treated with kindness, love, and respect, regardless of their background or social status. His song lyrics and the actions he took off-stage demonstrated Riley’s desire to make the world a better place.
When Riley passed on August 25, 2020, it was a devastating blow to all who knew and loved him. His friends and family continue to grieve, but they also promised to continue Riley’s legacy of doing good for others.
In that spirit, Riley’s friends, fans and the entire Gale family are happy to announce the official launch of The Riley Gale Foundation, a 501-(C) (3) charity.
Riley obviously loved music, but he also fiercely defended those who have been marginalized by society. He used his influence to encourage others to contribute time, money and emotional support to those in need. When Riley passed, the family asked for donations to be sent to Dallas Hope Charities, his favorite charitable organization. Contributions came from around the globe and enabled Dallas Hope Charities to purchase a home for people who are going through a difficult transitional period.
Riley also loved animals. If he could have, Riley would have rescued every stray, abandoned, or mistreated dog he saw. Tommy, his beloved, funny-looking mutt was always at his side.
The Riley Gale Foundation will continue to support Dallas Hope Charities and similar organizations. It will also support local, neighborhood-based animal rescues that are in constant need of funds and supplies. They’ll support and contribute to various mental health programs.
The Gale family will administer the Foundation; they have committed to dispersing 100% of all net proceeds raised by the foundation to those in need, and contributions will be transparent and public.
In order to properly celebrate who Riley was— and to publicly launch The Riley Gale Foundation— they are excited to announce the first annual Riley Gale & Friends Day Vol. 1 (RG Day Vol.1). Taking place on August 25th, 2021 at Deep Ellum Art Co. in Dallas, TX, the first of many events of its kind, one and all are invited to join for music, memories, food and fun. And most importantly, to have a blast celebrating the life and legacy of Riley Gale.
The event is free but contributions to The Riley Gale Foundation are encouraged and appreciated. There will be a live and online auction featuring dozens of one-off musical items, merchandise, artwork, gift certificates, items from Riley’s personal collection and more. Details are below, and for more information vist The Riley Gale Foundation here.
Please RSVP for Riley Gale & Friends Day Vol. 1 on Facebook.

“Lost Gatherings? Kurin, that was a thousand Gatherings back! I’m not that old!” Lissa snorted. Then she reflected, “That history is gone too, so I guess that it does fit, after all.” She gave a sad little laugh at that.
Master Juris was eyeing them warily. It was clear that his plot had gone awry but he could not figure out how it had happened. Alor, following Kurin and Lissa silently at a distance, shot Master Juris a hard look. He did not even look embarrassed.
While Lissa found seats, Kurin went to see what the cooks could spare. Getting a hint from Kurin’s mind, High Cloud sailed from her shoulder and landed neatly on the table by Lissa. Startled, Lissa began to pull back but then leaned forward and softly asked, “Are you my Murin? I suppose not. It has been too long and you are too young. If you ever do find him, could you bring him to me?”
Kurin came to the table with a laden tray and sat across from Lissa. She smiled at her mother and said, “He says that he will watch but Sea is big.” High Cloud strutted about the tray viewing the contents from all angles and settled down where Kurin could easily reach him with her chopsticks.
Soon they were laughing merrily over Kurin’s comic account of her first attempt to fly. She had ridden in High Cloud’s body as he flew so often that she was sure that she could do it herself, if High Cloud would just let her try controlling his body. She had been embarrassingly wrong. “And he makes it look so easy!” she finished.
She picked up a piece of red weed bun and held it out to the smug looking bird. He had picked the story from Kurin’s mind and remembered it very well. His head was bobbing, crest lifted in amusement, along with their laughter. He paused long enough to snag the bun and make short work of it, lifting his head as he swallowed each bite. Lissa hesitantly held out a fillet of skelt and High Cloud took it gently from her chopsticks.
Kurin looked on approvingly and offered, “What do you want to do with yourself now, Lissa?”
Lissa looked troubled and said, “I don’t know, yet. I used to work for the weaving shop doing loom and equipment maintenance. When I wasn’t doing that, I made things for other shops, mostly little things that the boat shop didn’t want to burden themselves with. I expect that nobody will trust me to do anything for a while.”
“I will,” Kurin said decisively. “I am going to need quite a bit of help for the next six Wohans. I have navigation and mapping classes to teach, mapping to do and I need to make toys for sale in my booth at the Gathering of the Fleet.”
“That is a lot to do for an apprentice. What is your Craft and who is your Master?” Lissa asked in curiosity.
A bitter laugh interrupted them. Master Juris snorted, “The little ingrate jumped ship. I got her certified as a full journeyman Boat Builder and how did she repay us all? She went and adopted onto the Grandalor!”
Kurin angrily retorted, “Speaking of ingrates, I did it because it was the only way to save your life! Anybody should know better than to threaten an officer of the court right in front of the judge! The Wergeld that saved you from immediate execution needed me off this ship. Ever since then, you have been trying to get the agreement overturned by your every word and deed. Do you want to be executed so badly? I can accommodate you, if you want it.
“Alor is right over there. All that I have to do is ask her for a Council meeting. For some reason, the Combined Council is fond enough of this vessel to want to keep it unscattered. I’m pretty sure that they will either declare you insane and remove your Master’s Certificate or renounce you entirely and let you swim to my foster father.”
Alor stepped over to the fray and said heavily, “You don’t have to call the meeting, Kurin. The Council has already made the decision to save the Longin. They put the determination into my hands as Purser.”
She turned to face Master Juris and said sadly, “Your services as a Master Boat Builder are no longer possible. You have just broken your oath to the Combined Council of the Longin, given not two hours ago. You must decide whether you are mad and will live or are sane and die. You have until the end of this watch to make up your mind. Either way, give your Certificate to me by then so that I can return it to the Fleet Craft Council.”
Kurin wept openly. To a now horrified Master Juris, who had not believed that he could be dismissed, she said in a shaking voice, “Why couldn’t you let me save you? I have tried every way that I know how.
“I’m not sorry that I went to the Grandalor. Tanlin and Barad are good foster parents, and Selked is a good Master.”
To everyone’s surprise, Lissa wrapped Kurin in a hug and rocked her gently. She stroked Kurin’s white hair and crooned softly, “I’m sure that you tried. Master Juris always was famous for never letting go once he set himself on someone. He hangs on to his grudges tighter than the bite of a Grimm’s Eel. He made the choice, not you. There are limits to even a Dragon’s Gift, I guess. I am sorry that you love him so much when he has so much hate that he would rather lose his shop instead of simply live.”
Lissa steered Kurin away from the group that had gathered. “Let us go set up your toy shop. I need something to do and so do you.” High Cloud snagged a skelt fillet and launched himself casually across the room, landing on Kurin’s shoulder, next to Lissa’s arm. He was trying to stuff it down Kurin’s throat as they went out of the mess.
Alor caught up with them as they reached the main deck. It was clouding over but not stormy. She told Kurin, “I have your shop assignment. It’s old married quarters, A4. The tannery was using it for a storeroom but it was too out of the way. It will be cleared in another hour or so.”
“A4?” asked Kurin in a quivering voice.
Puzzled, Alor replied, “What’s the problem? It has a port for light. It’s even larger than you asked for and it hasn’t been used for Gatherings . . .”
“Not since my Murin Behar died there,” finished Lissa firmly.
Alor’s eyes widened in horror. Putting her face in her hands, she asked softly, “How could we forget? Is there anything that we can do right?”
“It wasn’t the most sensitive thing that I’ve ever heard of,” Lissa snorted, mildly amused. “At least there’s no ghost to worry about.” She pointed at the far off clouds, “My Murin is out there, somewhere, not here. The room will be fine.”
As Alor left, Lissa looked down at Kurin and asked, “It will be alright, won’t it?”
Kurin looked up at her and said, “Yes, it just has bad memories, that’s all.”
Arm in arm, mother and daughter walked slowly to the after companionway. Down in Alor’s cabin, Kurin selected her tool chest, and some other items from her gear. Lissa helped her to carry everything.
The new cabin did not have the memories that Kurin expected. It was just an empty cabin, well lit and reasonably roomy. Lissa had been right. Her father was long gone from the space and there was nothing of him left.
Kurin set about measuring the new space for workbenches, tool racks and the other necessities of her work.
The next day, a surly boat shop apprentice named Morgan was helping them to build the benches. The young man kept glancing fearfully at Lissa. Every time that he did, he made some small bungle in his work.
Exasperated at the third error in spreading the glue to laminate her new bench top, Kurin took the roller from his hand. Irritated she told him, “High Cloud spreads glue better than you do. Why couldn’t the boat shop have sent me Roper or Luin? I know that they can do this. I trained them myself.”

(00:00): If you or someone, you know, has ever dealt with addiction, you definitely wanna listen to this podcast. It has stated that as many as nine outta 10, people are dealing with a level of addiction in their relationships. And as much as 10% of people have dealt with a drug or alcoholic issue, the reality is that we all are touched in some way by addiction. And if you're listening to this podcast, you most likely are interested in understanding about spiritual psychology and how to make an impact with people that you love, or maybe even make it into a career. So you definitely want to listen to this podcast to understand and know what's possible. Welcome to the Dr. Erin podcast. (01:12): Hi, my soul family. I am beyond excited to dive deep today into a special, special podcast. So if you have been binging my podcast, you will know that I've been doing a solo podcast for some time now. And part of the reason why was because I had the show good morning, LA land, and I interviewed 3,600 people on that show. And so when I began the podcast, I actually had no other intention of just having it be a creative expression for me to express the incredible teachings that we teach in metaphysics and universal law and spiritual psychology and all that stuff. But guess what? It's a new chapter and I am beyond excited. I'm getting chills right now because I, I wanna bring you more story. I wanna bring you the heart. I wanna bring you podcasts that have you get chills that have you realize and have a revelation that has you transcend and transform by knowing truth. (02:09): And how do we know truth? The best is by story by actually experiencing someone's life and seeing them transcend and transform the dark into the light. So today I am so honored because this first guest is such a love. So Lindsay, Kara carte is an incredible leader in society. She has personally touched my heart in such a way, because I have witnessed her go through such a transformation, but I saw her commitment from the very first day I met her and who she is today is somebody that touches so many lives. She has a podcast herself on sobriety and a bunch of stuff, but we're gonna go all through that. But what I want to do is I want her to share her story so that whoever is listening to know that wherever you are in your trauma, no matter what you've gone through in this life, if Lindsay can do this, you can do this. So today is confessions of a recovered addict. Hi Lindsay, how are you? (03:17): Hello? Hello, Dr. Erin and community. So happy to be here. Thank you. (03:23): So I, I want you to share your heart with me and the community today. And I don't even know if I've heard your whole story from your childhood all the way through the trauma that you experienced and kind of the dysfunction that you know, I know you and I, and all of us have gone through, right? I want, I would love for you to really paint the picture for us of where you came from. Where did you grow up? How did the trauma start? What were those incidences for you and how did you come to deciding that you wanted to heal? And then of course, after that, I want you to take us through actually what it was to help you transform in doing that inner deep work. So tell me, where do you grow up? Where are you actually from? (04:09): So I grew up in PAC Kong, New Jersey. Um, both of my parents were together and I was the middle of three children. I had an older sister and I have a younger brother. It was a small town. I went, I started school and we had a lot of nature around us. And I was, my childhood was by any external standards. It was comfortable. My dad worked hard. He was gone most of the week. He commuted and he made decent money. So we were relatively comfortable and he would always put us first when it came to money. So we always had stuff and we always had experiences. And my mom was home when we were younger. So she was a stay at home mom. She was always there. She was able to, you know, be there cooking dinner and have us, you know, eating together as a family. And, but I also found it challenging. And I found that my dad's anger and his rage and his drinking would really affect me. (05:13): So take me there, take me to one incident that you remember as a child, take me there. (05:19): So I'm five years old and I'm hiding in this hallway closet of our house with my sister. And there's this, there's this slanted wooden floor. Cause the hallway is above the stairs that go down. So there's this slanted floor and I'm behind all of these winter coats and it's dark. We're hiding in there as my parents are fighting and I can just hear it's muffled, but my parents are right in the living room and it's, it's quiet at first. And at first it was like a joke. We were hiding in there and, and it was meant to be something funny. And so we're still kind of giggling, but then I hear my dad and his voice is raising. And, and there's just, there's something about his tone that as I'm there and I'm behind the coats, I can, I can hear in his tone and I am sitting on the floor of this closet, holding myself up and I can feel that my whole body starts to just tense up because I, I know it's coming. (06:23): I know that anger's about to come. And the next thing I know, it's like the, the damn opens and he's yelling and he's cursing at my mom and they're fighting about money again. And I just, you know, I hear every few words and, and he's yelling at her about these fucking kids and you spend money on this and I'm just contracting more and more. As I'm sitting in this closet, it's already a tight space. And, and my older sister's next to me and all of a sudden what was meant to be fun and games becomes like this, this like claustrophobic prison. And, and I can feel my own tension because everything in me is like, just, we have to be quiet. I have to be quiet. You can't know we're in here. You can't know we're in here. And as I've been listening to them fight, and I'm listening to him, yell at my mom, I'm, I'm getting Angerer and angrier. (07:19): And there's a very real part of me that wants to bust out and yell at him. But I'm five. And I absolutely know it's not safe for me to be angry at him because I've learned what happens when that happens. So I shut it down. I shut down my anger. And as I'm sitting in there with her, I'm just feeling more and more powerless. And in that moment, I feel like I hate my dad. I hate, I hate him. I hate the way he's talking to her. And I think we ended up sliding down the floor and the door opens. So then all of a sudden his attention turns to us. And as his attention turns to us and he starts directing his rage at us and he's yelling, you fucking kids, and it's always something and hemorrhaging money and money's going in faster than I can make it. And he's just so pissed and angry. And my mom tries to, she says, it's not their fault, not their fault. And she puts her hand out and he then just unleashes on her again. Oh, sure. You're always defending her. And I'm just frozen. You know, I'm just frozen in that moment as this child where I just, I wanna fight. I wanna run. I wanna get angry. (08:33): Lindsay, what did you decide about yourself in that moment? (08:36): Yeah, that I'm just, I have no fucking power. I have no power. I have no control. I hate my parents. It's my fault. Yeah. (08:46): Thank you. Here you are. You have a somewhat what you would consider a normal family for whatever that is. You have some traumas that are going on early. How old were you when that first one began? (09:00): I would say probably four or five. Maybe six at the most. Yeah. Mm-hmm <affirmative> but I remember the fighting, like from, from the get go. (09:07): So it happened all the time. It was, it was consistent. Yeah. Okay. And then, and we're, you know, as we know, we're talking about, you know, Ace's adverse childhood experience type of things, right. And as Lindsay knows, we don't necessarily in spiritual psychology, you know, say that there's big traumas and little traumas. What we really look for from a spiritual perspective and from a sole perspective is what was the imprinting that happened within Lindsay? What decisions did she make about herself? What divided perspective, what happened? So, Lindsay, tell me a little bit about how you see what happened from here. Take us through it again, really about like where you went from here. You were, you grew up, you were having dysfunction in the family, obviously some really tumultuous arguments. Mm-hmm <affirmative> so then what happened? What happened from there? (09:52): Yeah. Well, from that moment, I think that it really was, I just decided I was powerless. So as I went through my li the rest of my life, I was just constantly, I was a great student and I was just so capable in school and I really liked school. And my first place of, I guess, escape or addiction was probably books. So I would just lose myself in books and I would drown out the world in books, um, because it just was like, I never felt comfortable. I never felt at ease. And it, there was a very, you know, you say the divided perspective. Right. And when I really think back from within me, it's like that divided perspective was always there because it was like my intuition, my inherent knowing was like, you know, this is, this is a problem. This is dysfunctional. Or, you know, whatever, whatever you wanna call it. (10:45): I mean, now I can, you know, obviously I see the perfection in all of it, but at the time I, there was, it was a problem. But on the outside, I was constantly being told how great my family was. Right. Because we materially had things and both of my parents were there. And, um, a few years after that, we ended up moving onto a lake house. Right. So on the outside, there was very much this picture of, oh, this is a great family. And so I started making myself more and more wrong for how I felt about my family, because I was angry. <laugh> makes, I was, makes sense. So angry at them. Yeah. <laugh> (11:24): So take us in the timeline. So here you were at young when you really realized and had some, obviously big kind of traumas, if you will, of decisions and things, and then what happened you, so you dived into school and then what happened? Timeline wise, like where, what began in your life? What was, what was going on? (11:43): I would say, yeah. So all through middle school, timeline wise, all through middle school, I continued my great grades on a role gifted and talented cheerleading, gymnastics, softball. I was just doing all the things. And then right about seventh or eighth grade, I just completely took a U-turn, you know, and I can remember, I remember sitting there in my English class and looking at my teacher and just feeling so angry and just being like, I don't care anymore. I don't care anymore. And I just stopped doing my work and I stopped handing in my assignments. And, you know, in hindsight, I know it was because I was just going the reverse rebellion. But at that moment, I just was like, I don't care anymore. And I started rebelling and I, I remember I stole my first pack of cigarettes right around into eighth grade and smoked them in the woods with one of my friends. (12:41): And it was like this thrilling experience where I was doing what I wanted for the first time. And very quickly from there, it just kind of snowballed as I moved into high school and I got more and more rebellious and I just fell more deeply into this identity of I don't care. And it's kind of wild because even through high school, when I was like, I don't care, there was a very real part of me that wanted to go back to doing the sports and the good grades and the things that I loved, because I really did love that stuff. But this other part of me was more in control. And, and I spiraled through, I, I, I fell into like the punk rock music scene. And so that music just fueled my anger at society and my anger at my parents. And I just started really pushing everybody away. (13:33): And the whole spiral of drug use, you know, it started with the alcohol would steal booze or beers out of, you know, our parents' liquor, closets and progressed to marijuana. And then it progressed to hallucinogens and then it progressed to cocaine. And then once I graduated high school, I fell in with a crowd who was all doing heroin. And at first, when I started hanging out with those people and I was dating one, and he was like, my second boyfriend ever. And I, he was older than me. His name was Dave, and I just thought he was like the coolest thing. And it was just another experience of me looking at this person outside of myself, like, oh, you're gonna be my savior. And <laugh> when I found out that he was a heroin addict, I actually broke up with him. And I was like, well, I can't do that. I looked at everything. I had been doing all the other drugs I was doing. And I still felt like I was in control. And I was looking at the people who were heroin addicts. And I was like, well, they're out of control. So I can't do that. I was super judgey about it. <laugh> (14:42): Mm-hmm <affirmative> so tell me, take us, take us then. Thank you so much for being so real and vulnerable. Cause I know that you're helping somebody out there right now. You know, if you take a look at Lindsay and, and you go, oh, she came from a decent family, you know, oh, she just may have been a bad, bad seed. And she got into drugs and alcohol or whatever. But when people really start pulling the layers back, it's important to understand how there's always a cause there's always a cause for all division of mind and, and people kind of harming themselves if you will. So take me to an incident mm-hmm <affirmative> during your alcohol or drug use. I want you to tell me what was the darkest moment for me, take me there in a virtual share. (15:21): So I think really it was where the, the, the split really solidified. And that was, I was about 19 years old and I was standing in my mother's bedroom. My well, my mother and fathers, they were still together. I was standing in their bedroom in our lake house and I can see the wood floor, just beautiful wood floors that they had and laid in the house. And I'm, I'm dope sick because I'm strung out. And this has been going on for about two months, but I feel completely out of control. And I'm standing in the doorway of her bedroom, nobody's home. And I make the decision that I'm, I'm gonna take her jewelry and I'm gonna go sell it in that moment that I'm standing there. I'm so torn because there's a very real part of me that doesn't want to do it. And then there's this other very real part. (16:13): That's like, I have to do this. I have to, I can't, I don't have a choice. And so I go and I raid her drawer and I take some of her jewelry. And in that moment, I'm just in the back of my head, I just say to myself, like, this is, this is what you've become. And in that moment, I just decided like, I am a loser and this is what I have become. And I take you to that moment because I feel like it was the moment where I just fully gave up the fight I gave up trying to even be who I really was. And I just succumbeded to that, that what I thought at the time was, you know, some dark power inside of me, but now I know it was really just me and my addiction and my path. (17:01): You don't know when you see somebody and the world, it can be so judgemental around addiction and somebody who does heroin and like, Ooh, that is like really dark and like stay with, they must be the devil. And like, but you need to know, like, if you're listening right now, Lindsay is, she's like literally one of the most loving human beings I've ever met, she is completely so consistent of who she shows up for as a leader as like, like, so the point is this let's not give up on our sisters and brothers out there. Mm-hmm (17:35): <affirmative>, (17:35): Mm-hmm <affirmative> I mean, truly. And truly it says right now in, even in America, that 10% of Americans are dealing with drug addiction. Okay. That's not taking into account of people that might be mildly, you know, going off the sideways or even 90%. They're saying of people that are dealing with codependency, which we're gonna dive into that more as well. The point is, this is Lindsay. Today is somebody who leads in an incredible community in society. She has a podcast, she has high end clients. She coaches, she serves she's in a great relationship. She's somebody that you would never in a million years think somebody who was doing heroin and who you are today. And this is years. It's not like, you know, she's been on the wagon for a while, right? I mean, this is amazing and you are a true Testament of what's possible. (18:35): And so I want you to now really talk about, obviously we've been doing E four trauma method and you are, Lindsay is trained at an E four trauma method. She's trained in metaphysics, metaphysics of mine. She's trained in spiritual psychology coaching. She is now actually in a teacher's speaker ministerial kind of law of attraction program that we have. She leads, uh, many, many women and men weekly and has tons of clients and is very, you know, who you are is, is unrecognizable, but also you're even unrecognizable for the average person. That's never even, you know, had an addiction with any kind of substance. You are way, way, way above average. So please help me and help the people listening, take us through your actual journey, through the work in society of like, what was it, what was it that really helped you really do that inner healing? (19:31): Definitely. I would say two things for sure. Number one, the trauma work, the E four trauma method, the subconscious we're programming has been such a catalyst. I, I, I always teach it like this, you know, it's like when we have trauma inside and in our consciousness and our bodies and we're holding it, it's like that trauma is what really creates those walls of separation within ourselves first and foremost, but then also us against the world or us feeling separate from the world. And so it's like great, because before I came to society, I was studying a lot of this stuff, but I just wasn't able to embody it because I was still in that sabotage. So when I found Dr. Aaron, when I found society and I came in here and I was exposed to E for trauma method, I was just blown away by cuz even that moment I was sharing about when I decided, okay, I'm this loser, right? (20:27): It's like, there was so much charge around that when I got here that I didn't even know about. And I remember it was about two months in and I was, I was going through an E four trauma method and that event came up and I, I could see, so clearly that, that had been one of the driving commands. Why I wasn't able to have success before coming in here. I was constantly sabotaging because the commanding story was I'm a loser. Mm. And so that E four trauma method, it just, it really truly creates the space. Right. It reads the garden. It, it pulls up all of those emotional, like it's like there's cinder blocks that when we have trauma and I mean, it doesn't matter, like you just said, Dr. Earn, right. It doesn't matter how big or small the traumas are. It's like those cinder blocks of emotion are in there. (21:15): And until we move them out, we can't put something new in. So that backed by, you know, our spiritual, our spiritual work, our spiritual practitioner work, um, just the re coming back into the reclaiming of my understanding and connection with the idea of spirit, the idea of the divine, you know, God, if you wanna call it that, whatever anybody wants to call it, I've just moved past the need to have, let it have one name because it's my understanding of spirit and that I am that right. And so it's that knowingness that I feel like, you know, spirit, God does for us, what we can't do for ourselves. And I feel like through you bringing E four, bringing your, your methods of subconscious reprogramming, bringing that to us, us then coming back into our own healing. And, and me being able to reconnect with my own divine spark, it's just creates this whole unification within me where I've just like, I've become this version of myself that I always knew was in there mm-hmm <affirmative>, but was like locked in a page. (22:27): What's interesting about what you said, uh, describing from doing the inner work, the trauma work and the subconscious work, and then also really having self revelation of who you are, which is interesting because we say in our line of work, which is metaphysical and spiritual, you know, deep, deep soul work that they, the answer for addiction, if you will, doesn't matter if you're a workaholic or a love addict or co-dependent, or even drug addict, doesn't matter. What matters is the answer is oneness, which is interesting. Cause that's exactly what you describe, which is oneness, which is because the addict, which of course, as you know, and all my audience knows, I went through major, major codependency and I had an agent disorder as well when I was 17 to 20. So I've dealt with my battles for sure. And feeling so alone and feeling so divided and you know, your commands as Lindsay said. (23:21): So what we do in E four as well is we, we really do that deep work neutralizing, those, those incidents that happen that had us decide. So we say in spiritual psychology versus psychology, psychology, mostly measures. What happened to you from everything from adverse childhood experiences? And so far, it was like, what's the big trauma versus a little trauma. And we in spiritual psychology don't necessarily measure that as much as we measure what happened in mind, we measure what decisions did Lindsay decide in those high frequent states of emotions. And you said, I'm powerless. I don't care. And I'm a loser. And I'm here to say, Lindsay, cuz I know you've declared something new. You are so powerful. And I know that you care so much of how you show up in such love and you are a leader and I'm just getting a little teary right now because this is the butterfly fight. I want you right now, out there. There's somebody listening right now. And if it's not you, maybe it's someone, you know, that's struggling with co-dependency or addiction to a substance, whatever. Please send this to them. Okay. Because if they can hear somebody like Lindsay's story, to be able to understand how dark she went and who she is today, what's possible from one person because Lindsay touches lots of people and you should check out her podcast. Lindsay, what's the name of your podcast? Sobriety. (24:47): Sobriety. Yeah, the sobriety, the podcast. (24:50): It's such a great name by the way. I love that name. It's so awesome. (24:53): Well, I feel like sobriety is really that's that's my Testament to this work, right? Because it really is like through, through the trauma work that we do and coming back into my own connection with spirit, it really is it, you know, sobriety like the physical sobriety from drugs and alcohol was the first step of the journey. But what I was really seeking was that connection with my soul again. And that's, that's what it's all (25:19): About and tell them where they can find you on social media and your website. (25:24): Totally. So on Facebook I'm there, you can find me Lindsay Jones or at Lynn I'm on Instagram a lot at, I am Lynn (25:34): So good. So I would love for you to do what I am calling a spiritual scientific prayer because I think it's time. I think it's time that the world understands that we absolutely can measure the soul. We can measure the soul by what out pictures into one's life. We call it the vibrational match, the mentally equivalent and Lindsay, I would be so honored if you would know the truth for, for us and for everyone out there that is whether they're still struggling with an addiction or whether they're just wanting to know the truth right here. And right now (26:10): I would love that. Thank you. So let's all just take a deep breath in together. Just really breathe into that expansion. That knowingness, as I just recognize that that truth is all around us. Just letting go, just letting go of any tension, any idea of needing to know or control or figure it out. And in this moment, I truly, truly, truly just, I recognize I feel it in every cell of my being, I know the truth and that truth is oneness. It's that we are all one. We are all the one spirit reflected here inform as these beautiful individuals that each and every one of you are that I am that Erin is that we all are. And just looking out, knowing fully to all one thing, there is no separation. The truth is one is the truth is unity. And just recognizing that the separation exists in mind and knowing that we fully perfectly created, I fully perfectly created it so that I could come into this, knowing this remembrance, this resurrection, this redemption, just coming back into the truth, which I never could have recognized if I hadn't stepped out of it. (27:25): And so just fully recognizing in this moment, as we see it and the cycles of nature, and we see it in the days and the nights, and we see it all around us, there is no separation looking at the trees, the leaves, the roots, recognizing there's no separation in that tree. It's all the one thing. And it's connected to the earth and it is the earth. And so too, are we just knowing fully that I am this beautiful expression of the divine mind? The infinite infinite intelligence is each and every one of you are that. And what I know to be true is that the true calling, the yearning, the desire from within your hearts and minds, that is the truth just as it was for me. And I know that right here, right now, each and every one of you, me, all of us, we are just awakening. (28:09): We are coming into this, knowing this, we are revealing, we are healing. And I'm so grateful to know that this truth is the truth and that it is already done. I'm so grateful to know that there is liberation, there is freedom and that desire for liberation, that desire for expression, that desire for joy and love and harmony and prosperity, whatever it is that you are desiring freedom. It is there, it is available. It is waiting for you. It's already done. It's who you are. It's who I am. And I just declared. It's done. I know it's done in my mind. It's done, it's done. It's done for each and every one of us. And I'm just in so much humble gratitude for the journey. As I look out upon the life, and I know the absolute perfection of my whole journey, I know the absolute perfection of each and every one of you that is listening to this. (28:56): I know the perfection of your own journeys, and I know that you're being shaped and molded and forged in the fires of whatever it is you are experiencing. And it's perfect. And by design, and what I know to be true is that you are here for a purpose and that all of the pain, all of the suffering, all of the struggle is for a purpose. It's part of your mission. It's part of your purpose. It's part of your expression and it's who you were born to be. And so right now I just declare that each and every one of you are recognizing that and remembering that and declaring that and stepping forth into that, as I say yes to you being in that expression of that, I see each and every one of you in my heart and every cell of my being, as they light up with just the chills of the knowing of truth, that if you're listening to this, you're listening to this for a reason. And it is your divine calling coming forth right here, right now for you to step into your purpose. And I'm just in so much gratitude, as I say, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Knowing my word is law, knowing that I have all of the power and that is the most liberating thing ever. And knowing that I don't have to figure it out because the law does it. And I just release my word up, knowing it is done and heard. And so it (30:02): Is. And so it is so beautifully said, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So beautifully said so again, if you, or something, you know, is dealing with addiction, please seek medical help within society. We train and develop and help soul based entrepreneurs, coaches and leaders monetize their spiritual gifts. So we don't deal with active addiction or PTSD or mental health disorders. As a group, we do however, have trained practitioners and E four trauma method, coaches and teachers that can take one-on-ones. When unanimously deciding to present a gift to a cat lover, be sure to find out what kind of cat that person has, or to take pictures of the cat if you already know. For instance, you may have to think of an excuse (such as your friend’s kid’s birthday or a holiday) to go over to your friend’s house and take pictures of that cat. Estevan Florial
Basic Info
Florial is entering his age 23 season from Barahona, Dominican Republic. The Yankees signed Florial in 2015, he originally tried to get signed in 2014 but was banned for a year after using a falsified birth certificate. Estevan has two more option years remaining, and outside of his one game he played in 2020 with the big club, hasn’t played above High A.
Florial’s 2020 and Prospect Breakdown
Normally in this section I’d breakdown how the player did in 2020 or in previous MLB seasons because of injury. Here’s Florial’s 2020 stats.
One game, three at bats (he played in the first game of one of the double headers vs the Mets), fifteen pitches seen — struck out twice and got a single. He made one catch in CF in his one opportunity. So yeah, not exactly a whole lot there.
Here are Estevan’s minor league stats as well as his Dominican Winter League stats, because those are a lot more relevant to who Florial is as a player.
Florial has had some injury issues in the minors, which has really hurt his development — he broke his hamate bone in 2018 and his wrist in 2019. Getting a hand/wrist injury in back to back seasons when you need to grow as a hitter is certainly not ideal, but the Yankees still brought him up in 2020 (partially because everyone on our team was dead) and there is a very real chance that he’ll be the first outfielder called up in case of injury this year.
youtube
We’ll start optimistically with Florial’s strengths as a prospect- he is extremely, extremely talented. He’s a defensive whiz kid—Fangraphs gave him an EIGHTY grade on the 20-80 scale for his arm. He has a bigger cannon in the outfield than Judge does. He’s super fast, with a 70 grade speed. He does an awesome job tracking down balls in centerfield. In all honesty, he very well may be the best defensive player on our team when he gets called up.
He also can absolutely crush pitches when he gets a hold of them- as a lefty pull guy, he has a really long swing and gets underneath stuff and it’s easy to envision him destroying pitches to right field in the Bronx. A fairly easy comparison to make for him if he reaches his promise would be Curtis Granderson—someone who hits .250 with a lot of strikeouts, but Gold Glove potential and ends up as a 30/30 guy.
Florial does have a pretty major weaknesses though—at one point he was considered the #1 prospect in the Yankee organization and a Top 50 guy overall, and while he’s still the Yankees #10 prospect at MLB Pipeline, Fangraphs has him all the way down at #31. Even ignoring the injury setbacks, his star has really lost a lot of shine over the past few years, mostly due to his struggles at the plate. Florial in his minor league career has struck out in 32.1% of his at bats, and he’s ended up in High A Tampa in four straight years without getting above that point. There is a serious concern with the fact that if he’s already striking out THAT much against A ball pitching, what happens when he’s facing MLB quality pitchers? For comparison, everyone gets frustrated with Gary Sanchez’s strikeout numbers, but Gary had a 20.9% strikeout rate in High A.
For Florial, it really comes down to whether or not he can actually make contact with the ball at a semi-consistent rate. The way his swing works, he’s always going to be a high strikeout guy, but he needs to be a lot closer to a 20-25% strikeout rate guy in the majors than his career 32.1% strikeout rate if he wants to be an everyday guy. There’s All Star potential in Florial, but there’s also a very significant chance he can never play in the majors because of his contact issues.
Florial will likely start the season at the Alternate Site and then stay in AAA Scranton Wilkes-Barre to get some at bats, skipping AA Trenton altogether. His spring was a little delayed due to a Visa issue, but with the Yankees depth chart being extremely low on outfielders, if something happens to Hicks or Gardner it means Florial will be getting a call up to roam center field for the Yankees.
Optimistic 2021 Projections
Florial ends up getting to get some consistent at bats and stays healthy in SWB, and then gets a call up due to injury in July. Estevan ends up playing about a month with the Yankees, hitting about .240 but with five big homers and some fancy Web Gem plays. He becomes a fan favorite, and ends up making the postseason roster as a pinch runner and fielder, and after Gardner retires in the offseason it’s clear that Florial will be the team’s fourth outfielder in 2022.
Pessimistic 2021 Projections
Due to the injury bug chomping down on the Yankees once again, Florial is forced to play a major role on the 2021Yankees. His first couple weeks go pretty well, but once teams figure him out he really struggles at the plate and is just an automatic strikeout. The team ends up having to make a trade for an extra outfielder, and fans are ready to throw a celebration when he gets sent back down.
Sam’s Official 2021 Gift Basket Projection
I’m a pretty big believer in Florial's future long term as a fourth outfielder, but I think the most important thing for him this season is that he stays healthy, but more importantly that Hicks and Gardner stay healthy. If Florial can have some time in the minors to just get some at bats, I think he can be a nice option off the bench for the Yankees for a long time. My guess is that Florial ends up getting about 60 PA for the Yankees this season, hits about .230, but has a couple big moments for the Yankees and ends up being a fan favorite for his defense and hustle.
Join us tomorrow where Evan takes you Inside the Gift Basket of a young man made of delicious pasta, Jonathan Loaisiga.
