btw when my brother and sister-in-law and niece were over tonight for dinner. i was sitting on the floor holding my dog so she could come over and pat him wo him jumpin all over her and knockin her over (he really has a hard time understanding that she's not just little but she's delicate, and he is a big dumb oaf)... but she really does love doggy, she gets more excited to see him than any of the rest of us probably lol. she has two dogs at home that are wonderful so she always gets excited to see other doggies, big and small, or even stupid graceless ones like dickens. but i'm straying from the point...
she was walkin round the kitchen while i was still holdin onto dickens and she turned back around to face me and just ran into my arms for a hug ;____; and later on before she left she did the same thing ;____; i got two UNSOLICITED baby hugs. twice my one-year-old niece saw me and was like "i am gonna go hug her" AAAHHH!!!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHH

Everybody was obsessed with me at work today and it was, in fact, very weird.
#part of it is that I’m actually very good at what I do and people love working with me#so I do in fact have a list of like fifty members who Will Not work with anyone else it’s a whole thing#and three of them had appointments with people are Not Me and it was a whole thing#like we just swapped so I could help them because it wasn’t worth it#and then we had another two walkins who won’t work with anyone Not Me#and then I switched some random lady into a high yield savings and she was so pleased she bought me ice cream#and then (I was supposed to be on the teller line today all day) we had a bunch of people who were like ‘no go ahead I’m going to see her’#it was both baffling and kind of creepy

#today while i was walkin this guys dog one of his friends was havin a conversation w another guy#maybe a gay guy idk . but they were talking abt how it pisses them off that some people#cant mind their business wrt to hating on queer people#then he came over for a bit and he was talking abt the same stuff and how his brother is queer#and then my client said his brother is queer too#also he said one of the other caretakers that work in this apt complex is a dyke#altho he said he wasnt sure if 'she' was 'wanting to be a man' or just a lesbian. but he was chill either way#peace and love and shit#oh the point was poor people just kinda Tend to be more open minded i think.
