I really like "Gravity Falls", though I haven't watched a lot of it. That Wendy picture is one of my most favorite pieces that I've made. It was when I feel like my "Cartoony" style was at its peak. I wish I could find my way back there. The reason I chose Bill Cipher for the background in that Raven picture is because I wanted to put something back there, and he seemed like a "King in Yellow", since he's...well...yellow. And kind of a king? Cipher is also a Euclidean, and everyone knows how fond Lovecraft was of "non-Euclidean" geometry. And Lovecraft referred to Robert Chambers (the author of "The King in Yellow" as a Titan.

So in a weird way it makes sense to use Bill Cipher in the background in a picture of Raven dressed as The Queen in Yellow. It makes sense enough for me, anyway!

I read a while ago Teen Titans (2003) comic and I couldn't help but want so badly draw her with that back tattoo. It was so nice and I had a while since I draw a woman so yeah.

Raven was always one of my childhood crush since the Teen Titans show of 2003-2010 but I never draw her before until now. Good to do it with some pretty references ‼️

Anyways, I'm pretty busy for this week so I'll probably not draw things for a few days, bad thing.

RAVEN AND BEAST-BOY

1980's inspired Raven and Beast-Boy.

He was supposed to get a retro, jungle themed Guns and Roses shirt, but alas, I got lazy. I didn't finish designing it...or coloring it. I just made the line-art purple and called it a day. I do plan to design the shirt properly next time tho.
