Janis timma found dead in Moscow

According to a REN TV report, Latvian basketball player Janis Tima was found dead in Moscow. The TV station reported that Tima, the ex-husband of Ukrainian singer and actress Anna Sedokova, committed suicide. Several other reports have confirmed the suicide theory. Russian media reported that Tima's body was found near a hotel in central Moscow. Next to him was a phone with a message from his ex-wife, the famous singer Anna Sedokova, asking him to call back. According to Delfi.lv, the authorities are still investigating all the circumstances surrounding the incident. The authorities are still investigating the cause of his death. read more

I Bangkok tävlade man i spogomi – en sport där deltagarna samlas för att på tid samla ihop så mycket skräp från gator och torg som de bara kan. Den här gången fick man ihop 170 kg skräp på en timma.    Spogomi, som uppfanns i Japan, ska göra renhållning till en kul lek. Deltävlingar hålls i 21 länder och vinnarlaget från varje land kommer mötas på världscup i Japan i november.    I Sverige kvalar man om en plats i spogomi-VM den 26 juli i Linköping.
