【株式会社AN】SDGに取り組むライフスタイル—役立つアプリで食生活から貢献

株式会社AN代表取締役の向山かおりです。

前回の記事では、一年の始まりに、現在のトヨタ自動車株式会社の創業期を描いたドラマ『LEADERS』を踏まえ、ビジョンや目標設定についてお話しました。

今回は、年始に乱れがちな食生活について書いていきます。

SDGs「9.産業と技術革新の基盤をつくろう」といった観点から、日常的に取り入れやすい仕組みとして、食に関わる注目のサービスを一部ご紹介します。

まずは、食糧のアウトレットアプリとして注目されている『Let（レット）』。 余った在庫、型落ち品、規格外品、見切り品、B級品など「訳あり品」を購入できる食品ロス削減アプリです。

SDGsの目標「12.つくる責任　つかう責任」の中でも、「2030年までに世界の食料廃棄を半減する」という目標が掲げられていますが、 日本での食品ロス、つまり、まだ食べられるのに廃棄される食糧は、令和2年時点で年間612万トンに及ぶといいます。

消費者庁によると、これは、世界中で飢餓に苦しむ人々に向けた世界の食料支援量(2020年で年間約420万トン)の1.2倍に相当。

Letでは、手軽に訳あり商品を売買でき、私たちもスマホ一つでフードロス削減の取り組みに参加することが可能です。

もう一つご紹介するのは、商品のエコ度を科学的な分析を用いて算出する「Myエコものさし」。

食品の生産や輸送、消費、廃棄までを含めた温室効果ガス（GHG）の排出量を、5段階のスコアで表示します。

選んだ商品の環境負荷をひと目で見ることができ、スコアが良いものを選択することで温室効果ガス（GHG）の排出量削減に貢献することができるのです。

さらに、お会計時にはMyエコ貢献スタンプが付与され、 獲得数に応じて、環境負荷低減にこだわって生産された特別な食材の詰め合わせである「エコ食材セット」のプレゼントも。

一方で、生産者側にとっては、エコであることが理由で消費者が商品を選んだことがわかるのも魅力的な点です。

そのため、エコ食材がもっと生産され、地球環境がより良くなる持続性につながります。

SDGsの目標「7.エネルギーをみんなにそしてクリーンに」と「13.気候変動に具体的な対策を」にも分かりやすく関連していますね。

当社の経営するヘアサロンやオーガニックショップやにおいても、 お客様の身体の健康を守り、かつ地球環境に優しく、さらに生産者の方にとっても喜ばれるような商品やサービスの提供を心がけています。

今後も、皆さまのライフサイクルに気軽に取り入れていただきやすいSDGsの取り組みを発信してまいります。

Connecting with other communities is another role taken by Time4Southwark by developing and delivering,  co- activities and events with other organisations. The aim is to benefit more people by raising cultural understanding and facilitating social integration and valuing the diversity of people.

That’s the reason why we organised a Bring&Fix with Pembroke house, with some great stalls like gardening, computer repairing...
