I took a few pics here and there but they were never enough to make a full post about each family only. Pine Lake Farewell: Thomas

Pine Lake finally got a military base, so Sam ended her furlough and packed up the family to boot camp. Her past experience and high skill helped her to move quickly up the ranks and soon they were enjoying the view from the comfortable officer quarters. Even in times of peace, senior officer doesn’t have much free time, but in the little she finds, Sam enjoys tinkering on an old car with her boys.

Aldric’s name was becoming widely known as a headliner during the base’s construction, and once Sam re-enlisted, he was offered a job as chief of the base’s entertainment. It wasn’t long before the military stage became the destination for a good night out...for military personnel and civilians alike! He and Charlie made sure to meet up every few seasons to catch up and share laughs about life in the limelight. He made a decent effort to stay in touch with his brother’s family too, but life took them in different directions so the cousins were never particularly close.

Ivor grew up more in his father’s footsteps, loving the spotlight, and less so the exercise machines. He did enjoy spending time with Mum on the old car, though, and was proud to drive the beater around, even if they could use much fancier vehicles whenever they liked...including the helicopter.

Caleb was the complete opposite of his brother, growing up into a total fitness nut. He met Georgia Newson through the cross country club, and they’ve been an item ever since.

Like Melissa, Garrett and Hope are in their third year of college. 

Garrett is majoring in sports which is ok for now, but his real interest is in martial arts. There's a lack of martial arts teachers around here, but when he does find one he's sure all this general training will be useful.

Hope is studying communications and wants to be a journalist, ideally something high profile like a TV news show.

The pair have been together since high school and their relationship is still strong. As Thomas mentioned earlier, they're currently looking for an apartment together. They'll both miss living with their dorm-mates but they know that they'll still spend time together here at college every day, just like they do now.

Poppycock Progeny 26 - Annie

This is just the next half-week before I saved cuz I had some fun irl stuff to do that day.

Well, well. Looks like we know why Remington is always wanting to hang out after work, don't we? The Tomyoy twins are children, now.

Carmen Patch gave Mars a bit of a scare while the kids were out playing. Thomas and Balin were doing well at friendship until a skunk came along. Balin was no longer in the mood. Annie has an on-going friendship with Ginger Newson, she asked Ginger if her and all her stray children wanted to move in. They did. I know there's some that aren't Newson's. The other ones got sick and died so I replaced them.

Vamsi's spirit pays a call at long last. All the other ghosts have shown their faces repeatedly for a couple weeks and never her. She scared Ginger who just wanted to have something to eat before bed. Then Thomas met an untimely (and quite undignified" death in the bathroom. Was that Vamsi's way of saying she didn't care much for Thomas??? Balin comes looking for Thomas all hours of the day. It was Wednesday when I saved this so we'll have to see what happens for the rest of the week.
