~He wouldn't have experienced a real childhood. Essentially cast out into the world on his own with no support. And for the longest time wouldn't even know what the feeling was when he's regressed. As the Wanderer the small floaty feeling that came on when he was feeling lost and overwhelmed only multiplied.

~I like to think that Nahida is his caregiver and the first one to explain what age regression is. Poor thing would probably have such trust issues when it comes to having a caregiver. He would be expecting her to act towards him like Ei did and just flat out ignore his needs while little so it takes him such a long time to open up to the idea of her actually caring about him.

~Random little headcanon: He would have a crow plush. Maybe wearing a tiny version of his own hat that was made especially for the little friend

~I can see him being a caregiver in the sense of trying and be better than the 'adults' around him, and the guilt of leaving someone behind when they are obviously distressed because that's what he always wanted someone to do for him. For who though I'm not sure. (My gut reaction is Aether but then again I just really like baby Aether so...)

"Are you sure about that, sir?" Yone was on the phone with Thresh while K'Sante tied the boys. "Very well...I'll send them with you." Yone hung off his phone and looked at K'Sante.

"Release them, Thresh is gonna pick them up." Yone ordered his husband to release Kayn and the boys, and he decided to follow Yone's orders until a black car appeared.

"Why is it always a black car?"

"You want to find out, Kai," Rhaast said with an evil grin, and Kai held onto Valmar as they entered the black car and left.

"I'm sorry for the mess, guys."

"We'll help you clean up the place, sir," Xayah said as she stared at her friends, and they nodded in agreement.

"Thanks." Yone smiled at the students as Lillia and Sarah brought their cleaning supplies. "Is Thresh gonna fired them?" Aphelios asks Yone, and he sighs.

"I don't know Phel...I don't know." Yone grabbed the mop and started cleaning up the floor. "I'll check on Ez," Aphelios signed as he ordered Ekko to accompany to the locker rooms with him.

The guys were looking at the windows of the car while Kayn looked at the driver, which he looked intimidating until they arrived at a building as they got out of the black car.

"Thank you, Cedric, you may leave," Thresh said as Cedric nodded and left. "Follow me." The boys followed Thresh into his building, and they looked at everyone working.

They arrived at his office and saw how his office is dark with green lights. He sat down as he poured a glass of wine and drank it. "Mei, please bring some water for our guests."

"Yes, sir." Mei leaves his office as Thresh places his glass onto the table. "Let me guess... you were stealing?" Thresh asks the boys with a grin as they get nervous.

"Mr.Thresh...is j-"

"I'm not gonna fired you boys, I need a favor to ask," Thresh said as he grabbed his glasses of wine and drank them. "What type of favor do you want to ask?" Kayn asks Thresh as he pulls out a picture of Alune.

"If you kidnap her, I'll pay you boys the debt"

"Are you okay, Ez?" Ekko asks Ezreal while he gives a glass of water to him. "A bit sore, but I'm fine," Ezreal responded while he drank the glass of water.

"At least we know that these five are the thieves," Aphelios signed as they nodded. "Yep...I kinda admit...I always end up bumping at Kayn." Ezreal looks away while blushing, and Ekko and Aphelios smirked at him.

"Are you boys done?" Sett asks as they get out of the locker room. The Bakery is all cleaned with the help of Aphelios' friends and Sett's friends.

"Thank you for your help, kids."

"It was nothing, I love cleaning, which it became a habit of mine when" Xayah rubs her head when Sett and Rakan sigh since she always cleans their rooms when she visit them.

"Anyway, we better get going, we're going to buy a gift for Yuumi. Come on, boys!!" Jinx grabs Ezreal and Ekko's hands and drags them out of The Milkshake Bakery.

"Come on, boys, I need you two to be my maniquins for my fashion project," Xayah said as she grabbed Rakan's arm and left. "I'll see ya at Yuumi's Party Mooncake." Sett kisses Aphelios' cheek, and he waves at him as he exits The Milkshake Bakery.

"Sett is really nice, huh Yone...uhhh...you okay honey?" K'Sante saw Yone's stern face as he shook his head. "Yeah... I'm just okay."

"You're thinking about D-" K'Sante hasn't finished talking as Yone went to Aphelios. "Are you planning to go to the party, Phel?" Lillia asks Aphelios as he nods. "Today was a messy day, and I cannot believe that son of a b-"

"Girls, I need to talk to Aphelios in private," Yone said as Neeko, Sarah, and Lillia nodded and left to the locker rooms.

Yone sat down and looked at Aphelios. "Look, Phel...I always help you behind Thresh's back, but..."

"But what?" Aphelios asks Yone as he sighs. "I don't want you to go to the party." Aphelios' eyes were widened by Yone's words. "Why?" he asks Yone signing as he drinks his cold brew.

"I... sense something bad will happen." Yone lied to Aphelios since he didn't want to tell Aphelios the truth. "If it is about Thresh, I'm tired to be h-"

"No...is about Kayn." Aphelios stops as he turns around. "Kayn?" Aphelios spoked softly as Yone nodded. "I think he will h-"

"Honey, we got two customers," K'Sante said as Yone stood up and finished his cold brew. "Just think it, Phel." Yone leaves to attend the customers as Aphelios went back to work.

"How can I help you?" Yone asks and saw a couple. The man or not has an river monster appearance and wears a black fedora with a TK as his inicials, a black suit with a redish orange shirt with a cream tie with red lines and wears gold jewelry.

The lady's hair is magenta with bangs and is tied to a bun, magenta and gold round shades, purple eyeshadow that pops her gold eyes and magenta lipstick and wears a magenta blazer with black accents, a black top with gold sparkles, gold rings that covers her fingernails and one has a gold diamond ring, a magenta pencil skirt and black heels with red bottoms.

"I heard this bakery sells the best cakes in Valoran City, is that correct?" The man asks the couple, and they nod. "Indeed, is it for your birthday?" Yone asks the couple, and they shook their heads.

"Is for our wedding anniversary and we want a special cake to celebrate our special day," the lady said as she kissed her husband's cheek. Aphelios saw the couple and noticed the woman's eyes behind her shades. He felt that she wanted to get rid of him.

"Okay...tell me your names so we can call or deliver your order." K'Sante asks the couple, and they nod. "The name's Tahm Kench from Kench Co. And that's my s-"

"Evelynn Kench, the wife of Tahm Kench at your service," Evelynn said with a smile as K'Sante wrote their names. "Okay, I'll bring the cake flavors for the taste test." K'Sante leaves to bring some cakes.

"I'll be going to the restroom sugar." Tahm Kench kissed his wife's cheek as he went to the bathroom while Evelynn wiped the kiss from her cheek and went to sit down and saw Aphelios.

"Greetings, little one." Evelynn smirks as Aphelios points itself, and she nods. "If you're in trouble and no one wants to help you, call me or my husband with this phone number." Evelynn gives Aphelios her card, and it has the Kench Co. logo along with the company's phone number and behind it has Evelynn's phone number and address.

He put the business card into his pocket and leaves. Tahm Kench got out of the bathroom while K'Sante brought the samples. "Alright!! Those are the cake flavors that are recommended to celebrate wedding anniversaries."

"Good!! Let's try it, shall we?" Evelynn nodded as they tried the cakes.

November 3, 5:55 P.M. - Thresh's House

As Aphelios arrives at his house, he put his coat into the clothing rack and took of his shoes as he went to the bathroom to take off the contact lenses and put his glasses back and landed to his bed while looking at the invitation.

'Is Yone telling the truth?' those where his thoughts. He opened the invitation and it has a message inside.

A. A and B have an appointment at the same clinic after their partner cheated on them, without knowing the other person is their side piece.

B. A server spills a milkshake on a customer's fancy new shirt, and is entirely unapologetic about it.

C. A and B match on Tinder and they quickly realise the other person is insane and unmatch. They then meet again on a blind date.

D. They've waged a passive aggressive war against eachother for years for being 'that annoying neighbour' by leaving notes in the laundry room without actually having met.

E. They're both hospitalised in the same room, and absolutely everything their new roommate does is annoying. And their family and friends are even worse.

F. It's the worst day ever already, and in comes an idiot who thinks it's cute to be overly friendly.

G. A is gleefully eating something B had been looking forward to all week – and it was the last one!

H. A stole B's cat accidentally, but now it's been over a year, so whose cat is it really.

I. A suddenly having to become a babysitter for a very drunk B, a complete stranger.

J. A and B have been tricked into babysitting the same pair of chaotic twins.

K. A finds B wildly attractive, and has had a crush on them for a good while, however during their first conversation, A blanks and insults B.

L. Just your ordinary everyday traffic accident between a car and a bike.

M. A drunkenly texts B, thinking they're A's ex, and now B won't stop teasing them about it.

N. On a skiing trip, A walks into what they think is their own lodge, only to find that the bed they're sleeping in belongs to B, who very much doesn't appreciate waking up to being spooned by a stranger.

O. A is the sole reason they're desperately trying to survive an avalanche.

P. A's dog messes up B's date, but is refusing to pay for a new pair of pants.

Q. A's sibling fucks over B, and when B comes over to slap some sense into them, they end up slapping A.

R. A gets an angry phone call from B, cussing out someone with a name that's similar to theirs. At first they wanted to hang up, but now A just really wants to hear how that person fucked up.

S. A is a stand-in for B's partner in a reality TV show, and is doing their damnedest at messing them up since B was dismissive of them when they met. Revenge isn't always cold, bitch.

T. They're sharing an Uber from a club, and holy shit, A is bleeding all over the place, so B has no option but to help to avoid paying a cleaning fee.

U. A works at an amusement park as a mascot in a suit. B lives to torment the mascots, and now that there aren't kids around, A is ready to let them have it.

V. A is running late, and only notices their shirt is inside out in the elevator. They try to put it on right but they get stuck with their shirt half off. B is the shocked neighbour who finds A like that.

W. A has brought in flowers to work to welcome the new hire, who happens to be extremely allergic to said flowers.

X. Someone keeps stealing A's food from the fridge, and having had enough, A poisons their food with an inordinate amount of chili peppers. Now to wait for the screams of B come lunchtime.

Y. If A doesn't shut up about their ex anytime soon, B is going to blow a gasket and tell them to get a life. They're in public for fucks sake, have your mental breakdown somewhere else.

Z. A has talked mad shit about B at length, not realising they'd be their next opponent in their next match. Now it's personal.

i had originally planned to make a year-end post for all my lovely friends/mutuals which then got dragged into the first week of 2023 on my bday ;;;;; but thank you so much to all the lovely people that have followed this quaint little blog of mine and supported my content throughout my time here on tumblr! i can’t believe it’ll be a whole 1460 days since i made this account later this year... feels like just yesterday i signed up and logged in for the first time ever hehe

it always brings a smile to my face seeing each and every single silly, cute, sweet, supportive tag under any of my gifs, graphics, fanart etc.! i really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it is to see people like my work enough to reblog it, take time out of their day to gush about it in the tags or send me the occasional ask/dm complimenting any aspect of it (´,,•ω•,,)♡ i truly appreciate all of you.

with the new year finally here and all, i’m sure a lot of people have resolutions and expectations set for the next 365 days so just remember to take it easy⏤start small and that’ll eventually lead you to kick bigger goals out there! you’ll see that every micro-habit has a monumentous impact when you look back on your progress, so read even one paragraph daily or go to sleep 15 mins earlier than you usually would. after all, buildings don’t just appear out of nowhere, you have to stack each brick one by one c: just make sure to not overexert yourself!

I need to add the link to my Patreon when I update my blog links, but yes, I do have one! R's bonus content will publish on January 19th; it's an Alternate Perspective that will shed some light on their feelings when reuniting with the MC and show how they prepared and what they were doing around that time in Chapter 2. It gives deeper insight into R's character and behavior, similar to J’s free bonus content that is linked in an earlier post on my blog.
