More sketchy employee profile images. Mostly made to be able to replace the picrew I had in the template I made since I can draw. I did end up just putting it as back and white though but the color is just nice to have. I'm STILL trying to tweak the template since it is very finicky and there is an example of what it looks down below if you're interested. It is a lot. It will happen. I am just not the quickest

OHH wait#.... i feel rather embarrassed to post this actually. excited but also embarrassed. likely the idea of showing something i ended up#putting hours into . its probably that. plus the fact its for original creations.... i hope itll be of use some day

hold on im still too mad at this one fucking guest to take a nap i need to be a hater for a minute
#so when i say hell on earth kinda day i mean HELL ON EARTH kinda day#we had a large bus travel group from slovakia and then some other guests and it was almost a hundred people for breakfast#the bus group all came at the same time they descended onto the buffet like fucking seagulls i swearrrrr#and i divided tasks like i had two helpers with me in the kitchen so one guys job was just to gather dirty dishes + washing + taking clean#ones back out#and the other guy running around the buffet checking whats needed + restockjng the cold food + telling me all the hot stuff that needs#refilling. so i was in the kitchen making all the hot foods on constant rotation + chopping fruits and making smoothies and shit#and like we managed. WE MANAGED. the buffet was never even half empty at any point like yes there was always something that was empty but#dude who cares if the vanilla yoghurt is empty for 5 mins just pick something else.#and everyone was happy with their breakfast and really nice when asking if we have more of this and that etc and then there was one lady#this ONE FUCKINGGGG lady i swear i almost threw hands#she was complaining about everythinggggggggggg#about there not being any more fried eggs (already in the pan. done in 2 mins. but when helper nr2 told her that she said well why did we#run put in the first place) about the bread station being full of crumbs like girl its BREAD. my giy was running up and down the buffet#wiping it off and cleaning as fast as he could but if you allow people to cut their own bread there will be fucking crumbs. the fuck.#then she also didnt like how the butter looked bc OBV people kept using the butter and no matter how many times you go in and make it look#neat again as soon as the next person takes some it will not look picture perfect anymore#like while i was running back and forth restocking stuff with my arms full she TOOK MY ARM and pointed at things and was like#'this looks shit' so does your fucking face but you dont see me getting physical about it#and then when i came out with a big tray of fresh glasses and cups she pointed to where someone had spilled some water at the dispenser and#went 'there is water on the buffet' (far away from any food + literally its just water) and i said 'yes i know' and she goes 'well it doesnt#look very appealing. this is the worst buffet ive ever seen' and i go 'well surely you have seen how busy we are' and she FUCKING GOES#'i dont care. i paid money for this.' and i go 'well that makes two of us for not caring. we'll get to it when we have the time.' and she#said something else idk what bc i was finished with my task and had SHIT TO DO BC PPL WERE STILL EATING#so i just turned and ran back to the kitchen to keep working#actually i got back to the kitchen and said to guy nr1 'i need to go punch something' and then went out the back and started kicking the#shit out of a pile of paper boxes and THEN i continued working#and then she started TAKING PICTURES of everything she didnt like of the buffet like full offense i hope she gets hit by a bus#like with some people you can just tell they never worked a day in the service industry and no matter what you do theyll keep complaining#anyways :) tag limit. apparently. so its nap time now. honk shoo snork mimimi and so forth <3

after I finished every story mission in ESO I thought to myself 'I think I'm going to replay Skyrim and use my old game guide and do every single quest in Skyrim'. and then Baldur's Gate 3 came out
#[static]#one day I *will* do a genuine 100% of Skyrim using my huge chunky game guide#it's got little check boxes and lists in it that I want to mark off so badly#it reminds me of the old days when I used to go into B&N or Gamestop and get a game guide to write in and check page by page as i played#there werent many reliable game guides and our only computer was the family desktop that was kept upstairs in the living room -#- and I usually played downstairs#remember when families just had like ONE shared computer??? wild#im know that's still a thing in some households but im talking like we had 2 cellphones and a landline and 1 cellphone was the family cell#for if someone was going to be out all day and might need to call home later#im going on a tangent lmao i just sometimes am flabbergasted about how different stuff is from even 10 years ago when it comes to technolog#we use it in such cool and interesting and mundane ways now!

This dude is awesome… but also, I haven’t seen Bamboozled since middle school, oh my god. I’d almost forgotten about it-
#they had the movie at our local library so i remember my family checking it out and how I watched it so many times I didn’t even know that#it was a spike Lee film back then#I don’t think I was wise enough to absorb the message of the film all too well back then since I was like probably in 4th grade or so but I#got the gist of it#this video is great I literally never see people talk about this movie#it didn’t really do too well in the box office but it’s a pretty decent commentary on#🦝’s…#rambling#movies#American fiction is coming out…!#I want to see that film!#seems to have similar talking points to bamboozled (not entirely but within the same realm)#the main guys doesn’t appear to be a 🦝 but he wrote a book that white folks would love that reinforces black stereotypes and he’s gaining#accolades because of that but based off of the trailer it seems like it might be a comedy as well#bamboozled had comedians and hip hop artists playing black ppl from completely diff backgrounds who believed in separate ideologies and#visions and the film looked low budget as hell but it did what it was supposed to do

It is pretty ridiculous that, of all the characters in S3, Billy had the storyline with the most dramatic heft.
#anti billy hargrove#although I don’t primarily mean it that way#it’s more that so many of the mains get plots that are mostly goofing around#with one or two heartfelt moments#and other mains get next to nothing#Nancy’s plot has some dramatic weight but it’s so rushed and it feels like the writers are checking off a box#also it’s pretty fatal that Billy barely interacts with the mains#except for them trying to fight him while he’s possessed#also stranger things is kind of meh at comedy most of the time#so the lack of dramatic weight really hurts

Me: okay maybe I should finally dig out my wall calendar as I'm having trouble keeping track of extended family's birthdays
Me, while redoing said calendar because it's messy: why are there so many birthdays in may and july? it's just considerate
#Demon Spawn#+Extra#theres too many fcking family members and i kept forgetting where id put and to check the diary my mum had filled out with extended family#birthdays but there are birthdays missing from that! she just completely decided against putting any of my dads family but put my aunts#fiancé down as my uncle which um excuse me hes not my uncle until marriage and the guy that was my uncle has also been snubbed cus of the#divorce! theres family politics going down in my diary. my cousin on my dads sides birthday isnt in there and my mum is always late with#birthdays so shell only tell me after its passed which is not helpful. my mum has also had another child since she filled out so she needed#to be added but her birthday is the same month but a couple of days before another siblings so it wouldnt have been chronologically correct#to just add her but my may box is very full. its very stressful to look at theres no need for that many people to be born in may and july#i have a real problem with remembering things that are written down but i cant see. like we had to have a homework journal for school and#i always forgot when i had homework..... because i would forget to check my journal.... my teachers would be like didnt you write it down?#and even when it was written down it didnt help i need to be unable to avoid seeing it it just needs to be out in the open always visible#anyway i was gonna finally put my photos up instead i wrote up my deadlines to put on my notice board and finally filled out ny organisers#which i unpacked in December buried on my shelf and then promptly forgot about because i didnt want to clean off the old whiteboard pen 🙃#im so useless i want a new brain#at least its done now. better late than never and constantly suffering for it

being confronted with other viewpoints about gender isn’t so scary, i know my gender has the capacity to change simply based on my understanding of it as a concept. but it does feel like dying.
#like. ok. does the distress come from the idea that i feel like i can’t live up to the standards of what it culturally means to be a woman?#possibly. it’s not like i didn’t try or even that i failed. i did not fail in my role as a girl and i even had fun with it at times#i witnessed in my real life from the women around me the many ways i could be a woman and i was still unsatisfied#i could play the role but it was not me#i don’t shave and i paint my nails every so often and i like to dress up in nice clothes that doesn’t indicate anything specific about me#but to people who see me or listen to me speak or see how i act��� they’re checking off boxes and making a guess based on what they know#i acknowledge that i can’t control it but i do want that confused response. i want people to wonder and see a possibility. something new#i want people to see me as a way out. that you can escape the tight bindings of whatever holds you down#i’m simply a result of feeling that from other people
