i'm bringing it up at work tomorrow, but whichever higher up decided "oh to save time let's pre-pack these goods and store them like that!", when we need to completely unpack them to label them for the specific job and make sure the right stuff is in there - stupid. let's devote 6 hours of work time to something and then do it again for no reason.

its all fun and games comparing yourself to a terrible horrible no good very bad fictional character until you realize maybe its about more than shared hypocrisies and recognition of a bone deep aversion to vulnerability. perhaps given the latter its no shock that the realization of the perfectly synchronized private grief dances (maisie voice) feels like a face slap !

HOWEVER. parking garages look FANTASTIC, the vibes, the shear scale of it all. hundreds of cars, spirals going up and down for there is little other way to do it. the slight inadequacy of the lights. the columns of concrete going through the building, the pipes exposed, raw to the air for there is no use in hiding them. the insulation being exposed often because it needs not hiding. for already it is to high to touch for most.

and you don't care while in the building. you get in and out.

so while actually great brutalist structures exist, that I love aswell.

do not ignore the brilliancy of that which is common place.
