... now this, took a minute to answer in some ways. There a lot of ships I like, so this was really easy and hard to answer at the same time. Some ships it was an immediate yep yep and others I had to go '... but is it a fav of all time, though?" But I think I got it narrowed down.

So here we go, fav ships of all time from any media, no particular order. I didn't get any specific no. to do so I'll just list a handful until I can't think of any others. (Anyone who comes across this that sees a ship on here you don't like and feels the need to say something about it, stay in your lane this ain't about your opinions it's about mine.)

The main FMA ships

Arakawa Hiromu, nigga, you cooked. Imma just put the FMA ships as one and leave it there because if I do it separately, we'll be here all day. But if you wanna see me diving into why I like these ships in a manic ramble, here's a post I made on that here. The romance in FMA is literally a category and a discussion all on its own that I can go about on for hours. FMA has the best romances in shounen so anyone who has consumed FMA will know what I'm talking about. Like, whenever anyone tries to use a manga being 'shounen' to justify shitty romantic writing, I point at FMA's brilliant riding. An animanga's demographic is not an excuse for terrible executions in romance. EdWin, RoyAi, LingFan, AlMei and all the side ships drank and left no molecules.

NaruSaku

Toxic shippers, again, stay in your lane, I don't feel like dealing with y'all any day. I have been shipping this shit for years, always have, always will. Ignore the fact I ship Sakura with literally everyone from the Akatsuki to Hinata to Sai to Shikamaru. (Y'all I used to look up Kisame/Sakura fics, unironically TAT). (Same for Naruto honestly, I've shipped him with Sasuke, Ino, Temari, Tenten, the list goes on and on.) The way Sakura goes from finding Naruto annoying to almost dying multiple times to keep him safe, I will never EVER be over that. Naruto's love going from puppy to something as passionately red as the thread of fate itself. The MinaKushi parallels. I have a lot (and I mean a lot) of ships in Naruto pertaining to these two, but NaruSaku is my absolute favorite. Like it was literally confirmed that Sakura got over Sasuke and then it got retconned for some bullshit. Saying it with my whole chest, argue with a wall, it should have been them. I won't dog any other ships, but yeah, it should have been them. 699 chapters of Naruto being in love with one woman, I sing the praises everyday.

SakuHina

Hinata's prince charming is literally Sakura. I have a whole ass fic I am slowly, painstakingly writing about what Naruto would have been like if Hinata had a crush on Sakura the whole time. I just think they're really cute together, have amazing chemistry and balance each other out. I didn't expect to like SakuHina as much as I did but here we are.

Kyoru

I mentioned it before in another answered ask but Fruits Basket was my first manga (if you're curious what my first anime was, it was Yu Yu Hakusho) and Kyoru was probably my first OTP. There are two characters I think upon so many rewatches and rereads that were prime game for who Kyo and Tohru could have ended up with had things been different (which, I do really ship as well. Multishipper here guys) but I'm not mad about the endgames that we got. From start to finish, Kyo and Tohru's relationship is beautiful and you can feel how strongly they feel for one another. It's like, wow, Takaya really gave us one of the best ships in shoujo and didn't even apologize for it.

Klance

Red + Blue = True. They had chemistry, supplemented for what the other lacked and we really don't need to have me diving into the bs that was VLD. That show wasn't even out long, my god, it was a mess.

NeuviFuri

Should I explain to you the romanticism of Hydro x Hydro? Oof how I love them. A Genshin ship after my own heart, truly. But if anyone is trying to against MiHoyoverse (I was here from the Mihoyo days, leave me alone) in terms of seeing who ships NeuviFuri more, we all lose. They literally paid people to do an ice dancing program in NeuviFuri cosplay, paid a guy to make a companion piece to Furina's song from Neuvillette's perspective and several other animations concerning their relationship in some way. But the Mihoyoverse shenanigans aside, it's the build up of 400+ years of working together, the care they still have for one another and yes the complementary abilities and color palettes. Not enough time in the day to talk about them, I don't think.

Almost thought I wouldn't have a gif for them, then I remembered THEY GOT A MOVIE. Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe is one of my favorite books in the world. I have reread it once a year religiously since 2017 when I first discovered it. This is such a beautiful novel and relationship and if you haven't had the pleasure of reading it or the sequel, please do yourself a favor and buy it or rent it from your local library. It's just, the way Ari has been in love with Dante for so long and didn't even realize it but it's so, so clear to the reader because of just how he talks and describes him? I don't even want to go to deep into this one just in case there's someone here that hasn't read this book because it deserves to be read and experienced blind. Just, just please y'all read it.

It was cold. Damp. Wet.

I couldn't move.

I couldn't breathe.

My body felt heavy. My arms felt numb.

What was on my cheeks?

Tears?

Was I crying?

Water…

I realized there was water everywhere.

An entire city flooded under like a scene from a nightmare. The water was foggy, murky blue, and blurry.

I couldn't see anything.

In fact, I could barely move my arms. I somehow manage to lift them up though, to wipe the strange tears flowing down my cheeks.

It was hopeless. I've never felt this much dread in my life. Like someone's hand just gripped my stomach and dragged it to the pits of hell.

“Why?” My voice cried out without my consent. It was like my body was moving on its own.

“Even though I did everything right…” My whimpers were lost in the undersea wreckage. Like a bubble that simply popped in the ocean.

“Why must it all end like this?” My voice was cracking, desperate, pleading even. “Did those 500 years amount to nothing?”

I didn't understand what I was saying. I don't understand the emotions coursing through my body but I did know something.

I wanted to comfort this version of me.

I wanted to tell this to myself, to the me in tears in front of me, I wanted to tell her that everything will be ok.

I reach out towards her…even though I am her.

Somehow I grasped her shoulders with my hands, like my facade faded out of her body like some specter.

I took this chance to embrace her…or I guess myself.

“It's okay, Furina.” I tighten my hug around her.” You don't have to hide your tears anymore.” Someone needed to tell her this…because no one else will.

Listening to the new genshin ep got me writing, especially that one melody huhu it reminded me of that moment again (spoilers for those who haven't done 4.2 Archon quest)

now, i don't ship neuvifuri since i view their relationship as one that's similar to that between zhongli and hu tao (a tired old man and his energetic teenage daughter), but why does their dynamic remind me of jinshim and jungrok in touch your heart?

furina's an actress who's trying to make her comeback after a scandal (honestly, god knows what). to fully immerse herself in a new role she got casted in, she works as a secretary for neuvillette, a successful lawyer who has at least a 99% win rate. hijinks ensue, and furina goes from "wow this guy is such a bore" to "gee he's actually kinda cute in an introverted recluse kinda way???".

furina genshin impact is in canon, a she/her, i heavily disagree with this because of his design, and his overal character being made 1) from someone else and 2) "[he] was made to be the perfect human" that focalors created for himself, focalors is also trans but more genderfuckery because his gender is Divinity and also dead. anyways.

focalors design is a mirror image of furina's "archon" outfit the light one, pneuma version i believe, and in focalors top part of the dress, its quite revealing! theres a lot of chest skin showing there and the most important thing about this; flat. literally no tiddy there at all in the slightest.

now because focalors made furina based on himself, they have the exact same body, just duplicated, meaning! furina also has literally no tiddy!! nothing!! zip zilch na da!!! he has a very rectangular torso (adding evidence to my transmasc idea), even if he did have canon tits (which he does not this is proven) he is purposefully covering them up with the french ass ruffles hes got going on up there, /purposefully/ covering.

the most exposed furinas design is, is his legs, he has rather short shorts (akin to hu tao who Also has no titty but there is room to see a curve there because hu tao doesnt have. the chest ruffles) ((this could lead to how hu taos design is also quite tmasc coded but sadly enough im not a hu tao insaner)) so i could Maybe sort of if i squint real hard i can see why people would want to exaggerate the legs a little

now headcanon territory kinda ; neuvi watched focalors fucking Die in front of him, whilst givhim the original dragon power back, that shit was still traumatising as all hell , i think neuvi is just as equally afraid of losing furi as furi is of losing him

Decho - This is the ship between my character Echo and @aprobleminthegarden’s character Des for @messianicfigure’s dungeon world campaign. We took a long break from playing and decided to do a timeskip when we started again. Steph and I talked about doing a slow burn romance between our characters who ostensibly dislike each other, but have each come to harbor secret feelings they’re too stubborn to own up to. And I got to surprise everyone by having Echo come back from the timeskip with a shitty evil boyfriend! And it turns out Des spent the break traveling with Echo’s twin sister and they’ve gotten close in a way that irks Echo. The girls are pining and jealous!!

Neuvifuri - This is the ship between the genshin characters Neuvillette and Furina, and after the most recent archon quest, I’ve been obsessed with them. They’ve been partners for 500 years but now they’re divorced. Furina is keeping her distance because she thinks Neuvillette hates her now, and Neuvillette wants her back hard but is trying to respect her space. Stay at home wife lol. As for show... European animated shows for girls will always have my heart. The original Winx Club (I dont acknowledge anything after season 5, and even though 4kids sucks with censorship, It's my favorite voice cast), Tara Duncan, W.I.T.C.H, etc. But also some NA shows like 6teen and Totally Spies I love.

Idk how to word this, but I guess how broad I am with my interests? I'll never forget how surprise my online friends were that I like "normie" bands/music or are into celebrity gossip ww. So I guess my best trait would be my ability to just generally get along? Genships

OTPs~

ZhongGuang. They are among my top ten characters in the game and they complete each other. In terms of design first, then imagine: the former god who created money but never managed to save some for him because he isn't used to not to have to depend on it and to not be able to create more, and the woman who started with nothing but worked her ass off until she became the richest possible, and still keep working but was selfless enough to sacrificiate the result of her work and her greatest pride & joy for the sake of Liyue. I can see them as a peaceful more mature couple, watching over Liyue.

ChiLumi. Because it's not the perfect relationship in the perfect time. There's hints for them but to be honest it's Childe attitude toward Lumime which made everything to me. That ginger mess is even more clear in the manga.

NeuviFuri. They already are very close and supporting each other. It's not a very new relationship such as ChiLumi, it's ancient. They are like an old couple, there's something incredibly sweet and sad, especially now that Furina will age as a human.

Edit: I count Focalors and Furina as a same person so no description for that one.

Love it~

Aether x Xiangling. No reason why, they are cute end of the story.

Pantalone x Tsaritsa. The whole white fur coat from Yelan's story made me giggle. That man is in love with power and money, and you know who has both? The Tsaritsa. He doesn't have a vision but he's hot and rich. I like the idea of a harbinger without magic but that also means that we can't have him as playable character and it sucks.

Abyss Aether x Dainsleif. These two kind of make sense to me.

Now the parts I won't detail for every ship, some of them just being here because I find it nice.

Okay~

Lumine x Xiao. This ship was motivated by some elements in game, mostly Xiao really worrying for us, more for any other character. Overall it's a really sweet ship and would probably be higher in my list if ChiLumi wasn't here as it's more fun and playful.

Baizhu x Hu Tao. I find their bickering and opinion differences amusing, they are like divorced parents fighting over the kid ( Qiqi) for what is best for her. At the end they don't hate eachother, and they prove they can forget their differences to face something.

Can be convinced~

Diluc x Jean. I know that Lisa's fans will screech but there's more chemistry in a single interaction between knight blondie & ginger batman than in all Lisa's chats with Jean. They are like the first of the class and the bad boy, classic feeling. Work well together too.

No opinion~

Abyss Lumine x Dainsleif. Can work but once again if Lumine didn't have better matches. Also I don't know why but Dainsleif works more with Aether in my eyes, with Lumine he seems more like a big brother.

Not my thing~

No specifics here, I just not my taste or misinterpreted to me.

Platonic: Friend~

Once again just friends. For Paimon I put Aether but it also works with Lumine, I just didn't want to go into all the icon list to find one.

Platonic: Family/Found family~

Some of them are real siblings and I honestly feel sick when I see people shipping them romantically. Same for adopted families.

Zhongli and Hu Tao. They always felt like father and daughter to me, or at least uncle and niece. The fact she was ready to let him the Funeral's director role if she didn't come back shown how much she valued and trust him.

No. ( 'should have call that one 'Oh hell no' )~

You have to hate Furina to ship her with that torture on foot that is Arlecchino. It's not 'enemies to lovers', Furina seems traumatised by Father.

Lisa and Jean. Lisa gives pervert vibes with every characters. Imagine her lines if she wasn't a young pretty woman, imagine it on a ugly older man and you got my point. People mostly ship them because fanservice and because of one of Lisa's lines where she (probably wet) dreams about Jean but it's a very one sided thing. I know it's a very common anime trope but it feels too much.

And of course even if I didn't put it here, same for ships with a minor, I know they are fictional characters but it's the thought behind it.

Writing for Love and Deepspace finally let me embrace writing in Second Person POV / X Reader! I've been a reader for so long it was great to finally write!

Have Your Cake and Eat It Too- DabiHawks BNHA - Was on the backburner for 2? years I think, dropped it for a ship week, finally got it out over the summer and it was nice coming home to the ship when I was feeling burnt out over it.

Heat of the Moment: The Devil in Camp - Vashwood Trigun- Same situation!! Had fun adding in little details like a newspaper article made on Canva and scratching an ARG itch!

Intertwined - Puzzleshipping, YY x Y, Yu-gi-oh DM - My first ever fandom and ship and my 99th fic on my main account!!

Captivating Hearts - Rafayel/MC/Sylus Love and Deepspace - It was fun to create this OT3 and satisfy my desires!!

21. What's something that surprised you while you were working on a fic? Did it change the story?

Uh I fly by the seat of my pants so all the time the characters are fighting me and changing things up constantly lol even with one shots!

22. What writing programs did you use? Did you write by hand?

I hate writing by hand but will do it when I can't have technology. I use Zoho Writer at work, been playing around with Reedsy to format books for bookbinding, but mostly use Google Docs especially with the new Tabs feature to organize multich!!

Not for individual fics but when I reach certain milestones I get myself a little cake!!

Not yet! I mean I make Sims, Canva graphics, and Pinterest boards for them. I want to make fannish ambiences like Rafayel painting with you with brush stroke and wave sounds, Vash cleaning his guns with desert winds, or sitting in a tree with Venti and rustling leaves or something! I'd also like to make some AMVs

Uhhh 3-4? Exchanges I think, 1 Prompt, 3-5 ship weeks?? Off the top of my head.

I still want to write for Hazbin Hotel with X Reader fics, get out some multichapters that I've had ideas for years on, and finish the damn Fantasy Enho fic.

So what if furina anak sa labas ng isang 1% but she feels like she dont belong there. She knows how the system of elite works, the lifestyle, the chismis, the whos who (sarcastically ofc) but find it all so Boringgggg! I mean, why do i even botherrrrrrrr *insert furina's voice*. Decided to get out of the ultra rich lifestyle after her estranged father's death (who just took her in para masabing "maayos" yung fam nila) to pursue her passion which is film. Pero di nagbabasa ng last will and testament which states taht hindi niya makukuha yung trust fund niya until mag graduate siya ng college kaya naging starving artist "para sa sining" stereotype of a student. Ginusto niya yun kaso yung drastic change ng lifestyle makes her struggle a lottt which includes doing a lot of first times like magcommute, maghanap ng part time, mag process ng sariling govt id, maglinis ng cr etc.

One night, after her shift sa burgeran ni aling nena jk, nagising siya na nakasandal sa shoulders ni neuvi sa jeep na nakapark kasi tapos na yung byahe and neuv is nahihiya na manggising lol. It was awkward at first but nakita niya yung watch ni neuv and by her past extravagant lifestyle knowledge its was a real cosmograph daytona rolex 116509 which she finds cute as the color blue complements him. She deduced that he might be a new money guy(bcs noveu riche types tend to buy that brand) and for him to be wearing that on a jeep means hes a superclueless dumbass that doesnt know how the world works or he doesnt care and is just a walking charity for a magnanakaw (spoiler: both). She was puzzled kasi if ever na hes REALLY like superduper rich in this country she should know him or at least be familiar with but hindi which is very weird. Bumaba na siya ng siya ng jeep at maglakad pauwi kaso sinundan siya ni neuv like a lost which creeps her. Then narinig niya na hiniholdap si neuv sa likod na willingly binigay agad yung watch to furina's horror her body moved at hinabol yung magnanakaw and blurted out if meron mang makikinabang sa relo na yun it should be her and not the magnanakaw bcs she saw it first. Furina throw one of her shoes tapos natamaan sa ulo yung magnanakaw sa ulo na nanging dahilan para mabitawan yung relo papunta sa highway. Furina chases it but neuvi pulled her back before she was abt to be hit by a truck. Furina screamed in disdain when the watch was destroyed. Tapos nagaway sila ni neuv abt how that watch worth is nothing compared to someones life furina retorted not when it was her life etc angst angst until bakit ba sinusundan ni neuv si furina turns out makikihiram siya ng phone kasi his drad battery daw siya and nawala yung luggage niya sa airport like Icocontact lang niya fam niya abroad. In the end sinamahan ni furina si neuv sa money exchanger para magpapalit ng foreign money para may pangkain sila. They ate pares sa sidewalk at 4 am.

WWAHHAHAHAHA turns out neuv has some hotshot new money billionaire parent who got rich thru stockmarkets and is now a silicon valley tycoon na may asawang pinoy , him being their son, they wanted him to get in touch with her roots, and build connection here by studying law and econ etc so when the time comes na mageexpand sila sa ph, neuv will handle it. Hindi naman nagtaka si furina bcs her initial assessment sa kanya is correct lol. Insert neuvifuri mutual semi-codependency adventures abt them surviving and finding a place where they belong in this new living set-up which includes neuvilette a clueless puppy paying her to give him intel abt his classmates (like a background check and chismis) in pursuit of good connections and potential investors for the future, touring him around the metro and exposing him to how this country really works sprinkled with moral dilemma ng pagiging mayaman at mahirap. Until furina's past comes back haunting her lol

Maybe a tired-i-dunno-what-todo-but-i-need-to-survive-college-for-that-trust-fund furina and stoic-but-im-trying-to-understand-things-and-humanity-like-a-fish-out-of-water neuvilette dynamics with hepa lane and national museum dates to making a tierlist kung anong pinakamasarap na sardinas sa market.

ANON I LOVE THIS SO MUCH first saw this last week at ilang araw ko na siyang iniisip 😭 as a teleserye enjoyer patok na patok sa 'kin 'to fr 🙏

i can imagine this playing out a la 80s/90s pinoy college flicks (mga Rico Yan films ganun; saka Labs Kita Okey Ka Lang, Moral, etc), complete with the adventures the vibes and the college barkada 😅 considering Furina's personality i can't imagine her not having a lively friend group (tho she keeps her real social status from them)! and once Neuvi is in the picture, i imagine Furina would introduce him sa barkada as her "new friend", then the entire group shares knowing looks :3 but they welcome him to their group and they go to fun college stuff together!

feel ko considering that Neuvi is rich also there's no way he can't sense that Furi is not exactly the "starving artist" person she presents herself to be? like maybe he won't be able to pinpoint kung sino talaga siya ganun but he'd *sense* something "off" in her demeanor, her aura, in the way she's not quite like their other friends... and i think this is where the tension and the connection can come in... yeah they have their friend group but there are things abt each other that only they can understand. and even tho the friend group welcomed Neuvi, for some reason he's not quite at ease with them as he is with Furi, so ayun mas madalas tuloy silang dalawa lang ang magkasama.

'DI KO PA MAISIP HOW EXACTLY FURI'S PAST WILL COME TO THE PICTURE but you really really really got me at the Zhongli bit... LORD... LORD LORD... alam naman natin na ang political dynasties natin dito, ang ancestors ay mga landlords na ilang siglo nang namumuno sa bansa, so of course if Zhongli is a nepo baby politician, he knows who Furi is. i'm also considering what if Furi and Zhongli's families arranged them into marriage etc... sorry hilaw pa talaga ideas ko dito i'm just dumping playing around with concepts

Zhongli in canon is supportive of the idea of humans leading things their own way, so i think he'd be supportive naman of Furi's pursuits? like he won't be an antagonistic type of second-lead who'd be so controlling, who'd discourage her from her adventures. but he'd definitely disapprove of whatever-Nvfr-has-going-on LMAOO feel ko ano, since Neuvi is this clueless person who clings to Furi (in a way), Zhongli would perceive it as smth like, Neuvi-is-an-incompetent-person-who-holds-Furi-back? imagine kasi oh, imbis na Furi is focusing on herself and on doing what she wants, she also has to help Neuvi with stuff ganun. ta's maiisip ni Zhongli, "naku kung ako 'yan 'di kita gaganiyanin" EMZ but like Zhongli would think he can provide Furi stability, complete support, if ever she'd need it. he thinks he can be her rest, kumbaga— and this, he believes, is smth the "clueless incompetent" Neuvi can't give her.

I swear Genshin has the most obnoxious fans in the fandom. I usually tend to just block any “daily character” accounts because they’re usually run by antis. And guess what? I was correct

there’s a new npc who is regarded as a goth wolf man (his hair is slightly shaped like wolf ears) and he’s coupled with a smol cute nurse in the prison facility they both work at. The nurse belongs to a long life race of short and animal like beings called “Melusine”, though this specific character looks closer to a human than the others

people mostly ship her with the goth wolf because of her pastel like color palette that goes well with the muted grey/black/red colors of the wolf man. But because she’s short, this daily account and many others regard her as a child even though again, she belongs to a race that is much much older than the guy she’s shipped with. She also has a job and worked as a nurse much longer too

There are also 3 other characters that fit the trope, 2 of them have the same petite body size, 1 looks more like a 15-16 yo but shipping all 3 of them (or shipping the last one with a man actually) is considered “pedophilia”

and I’m tired that antis contribute to watering down pedophilia and force it to apply to fictional characters or short people in general

Kind of unrelated but interesting I got this ask about Sigewrio because I just answered an ask where I mentioned them.

But onto the topic, omfg, I know what daily account you're talking about. The person also goes onto say things "People who ship this should be behind bars" for shipping adults??? Or there's a SigeWrio acct I follow who made a post about m/f shipping and how people act like m/f shippers are shipping that purely out of spite for f/f, m/m. And someone was like "You had a good point but you ship an adult and child" and I'm fucking....SIGEWINNE IS NOT A FUCKING MINOR. Like antis love to throw around the harkness test as a gotcha for why 🔞 furry would be okay but 🔞 loli would not. But by their own logic, Sigewinne would pass the harkness test because she is an adult. Like I love SigeWrio because I adore the pastel/goth, bunny/wolf aesthetic. I always have. The size difference is just an added bonus for me. hello ^^ huge neuvifuri fan here who has been shipping them since leaks came out tbh, here to infodump why i, personally, enjoy them as much as i do :3

(heed this warning; i do headcanon furina/focalors as a trans man so if you see me use he/him pronouns that is why, be not confused, jus my personal thing)

first off as soon as the very first fontaine trailer was released we see them together in the end shot! that small short scene alone sets up an amazing dynamic, even platonically. "Ugh boring!" "please refrain from levity in the court" sets us up with some assumptions already, that these two characters will have some interesting interactions, that these two know each other, and that they work together in some form or capacity, also furi is burning a piece of paper, this never got explained but god i loved it anyways

after that we play through the archon quest, we meet furina first as dramatic and loud as he was acting as he did, and neuvi second, a polite lurker in the shadows, confirming part of what we saw in the first fontaine trailer, further along this same quest we see them interact for the first time in the court; neuvi predicts furina is about to walks off and calls him out on it, confirming another part of the trailer; that they know each other /well/

and even further down the line we find out neuvi is the hydro dragon sovreign, meaning hes been around for possibly however long furina has, if not longer, making him ( in my opinion) hard to ship with anyone who isnt an archon and thats not because of age or anything its mostly like, Vibes, he has the old man vibe who doesnt understand memes and would call them "me-me"s or something, akin to zhongli, but not the point-- the point is neuvi is dragon, ageless, furina is archon, somewhat ageless as well, even after act V

when the traveler gets to go to the fortress of meropide as the ploy Tee Ehm, neuvi purposefully uses furinas cake, and maybe furina let him, who knows but the fact that he was comfortable enough to not get yelled at by furina for eating or giving away his treats is inexplicably soulmate-behavior to me

which brings me to my next point; focalors, focalors in the quest as we see him is immediately like "hello ^w^ im going to die now have your dragon powers back thank you neuvi" neuvi, having lived alongside and closely at that (remember that one scene furina was almost In His lap? that proves this in my view), with furi, just witnesses his other half Dissolve in front of his eyes, it was at that moment he realised he'd have a much darker life without furina, hence his extreame emotion with the following cutscene, hence the heavy heavy rain

in my opinion, and this part is all theory here, focalors made furina as human as he /could/ this does not mean furi no longer has any divinity at all because well, ,, if an archon makes a human clone of themselves can they really be rid of all divinity within that human? i think not, i think furina has always has like .5% divinity in him at all times, this is what keeps him alive this is his "curse" focalors gave him, this is why he is the only fontainian diver who sparkles when he jumps out of the water

furthermore, i think neuvi knew this and was genuinely confused at furina's court trial, he didnt know about focalors' deception, but he knew furina, very well, he knows furina couldnt be human because of how long hes lived but he knew furina was a little too frail as an archon, he's always seen through furina's theatrics, even at the start (i do not remember exactly where it was but that one scene where he tells the traveler furina is up in the vip seats in the courthouse and will get embarrassed if you ignore him for too long)

jumping a little ahead to the present fontaine now; Furina's Vision. what is the deal with furina's vision? why did he get a vision? why does his vision casing have teeth? fangs? on it?? and if theres no fontainian hydro divinity, no gnosis no connection to celestia well who gave him this vision in the first place?

the dragon power, the power hidden within every single archon gnoses, was given back to the hydro dragon, cutting off all hydro ties to celestia, dragon power thieves, focalors was anti-celestia, neuvi is anti-celestia, the whole of fontaine hates celestia ( a little on accident ) because of the prophecy in the first place !

Neuvillette, finally having whats rightfully his, decided to give his first and only vision (so far) to /furina/ of all people in teyvat, he was watching furina's play, he was noticing furina's own broken promise, he was loving every thing about furina in that moment and that is why he gave furi a vision

Neuvifuri nation I forgot to tell y'all that I did Furina's SQ with the intent of seeing what all the Neuvifuri hubbub was about, and I regret to inform you all that I still don't get it. 😔 I tried. In my head they feel more like two halves of the same person to me than anything else. They don't feel like friends, they don't feel familial, and they don't feel romantic. They're a secret fourth thing (darn secret nth thing syndrome >:/).

I actually genuinely wanna understand because in fanart and stuff it's such a pretty pairing and I wish I got it like y'all did but I just don't see it.
