Friendly reminder that all the hobbits continued to call Aragorn “Strider” (at least on occasion) even after his coronation. Friendly reminder that Aragorn said that the name meant so much to him that he was going to make it his family name. Not Gimli making sure that Frodo gets to see Durin’s stone, even though they are on literally the most dangerous mission and it would be safer for them to move on than to stop and look. Not Legolas letting Aragorn know that Frodo and Sam are still injured and need a second after Moria after walking for-fucking-ever because they won’t say a word. Not Gimli and Legolas looking out and bonding with the hobbits!!!

I was rereading an old Bagginshield fic, An Eye For Quality (arguably my favorite FemBilbo fic, especially with how her gender makes a huge difference with her upbringing), and stumbled on this part.

I remembered how I laughed dead at it back then and I STILL found it hilarious so here's a badly made doodle of it(rushed before i loss inspo to do it lmao)

I know it really isn't that funny but my humor is dead and its HILARIOUS to me so I made it everyone else's problem
