what sucks is parrot has had 0 time to heal. mushroom always had the drive and ability to run and escape, and when they finally got away from everything, they could begin to unwind and breathe. They obviously still suffer the mental repercussions of years of neglect and abuse, but their walls became something easier to break down than they had been with each month spent free, and it's been about year/year and a half since then.

Parrot is still absolutely entrenched in that life. They've never know what freedom was like; they've never been allowed to run or find themselves or be at peace. Worse still, until the events of the blog, they had been made complacent in that life so that they had not even the desire to pursue something else. They were truly stuck in every sense of the word.

Part of my Able promotion development with his new hat + feathers. He gets a big hat because he’s a good boy. :)

Able takes in one of Gazpaccio’s personal clockwork birds as a pet sometime after his death. He keeps it to remember his father by, and it’s useful for delivering messages and the like.
