Your blog is one of the few I have mobile notifications on. It's the closest thing I've got to a news app. And, yes, it's also part of my morning routine all newspaper style. I catch up with your middle of the night posting and check my fandom-specific email every morning.
As like, a certified Normal Dude who likes to eat chicken nuggets this is genuinely wild to me. Like, I like reading my own stuff too and I think I'm a pretty decent writer but like holy cow.

advice?? (asking neurodivergent people!!)
so i know special interests are a symptom of autism/adhd, but are there any other conditions that may cause them? ever since i was little i’ve had these periods of intense obsession about one piece of media (i.e. warrior cats, percy jackson, harry potter, shadowhunters, stranger things, & many many more) where i quite literally think about it for probably 99% of the day. it gets to the point where i become genuinely upset because there just isn’t enough content for me to consume/i’m not immersed enough in the thing to satisfy the part of my brain that just keeps wanting more. i sometimes get physically uncomfortably because AAUUGGGH I NEED MORE. reading fanfiction isn’t enough talking to other fans isn’t enough i need to be in the show. i need to enter the fictional world.
is that normal or is it a hallmark of anything that i should be concerned about...autistic people and/or anyone who has experiences with special interests/intense interests PLEASE fill me in on your ideas
