We live in paradise but we keep on destroying it.We live in paradise but our duality gets on the way like Jekyll and Hyde! Look around you ,see how beauty is everywhere, see how blessed we truly are but ugly words like greed, avarice , jealousy, envy, war and famine ,sickness and misery bring our race to the abyss. We have given our rights as species away,by allowing those that rule darkness to destroy us in exchange for our souls.I live in paradise and I see everyday how things must be in order to support our freedom and to make our living stable by taking just what we need ,no more ,no less.By sharing and not hoarding,Changes are here and even in paradise, we must give and take but also meditate to truly appreciate our existence. We must always seek balance and those who oppose our actions must be given the freedom to leave and go with those that believe different from us.Paradise we know one day will be no more and us too.Until then we must continue to survive in peace ,not war. Although we are immortal souls, evolving by moving to higher dimensions. We must endure this short and temporary challenge until the next reincarnation.Words by Sergio GuymanProust.

I have been to paradise and these are the things I love the most, warm and clear translucent turquoise waters .Then white coral sands and the sound of the surf. Palm trees swaying gentle all over the islands, the rhythm of the Polynesian love songs , and the gentle smiles of the locals.Their dishes and drinks so unique to this part of the world. The slow and easygoing lifestyle to which I have gotten used to, the spring and summer rains that are so refreshing. The morning rituals, fresh brewed coffee, the fruit juice, and the hard to come by eggs to make my scrambled eggs. The toast spread with the local guava jam. The morning strolls and my Bible ,Tales of the South Pacific by James Michener. A book that I will never get tired of reading and rereading. And what seduced me the most to come here ,the paintings of a French painter that fell in love with Tahiti, Paul Gauguin .So many wonderful reasons that make my reality in paradise an unforgettable one at this point in my life.I consider myself so lucky to have been able to manifest my dreams ,I’m so grateful and blessed to be living my life in paradise. My blessings to all of you who are following your heart to paradise.Words by Sergio GuymanProust.

This black and white whale accompanying the mother and baby is an “escort”. Escorts have a funny role in Humpback society. They are not the fathers of the calves. Instead, they are (usually) other males who are hanging around for the chance to potentially mate with the female. The “good” escorts can play a protective role, keeping the calf and mum safe from predators like Orcas or False Killer Whales. The “bad” ones may actually harass the female and disrupt the calf’s nursing in their zeal to try to mate. As far as I can tell, our man here is being an upstanding gentleman. The thing I am most fascinated by though are the reports that there are occasional female escorts as well. I would love to find out more about how frequent this is and why it occurs. Why would other female Humpbacks do this? Please let me know if anyone has insights!

Somewhere in the deep recesses of our minds we keep an image of our favorite place that we carry in the hope of visiting someday. Millions dream with visiting paradise. This place could be anywhere on this planet.I have been to my paradise in the South Pacific and also the Andaman sea. The question is what happens after we have reached our destination. After fulfilling our dreams and expectations and being face to face with the reality of paradise we must be grateful for everything and accept the good and not so good points of our dream place. What comes after the facts ,is asking ourselves if we would return to such place, again.Sometimes reality can kill our dreams ,the important thing is not to get depressed, simply be open to find a new location .Life is short ,so there’s no time to be wasted ,get up and begin your new search for paradise .Words by Sergio GuymanProust.

Cook Islands Dancers, Cook Islands: The culture of the Cook Islands reflects the traditions of its fifteen islands as a Polynesian island country, spread over 1,800,000 square kilometres in the South Pacific Ocean. It is in free association with New Zealand. Its traditions are based on the influences of those who settled the islands over several centuries. Polynesian people from Tahiti settled in the Cook Islands in the 6th century. Most Cook Islanders are also citizens of New Zealand. Wikipedia
