Northman thoughts:

I like blood and gore and violence. Good job, Eggers! Lots of good violence

Good visuals and sounds, I like when the atmosphere gets really crazy and intense (wolf transformation fire ring, son father wolf ritual, shaman Björk, Anya magic, Valkyrie)

Also very good embracing of real magic and myths, no shying away to “stay grounded”

Predictable story that’s okay tho

I just wish Amleth got to keep his long hair for longer, i think that was his best look he just looked like a random Swedish man with short hair hahahah

7/10 Better visuals and sound than average but not entirely soul wrenchingly Good
